What If You Had Eight Minutes To Meet Your Maker?

What If You Had Eight Minutes To Meet Your Maker? - Belle Ringer - http://www.salvationandsurvival.com/2015/03/what-if-you-had-eight-minutes-to-meet.html

Yesterday, the news of the intentional downing of Germanwings Airbus Flight A320 shocked the world.  I must admit that I was not completely surprised.  Something felt "fishy" from the moment the media announced the crash in the French Alps.  According to the latest reports, Co-pilot Andreas Lubitz "intentionally" sent the plane into its tragic descent.

I've heard news report after news report speaking to "what went on in that cockpit".  We have heard the reports of the captain banging on the cockpit door, demanding to be re-admitted, and the calm demeanor with which the co-pilot carried out his alleged plan.  We want to know why Lubitz did what he did ... was it depression, a suicide wish?  Was terrorism any part of the equation?  Eventually we will have those answers.

For now, all the talking heads, professional pilots, and airline officials are discussing airline procedures in the fatal crash.  How can they reassess their procedures which were instituted in the wake of 9/11?  The airline policy of keeping the bad guys out of the cockpit seems to have backfired as, in this instance, the policy kept the good guys out.  And how can they overcome the obstacle of a co-pilot who manually blocks entrance to the cockpit?  Do they need to rethink the psychological evaluations of pilots?  There will be many man-hours spent on replaying this scenario.

But my immediate thoughts were of the 149 passengers on board.  Rather than contemplating what went on in the cockpit, my emotions lie with what went on in that passenger cabin.  The cockpit voice recorder has already revealed the last minutes of that flight -- the pilot banging on the door and the screams of the passengers as they realized their fate.  So I ask the question I submitted in the title of this post ... What would you do if you had eight minutes to meet your Maker?

I have read the writings of theologians, both past and present, who advise that "It would be well for us to spend a thoughtful hour each day in contemplation of the life of Christ, and what He has done for us."  But what if you only had eight minutes?!?  I cannot imagine the thoughts of those passengers who did not know Him.  Were they consumed with terror over the loss of their life, without any sense of what would happen to them in the seconds after? Were their thoughts only of their own fear, their families, and what it would feel like to die?  Were there any thoughts of their mortal souls or how they would spend eternity?

Of course, eight minutes is ample time to make a decision to accept Jesus as your Savior, and to ask forgiveness for your sinful life.  I can only imagine that God can send the Holy Spirit in a split second, and salvation is yours.  But sadly, how many on that flight gave no thought to their eternal life, or had no inclination to seek the Lord in their last minutes on this earth?

As I contemplate those who belonged to God, I try to put myself in their place.  Eight minutes is a long time to survey your life.  I'd like to think that I could master my fear quickly as I understood the implication of the pilot's actions and the rapid descent.  I hope that I would immediately surrender that fear to the One who is in control of my life; that I would reach out and commune with Him who is my Strength and the One in whom I trust.  I hope that I would have the sense to thank Him for my salvation and ask for His mercy as I prepared to stand before Him in all His glory.  Finally, it is my sincere desire that the Holy Spirit would help me to meet my end on this earth with a heart full of joy and praise for God's presence in my life.

I know that the scenario I presented for myself probably sounds like a fairy tale; too good to be true -- nobody can be expected to have the presence of mind to look beyond their own human terror in those fatal moments, and to fixate upon their Creator.  But I only have to look upon examples in the Bible to know that it is possible.  Stephen did it, as he prayed for God to receive His spirit.  His death was as quick and unexpected as the tragedy in the Alps.  I cannot accept any other explanation but that God will flash the knowledge of Himself and His mercy into our minds at the very moment when it is needed.

I pray for the souls on board that tragic flight, and for their families, who have to live with so many unanswered questions about the last moments of their loved ones' lives.  This tragedy is just one more reason that we should feast upon the Word of God; of His blessed assurances; and of the Joy in the world to come.  How many minutes do you have left?

Prophetic Leader or follower? -

Prophetic Leader or follower? - Bill Wilson - www.dailyjot.com

In our high school football locker room was a hand-made poster that read, "Either Lead Or Follow, Or Get Out Of The Way." Our coach used to say that football was "organized chaos." Before you say, "Oh, here he goes again with another football analogy," bear me out a bit. This world is mostly organized chaos. In fact, it is getting more and more chaotic as we go. This is promised in the Holy Scriptures, consistent across both the Old Testament and New Testament. As the darkness rolls in upon us in these prophetic times, we have to make some decisions about what kind of prophetic person we are to be. Are we prophetic leaders or followers, or are we just in the way? This is important to your very survival.

