As I detailed yesterday, U.S. consumers have been getting hit extremely hardby this economic slowdown, and at this point most Americans believe that a recession is coming. But could it be possible that a recession has already begun? As you will see below, the numbers seem to indicate that such a scenario is quite likely. But whetherwe are already officially in a recession or not, the truth is that whatever we are experiencing now is nothing compared to the pain that is eventually coming down the road. Do you remember how painful it was for our society when the first housing bubble spectacularly imploded back in 2008? Well, it is starting to happen again. On Thursday we learned that pending home sales in the United States have now fallen for six months in a row� Pending home sales slipped in April, as contract activity decreased for the sixth consecutive month, the National Association of Realtors� reported. Only the Midwest regionsaw signings increase month-over-month, while the other three major regions reported declines. Each of the four regions registered a drop in year-over-year contract activity. The Pending Home Sales Index (PHSI),* www.nar.realtor/pending-home-sales, a forward-looking indicator of home sales based on contract signings, slid 3.9% to 99.3 in April.Year-over-year, transactions fell 9.1%. An index of 100 is equal to the level of contract activity in 2001. Earlier in the week, I discussed the fact that new home sales were 26.9 percent lower this April than they were last April. We are clearly past the peak of the housing bubble, and now the rollercoaster is very rapidly headed in a downward direction. Of course the economy as a whole is starting to head in a downward direction. On Thursday we also learned that U.S. GDP for the first quarter of 2022 had been revised evenlower� First-quarter gross domestic product declined at a 1.5% annual pace, according to the second estimate from the Bureau of Economic Analysis. That was worse than the 1.3% DowJones estimate and a write-down from the initially reported 1.4%. Downward revisions for both private inventory and residential investment offset an upward change in consumer spending. A swelling trade deficit also subtracted from the GDPtotal. Many experts are assuring us that GDP growth will bounce back into the green for the second quarter. But it if doesn�t, that would mean that GDP has contracted for two quarters in a row, and that would officially confirm that we are in a recession right now. Of course even if GDP does bounce back this quarter, the outlook for the months ahead is not promising at all. In fact, a survey of 500 prominent CEOs just found that 75 percent of them expect a recession to begin by the end of next year� At this time last year, the Fortune 500 CEOs we surveyed were breathing a collective sigh of relief as profits and revenues came roaring back from the ravages of the pandemic.This spring, that roar sounds uncomfortably loud, as companies cope with soaring inflation and the growing likelihood that sky-high prices and labor shortages will help tip the economy into recession. In all, 75% said they expected the next recession to beginby the end of 2023, though only 32% believed it would start in this calendar year. Just about everyone can feel that economic troubles are in our future, and that will especially be true if the Federal Reserve keeps raising interest rates. Unfortunately, the Fed feels forced to raise rates because inflation has gotten wildly out of control. If you can believe it, the average price of a gallon of gasoline in the United States has risen by 47 cents in just the past month alone� Gas prices have increased by over 47 cents in the last month alone as the U.S. continues to smash gas price records day by day under President Joe Biden�s leadership. On Wednesday, May 25, the U.S. recorded yet another all-time high, as the average price of gas stands at $4.599 for regular gas. This reflects an over 47 cent rise in thelast month alone. One month ago, the gas price average stood at $4.123. That is insane! And U.S. natural gas prices have risen almost 150 percent so far in 2022� U.S. natural gas prices have skyrocketed nearly 150% this year while inventory levels have shrunk, signaling more consumer pain ahead of the summer season. The Henry Hub natural gas spot price, an indicator of nationwide prices, stormed past $9.30 per million British thermal units (MMBtu) Thursday, up from its early January priceof $3.74 per MMBtu and the highest level since 2008, according to government data. Food prices continue to soar into unthinkable territory as well. This week, a single trip to the grocery store cost me 309 dollars, and I was trying to be very frugal. 309 dollars! I remember a time when you could buy a used vehicle for that kind of money. For years, I have been warning that our leaders were destroying our currency and setting the stage for nightmarish inflation, and now that time has arrived. And all of the borrowing and spending that our politicians have been doing has made our national long-term financial problems exponentially worse� Over the past two years, $4.6 trillion has been provided by Congress in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact on inflation, particularly the timing of the $1.9 trillionAmerican Rescue Plan Act in March 2021, is subject to some debate, but what cannot be denied is the impact this spending has had on the interest paid on the national debt. Between 2011-2018, interest on debt held by the public averaged $272 billion annually.Between 2019-2021, annual interest on the debt averaged $389 billion, an increase of $117 billion, or 43 percent. The president�s fiscal 2022 budget, which is the first to project deficits of more than $1 trillion for 10 consecutive years, estimates that FY2022 interest on debt of $26.3 trillion will be $305 billion and reach $941 billion in FY 2031, or more than triple the amount for the current fiscal year. By that time, interest payments will account for 59 percent of the projected $1.6 trillion deficit. We could have avoided all of this if we had taken a different path. But we didn�t. Instead, we kept sending the big spenders back to Washington time after time. Bourla said it “is basically a biological chip that is in the tablet. And once you take the tablet and it dissolves