I intended to do this by video and spent about an hour today trying to figure out Rumble live recordingsand for whatever reasons, technology seems to have gotten the better of me today. Anyway, I will reengage with that line of effort early next week until I figure it out. .. Technology- 1 Me- 0 Nevertheless, back to Russia. So far we have our president and his staff saying one thing, and Vladimir Putin saying another. Also chiming in and muddying the geopoliticalwaters are comments by both Ukraine leadership, as well as NATO. It's hard to make sense of it all. I'll link two really good articles for you at the bottom for you to follow up and perhaps make it less muddy. However, I have some personal observations thatI would like to add here so you can get a gist of where my mind is at regarding this volatile situation. Personal Observations and Concerns 1.The last time the US fought a peer, or near-peer level opponent, was with China in the latter half of the Korean War (1950-53). So some 69 yearsago. Keep this in mind 2.We have spent the last 20 years, fighting in counter-insurgency (COIN) operations. As compared to fighting a peer, or near-peer military force, theseare very different things. Rapid response Ranger Regiments can deploy quickly but aren't much good against heavily armored units (and the Russians know it) 3.The repeated deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq from 2003-2021, have essentially drained all the heavy military units out of Europe (robbing Peterto pay Paul). 4.On January 26, 2012, President Obama ordered two Brigade Combat Teams (170th and 172nd) to be removed from Europe. These were our last two heavy-armorBCTs (around 10,000 soldiers) that would be deployed to the Middle East, and then relocated back to the US at the end of those deployments (see here) 5.The predominant feeling during the early to mid-2000s amongst Army Soldiers (I can't speak for the Air Force, Navy, or Marines) was that Russia wasnot a threat. Their economy was in the tank. Their populations and economy were dwindling. And their armies fought with antiquated weapon systems 6.Simultaneous to this, US forces received more upgrades, modifications, and new systems than we knew what to do with. I mean, the Army changed serviceuniforms some three separate times, and we retired the M16 rifle and upgraded to the M-4 with all of its bells and whistles. Add to that, all the new electronic gadgets we got. The last twenty years (while I was in) felt like this non-stop roller coaster ofupgrades we were continually having to relearn how to use 7.It wasn't until around 2016 that I started hearing the upper echelons (like GEN Milley) really start to address his concerns about Russia. Once hedid it, the Russian threat filled the flag officer echo chambers like a broken record. Like it was taboo to talk about it before then, but once he did, they all had tacit approval to now voice their concerns 8.After Russia, it soon became China, and then Iran and North Korea. Keep in mind this is after we pulled out of Iraq, and before we cleaned the floorwith ISIS 9.If having to learn how to use all new equipment, upgrades, and modifications weren't enough, the DOD decided to add on some 300 hours of online andclassroom training that had to be completed each fiscal year, or you weren't being "compliant." While some of it was important (anti-terrorism, cyber threats, etc), a lot of it either wasn't (transgender training, inclusivity training, etc.) or was overkill(PTSD awareness, sexual harassment, sexual assault, anti-racism, etc.). As for the latter group, you'd often walk out of those classes feeling like you were guilty by just being the wrong gender (male) and race (white). Nevertheless, the amount of training(both essential and non-essential) piled on so high, that the Pentagon was forced to review it and start scaling it back. I mean, it took more priority at times than actually learning how to fight and win wars 10.The US Army didn't have any land-based, long-range conventional missile systems. All of those were either air or sea-based platforms. The best theArmy could do was MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket Systems) or HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems). Neither had a range longer than 310 miles. It didn't matter so much when fighting COIN Operations, but against a peer or near-peer with those capabilities,it put the US Army (the US's largest component of the fighting force) at a huge disadvantage 11.Of the Air and Sea-based missile systems, the US only possessed low flight level, subsonic cruise missiles. Russia has tens of thousands of Zirconhypersonic missiles, which can fly up to 28,000 feet, up to Mach 9 (9,800–11,000 km/h), and traverse a distance of up 620 miles 12.If there was a war with Russia, the US Navy would not get a carrier or carrier group through the Istanbul Strait into the Black Sea. If it did, theyprobably would not be floating long. At best, the US would have to remain in the Mediterranean, and either fly around Turkish airspace (as they would most likely not allow us to use their airspace). 13.Given that reality, it makes sense why Russia needs to secure its foothold in Syria. If it can secure a permanent military presence in Syria, itcan control the eastern half of the Mediterranean Sea pushing US naval forces out even further 14.While the US does have more advanced equipment, the loss of each one (say a UH-60M, or F35) is stratospherically more expensive to replace, thansay a Russian HIND helicopter or MIG. IOW, it would cost us A LOT more to fight it and lose aircraft, than it would the Russian (war of attrition?) 15.Our over-reliance on communication systems and satellites, while advantageous to us, is also a huge liability should either or both of those capabilitiesbe taken away from us. The Russians and Chinese know this as well and have devoted more energies and resources to finding ways to nullify our advantage through anti-satellite systems, as well as thousands of soldiers solely dedicated to cyber-attack us intooblivion 16.Our over-reliance on air power. While F35's are the more superior aircraft, the Russian's could throw MIGs at us all day and not run out. There isfew and far between F35's in the European theater 17.Our economy, while the strongest in the world, is also fragile due to the growing weakness of the US Dollar. The Russians and Chinese know this aswell 18.While we don't know exactly what was discussed, we do know China's Xi Xiping and Russia's Putin can and will align when necessary to support eachother's agenda 19.Given our surrendering of Bagram Airbase (a huge strategic mistake) and our disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021, our enemies smell bloodin the water and are now probing and prodding and testing our willingness to put our money where our mouth is. IOW, we just showed massive weakness to the entire world, and our enemies are thinking now is the time to knock us off the top of the geopoliticalpyramid While Russia does have a failing economy, a declining population, using more antiquated combat systems, and thus, appearing weaker, I'm willing to bet both Putin and XiXiPing have both studiously read the Art of War. Furthermore, our inept and choleric leader, and their shared issues, i.e., both China and Russia want to reclaim what they think is rightfully theirs. They also know if they work in tandem, and possibly throwin a North v. South Korea scenario, the US would be at its breaking point. It would be a monumental mistake to underestimate them. However, to put a counter-perspective to all of this, let me include a piece of additional information as to why Putin won'tattack Ukraine. But to me, February 23rd, 2022 was the start of World War III, and nothing will everbe the same again. Since most of you have been closely following news coverage of the war, I am not going to rehash the basic facts here. The Russians are winning victory after victory, andit appears that the battle for Ukraine could be over in a matter of days. But once the battle for Ukraine is over, the real war will begin. The following are 22 observations about the new world war which just started in Ukraine� #1 Now that Russia has invaded Ukraine, any hope for peace betweenthe United States and Russia is gone forever. #2 The conflict between our two nations will continue untilone side or the other is totally defeated. #3 Both sides are armed with nuclear weapons, and it is justa matter of time before somebody decides to use them. #4 As he launched the invasion of Ukraine, Vladimir Putin actuallywarned other countries that he could use nuclear weapons against them if they attempted to intervene. #5 The Biden administration, the Ukrainians and the Russiansall lied to us over and over again. #6 We should all be very angry at Vladimir Putin. He completelydestroyed the last hope that the world had for peace when he launched a full invasion of Ukraine. If he would have kept his forces in just Donetsk and Luhansk there still would have been the possibility of a diplomatic solution. #7 Joe Biden says that he is considering hitting Russia withthe biggest cyberattack in history. That would be an act of war. #8 If we launch a cyberattack against Russia, they will retaliatewith a cyberattack of their own, and we are extremely vulnerable. #9 The Russians have more than 1,000 different ways of makingus feel pain, and they are not afraid to play dirty. #10 I think that Volodymyr Zelensky is perhaps the stupidesthead of state that I have ever seen. #11 Zelensky pushed all of his chips into the middle of thetable when the Russians knew full well that he wasn�t holding any cards. Now he is going to lose his entire country. #12 It appears that Zelensky actually believed that the UnitedStates and other western powers would come to his aid if the Russians invaded. After what we have witnessed over the past year, that was an incredibly foolish thing to believe. #13 Biden and his minions had a plan for what they wanted toaccomplish in Ukraine, and that plan failed dramatically. #14 At this stage, I think that the Biden administration willtry to turn the rest of the world against the Russians and will try to suffocate the life out of them economically. But that isn�t going to work, because Russia is very self-sufficient when it comes to food, energy and other essentials, and Putin has alsosigned very extensive trade agreements with China. #15 I don�t think Putin would have made this move if he didn�thave an understanding with China behind the scenes. The Chinese are allowing the Russians to invade Ukraine, but in return I believe that there is an agreement for the Russians to support China when the Chinese finally invade Taiwan. #16 Now that the Chinese have seen how weakly the western powershave responded to the invasion of Ukraine, I that that makes an invasion of Taiwan much more likely. #17 If the Chinese decide to pull the trigger, they will almostcertainly do it while there is still plenty of time left in Biden�s term in office. #18 Putin is not as smart as I thought he was. He is going towin the battle for Ukraine, but now his country can never have positive relations with western nations ever again. #19 The global energy crisis is going to get a whole lot worse. Russiaexports a tremendous amount of