What I see is a lot of people wondering what to do. They are frustrated and discouraged that morals and ethics and truth and righteousness seem to be lost in the darkness. Each day that passes seems to be an anthem of Isaiah 59:13-14, "In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. And judgment is turned away backward, and justice stands afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter." These verses seem to describe our current situation as a people and as a nation. It appears that there are shouts in the darkness against it, but they fall on deaf ears.

First there is anger and frustration. Then there is discouragement. Then fear sets in. This appears to be a natural course of human nature. We have to determine in these times whether we are leaders, followers, or just in the way. When people try to lead, there is often a whole group of Christians who pick apart every little detail as if they are examining the sacrificial lamb for blemishes to disqualify it--which is hardly consistent with the lives they lead. Others rush in without any discernment. Others muddle the conversation with endless debate. Now remember, on the vital issues, discernment is imperative. But also remember King David was imperfect in many ways, but he was also a man after God's own heart.

The point is, that our prophetic destiny--how we are living out our lives and contributing to the Kingdom of God here on earth--is important. We need to behave in the authority we have been given as heirs of the living God. I don't mean running around with empty declarations and proclamations disguised as prophecy. I do mean taking spiritual and moral authority in following God, not men. We need to know the word of God--not as it is taught by men with agendas, but rather from God's viewpoint. And then we need to exercise it with the authority of stewardship the Lord has given us. No fear. No discouragement. Extraordinary wisdom and discernment. Making a statement to society. Making disciples. Being the light wherein the darkness must flee.

The Fullness of Time -

The Fullness of Time - Pete Garcia - http://www.omegaletter.com/articles/articles.asp?ArticleID=8014

I am fascinated by time, and God's use of it in His dealings with mankind.  As I've said many times before, God is not bound by time as we are, but has created it for mankind to measure events by and to reckon where and when he is, according to God's timeline.

God created the celestial bodies by which time can be measured (Gen. 1:14-19), but even before that God began to set aside periods of time, known as 'days', for which creation itself could be measured against.  But as for time itself, God is always, continually in the present.  God named Himself to Moses as the "I AM", which literally means, the "becoming One".

But what I find of great interest, is God's use of time by which He interjects Himself into human history.  After Adam and Eve's fall in the Garden of Eden, man no longer possessed the ability to walk with God unfiltered.  God could not in fact, allow man to see Him as He was without killing him. (Exodus 33:20)  God had to veil Himself in human form, in order to appear to fallen and sinful men.  (Gen. 13:18; Josh. 5:13-15; Luke 1:35-38)  And so, in order to fulfill God's commitment towards the salvation of mankind, He had to take on the form of a man, born of a virgin, committed wholly to the will of the Father, in order to meet God's perfect standard of righteousness.  Let's look at the timing of His first advent.

The Lamb: Time Driven

By the time of Christ's birth (est. 4BC), the current world power then, Rome, was already an ancient empire.  Legend has Rome's founding around the seventh century BC, which is around the same time Israel (northern 10 tribes) were being taken into captivity by the Assyrians under Tiglath Pileser III.

Rome began as a Republic, but eventually came to be controlled by a singular leader known as a Caesar.  Rome was pagan, polytheistic, and ecumenical.  Their strength lied in the assimilation of the peoples they conquered, by watching and taking the best practices of those nations.  Two things that really set the Romans apart from their predecessors was; a common language-Koine Greek, and their investment into building a massive road networks that connected the ancient world like never before.

From a theological perspective, they really didn't care which god you served, so long as you paid tribute to Caesar.  This seemed to work out well for the varied nations they conquered...all except for the tiny vassal state of Judah.  The Jews were solely devoted to their own God, and were exceedingly stubborn in this matter.  But the Romans tolerated them as long as they didn't make problems, and also because Jerusalem had no strategic or economic value and wasn't worth the trouble.  And so it was here, in the first century of the new millennium, that time had reached a prophetic crescendo, and God sent forth His Son to physically enter into human history.

But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.  Galatians 4:4-5 NKJV

So first we must make a distinction between the requirements for Christ's first return to earth, and His second.  At the first coming, He came to fulfill hundreds of OT prophecies concerning Himself, and to offer a physical, earthly, theocratic kingdom to the nation of Israel.  More conclusively, Christ HAD to come within the confines of the 70 Weeks as given to Daniel by the angel Gabriel.  This fact answers the mail as to why the Gentile Magi knew when to be looking for the One 'born King of the Jews', because they knew when the prophetic clock started.  (Nehemiah 2)