into your stomach, it sends a signal that you took thetablet. So, imagine the applications of that – the compliance.” So, Pfizer has developed a pill with a chip in it and a sensor that can detect certain medicines, and the chip will send a signal to a scanner to verify that you have compliedby taking the medicine. People that take the Mark, get vaccinated, etc., can also be identified by taking a pill with a chip and sensor in it. Three, concerning deceit: on May 18, 2022, it was reported thatthe Biden administration announced that the Disinformation Governance Board will be paused (not canceled) while it awaits a final decision from the Homeland Security Advisory Council. Jonathan Van Maren (author, speaker, and pro-live activist) argued that the public should not trust a government’s determination of what is disinformation at the same timethat the government is saying men are women. Good point: People that don’t know the difference between a manand a woman shouldn’t be empowered to determine the accuracy of information (and they shouldn’t nominate a woman to the U.S. Supreme Court that doesn’t know what a woman is). Four, concerning the Battle of Gog and Magog: on May 18, 2022,it was announced that Israel will increase its offshore pumping of natural gas at existing wells to supply slightly more gas to the EU, and it will start developing new fields to try to double its supply of natural gas in the next two years. This increase will start off slow, but Israel could start exporting natural gas to the EU before this coming winter by using an existing pipeline to Egypt that is alreadybeing expanded. Israel’s exports will gradually grow in the coming months, and Russia will not like it. The Biden administration doesn’t seem to care because they believe gasoline vehicles contribute to global warming, and they want to force people to drive less or buy electricvehicles. I remember in the 1990s, we had one false alarm after another, mostwith Ebola. This virus would pop up in Africa, kill a few people and then quickly disappear. Naturally, this was just in time to add to the various shortage woes plaguing our nation. Lately, the Biden Regime stated that the baby formula crisis appeared out of nowhere as though it was a Jack-in-the-box, and only a mind-reader could have known that it wouldpop. With the suddenness that it came about, there was naturally nothing that could be done to alleviate it. Of course, this is one more lie that goes against the facts, which show that this crisis-in-the-making was known since at least February, i.e., a goodtwo to three months prior to the shortages on grocery shelves. Just to show the goodwill of our government and how much they care, it is now known that we are sending truckloads of pallets filled with what little baby formula is in stockto the Mexican border to feed the children of illegal aliens crossing our southern border in contradiction to the laws of our land. What a compassionate people we are! The problem is that as we do this, hundreds of thousands (millions?) of US citizens � parents of little babies dependent on formula � go without since the store shelves arebare. Conveniently for those engineering this crisis, the number of US families on Food Stamps � now euphemistically called the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women,Infants, and Children (WIC) � has skyrocketed since Barack Obama was president. Over half of the infants in this nation are fed via WIC. In other words, the dependency on government largesse of mothers and infants in this country is better than 53%. We area nation of welfare recipients, pure and simple, which has significantly increased the absolute requirement for baby formula. But, not to worry! Just disclosed is the fact that Bill Gates has presciently prepared for this very day. He, along with fellow billionaires Jeff Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, andothers, have been massively investing in a start-up enterprise that manufactures artificial breast milk. As described, it is the first cell-cultured human milk produced outside the breast. We really need to consult Gates concerning the next Kentucky Derby. With his crystal ball and astounding prescience, maybe we could cash in on an 80-1 longshot like what happenedthis year at Churchill Downs. All snark and cynicism aside, this formula shortage is one more in a long list of engineered crises for the express purpose of implementing the New World Order, a.k.a. theGreat Reset. Evidence has come to light that mothers who have had the COVID jab and are breastfeeding their infants may be imparting large amounts of inorganic materials into their milk. This makes the milk both undrinkable for the child and transmitswho-knows-what if the baby does ingest it. Given that situation, a mother would need to find another source of nutrition for the infant, namely prepared formula. For those mothers that already decided not to breastfeed but to use off-the-shelf products, what do they do if baby formula has vanished from the supermarkets? Is it evenpossible after a point for them to go back to breastfeeding? What if they had the COVID injection and were able to begin suckling their child? Would these mothers encounter the same problem as those who initially breastfed, i.e., poison in their milk? So, mothers with children not yet able to handle solid food have a true dilemma. Perhaps they should resort to what many parents have done in the past, i.e., make their own?But wait! The FDA has been warning vehemently against doing this because of the incredible dangers to the children of this approach. We know how concerned the FDA is with the welfareof children. After all, in order to protect them, they�ve authorized the COVID �vaccines� for little ones as young as six months to keep them healthy and flourishing. Just ignore the tsunami of hepatitis cases among youngsters, and you�ll believe the FDA onthis point as well. Contradicting the don�t-make-your-own narrative, several websites have published infant formulas people can make at home and that will be safe and nourishing. You can findthese here and here. The fact of the matter is that the baby formula shortage is one more globalist attack on humanity in league with Satan and his hatred of mankind. This is one more in the listof items in their genocide handbook.