energy, and European nations gobble it up like addicts. This conflict threatens to dislocate the flow of global energy to a degree that we haven�t seen since World War II. #20 Many warned that our disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistanwould embolden the Russians to move against Ukraine. Those that issued such warnings have been proven right. #21 The U.S. military is in the worst condition that I haveever seen in my entire lifetime. At this point, the U.S. military is not at all prepared to fight the Russians or anyone else for that matter. #22 Many people out there love to criticize President Trump,but even he understood that you don�t mess with the Russians. Unless they are messing with you, the best thing to do with the Russians is to just leave them alone. All throughout history, those that have chosen to pick a fight with Russia have ended up regrettingit. The Russians will do whatever it takes to win, and they are absolutely ruthless. This is truly a sad day, because this didn�t have to happen. As I have detailed in other articles, it would have been so easy to reach a diplomatic agreement that would have kept the Russians entirely out of Ukraine. Unfortunately, there is no use talking about that any longer, because the time for diplomacy has passed. Hopefully many of you are starting to grasp the gravity of what we are facing. For years, I have been relentlessly warning that war with Russia was coming, and now it ishere. I tried to warn everyone about what would happen if we stayed on the path that we were on, but now it is too late. There is nothing more than can be done, because World War III has already started. From this point forward, global events are going to escalate rapidly. Anyone that willingly embraces the propaganda that is being put out by eitherside without questioning it is simply not being rational. At a time like this, we must think for ourselves and we must come to our own conclusions. And we should be doing whatever we can to stop a global war from starting. For years, I have been warning thatthe United States and Russia were heading toward war, and now we are almost there. If we can’t stop it from happening, tens of millions of people could die, and so the stakes are incredibly high. Do I trust Vladimir Putin? No way. He says that the troops that he has massed on Ukraine’s borders are not a threat. Of course they are a threat. But is it a threat to invade Ukraine, or is it a threat to strike back if Ukraine invades Donetsk and Luhansk? Of course I don’t trust the Biden administration either. You would be amazed at how many otherwise rational people are telling me that even though the Biden administration has not stopped lying ever since they took power thatI should now fully believe everything that they are telling us about Ukraine. What a joke. Anyone that has unquestioning faith in anything that Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Anthony Blinken or Jake Sullivan has to say is being quite foolish. I don’t want propaganda. I just want the truth. So what is the truth? Well, that is going to be hard to figure out in an environment where lies are being constantly fired in our direction. To the best that I can determine, widespread artillery bombardment began less than 24 hours after Russia announced that some troops would start to be pulled back from theborder areas. On Friday, the level of shelling was particularly bad. According to the OSCE, there were over 1,400 explosions “in the rebel held regions of Donetsk and Luhansk” duringthat 24 hour period… Fears of tensions boiling over were backed up by figures released Saturday by the OSCE, which showed there were more than 1,400 explosions in the rebel held regions of Donetskand Luhansk on Friday. The OSCE’s Special Monitoring Mission that is deployed in the conflict zone said it had logged 553 explosions in Donetsk and a further 860 in neighbouring Luhansk – addingthat it had confirmed one civilian casualty in a government-controlled area of Donetsk. It put the total number of ceasefire violations on Friday at more than 1,500, compared with 870 the day before, suggesting an upwards trajectory of gunfire and mortars. What I just shared comes from a British news source, and that is important to note, because western news sources are supposed to be convincing us that the Russians are aboutto invade Ukraine. But it is the Ukrainians that appear to be prepping for an invasion as they relentlessly pound Donetsk and Luhansk. Of course the Ukrainians deny this, and some western media sources are actually trying to claim that the separatists in Donetsk and Luhansk are shelling themselves hundredsof times in an effort to justify a Russian invasion of Ukraine. So what is the truth? That is a very good question. It is certainly true that the separatists have been firing back into Ukrainian-held territory, and the government of Ukraine is calling this “provocative firing”. But as far as I can determine, it was the Ukrainians that started firing first. I certainly can’t prove that, because I am just one guy on the other side of the planet trying to figure things out as both sides relentlessly lie to all of us. However, what should be incredibly clear to everyone is that somebody out there really, really wants a war to happen. In the weeks ahead, I think that it will become clear who that is. The Russians are trying to convince us that Ukraine is preparing to invade Donetsk and Luhansk now that they have been armed to the teeth by the U.S. and other NATO countries… The Kremlin said the supply of weapons and ammunition by NATO countries to Ukraine was pushing Kyiv towards a ‘military solution’ against separatists in the country’s east. ‘As a result, civilians… who have to evacuate to Russia to escape the intensifying shelling, suffer,’ the Kremlin added. On the other hand, the Biden administration is trying to convince us that Russia is trying to “create a false pretext for invasion” because Putin is a madman that desperatelywants to get his hands on Ukraine. In fact, Kamala Harris says that what we are witnessing is right out of the “playbook of Russian aggression”… “There is a playbook of Russian aggression,” Harris told the heads of state and government, foreign dignitaries and a large delegation from the United States. “And thisplaybook is too familiar for us all. Russia will plead ignorance and innocence. It will create a false pretext for invasion. And it will amass troops and firepower in plain sight.” So who is right and who is wrong? Just hours ago, we learned that U.S. officials have supposedly gotten new “intelligence” that Putin has issued “an order to go ahead with an invasion of Ukraine”… The U.S. has picked up intelligence showing that Russian military officials were given an order to go ahead with an invasion of Ukraine, a U.S. official and another personwith knowledge of the matter told NBC News. The intelligence, which was developed very recently, informed President Joe Biden’s startling declaration Friday that the U.S. believes President Vladimir Putin has alreadydecided to invade, the people said. I don’t think that Russia is going to invade Ukraine today. Or tomorrow. Or the next day. In fact, I don’t think that he wants to invade Ukraine at all. But I do think that Putin definitely wants to keep Ukraine out of NATO and western missiles off of his doorstep. Just check out some remarks that he made late last year… “It is you who must give us guarantees, and you must do it immediately, right now,” he said at his annual news conference late last year. “Are we deploying missiles nearthe US border? No, we are not. It is the United States that has come to our home with its missiles and is already standing at our doorstep.” I also think that Putin is very interested in keeping Ukraine out of Donetsk and Luhansk. If Ukraine invades Donetsk and Luhansk and starts taking lots of territory, I think that Putin will feel forced to intervene. And then western leaders will have the “Russian invasion” that they have been promising us. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson made headlines all over the globe when he warned that the Russians are planning “the biggest war in Europe since 1945”… Evidence suggests Russia is planning “the biggest war in Europe since 1945”, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said. He told the BBC’s Sophie Raworth in an interview: “All the signs are that the plan has already in some senses begun.” Intelligence suggests Russia intends to launch an invasion that will encircle Ukrainian capital Kyiv, Mr Johnson said. No, I don’t think that is what the Russians truly want. But if neither side backs down, I think that is exactly what we are going to get. Nobody should be invading anybody. The Russians should not invade Ukraine, and the Ukrainians should not invade Donetsk and Luhansk. Ultimately, everybody should just take a step back and relax. But it appears that is not going to happen. Thanks to all of the shelling in Donetsk and Luhansk, the Russians have announced that they will be extending their “militarydrills” in Belarus indefinitely… Russia will extend its military drills with Belarus because of rising violence in Ukraine’s Donbas region, the government in Minsk said, as Russian President Vladimir Putinaccepted a new round of talks with Kyiv amid warnings of an imminent Russian invasion. If war starts, that will plunge the U.S. and Russia into a permanent state of conflict. Of course missiles would not start flying back and forth immediately. At first, both sides would use other measures to put pressure on the opposing side. But eventually a breaking point would be reached, and someone would go for the jugular. We must not allow things to get to that point. As this crisis has been unfolding in Ukraine, I have been seeing people all over the Internet cheer for either side like they would cheer for their favoritefootball teams. But these people don�t understand what is at stake. If World War III erupts in Ukraine, it will very likely lead to nuclear war between the United States and Russia down the road. So we should all be deeply grieved over what is happening, becausewe are getting really close to a point of no return. One of the good things about the Trump years was that President Trump was not interested in messing with Russia. So the status quo in Ukraine was respected by both sidesfor four years, and there was relative peace in the region. But then Joe Biden took power, and he has surrounded himself with an all-star team of warmongers. National security adviser Jake Sullivan, Chairman of the Joint Chief ofStaff General Mark Milley, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken are all card-carrying members of the War Party, and they don�t seem interested in finding a way to have peace with Russia at all. After having his security concerns mocked and laughed at for the past year, Vladimir Putin finally admitted that negotiations are at �a dead end� on Monday. It would havebeen so easy to negotiate a peaceful solution with the Russians that would have kept Russia out of Ukraine, but that isn�t what the War Party wanted. Now Putin has run out of patience, and on Monday he greatly escalated the crisis by formally recognizing the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk and by announcing that hewould be sending troops into the two separatist republics� Russian President Vladimir Putin recognized two breakaway regions in eastern Ukraine as independent on Monday and ordered the Russian army to launch what Moscow called apeacekeeping operation in the area, upping the ante in a crisis the West fears could unleash a major war. Putin told Russia�s defense ministry to deploy troops into the two breakaway regions to �keep the peace� in a decree issued shortly after he announcedrecognition for Russia-backed separatists there, drawing US and European vows of new sanctions. I think that Putin wanted to make a move before the Ukrainians did. According to one Russian official, there were �almost 60K Ukrainian military personnel concentrated nearthe borders of the Republics of Lugansk & Donetsk�, and I think that Putin decided that the only way to keep Ukraine from overrunning the two republics was to move his own forces in first. Hopefully that actually works. Hopefully the Russians will stay in Donetsk and Luhansk, and hopefully the Ukrainians will stay on their side. If that is the end result, there may still be hope of defusing the situation. But I wouldn�t count on it. Putin sounds like a man that is convinced that war is coming. The following comes from a very rough translation of his speech on Monday� �from those who took power in kiev we demand to stop any and all military actions against donbass. otherwise, the consequences will be on ukraine. i count on the supportof all patriotic forces in russia.