The Chaldeans (as were the Magi) were an ancient people who served not only under just the Babylonians, but also the Persians.  They didn't know the exact day or hour the Jewish Messiah would come, but having been instructed at length by Daniel, they should have been familiar with all the OT prophecies concerning His coming.  Although this is a bit of speculation, they must have understood that the Christ would come as Prophet (Deut. 18), Priest (Dan. 9:26; Psalm 110:4; Exodus 30:34-36) and King (Psalm 2:6; Dan. 9:25) based off their gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Christ's ministry would not begin until the age of thirty (Numbers 4), and His message was of the offer of the Kingdom from Heaven exclusively to Israel, (Matthew 4:17; 10:5-7), but they were not willing.  All they cared about was getting the Gentile rulers off of their backs, but they themselves refused to become a people fit for the Kingdom.  In fact, the 'Sermon on the Mount' was Christ's Magnus Opus for the human requirements necessary for this Kingdom.  It was the divine gauntlet laid down by saying, if you do these things...you can inherit the Kingdom.  Entrance into the Kingdom required you not only uphold the perfect standard of God's law through word and deed, but also that the thoughts and intents of your heart likewise be judged.  Needless to say, this message was not very popular.  (Matt. 5:17, 19, 27-28, 31-32, 48)

So we know from Scripture and from history, that the Jews both nationally and theologically rejected Christ and His offer, then had Him tried and executed by the Romans, and have until this day remained, as Paul stated, 'beloved on account of their forefathers, but enemies to the Gospel'. (Rom. 11:28)

The Lion: Event Driven

Of all the numerous signs and events that Christ said would be markers of the last days, there is but one that HAS to occur before Christ can return to earth.  In connection with their impending destruction by the Romans in AD70, Jesus said;

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, 'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!' " Matthew 23:37-39

Christ will not return again to the earth, UNTIL the Jewish people recognize Jesus as the Christ; and by so doing, will mourn that they had rejected and crucified the One who was sent to save them.

"And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn.  Zech. 12:10

But they will NOT come to this conclusion, UNTIL the time of Daniel's 70th week (AKA, the Tribulation).  Thus, the two-fold purpose of the seven-year Tribulation which precedes Christ physical return to the earth, is to (a) punish Israel in correction, so that they could see that their rejection of their Messiah was of their own doing, and (b) to destroy ALL the nations of the world who have come against Israel.  (Jeremiah 30:7-11)  Now, contained within that correction and disciplining of Israel, there is the six-fold purpose as listed in Daniel 9:24...

"Seventy weeks are determined
For your people and for your holy city,
(1) To finish the transgression,
(2) To make an end of sins,
(3) To make reconciliation for iniquity,
(4)To bring in everlasting righteousness,
(5) To seal up vision and prophecy,
(6) And to anoint the Most Holy.

Daniel's people are the Jews and his holy city was Jerusalem.  69 weeks were completed with the Crucifixion of our Lord and Savior (9:26) at the Cross, as well as completing the first three purposes (1-3).  That leaves one week (9:27), and the final three purposes (4-6) to be finished, which will find completion at the end of the 70th week.  The end will be with His physical, visual, mind-shattering return to the earth as the reigning King of kings.  He is no longer the Jewish carpenter's son from Nazareth.  He is coming in full power, in full glory, for ALL the world to see, tremble, and mourn.  (Zech. 14:3-4; Matt. 24:29-30, 26:62-64; Rev. 1:7, 19:11-16).

So at Christ's first coming to the earth, a 'fullness of times' had been reached in which precipitated a reaction by God to interject Himself into human history through Jesus Christ.  Likewise, at Christ's second coming, another fullness of times will be reached, culminating in all the nations of the world, coming against Israel.  And through all the horrors of Satan's wrath (the Antichrist) and God's wrath (the 21 Judgments), Israel will finally be brought to the point in which they cry out "Blessed is He Who Comes in the name of the Lord", and will recognize that Jesus was/is the Messiah they had been waiting for all along, and thus trigger His second coming back to the earth.

The Body: Numbers Driven

Between the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple by the Romans in AD70, and today, there has been a 2,000 year period of time commonly referred to as the age of the church.  It is during this time that Christianity has undergone varying stages of flourishing and suffering, waxing and waning through virtually every corner of the earth.  There have been movements of true spiritual revivals, and movements of widespread apostasies and in all, the wheat and tare have grown side by side through the last twenty centuries.  So where does the Church fit into God's concept of the fullness of time?

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth-in Him.  Ephesians 1:9-10

Just as Christ appeared to mankind at His first coming at the 'fullness of times', there is also a fullness of times for the Church.  A culminating point if you will, of all things politically, geo-politically, technologically, economically, and theologically.  At this point, Christ will, according to His good pleasure, gather together in one, all things in Christ, both of which are in heaven (those who have died) and which are on earth (those who are still alive)-in Him. (Emphasis mine).  Compare this with the most well-known passages referring to the Rapture;

...For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.  Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.  1 Thess. 4:13-18

There is a clear distinction between those who have already passed from this life, and are at present, in the spirit in heaven with our Lord, and those who are still alive and in their flesh currently living life here on earth.  We are all gathered together in one, by Christ, to be where He is (John 14:1-3).  And just as there was a recognizable beginning to the age of the Church, so too will there be an end of the Church age we are in now, by the removal of those who are sealed by the Holy Spirit, with the Rapture of the Church.

Clearly, prior to the Day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit existed as God in an omnipresent form throughout creation going back to Genesis 1:2.  The Holy Spirit will exist on the earth after the Rapture of the Church because He is omnipresent.  What is different is His role in men's salvation.  The Holy Spirit coming down as 'cloven tongues of fire' (Acts 2:1-4) was given for a specific role, as promised by Christ in John 14:25-26, 15:26-27 to be the Helper, Comforter, Sealer, and Guarantor of our Salvation.

We know that the Church is not Israel, because we are not a nation, but rather, pulled from all nations, tribes, ethnicities, economic classes, and make up the corporate, many-membered unified body of Christ.  We are currently fulfilling that portion of Acts 15:15-17, in which James quotes the OT Prophet Amos, in that God is taking people from amongst the Gentiles for Himself.  The Church was not an afterthought because of Israel's rejection of the Kingdom, but rather, we were planned from 'before the foundation of the world' (Eph. 1:4).

So it is in these final days, that we are seeing;

1.The geo-political alignment of nations and militaries like Scriptures say they would (Ezekiel 38-39)
2.Economic and technological conditions necessary for the events in Revelation to find fulfillment  (Rev. 11, 13)
3.The final apostate stages that Jesus, Paul, James, Peter, John, and Jude say will be present at the end of the church age (1 Tim. 4; 2 Tim. 3, 4; 2 Peter 3; Jude, 1 John 2; Rev. 3)
4.Israel as a nation, secure in their own defense, but increasingly isolated by the rest of the world (Ez. 37-38; Amos 9; Isaiah 11; Zech. 12, 14; Luke 21:24)

And having arrived at this culminating point, when all the events are aligning perfectly, God will again inject Himself into human history, to remove those who are His body before the final stage of God's prophetic plan is decreed.  And while these global events are coming together, God is putting His finishing touch on His masterpiece, the Church, who He has been laboring over for these last 2,000 years (1 Cor. 3:5-11), by bringing in the final members and completing the Body of Christ our Lord.

For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.  Romans 11:25

This Present Apostasy

This Present Apostasy - By Tucker Whitaker and Andy Coticchio - http://www.raptureready.com/soap2/wc30.html

Excerpted from:  The Return of the Lord Jesus by R. A. Torrey, D. D. copyright 1913.

The last days in the time of the return of our Lord Jesus will be a time of apostasy. We read in 1 Timothy 4:1: "But the Spirit saith expressly, that in latter times some shall fall away from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons." By "doctrines of demons" is evidently meant teachings that evil spirits will promulgate through those men and women who are under their control, such, for example, as the teaching of modern "spiritualism," which might more properly be termed "demonism."

The marvelous growth of belief in the "occult" in our days seems to be a fulfillment of this word of prophecy. On every hand men seem to be departing from the faith once delivered to the saints and giving heed to all manner of evil spirits. We are further told by Paul in his second epistle to Timothy that those days shall be grievous times.

He says, "but know this that in the last days grievous times shall come; for men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, traitors, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power thereof" (2 Timothy 3:1-5a).

These words present to us a remarkably accurate picture of our own time. If one should take up in detail each item in Paul's characterization of the last days, he would find it marvelously fulfilled in our own day. This naturally leads many to suppose that the Lord's coming is very near to hand. However, we should always bear in mind that earnest men of God and students of the Bible have often thought in bygone days that the coming of the Lord was very near. Luther, for example, thought this centuries ago. These men of the past were not mistaken.

The return of our Lord was very near. Those who were mistaken were those who thought it so far away that they let it have no effect upon their lives. But at the present time, the multiplied iniquities of our day, the apostasy into damning error and unbelief of many professed and hitherto apparently sincere Christians, and of many professedly evangelical preachers, and of numerous professors of theology in seminaries built at great sacrifice by orthodox men and women for the promulgation of truth and not for the breeding of error, the increase of lawlessness on the part of great corporations on the one hand and on the part of the oppressed poor on the other hand, the mutterings preceding the storm of wild anarchy that seems likely soon to break, all these things are signs of His coming which may be very near at hand. Men's hearts are "fainting for fear, and for expectation of the things which are coming on the world" (Luke 21:26).