� Russia has essentially issued an ultimatum to Ukraine. If Ukraine invades Donetsk and Luhansk, the Russians will invade Ukraine. Of course, some western media sources are actually using the term �invasion� to describe Russian troop movements into the separatist republics. This would be a good opportunity for both sides to take a deep breath and start backing down. But that isn�t going to happen. Western leaders continue to use extremely harsh rhetoric and they continue to insist that a full-blown invasion of Ukraine is imminent. The following is what Jake Sullivanjust told the Today Show� �We believe that any military operation of the size, scope and magnitude of what we believe the Russians are planning will be extremely violent. It will cost the lives ofUkrainians and Russians, civilians and military personnel alike,� Sullivan said during an appearance on NBC�s �Today.� �But we also have intelligence to suggest that there will be an even greater form of brutality because this will not simply be some conventional war between two armies,� he added. �It will be a war waged by Russia on the Ukrainian people to repress them, to crush them, to harm them.� And another U.S. official is alleging that Russia has a list of people that they will be specifically targeting once the invasion has been completed� �Disturbing information recently obtained by the United States that indicates that human rights violations and abuses in the aftermath of a further invasion are being planned,� Ambassador Bathsheba Nell Crocker, the US Representative to the Office of the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Geneva, alleges in a letter to Michelle Bachelet, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. �These acts, which in past Russian operations have included targeted killings, kidnappings/forced disappearances, unjust detentions, and the use of torture, would likelytarget those who oppose Russian actions, including Russian and Belarusian dissidents in exile in Ukraine, journalists and anti-corruption activists, and vulnerable populations such as religious and ethnic minorities and LGBTQI+ persons,� reads the letter,which was first reported by The Washington Post and obtained by CNN. So Russia plans to violently round up dissidents, activists and anyone else that is opposed to their rule? Oh, you mean that it will be kind of like what just happened in Canada with the full approval of the U.S. government? If the Biden administration actually cared about human rights, they would be condemning the horrific brutality that we just witnessed in Ottawa. But of course that will never happen. Let�s watch and see what happens over in Ukraine during the next several days. One very alarming sign is that the Russians have just closed off much of the airspace overthe Sea of Azov� Russia�s Aeronautical Information Center issued a NOTAM (a Notice to Airmen) on Sunday which will close most of the airspace over the Sea of Azov starting at midnight betweenSunday and Monday, as the US continued to warn that Russia intends to invade Ukraine. I don�t think that this indicates that a full-blown invasion of Ukraine is imminent. But at this point the conditions for war have been clearly set. If Ukraine invades Donetsk and Luhansk now, the Russians have made it exceedingly clear that they will invade Ukraine. So this actually puts a lot of power into the hands of the War Party in Washington. Joe Biden and his all-star team of warmongers now know exactly what it will take to spark a war. Will they decide to pull the trigger? Likewise, the U.S. was blindsided by the 9/11 attacks in 2001 because it didn�t understand the evil nature of Osama bin Laden and his Al Qaeda terror network. THE WORLD IS BEING BLINDSIDED AGAIN Today, the world is being blindsided again because it doesn�t understand the evil nature of Vladimir Putin in Moscow. Leaders in Washington, London, Paris, Berlin, Brussels and beyond seem completely baffled by Putin�s lust to attack, crush and re-occupy Ukraine. The West should be: � bringing Ukraine into NATO � sending massive arms shipments to Kiev including Patriot missiles batteries � offering full NATO air support to Ukrainian President Zelensky � cutting off the Nordic 2 gas pipeline from Russia � imposing crippling economic sanctions on Moscow Instead, the West is issuing feckless press releases and wringing its hands. WHERE ARE CHRISTIAN LEADERS IN THIS CRISIS? If that weren�t bad enough, where are Christian leaders in this crisis? Where is Pope Francis? Where is the Roman Catholic Church? Where are American Evangelical leaders? Where are other Protestant leaders in Europe and around the world? Why aren�t they denouncing Putin�s flagrant and evil aggression? Why are they not calling on U.S. President Joe Biden and the rest of NATO to stop Putin now, before it�s too late? Why are they not doing everything they possibly can to mobilize Christians to pray for � and stand � their brothers and sisters in Ukraine, a democratic country with a thrivingChristian community? Why are they so silent? UNDERSTANDING THE STAKES Do Western government officials truly not understand what is at stake here? Are Christian leaders really so willfully ignorant of the threat Putin poses to both Jews and Christians? If leaders take action immediately and demonstrate true grit and resolve � militarily, diplomatically, economically and prayerfully � they might yet dissuade Putin frominvading Ukraine. But if they remain in denial � if they let themselves be blindsided and simply surrender Ukraine to Moscow without a fight because they don�t understand who Putin reallyis � they will be unleashing catastrophic consequences far beyond Ukraine. Don�t they understand what happens if you give a wolf a cookie? WHAT DOES PUTIN WANT? Christians, wake up! World leaders, wake up! Vladimir Putin is not a man we can do business with. He is a very dangerous man, as I explain in detail in my recent book, �Enemies and Allies.� At his core, Putin is a mafia boss, obsessed with power and wealth, and willing to rob, kill or destroy to obtain both. Using the Red Army, he already seized control of 20% of Georgia, all of Crimea, the eastern section of Ukraine and all of Syria. And murdered and imprisoned Russian dissidents.And co-opted Belarus. The list goes on and on. At the same time, Putin sees himself following in the tradition of the Russian czars, believing he has a divine right to rule with an iron hand and is permitted to use anymeans necessary to rebuild the glory of Mother Russia. What a chilling combination. Once you understand all this, you�ll understand that Putin doesn�t simply want to retake Ukraine � he wants more. Specifically, he wants to force the collapse of NATO, as well. As senior officials in Estonia told me last week in Tallinn, a Putin in control of Ukraine will soon come after the Baltic states. Why? To bring Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania back under the Kremlin�s control. And to prove that NATO does not have the will to enforce the mutual defense pact known as Article 5, thus ending NATO once and for all. This was the premise of my 2018 political thriller, �The Kremlin Conspiracy.� But that was fiction. This is all too real. And then what? WILL PUTIN THREATEN ISRAEL? Once Putin has seized Ukraine and the Baltics, will any small country be safe from his grasp? Will Israel? No � Putin�s lust for power and wealth will be unstoppable at this point. How long would it be until Putin�s allies in Tehran and Damascus ask him: Which side are you on, ours or Israel�s? Why do let you Israel keep attacking Iranian positions in Syria? Why do you let Israel keep threatening to take out Iran�s nuclear facilities? You are the new Master of the Universe, why don�t you show Israel who�s boss? Remember: Putin has sold the Iranians and Syrians billions of dollars in advanced military hardware. Putin has sent military forces into Syria to save the Bashar Al-Assad regime. Putin is building a huge naval base in Syria. Putin has also provided continual political cover for Iran and Syria at the UN. Yet Putin has simultaneously maintained a working and even friendly relationship with Israeli officials over the past 22 years in office. How much longer do you think that will last if the West surrenders to him in Ukraine and the Baltics? NATO NEEDS UKRAINE � HERE�S WHY What�s especially troubling is that the West has vastly superior military power compared to Putin. Yet they refuse to use it. They keep dismantling it. And they refuse to join forces with Ukraine, which is one of the few major military powers left in Europe. Robert Zubrin makes a great set of points in a National Review column this morning, �NATO Needs Ukraine.