Many of the greatest statesmen of England, America and Germany have forebodings which they scarcely dared to put in words of what lies just a little way ahead of the nations of the earth. But in such days as these our hearts should not faint nor fear. "When these things begin to come to pass" we should "look up and lift up our heads, because our redemption draweth nigh" (Luke 21:28). The darker the day grows, the nearer at hand is the dawn, and just at the moment when things seem unendurable, the brightest, gladdest day the earth ever saw is breaking.

 Words of Grace for Strength

Reading Torrey's description of the apostasy, he recognized at the time he wrote the words quoted above that Christians, true followers of Jesus Christ, should recognize how much farther the "church" has fallen into apostasy. A century has passed since his writing, and with it once godly nations, which at one point contained countless local church bodies, have turned their backs on God.  The truth of the gospel is no longer preached from the pulpits in those churches. The spiritualism and occultism which he recognized as invading Christianity in his day, have now so polluted the "church" that the message of the gospel is unrecognizable.

The "church" has replaced repentance with tolerance and compromise, sanctification with indulgence and permissiveness, and righteousness with irreverence and outright blasphemy. The false prophets and false teachers which dominate the "church" pulpits today are offenders rather than defenders of the gospel. They are either twisting the Word of God for their own benefit, denying its sufficiency and authority or ignoring it altogether.

Of the 85 percent of people in the US who claim to be Christians, research has shown that only 9 percent affirm a true saving faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior-true biblical Christianity. So in truth the "church" is populated with "Christians" who really are not because they have no relationship with the One who paid their sin debt at Calvary. They do not have an authentic relationship with Jesus who is the Christ, the Son of man and the Son of God, and who is in fact, God.

Having no relationship with Christ, they certainly are not indwelt by the Holy Spirit, and therefore do not and cannot understand the prophetic Word of God. Therefore, many who populate the "church" today are operating under the false notion that what they "believe" or are "comfortable with," will assure them a place in heaven without having to repent, confess, and turn away from their sin before God, acknowledging Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

As troubling as that is, it is not something unexpected, at least from the Lord's perspective. Look at the Sermon on the Mount when Jesus proclaims to all those who made a false profession,  And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' (Matthew 7:23).

Even in the Olivet discourse He states many did not do for Him as they did not do for others (Matthew 25:45). Jesus Himself makes it clear that there will be many who either proclaim the Lord or claim to serve Him who will hear the words of the Lord disavowing them and judging them in condemnation. No sadder words could be heard in that time of the Lord's great majesty and power.

The prophetic words of the apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 5:1-3 have indeed come to fruition. Those things which Christ prophesied would "soon come to pass" in His Olivet discourse in Matthew 24 are indeed doing so. The convergence of all of these end times prophecies should indeed cause us to "look up and lift up our heads." While only the Father in heaven knows the "day and  hour" (Matthew 24:36) in which Christ will return for His true church, certainly we are nearer to that day than was Torrey, and exponentially nearer than was Paul.

Those of us who are true followers of Christ in these last days, those of us in the 9 percent, have a responsibility to be obedient servants of the cross of Christ, proclaiming the Good News of the gospel of Jesus Christ with absolutely everyone who will listen. While we are not all called to be preachers or teachers, we are all called to be ministers of the gospel. The fact that we see the convergence of end times prophecy being fulfilled before our very eyes, should be the impetus for a growing urgency within us to do just that. The Rapture of the Church is imminent, and soon to follow that-the return of Jesus Christ in judgment.

Mounting evidence suggests President Obama preparing to "divorce" Israel. What are the implications if he does?

Mounting evidence suggests President Obama preparing to "divorce" Israel. What are the implications if he does? - Joel C. Rosenberg - https://flashtrafficblog.wordpress.com/2015/03/27/mounting-evidence-suggests-president-obama-preparing-to-divorce-israel-what-are-the-implications-if-he-does/

Is a divorce coming between the President of the United States and the State of Israel?

Once, it would have been almost preposterous even to ask such a question. Today, however, it feels like it's a matter of "when," not "if" Mr. Obama will formally abandon American support for the Jewish State. And the situation is rapidly going from bad to worse.

Readers of this blog may recall that I posted this column on January 14, 2015: "Will President Obama abandon or fully turn against Israel in last two years in office, amidst ISIS & Iran threats? Exclusive poll results." According an exclusive poll I commissioned late last year, a remarkable 47.4% of Americans fear the President will turn against Israel soon given that he won't ever face the voters again. I suspect the number would be much higher today

As I traveled through the U.S. in January and February on The Third Target book tour speaking to Christian audiences and meeting with Evangelical leaders, I found many who are becoming deeply concerned that an historic and disastrous break is coming. Speaking at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention recently, I raised this question: "What if America is not simply entering a season of strained relations with Israel, but we are heading towards total American abandonment of the Jewish State?"