� Let me close with his words. As a result of a series of decisions made during the Clinton, Bush, and, especially, Obama administrations, NATO has virtually disarmed itself. At the end of the Cold War in 1989, the United States had some 500,000 troops stationed in Western Europe. Now, we have 30,000, with practically no tanks. The British have removed virtually all their forces from the continent. Germany � which is showing itself increasingly unreliablein any case � has cut its army from twelve divisions down to four. The cold fact of the matter is that the only serious NATO ground force east of the Rhine is the Polish Army, which has 180,000 active-duty servicemen. It�s not enough. But then there is Ukraine, which has 450,000 active-duty servicemen, more than all NATO forces east of the Rhine combined. If properly armed, and backed up by Anglo-American air and sea power, they could be formidable, and consequently, very valuable. We need to be realistic. Nuclear deterrence is dead. During the Cold War, we were able to deter a Warsaw Pact invasion of West Germany by threatening nuclear war if theytried it. But no one believes that the United States would do anything like that today. If Russia moves into the Baltic States or even Poland, the United States is not about the push the thermonuclear-war button, and Putin knows that. Consequently, the only way to be able to deter war is to be strong enough to defeat a conventional attack by non-nuclear means. Unfortunately, as I will detail below,the answer is very clear. At one time, the U.S. possessed the greatest fighting machine ever assembled, but decades of neglect, incompetence and cultural deterioration have taken a devastating toll. Just look at what happened in Afghanistan. After nearly twodecades of fighting, we couldn�t even defeat a ragged bunch of drug dealers and goat herders known as the Taliban. In fact, the Taliban appears to be even stronger today than when we first invaded. And now we think that we can take on the Russian military? Sadly, the truth is that we aren�t ready for any sort of a major conflict at this stage. Earlier this week, I came across an article that explained that only about 7 outof every 10 Air Force planes is even capable of flying right now� The latest numbers show that the Air Force has made no progress in improving the readiness of its planes with a rate of 71.5% or 7 out of 10 planes in 2021. The United States Air Force is supposed to have mission capable rates of 75% to 80%, but about the only aircraft that meet that criteria are the unmanned drones. The highratings of the drones disguise the fact that the actual numbers, when broken down by aircraft, are worse. The F-35As, the fifth-generation fighters that would be crucial in countering any sizable aerial engagement with Communist China, dropped catastrophically from 76% to 68.8%. We are supposed to be the most technologically advanced military on the planet. That is terrible. And when members of the U.S. Army were asked if their units were ready to fight, the survey results were depressingly low� In a survey of more than 5,400 soldiers and civilians of different ranks conducted by the U.S. Army in July and August 2020, 14 percent of respondents said their unit wouldbe ready to deploy, fight, and win anywhere in the world immediately. Some 13 percent of those surveyed said they would need more time, while 3 percent said they would be ready to go in a week, and 4 percent in a month. How can things possibly be this bad? Our military has one job. They are supposed to be ready to fight when we call on them. So precisely how are they spending their time if they have not been using it to do that one job? The U.S. Navy is not in great shape either. Right now, our Navy consists of only 296 vessels� In FY 2022, fleet size stays about the same, at 296 ships. Previously ordered ships arrive in large numbers, but the Navy retires 15 ships, 10 early. Navy active-duty personneldecrease by 1,600 to 346,200. 296 ships may sound like a lot, but for a superpower like the United States it is actually a pathetically low number. In fact, the number of ships in our fleet has almost been cut in half since Ronald Reagan�s second term in office... The 600-ship Navy was a strategic plan of the United States Navy during the 1980s to rebuild its fleet after cutbacks that followed the end of the Vietnam War.[1] The plan,which originated with Republican leaders, was an important campaign plank of Ronald Reagan in the 1980 presidential election, who advocated a larger military and strategic confrontation with the Soviet Union. The actual number of ships peaked at 594 in 1987, before declining sharply after the end of the Cold War in 1989�1991. Looking forward to the future, things look even more grim. At this point, over 70 percent of young Americans are automatically disqualified from military service for one reason or another� More than 70% of young Americans remain unable to join the military due to obesity, education problems, or crime and drug records. Turning that around should be an issueof national importance, said Rear Adm. Dennis Velez, the head of Navy Recruiting Command. �It is something that, as a nation, we should continue to work though � to make sure our children are healthier,� he said. If that doesn�t alarm you, it should. And thanks to the soft and comfortable lifestyles that our young people enjoy today, those that make it through the recruitment process are more physically fragile thanever before� According to a U.S. Army major, America�s youth are living a sedentary life that makes them fragile, prone to injury, and harder to successfully and easily transition fromcivilian life to the military. The news comes from an official press release posted on the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service, a hub of official pictures, videos, and news published by the Pentagon When one military official was asked about this, he stated that this generation actually has weak skeletons which �break more easily�� When asked about the youth of today, Maj. Thibodeau was straightforward. �The �Nintendo Generation� soldier skeleton is not toughened by activity prior to arrival, so someof them break more easily,� he said. Capt. Lydia Blondin, assistant chief of physical therapy at Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, detailed the kind of injuries she�s seen in the so-called Nintendo Generation. �We see injuries ranging from acute fractures and falls, to tears in the ACL, to muscle strains and stress fractures, with the overwhelming majority of injuries related to overuse,� she said. Wow. Butat least our military is extremely good at making diversity videos� After seeing how �inclusive� we are, I am sure that the Russians must be shaking in their boots. Sending our sons and daughters off to die in a war on the other side of the globe is not something that should ever be done lightly. And a war with another superpower is something that we should try very hard to avoid even if our military was in top shape. Unfortunately, our military is nowhere near ready for such a conflict at this point, and our leaders should be honest with the American people about this.  The Time of Jacob’s Trouble Coming Soon - Pastor Mike Taylor- https://pastormiketaylor.blogspot.com/2022/02/the-time-of-jacobs-trouble-coming-soon.html 15 “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.” (Matthew 24:15-22) As the hour approaches for the start of the Tribulation and the end of this present age, I have many Christians that email me and wonder “Are we in the Tribulation now,or can it get any worse that what we see already at the present?”....Some come to the erroneous conclusion that we are in the first part of the Tribulation, as the world is going stark raving mad. Environmental disasters of earthquakes, volcano eruptions,drought leading to famine in third world countries, ISIS that beheaded Christians in the Middle East, and nuclear threats from Iran and North Korea (and now Russia and China) leave many wondering if we are indeed, in the first years of the coming Tribulation.Are we? The Lord God gave us definite signs of when the beginning of the Tribulation would start, and although I would agree that we are bumping right up to the time the Bible callsJacob's trouble, we have not crossed that red line that says we in the Tribulation. Why do I say that? THE PURPOSE OF THE COMING TRIBULATION The Tribulation has a primary, secondary purpose and even a third reason for the time. From the perspective of Israel, the Tribulation has a primary purpose. From the prophetDaniel, that primary purpose is six fold: "Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people [Daniel and the Jews] and upon thy holy city, [Jerusalem] to (1) finish the transgression, and to (2) make an end of sins,and to (3) make reconciliation for iniquity, and to (4) bring in everlasting righteousness, and to (5) seal up the vision and prophecy, and to (6) anoint the most Holy." (Daniel 9:24) That primary purpose had been going on from the rebuilding of the Temple after the Babylonian exile and ancient Israel's return to her own land for 483 years, when Jesusrode into the city of Jerusalem riding on the back of a donkey. “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass,and upon a colt the foal of an ass.” (Zechariah 9:9) Thus Jesus fulfilled the prophecy in the 483rd year of the Prophecy and if Israel would have accepted their Messiah, then the Kingdom of God would have come upon the earthat that time, but that was not God's plan. Several days later, Jesus would be tried, convicted in a Sanhedrin court, sentenced by a Roman governor and crucified on a cross for the sole reason of being the Messiah they did not want to accept. Their image oftheir “political Savior” was a King David type, not this lowly carpenter who wanted to save them from their sins. They didn't need a Savior, (in their deceived thinking) as they had the law of Moses, which they didn't realize could not save them from beingseparated from God the Father for all eternity. They knew of the timing of the coming Messiah, and here He was standing right in front of them, but they didn't like His spiritual message of repentance. When Jesus died on that cross, the time period of 490 years that Gabriel told Daniel would be required to fulfill that prophecy, stopped and has been on hold now for nearly2000 years. That leaves a final 7 years of the prophecy to the nation of Israel on hold. God will complete His promise to the Jewish people in the near future. But for the Church that was born at Pentecost because of the blood sacrifice Jesus paid, points 1-4 of the above verse was accomplished at the cross. The last two pointsof 5-6 are yet to be fulfilled, but neither of them apply to the Church anyway. The prophecy is for the Jewish people and of Jerusalem with a rebuilt Temple standing on the Temple Mount and the anointing of the Messiah taking place at the 2nd Coming of Jesusto reign and rule for a Millennium. The primary purpose of the Tribulation, therefore, is to effect the national redemption of the Jews. 2 “But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap: 3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offeringin righteousness. 