Consider just a handful of headlines published since I gave that speech:

*U.S. could abandon Israel at the U.N. (CNN)
*Washington threatens to abandon Israel at UN (The Times of London)
*TV report: Obama left PM 'with impression US will abandon Israel at UN' (Times of Israel)
*The U.S.-Israel relationship is at "the lowest point in the alliance that diplomatic sages can recall." (New York Times)

For an American President, or Congress, or the American people to turn against Israel and the Jewish people would be more than bad policy or unfortunate politics. According to Bible prophecy, such moves would pose an existential threat to the future of the United States.
*In Genesis 12:1-3, the Lord God vows that He will bless those who bless Israel and the Jewish people, and curse those who curse them.
*In Joel 3:2, the Lord God warns that He will bring into judgment "all the nations" who "divide My land," the Land of Israel.
*In Ezekiel 38-39, the Lord God warns that a group of nations led by Russia (Magog) and Iran (Persia) will form an alliance and attack Israel in the "last days," andthat no nation will come to Israel's defense - indeed, Israel will be abandoned by all of its friends and allies when this terrible moment occurs.
*What's more, in Zechariah 12:2-3, the Lord God warns that the nations will become intoxicated and start "reeling" with the desire to conquer and control Jerusalem and that "it will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it."
*In Zechariah 14:1-2, the Lord God warns that "a day is coming" when "I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle" and "then the Lord will go forth and fight against those nations."
*Also in Revelation 16, the Lord God warns that all nations will not simply abandon Israel but will eventually actively turn violent towards Israel and attack Israel and the Jewish people in the End of Days (the Battle of Har Meggido, the Mountain of Meggido, also known as the Battle of Armageddon).

As noted at the NRB Convention, "the Bible teaches us that all nations will turn against Israel in the last days - and all nations will face judgment for it - but woe into us if it happens on our watch."

Have we come to that fateful moment? Not quite yet, but we are getting dangerously close. Even though 70% of Americans see Israel favorably and support Israel, we are watching the President:

*negotiate an incredibly dangerous nuclear deal with Iran
*refuse to share the precise details of this deal with Israel, America's most faithful and trusted ally in the region
*treat the Israeli Prime Minister nearly as persona non grata
*send the VP and Secretary of State out of country to avoid seeing the Prime Minister
*send his political strategists and operatives to defeat the Prime Minister and his party in Israel's recent elections
*seem to threaten revenge because the PM won reelection
*threaten to abandon Israel at the UN and allow anti-Israel resolutions to pass without an American veto
*threaten to force Israel to divide Jerusalem and roll back to her pre-1967 borders or face severe international consequences
*and now declassify details of Israel's top secret nuclear program in what is being described as an "unprecedented move"

This is the most dangerous moment in the 67-year history of the U.S.-Israel relationship. What do the next two years hold? I cannot say for sure. I'm praying for the President and his top advisors to back off, turn from this dangerous path and find common ground with Israel, despite policy and personality differences. The Bible has many stories of the God of Israel changing the hearts of lost or confused or proud or rebellious leaders, including leaders of Israel. Will you join me in praying for healing in this relationship between the President and the leaders and people of Israel?

But this much I know: on top of all America's national challenges and sins, including 58 million abortions, we dare not also abandon or turn against Israel and the Jewish people. If we do, we will seal our fate and face the judgment of God.
President Obama Vs Israel - Alf Cengia - http://www.omegaletter.com/articles/articles.asp?ArticleID=8018

Everyone is saying that Mr. Obama lost his first election after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was swept back into power. The U.S. president has never been comfortable with conceding defeat or admitting that he's wrong. Of course, he's not doing either of these things now.

Let's cut to the chase. I believe Mr. Obama to be a narcissist with a pro-Islamic agenda, coupled with an inherent anti-Israel bias. To partially understand this bias one has to remember that the president attended anti-Semitic Jeremiah Wright's church for twenty years. Remember Dr. Wright? He's the man who once said:

"Ethnic cleansing is going on in Gaza. Ethnic cleansing (by) the Zionist is a sin and a crime against humanity, and they don't want Barack talking like that because that's anti-Israel"

Mr. Obama's bias may have been thinly disguised behind dressed-up rhetoric in the past, but the mask has progressively slipped off.  It has actively supported terrorist regimes such as the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood. And it is currently empowering Israel's (and the region's) most dangerous enemy with nuclear capabilities.

This White House Administration has never liked Prime Minister Netanyahu, who has often contradicted Mr. Obama's policies on Iran. Narcissists don't take criticism well. It's no secret that the White House supported Netanyahu's opponent in the recent Israeli election.

Meanwhile, the post-Israeli election Obama has reacted vindictively. It's no surprise that he's threatened to re-evaluate his options on Middle East talks in supporting the U.N. against Israel. He's getting even - just like he did with Ben Carson at the 2015 National Prayer Breakfast.

Senator John McCain has rightly said that the president should curb his temper tantrum and get on with the real issues:

"It's time that we work together with our Israeli friends and try to stem the tide of ISIS and Iranian movement throughout the region, which is threatening the very fabric of the region."

The White House's self-righteous indignation supposedly stems from Netanyahu alleged racist rhetoric warning about "busing Arabs" during the elections, and from statements rejecting a Palestinian state.

On the former claim, The Times of Israel's indignant David Horovitz suggested putting Netanyahu's statement in context to African-American voters. It's notable that the Israeli Prime Minister has since apologized for any statements which offended. He didn't have to. This stands in stark contrast to his American counterpart, and shows the class of the man. He said:

"I know the things I said several days ago offended some of Israel's citizens, hurt the Arab citizens. I had no intention to hurt anyone and I am sorry if I did."

But as Daniel Greenfield points out, the Israeli Arab vote is far more complicated than some imagine. It's rather ironic that the Likud Party's "best numbers appear to have come from Arab-al-Naim, a Bedouin settlement, where it scored three-quarters of the vote."

Why might that be? Greenfield observes that the residents were more interested in housing rather than "racism." He cites one comment:

"I used to sleep in a cave with my goats. Now I ask my daughter what wallpaper she wants in her room."

As for Netanyahu's offensive statements rejecting a Palestinian state, let's try to look at it with a clear head. Israel is forced to negotiate with two different organizations - Hamas and the Palestinian Authority.

Both refuse to recognize Israel's existence as a Jewish state. One is an outright terrorist organization which has consistently attacked Israel and planned to execute massacres by digging tunnels into Israel. Its brother organization is a direct descendant of the infamous PLO. While it currently does not participate in terrorist activities against Israel, it still ideologically supports them.

Simply stated - how can these two competing organizations form a viable unified government and why would any sane nation trust them? How can the Obama Administration (or anyone else) expect Israel to recognize a Palestinian state whose very charter seeks its destruction?

Of course, sanity has nothing to do with it. The Obama Administration's ideology and bias not only endangers Israel and its neighbors, but also the United States. Its overtures to the Iranian Regime have done nothing to discourage its apocalyptic rhetoric. If anything, Iran has been emboldened.

Mr. Obama's and Mr. Carter's effigies were hung during a recent march in Tehran. Even as John Kerry insisted that progress was being made with Iran, its Supreme leader Ali Khamenei responded to a crowd's chanting by saying:

"Of course yes, death to America, because America is the original source of this pressure. They insist on putting pressure on our dear people's economy. What is their goal? Their goal is to put the people against the system. The politics of America is to create insecurity."

Dr. Peter Vincent Pry served as Director of the U.S. Nuclear Strategy Forum. He warns that a nuclear armed Iran poses an "unprecedented threat to global civilization." One scenario raised by Pry is a possible attack through an electromagnetic pulse (EMP). Pry writes that this very scenario was discussed in Iranian military documents which endorsed an EMP attack on the United States.

What part of all this does the White House not get?

Sadly, Mr. Obama is driven by irrational dogma. He lost the Israeli election. Now he will spend whatever time he has left as president to get even.

But in going after Israel he may also be in the same position as ancient Assyria once was. God used Assyria to chastise Israel, yet held the former accountable for it (Isaiah 10:5). Frankly, I wouldn't want to be in Mr. Obama's shoes.

For thus says the LORD of hosts: "He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye. For surely I will shake My hand against them, and they shall become spoil for their servants. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me. Zechariah 2:8-9
Obama's 'jihad against Jews' spills Israel's nuke secrets - Bob Unruh -
http://www.wnd.com/2015/03/obamas-jihad-against-jews-spills-israels-nuke-secrets/

White House declassifies details of Middle East democracy's defenses

In a move that is being blasted by commentators as part of President Obama's "jihad against Jews," the White House has abruptly declassified details of Israel's nuclear program.

According to a report from Israel National News, the Obama administration declassified a Department of Defense top-secret document with details of Israel's assets, "a highly covert topic that Israel has never formally announced to avoid a regional nuclear arms race."

The report said "until now," the U.S. has respected that effort by remaining silent.

"But by publishing the declassified document from 1987, the U.S. reportedly breached the silent agreement to keep quiet on Israel's nuclear powers for the first time ever, detailing the nuclear program in great depth," the report said.

It openly questioned, "Obama revenge for Netanyahu's Congress talk," and other commentators were more direct.