4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in former years.” (Malachi 3:2-4) Israel will be refined through much persecution, until they recognize their Messiah that their forefathers rejected in 33 AD and they still do today. There is a secondary purpose as outlined in Revelation chp. 9: "Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts." (Revelation 9:21) In reading the whole of chapters 6- 9 of this apocalyptic book, gives you the reason for the coming Tribulation. God is putting down all rebellion upon the earth, knownas the “nations” who will not repent of their sinful lives, or give God any glory. But those who love their unrighteousness and sinful practices will not repent even in the face of this horrific judgment that is being poured out on them, and it only gets worse,much worse. This secondary purpose is to purge this earth of unrepentant, rebellious mankind that rejects Christ as Lord of their lives. God will nearly wipe this planet clean of allhuman life. By definition, to be a Christian, one must repent of one's sins. So the Church has no purpose in God's judgment against these “unrepentant, lawless” sinners. There is also a third reason for the Tribulation. It is to allow Satan full and free reign over the earth and its inhabitants. Among the many purposes of Heaven outlinedin God's Word is the trial of Satan. At the conclusion of the Tribulation, there will no doubt remaining among the angels and the inhabitants of God's realm, (the saints of God) to the depth of Satan's guilt or the severity of the forthcoming punishment. Thiswas prophesied in Isaiah what would become of Lucifer, now known as Satan (the adversary) when he was cast out of heaven when he proclaimed his infamous “I wills” to be like the Most High God.... "Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that madethe earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?" (Isaiah 14:15-17) HARPAZO OF THE CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD The doctrine of imminency teaches that Jesus could come at any moment and “snatch by force” His redeemed bride which is HARPAZO in the Greek that Paul spoke of in 1st Corinthiansand 1st Thessalonians 15 “For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up (HARPAZO) together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.” (1st Thessalonians 4:15-18) What is the dictionary definition of what Paul wrote above of the HARPAZO, or being “caught up” in English.. 1) to seize, carry off by force 2) to seize on, claim for one' s self eagerly 3) to snatch out or away The fulfillment of this passage could come at any moment, from the day of Paul until the starting point of the Tribulation. How do I know that it is confined to that periodof time? Glad you asked. Because the Bible expressly promises us that the Tribulation will not start until Satan has total control over this earth. In order for Satan to have total control (and therefore no excuse) the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit and His ministry of identifying and restraining evil must beremoved. Jesus promises that the Holy Spirit would indwell within me until He returns, as I am neither of the “house of Israel” or part of the Christ rejecting Gentile nations andhave no part in the coming Tribulation, but the scripture says that the coming Anti-Christ will overcome the “saints” during the tribulation. “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” (Revelation 13:7-8) If the Holy Spirit must be 'taken out of the way' BEFORE the Antichrist can be revealed, which is the only logical way to interpret what Paul wrote in 2nd Thessalonians2:7-9, 7 “For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,” S0, if God is withdrawing the work of the Holy spirit, that would leave me comfortless, if as a Christian I am found to be still present during the time known as Jacob'sTrouble, the Tribulation. If God has left me alone just when I need Him the most, then Jesus broke His Word, and we know Jesus cannot lie. 16 “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you FOREVER;(my emphasis) 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.” (John 14:16-18) No matter how I try to read the above verses otherwise, I cannot be present during this time. Until the Holy Spirit is “taken out of the way” then that Wicked cannot berevealed, which is the Anti-Christ. This may be confusing to some, but let us identify the players in the preceding verses listed above in 2nd Thessalonians 2:7-9. The “mystery of inquity” or the spirit ofthe Anti-Christ (1st John 4:3) "He who letteth". First, "he" is a personal pronoun, so this isn't a 'thing' to be taken out of the way, but a 'Him'. 'To let' is an old English phrase that signifies indwelling, as in the phrase, "Room to Let." When the verse speaks of “that Wicked” it is also a personal pronoun and in context, refers to the one whom Jesus will destroy at His Second Coming. So in modern everyday English, the meaning of the passage says “the Anti-Christ won't be revealed until the Holy Spirit's presence is taken out of the way”...So the pointof the passage that should not be any bone of contention, is that if the Holy Spirit is removed, and we have God's Holy Spirit within us, and Jesus will NOT leave us alone without comfort, then if the Holy Spirit is leaving, then so shall God's Church. Everyborn again believer on this planet will be removed at the very same instant as God's Holy Spirit. Since Satan cannot overcome God, and God is dwelling in me, then the Anti-Christ can't overcome me if I were still on the earth. I cannot picture a situation in which I would lose the Holy Spirit's indwelling presence while I am still alive on this earth. It is unthinkable. So now that I hope you can see that the Church will be removed prior to the Anti-Christ being revealed and we will not be subject to God's Wrath. Now some say that the firstpart of the Tribulation is promoted by Satan and evil men. Many try to say that God's wrath is not revealed until the 6th seal is opened, as the righteousness indignation of God's judgment is finally revealed...is that true? I ask you. Who is opening the sealsof the “title deed to this earth” by removing all rebellion on the planet? From the first seal until the last, the author of this judgment is Jesus Christ the Lord. He is causing events to happen. He is using men to enact judgment on other lawless men, justas He used Babylon and Assyria as the iron rod of judgment on Israel for their lawless behavior and rejecting the laws of God. So here God is doing the same thing by using men to bring about the beginning of His wrath indirectly, but will show His indignationdirectly in subsequent seals of judgment. In chp. 6, the men of earth know who is causing the problems and the evil that befalls them, and they cry out: 15 “And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves inthe dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” (Revelation 6:15-17) LET US ANALYZE THIS COMING TRIBULATION. Where do we get seven years of tribulation? Some ask me that question and assert that there is no basis for it... Daniel says that Antichrist rules for one 'week' -- or seven years. 27 “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreadingof abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.” (Daniel 9:27) I've even had some deceived notions that this above verse is speaking of Jesus causing a covenant to be broken in mid-week, but clearly it is speaking of an abominationof desolation that only happened one other time with Antiochus Epiphanes when he desecrated the Holy Temple and spawned the Macabbean revolt. The first three and one half years are a period of false peace for Israel. Because of confirming a covenant with Israel, the coming Anti-Christ will reveal himself by enforcinga pre-existent covenant that is possibly the Oslo Accord from the earth 1990s or maybe even the Abrahamic Accords during time of Trump. The last three and one half years are a period of intense persecution and Great Tribulation for the Jewish people. It isthe remaining 7 years left to fulfill the prophecy given by Gabriel to Daniel, that has been on hold for the Age of Grace that we have been living in for almost 2000 years now. No matter how novel an interpretation one may develop to argue against the seven year period, Daniel also identifies it as a period of 2520 days, divided into two periodsof 1260 days each. The first part is the Tribulation that causes a false peace for Israel, but is surrounded by unrest and war around the globe. The last 1260 days are known as the Great Tribulation, when the AC is revealed as the abomination that causethdesolation, and Israel will know they have made a pact deal with the devil. They will run for their very lives, but many will not believe the prophecy and will not escape into the wilderness, just as it was in 70 AD when those who believed fled to the mountainfortress in Petra, in the Jordanian wilderness. (see chp. 12 of Revelation v. 14-17) Now to those who make a wishful thinking by asking the specific question “why cannot Christ's coming for His elect occur during the first half of the tribulation?” Scriptureoutlines a season (of tribulation) for the purpose of judgment that is to last seven years. As mentioned, the tribulation is the not the time for the Church's redemption, it is Israel's time. The purpose in general is the refinement of Israel as silver is refinedin the fiery furnace for purification, and the removal of rebellion and the judgment of the lost. The Church is being judged now in this Age of Grace. Those who have God's earnest deposit of His Holy Spirit residing within their own spirit have a guaranteeof redemption and glorification when Jesus comes for His bride, His Church. The Church of the Living God is neither under judgment or in need of redemption. She has already been redeemed, and judged righteous by the blood of the Lamb, our Savior, Jesus Christ. To not believe the above redemption of our bodies at the rapture of the Church is to believe that Jesus' sacrifice in His own blood on a roman cross was not good enoughto save us to the uttermost. It is to believe in a type of Catholic purgatory that Jesus did NOT pay it all once for all time. WHAT IF WE DO HAVE TO SUFFER SOME OF THE TRIBULATION? Some hypothesize, and its pure speculation, that if there is not a removal of the Bride of Christ before the Tribulation starts, could it not cause some to turn away fromtheir faith, as was talked about in the gospels. They say, “won't there be some suffering on the part of Christians?”...”and if so, we are causing those to become discouraged and fall away”. I agree that we shall not escape all suffering, as that has been part of the human condition since man was created. There is persecution and modern day martyrdom in suchplaces as the Middle East, Communist China, and Central Africa. This is not an ancient concept, but continues to this day by evil men. There is a major difference between the sufferings of men at the hand of other evil men, by one phrase ...”The Wrath of God”. Tribulation saints differ from the Bride ofChrist saved during the Age of Grace, or the Church Age. Those saved during this horrific seven years will have their metal tested as like no other period of time memorial. Evil is rampant. Satan seeks to destroy all mankind, but in the process gain worshipfor himself, and attempts to destroy all of the nation of Israel to make God out a liar. And I must point out again a major distinction between the saints of the Church age, and the Tribulation saints by God's Holy Word: Of the Church Age saints, John writes: "Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world." (1st John 4:4) During the Tribulation, it is the saints that are overcome: "And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations." (Revelation 13:7) The same Apostle John wrote both verses. Is it not 'pure speculation' to assume that the differences in status are irrelevant? Two set of saints are not the same. The churchAge is the Bride, the Tribulation saints will be the guest at the ceremony as they are in martyrdom. A final question that has been kicked around on Christian forums I host, that is “if the pre-tribulation rapture of the church is true, how does that give God any glory.Wouldn't it be more glory to Him, if Christ appears amidst the persecution of His saints and rescues them from the Anti-Christ and Satan?” I am reminded of a verse that Jesus spoke to the Apostle Thomas, you now, doubting Thomas? "Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen Me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." (John 20:29) Paul speaks of this very thing in Romans 8, which if we are saved by grace through faith, when Christ actually appears, how much faith will be necessary when you see Himin all His glory? 24 “For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.” (Romans 8:24-25) As bad as it seems, and my friend, it will get exponentially worse, from chp. 6 of Revelation till chp. 19 when the Saints of God come back on white horse clothed in linen,white and clean following the Lord of Lords, and King of Kings….Jesus our God and Savior.. 11 “And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fiercenessand wrath of Almighty God.” (Revelation 19:11-15) Jesus has come, rebellion has been put down. The saints rule the earth along with our Lord Jesus, and the Millennium starts and returns the earth to what it came from, perfection. But of this writing, the Anti-Christ has not yet been revealed. The peace treaty has not yet been confirmed. Temple worship has not yet been restored. All these are eventsthat take place BEFORE the Great Tribulation begins. It is that termination of sacrifice that begins the Great Tribulation. The Antichrist can't cause the sacrifice to cease until AFTER it has begun. That can't happen until the Jews possess the Temple Mount. The Antichrist cannot take his seatin the Temple of God, causing Israel to reject him, which kicks off the Great Tribulation, until AFTER there is a Temple to sit in. None of this has happened, but make no mistake, it could happen almost overnight. These events noted just in the preceding two paragraphs are totally INDEPENDENT of therapture of the Church. None of them exist because we are not in the Tribulation just yet, but it's right over the near horizon and is looming larger and larger with each passing day. We are indeed close, but we are not quite there yet...Reader take warning.I urge you to believe on the only begotten Son of God, slain from the foundation of the earth, and miss this coming Tribulation, by grace through faith. 16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:16-18) 8 “But what saith it? It’s because Jesus’ imminent appearing is so much more thanjust sound theology to me, it’s my precious hope. My purpose here is not to defend the doctrine of the pretribulation Rapture as I have done in numerous blog posts as well as in my latest book, The Triumph of the Redeemed.Instead, I chose to explain why my hope in Jesus’ appearing is so dear to my heart. THE RAPTURE IS A BIBLICAL EVENT Jesus is my salvation and my righteousness; I know this is true because God’s Word tells me so. My faith rests on what Scripture assures me concerning my salvation, whichincludes Jesus’ death on the cross in my place, His resurrection, and His promise of eternal life for all those who believe. “What does this have to do with the Rapture?” you ask. The Bible also tells me about Jesus’ appearing to take me home to the place He’s preparing for me. Notice the close connection that Paul makes with things that happen during the Rapture with our Gospel hope: “And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.For in this hope we were saved.” Romans 8:23-24a I cherish my hope in Jesus’ appearing because of my love for the words of Scripture that the Lord has cultivated inside me since an early age, but that’s a story for anothertime. My love of God’s Word certainly extends to what it teaches me about Jesus’ return to take me home to glory (Colossians 3:4). THE RAPTURE IS WHEN I WILL SEE JESUS In 1 Corinthians 13:12 Paul wrote these words: “For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.” The Rapture is the time when the Lord will clear away the fog of this life and I will see Jesus face to face. In the meantime, I press forward with my calling, writing, and service for Jesus. However, there’s a sense in which I feel the “fog of war” that those engaged in activecombat often experience. I have an enemy that messes with my feelings and thoughts and brings fierce opposition to my doorstep, even from those once close to me. At Jesus’ appearing, I will see my beloved Savior and appear before Him to receive rewards for faithful service in this life. I long both to see Him face to face and hearHis true appraisal of my life and service for Him. For now, I “see in a mirror dimly” in anticipation of the day when my faith will be sight and I will revel in His presence. THE RAPTURE IS WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY NEW BODY The Rapture will also be the time when I will receive my incorruptible and immortal body (Philippians 3:20-21, 1 Corinthians 15:51-55). Perhaps the saddest aspect of pastorsignoring the Rapture is the absence of any teaching about the imperishable bodies we will receive at the time of the Rapture. I don’t recall any sermon in the past twenty-five years where a pastor has preached about this glorious aspect of our “blessed hope” beyond a fleeting mention that everyone soon forgot. I realize that with age, this promise becomes increasingly precious. I also know how quickly this life passes and if you have not yet felt the impact of aging, you willsoon. Yet regardless of age, most of us endure illnesses and physical ailments from which we never fully recover; this is also true for me. Why wouldn’t I long for my glorifiedbody, the one that the Lord promises to give to me at His appearing? But this is just one aspect of the glorious future that lies ahead for me and for all who know Jesus as their Savoir. THE RAPTURE WILL SIGNIFY FREEDOM FROM THE PRESENCE OF SIN The Rapture will signify the start of an eternal existence where I will be free from the presence of sin. We all have weaknesses as I know I surely do; some of which I mighteven be unaware. But a glorious day is coming when those things will all be part of my past and I will no longer sin, but fully experience the righteousness of Christ that God has already ben imputed to me. I can hardly wait for that day! Revelation 21:4 explains what this freedom from sin will mean for all eternity: “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passedaway.” I can scarcely imagine the blessedness of the time when all the promises of this verse come true for me. The Rapture just marks the beginning of a joyous adventure in whichall things listed in Revelation 21:4 will come true for me along with all those who know the Savior. Why wouldn’t I be excited about Jesus’ return to take me home in light of what lies ahead for me in eternity? THE RAPTURE WILL BRING INNER WHOLENESS Along with the freedom from sin will come an inner wholeness such as I have never experienced in my lifetime. I long for this with all my heart. In his book All Things New, author and counselor John Eldredge wrote this: We are all traumatized and fragmented; no one passes through this vale of tears without it. And our Healer will make us whole again…. Think of it—to be wholehearted. Tobe filled with goodness from head to toe. To have an inner glory that matches the glory of your new body…”[i] The Lord has healed so many of the searing wounds from my past. However, I still yearn for the total inner wholeness about which John Eldredge writes. I continue to feel “traumatized and fragmented” in some ways, which causes me to yearn all the more for the time of Jesus’ upward call and the time of inner wholeness that will envelope my entire being as I experience the promises of Revelation 21:4. My scars, both emotional and physical, remind me that a much better day lies just ahead! JESUS IS PREPARING A PLACE FOR ME I treasure the Lord’s promise in John 14:2-3: In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will comeagain and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. What will it be like to see the place that Jesus has prepared for His bride? This promise is for all true New Testament saints, but there’s also a personal element to itas well. Jesus is preparing a special place for me and for you. I often wonder about what my “place” will look like. I know it will be much more wonderful than I can imagine as will everything else be in heaven. THE RAPTURE MARKS THE TIME OF SEEING DEAR FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS WHO ARE ALREADY WITH JESUS There’s also my hope I will see dear family members, my parents, and my friends already with Jesus in heaven. My dad died when I was ten and it was then that I first experiencedthe hope that I possess in the future meeting in the air that Paul describes in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17. I also look forward to seeing family members and friends who are still alive in glory with their imperishable bodies. I recognize that this aspect of our hope comes with sorrow for many, as it does to me, because of offspring or family members who reject Jesus and His saving message. Ilive with this sadness every day and pray that once the Rapture happens, if not before, my children will turn to the true Jesus of the Bible. THE RAPTURE MARKS THE BEGINNING OF THE LORD JUDGING THE WICKEDNESS THAT HAS BECOME SO PREVALENT Like many of you, the evil, injustice, and violence of our time troubles me at times. There’s coming a time, however, when the Lord will judge all these things in perfectrighteousness. Psalm 37:1-20 brings me back to reality and calms my heart amid the turmoil and sickness of this world. Justice will someday prevail through the earth! The Rapture marks the beginning of the day of the Lord, which includes all of the Tribulation, when Jesus will justly deal with the wickedness and wild deception of ourworld. It only appears as though many are getting away with their vile schemes; the Lord will hold them accountable some day. The Rapture is my precious hope because it’s the beginning of an exciting and joyous adventure that will never end. I long for the day I see Jesus and as long as I havebreath, I will continue to defend what Scripture teaches about this glorious hope. He replies first by saying, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” Then he goes on to discuss the chronology of events that will lead up to his return. He told them, “And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that you are not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, the end is not yet. For nation will riseagainst nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in diverse places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.” Christ’s end time account is consistent with the prophets and the book of Revelation. Manyask if we are in the beginning of sorrows. Taking a snapshot of the world situation today, there are certainly many aspects of beginning of sorrows in play. We have seen a huge pestilence in the form of COVID 19that has indeed left in its wake death, suffering, famine, and overall disruption of societies around the world. Each year there are over 1,300 earthquakes worldwide. Earthquakes are a concern for Israel as reported by the Times of Israel with a February 8announcement of installation of a cutting-edge earthquake sensing and warning system. The Times reported, “Israel is located on the seismically active Syrian-African Rift Valley and being so small, most of its residents are exposed to the risk of earthquakedamage.” Political unrest and disruption is reported on a daily basis. For example, Joe Biden has been warning for weeks now that Russia is about to invade Ukraine. In Canada, peacefulprotests against tyrannical COVID restrictions have resulted in violent police attacks on protesters, nationalization and freezing of bank accounts of protesters and their employers among other militant tactics. Many are speculating how the US Government willhandle similar protests that are beginning with patriotic truckers in Western states heading for Washington, DC. Europe and North America are embroiled in rumors of wars, political disruption from COVID restrictions, and massive border security issues. But let us remember that the prophecies of the end times are focused on events in the Middle East. Israel is the timepiece for the signs that Christ and the prophets enumerated.In today’s headlines, Israel is faced with ongoing calls for the terrorist group Hamas to attack civilians. Drones from Lebanon are probing Israeli airspace, which is a sign of the Iran-back terrorist group Hezbollah trying to attack. Iran also poses the threatof attaining nuclear weapons which is becoming more likely as the Biden Administration, like the previous Obama Administration, favors Iran’s position. There seems to be an escalation of worldwide disruption, which impacts Israel in many ways. Many will argueif these are the beginning of sorrows. Do not be deceived.  By Hal Lindsey Students of Bible prophecy have long warned that a time of terrible destruction looms over earth’s future. Today, similar warnings are coming from scientists of all kinds. Systems are stretched to the breaking point, includingmedical, economic, environmental, and moral systems. A multitude of problems in many different areas have become severe enough to threaten civilization itself. But even in such a troubled time, every follower of Christ has full access to the Lord’s hope, peace, joy, and strength. In Jesus, we have “life more abundantly”—now and forever. Christians long for everyone to enjoy thesesame privileges. That’s why we share the Gospel. At some point in the future, things will become even more precarious for the people of earth. The last seven years before Christ’s return are often referred to as “the tribulation.” That’s when things will fall apart in astonishingand destructive ways. You can read about these events in the Book of Revelation. But before those seven years, God will perform one of His most spectacular miracles. He will remove all those who are “in Christ” from the earth. Recently, the United States, UK, Australia, Germany, and other nations began withdrawing their personnel from Ukraine. They did this believing that Russia was about to invade that country and they wanted to get their peopleout of harm’s way. The rapture will happen for similar reasons. God will remove His people from planet earth before the greatest calamities begin. In fact, the scripture teaches that the coming disasters cannot take place while the Holy Spiritcontinues to work in, through, and for His Church on earth. We see this summarized in 2 Thessalonians 2:7. Referring to the Holy Spirit, it says, “Only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.” [NKJV] If you are in Christ today, you will not experience the tribulation. You will either be taken out of the world at the rapture, or you will die before that event. Either way, you will go to be with Jesus. I Thessalonians 4:15-18describes the evacuation event in some detail. It concludes by saying, “Comfort one another with these words.” Sadly, for many Christians, the thought of being lifted out of the world at the rapture is not comforting, but terrifying. It sounds so big—awesome in the real sense of that word—that they tremble at the thought. We mustremember that the rapture happens at the instigation of a loving God. And when it happens, it is to Jesus that we will fly. He will take us out of this troubled world to a radiant wedding between Himself and His bride, the Church. Song of Solomon 2:10-13 gives a beautiful picture of it. “My beloved spoke, and said to me: ‘Rise up, my love, my fair one, And come away. For lo, the winter is past, The rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth;The time of singing has come, And the voice of the turtledove Is heard in our land. The fig tree puts forth her green figs, And the vines with the tender grapes Give a good smell. It is no secret that the goal of the United Nations and the World Economic Forum (WEF) is to instate a globalist government that encompasses the entire world. America isthe sole country that stands in the way of this happening. Should America fall, the WEF will rise. So, just what is an ESG score? It stands for "environmental, social, and governance factors," and it is a concept that has already crept throughout the United States largelyunnoticed. Why was it that international companies in the US have placed such a heavy emphasis on being "green" over the past several years? It's because of ESG scores. Rated on a scale of 0-100, the higher your score, the better you fare. The man with a score of 88 would be deemed more climate-conscious and a better global citizen thanthe man with a score of 23. Here is how your ESG score is calculated... A company called ESG The Report has detailed all the ways that your ESG score is calculated. Here is what they have to say: E = Environmental Factors There are three primary environmental factors that determine what one's 'E' score will be. They are: What effect do you have on the environment? What are your carbon emissions like? How much waste do you create? How effectively do you utilize natural resources? How much water do you use? How much electricity do you use? Do you engage in any climate change initiatives? Let us start with an analysis of the practical consequences of this. Imagine a world where your trash output is monitored and recorded. If you create too much, those in power will know about it. Have a birthday party with family over thatgenerates extra trash? You could end up being penalized. Picture being told that you drink too much water, and you need to ration how much you consume. You eat too much. That's not fair to the rest of the planet. The number ofcalories you eat is to be dictated to you by the planners of society. Did your smart meter just detect you've met your monthly electricity allowance? Your power has just been cut off. And what about climate change initiatives? You are literally being forced to give money to particular charities and causes at the risk of being blackballed. No money? That'sokay, forced community service, so that you can prove that you planted 45 trees this past year is also an acceptable "contribution." S = Social Factors There are three primary "social factors" that influence one's ESG score, as well. They are: How well do you treat your employees, local community, and society at large? Do you support diversity? Is your workplace safe? Are there practical consequences to these ideas as well? You betcha. Consider that this scoring system necessitates some form of organization to which the employees of the world can file grievances. Do you like the idea of some global organizationkeeping a track record of every complaint your employees make, justified or not? How does one determine just exactly how fair you treat your local community or society at large? Would the small town gun shop owner be told that they are selling a productthat is doing harm to "society at large?" Keep in mind that globalists hate American gun ownership. What about the church that preaches that particular actions are sinful? If this goes against the globalist agenda, they could be slapped with the low ESG score label withall the consequences that follow. Workplace safety is not something I believe people initially object to, but if there's one thing we've witnessed over the course of the past two years, it's that what isenforced upon people in the name of safety is often anything but. Diversity is not even worth mentioning here. If you're a business that hires white, American men, your ESG score will be abysmal. You will be forced into hiring people basedon their skin color rather than their ability. "Sorry, you can't work here. We haven't met our minority quota yet, and you have the wrong color skin." G= Governance Factors Three factors contribute to one's "G score." They are: Do you make political contributions or influence legislation? How much do the executives at your company make? Are the executives within your organization diverse? As can probably already be seen, there are a number of issues here. For starters, consider what could happen if it's discovered you've given money to a pro-American lobbyist organization. Do you think that will help your ESG score or lowerit? What if it's found you're not giving to any of the pre-approved political organizations? Could this be used to lower your ESG score as well? Should globalists have any right to determine the pay scale of the executives in your company? Is this not a forced redistribution of wealth scheme? If I founded, run, andown the company, why can I not pay myself the salary I desire? And of course, lastly, we see institutionalized racism incorporated by the globalist agenda once again, as they seek to force people to be hired not on their ability buton their skin color, gender, or sexual preferences instead. Who on earth is ESG The Report? It has to be asked who this company is. Despite their doing a very good job of hiding where they are located and who works for them, they appear to be shills for the WorldEconomic Forum. On their website, you'll see such questions and answers as: "Is capitalism ethically justifiable? No, it isn't." "Does capitalism destroy the environment? Yes, it does." "Capitalism's alternatives include democratic socialism..." You can also see pictures of world-class citizen, Karl Marx. Slapping an ESG score on every human on the planet is nothing other than the next step of The Great Reset. And no, you will not be permitted to avoid it. As Great Reset mastermind Klaus Schwab has said, "Every country, from the United States to China, must participate [in theGreat Reset], and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed." This won't stop at the business level either. As we pointed out with the current discussion on Personal Carbon Allowances, this is being discussed at the individual levelas well. As the company, ESG The Report, says, there are a number of ways in which one can calculate their personal ESG score. Your transportation habits, your dietary habits, attitude,outlook, the environmental impact of your career choice, the way you invest, your recycling habits - all of these could be used to determine what your personal ESG score is. Do you live a 45-minute drive out from work? Well, that hurtsyour ESG score. If you want to better it, you will need to move into a densely-populated urban center to cut back on your drive time. Do you eat meat? Sorry, that hurts your ESG score. Do you have a negative attitude towards the UN, the WEF, or ESG scores?Do you believe in national sovereignty? You love America? Sorry, an analysis of your social media posts and your recent government-mandated "outlook appointment" have all determined that these are negatives within your mindset, and your score will reflectit. You are guilty of Orwellian thoughtcrime. As the WEF points out, an ESG score allows politicians to measure how well a business complies with The Great Reset. You're no longer measured by how profitable your businessis. You're now measured by how long you're willing to comply with tyranny on a global scale. I say this because it’s beginningto look like God is allowing end-times scenarios prophesied in the Bible to come to pass. Globalist power elites have clearly pushed the button on their long-awaited “final solution,” to use Bill Gates’ phraseology. Maybe it’s better described as their finalstage or end-game scenario. Whatever you wish to call it, we are witnessing the final chess moves in the globalists’ long-planned takedown of Western civilization, which they want to replace with atransformed, transhumanist, godless, wicked-to-the-core new world order under which they control everything. When a group of conspirators is in the final stages of a coup d’état, when they believe they have checkmated every conceivable opposition, they are no longer afraid to revealtheir true nature. They have bared their authoritarian fangs, ala Justin Trudeau, and are proud of it. They are no longer worried about elections (what a quaint thought). They also do not seem at all concerned about outbursts of peaceful protests, where citizensflood into the streets with signs and chants, or ride into town on heavy trucks. They will use whatever means necessary to clinch the deal and implement their new world order, aka “Great Reset.” They will use pandemics, bioweapons, climate change hysteria,cyber attacks, false-flag attacks and even world war if that’s what it takes to finalize the destruction of Western civilization. This is all justified in their eyes so they can “build back better” on the ashes of that once-great civilization. They sense thatafter more than 75 years of cultural Marxist propaganda attacks, that this once-dominant civilization has grown weak and soft. In short, they smell blood in the water and are ready to pounce. It is time. Much of what I’ve been reporting for the last two years has been about how the pandemic is being used as a bludgeoning tool to usher in two things, a global digital ID systemand a global digital money system, both of which will be used as hammers to force people worldwide into the biblical beast system. There’s a strong argument to be made that this beast system will closely resemble Hitler’s Third Reich, only it will be muchworse because today’s power elites, who think almost exactly like those Nazis of the 1930s, have so much more technology at their disposal. They have artificial intelligence to spy on us and predict our thoughts, and they have gene editing and gene therapiesto create their super humans devoid of any human compassion or ability to think critically and independently. Orders are given and orders are followed. Those troublesome free wills inherent in the old humans have been largely stamped out, and they can dealharshly with the remaining troublemakers while being cheered on by the new transhumans who have joined their cult. This beast system is now at our doorstep. And in light of what’s gone down in Canada it’s in much clearer view than it was even two months ago. The globalists had a well-thoughtout strategic plan. Scare the heck out of people through mind-numbing propaganda being put out by the corporate-owned media and the corporate-owned medical-pharma complex, using the fear to lock them down and strip away rights and freedoms, while demonizinganyone who is not afraid of the virus and wants to go on living as they always did. After a year and a half of wearing people down with propaganda and taking away their freedom, then they step in and offer the solution, and here’s where the real deceptionkicks in, requiring people to buy back some limited freedoms by submitting to dictates that can be issued by a single man or woman, not their elected legislatures. These dictates were billed at first as temporary necessities meant to deal with a crisis, butthat was a lie. They were never meant to be temporary. They were meant to reorder every facet of your life, including your freedom of movement, where you can work, what you can say, what you can eat, how you worship God, what gets injected into your body.And everything is now monitored and assessed in real time using AI-driven apps on your phone. If you don’t submit to the injection and grant the elitist cabal total rights over your body and the reordering of your life, then you are basically declared a non-citizenand have no rights. You may be a citizen of your country, loyal to your Constitution and Bill of Rights, but that doesn’t matter anymore. All of that has been bypassed and rendered moot by the crisis. They are looking for global citizens willing to join thenew global order. The Fourth Reich. Which is like a cult. You follow their dictates, which they call “science” but have no connection to actual science. Fauci said “I am science,” meaning whatever he says, no matter if it contradicted what he said last week,must be followed instinctively. He is your new god, or one of the new pantheon of gods. Get with the program. “Why can’t those truckers just do what they’re told?” You actually hear that kind of talk all over social media. They believe they can implement this system now because they have spent the last 50 to 75 years infiltrating all the key positions of power in our society with people whowill instinctively follow orders, whether they agree with them or not, often for no other reason than to keep their paycheck coming in and their bills paid. They’ve lost the ability or the courage to think critically as individuals. It’s easier to go withgroupthink. None of this could have been done 20 or 30 years ago because the power centers within society were still too disparate and diffused. But after years of consolidation inall the major industries, whether it be the media, medical services, banking and financial services, transportation, and manufacturing sectors, they are all controlled at the very top by the same type of people. If you do your research you will find that allof the world’s biggest corporations are majority-owned by the same elite group of people at Blackrock, State Street, Vanguard and a few other massive money-management firms. With this level of monopoly interest, there is nothing of import that they don’t control.If they don’t outright own it, they can control it, because everyone needs to eat. Everyone needs an income. And those incomes are all dependent, ultimately, on the same upper echelon of big banks and corporations. So now is the time for their end game. Don’t lose sight of their goals. Digital money. The short article below dovetails with the one I authored on Dec. 3, 2021, titled The real agenda behind the mad dash to get every child injected against a virus that won’taffect them, in which I quoted from a Gates-funded Gavi document that jibes with the WEF document cited by author by Tom Parker. The World Economic Forum, an international organization that works to “shape global, regional and industry agendas,” recently published its latest dystopian proposal – afar-reaching digital ID system that will collect as much data as possible on individuals and then use this data to determine their level of access to various services. This digital ID proposal is outlined in a report titled “Advancing Digital Agency: The Power of Data Intermediaries” and builds upon a digital ID framework that the WEFhas published previously. Under this framework, the WEF proposes collecting data from many aspects of people’s “everyday lives” through their devices, telecommunications networks, and third-partyservice providers. The WEF suggests that this data collection dragnet would allow a digital ID to scoop up data on people’s online behavior, purchase history, network usage, credit history,biometrics, names, national identity numbers, medical history, travel history, social accounts, e-government accounts, bank accounts, energy usage, health stats, education, and more. Once the digital ID has access to this huge, highly personal data set, the WEF proposes using it to decide whether users are allowed to “own and use devices,” “open bankaccounts,” “carry out online financial transactions,” “conduct business transactions,” “access insurance, treatment,” “book trips,” “go through border control between countries or regions,” “access third-party services that rely on social media logins,” “filetaxes, vote, collect benefits,” and more. In this Advancing Digital Agency: The Power of Data Intermediaries report, the WEF positions this digital ID framework as the part of the solution to a “trust gap in datasharing” and notes that vaccine passports, which were mandated across the world during the COVID-19 pandemic, do “by nature serve as a form of digital identity.” The WEF also praises the way vaccine passports have allowed governments to harvest data from their populations without “notice and consent”: “At a collective level, vaccine data is an incredible public health asset. The United Kingdom Government in particular has acknowledged this and has suggested that anonymization,pseudonymization and data shielding techniques could be harnessed in a controlled environment to allow for the reuse of that highly sensitive data. In such cases, notice and consent is not required per se for the reuse of the data but the intermediary processesthe data undergoes must be done in a controlled environment so that the findings of the data set are made available rather than the data itself.” The WEF provides a specific example of how digital IDs could be used to authenticate a user (by using fingerprints, a password, or identity verification technology) anddecide whether they should be granted access to a bank loan by judging their profile (which may include their biometrics, name, and national identity number) and history (which may include their credit, medical, and online purchasing history). The WEF goes on to suggest that digital IDs will “allow for the selection of preferences and the making of certain choices in advance” and ultimately pave the way for “automateddecision-making” where a “trusted digital assistant” “automates permissions for people and effectively manages their data across different services” to “overcome the limitations of notice and consent.” This push for an invasive digital ID system from the WEF follows it proposing other similar surveillance systems such as turning your heartbeat into a digital ID. Throughoutthe pandemic, the WEF has consistently advocated for vaccine passports and digital ID. Beyond these specific proposals, the WEF is infamous for its globalist and transhumanist agendas such as the “Great Reset” (which proposes that people will “own nothing” and “be happy”) and the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” (which, according to WEF founder Klaus Schwab, will lead to “a fusion of our physical, our digital, and our biological identities”). Governments and private corporations are increasingly embracing digital IDs. Some governments are also pushing a similar notion – social credit-style apps that monitor citizens’ behavior and reward them for engaging in state-approved actions.