At Shoebat.com, started by a former Muslim terror team member turned Christian, was the blunt headline, "Obama's evil revenge on Netanyahu continues."

And at Pamela Geller's Atlas Shrugs, she called it "Obama's jihad against the Jews."

"Obama is sick, sick with Jew-hatred - unbalanced, unhinged, a danger to this this country, our allies, the world. Israel's nuclear program, whatever it may be, is purely existential insurance. If they have a nuclear weapon, they have had it for 50 years and have never used it, despite the decades-long Muslim wars against the Jews," she wrote.

"Israel has shared its secrets with the U.S. for decades. They never imagined a jihadist in the White House."

Israel National News said, "The timing of the revelation is highly suspect, given that it came as tensions spiraled out of control between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Barack Obama ahead of Netanyahu's March 3 address in Congress, in which he warned against the dangers of Iran's nuclear program and how the deal being formed on that program leaves the Islamic regime with nuclear breakout capabilities."

The speech to Congress was at the invitation of Congress, and Obama reportedly went, according to one published headline, into a "pout" because he was not consulted on the plans. Obama's relations with Israel's elected leader have never been better than rocky during his White House tenure.

Obama later publicly said he didn't pay much attention to the speech, but there was nothing new in it.

Just days later, Netanyahu won a sweeping victory in a national election, despite the reported organized opposition from the Obama administration that actually tried to influence the election results.

WND reported extensively on a non-profit that had been given U.S. taxpayer money that was involved in the failed effort to take down Netanyahu.

In fact, the OneVoice Movement at one point featured and promoted a link to the U.S. Department of State and included the State Department logo. That later was removed.

OneVoice is a US.-U.K. non-profit sponsoring V15, a new Israeli political action group that led a get-out-the-vote-organizing drive aimed at replacing Netanyahu's government with a center-left coalition.

OneVoice's offices in Tel Aviv were used as the campaign headquarters for V15s anti-Netanyahu effort, as WND first reported.

It was OneVoice that reportedly hired 270 Strategies, a consulting firm whose senior leadership is comprised mostly of former top staffers for President Obama's 2012 re-election campaign. 270 Strategies has been consulting in V15s campaign.

When the links were revealed, Fox News quoted a source revealing a bipartisan U.S. Senate committee with subpoena powers had started investigating the possibility the Obama administration may have aided OneVoice's efforts to defeat Netanyahu via grants from the State Department.

OneVoice received a State Department grant for $350,000.

Israel National News noted another "suspicious aspect" of the U.S. government's decision was that "while the Pentagon saw fit to declassify sections on Israel's sensitive nuclear program, it kept sections on Italy, France, West Germany and other NATO countries classified, with those sections blocked out in the document."

The report, called the "Critical Technological Assessment in Israel and NATO Nations," describes how Israel advanced its technology and obtained a "nuclear infrastructure and research in the 1970s and 1980s."

INN said, "The revelation marks a first in which the U.S. published in a document a description of how Israel attained hydrogen bombs."

It describes Israel's facilities that "are equivalent to our Los Alamos, Lawrence Livermore and Oak Ridge National Laboratories," which are the primary locations where America developed its nuclear program.

According to INN, the report by the Institute for Defense Analysis in 1987, said, "As far as nuclear technology is concerned the Israelis are roughly where the U.S. was in the fission weapon field in about 1955 to 1960."
 The occupant's occupant rant - Bill Wilson - www.dailyjot.com

The occupant of the Oval Office suffered a great loss of international political capital when Benjamin Netanyahu won an astounding victory in his re-election bid for Prime Minister of Israel. The "president" has now vested the White House in making the determination that a Palestinian state will be birthed, shrinking Israel back to pre-1967 borders. He sent his message through White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, who addressed leftist so-called pro-Israel support group, J Street. Politico reports that McDonough proclaimed to a standing ovation, "An occupation that has lasted more than 50 years must end."

Politico reported that McDonough "described the alternate to a two-state agreement: a one-state solution based on unilateral annexation and abandonment of democratic rights for Palestinians that, he warned, "would only contribute to Israel's further isolation." In other words, he said, more divestment, boycotts and efforts to delegitimize Israel in the international community." It would appear that the Administration was threatening Israel with boycotts and divestment if Israel didn't bow to allowing an obvious terrorist state to be formed. McDonough said, "The United States will never stop working for a two-state solution and a lasting peace that Israelis and Palestinians so richly deserve."

This so-called occupation by Israel began after Egypt, Jordan, and Syria amassed troops on the Israeli border in an effort to "drive the Jews into the sea." Israel seized control of Gaza, the strategic Golan Heights, Judea and Samaria (now called the West Bank). In short, Israel took back some land God had already granted it. Genesis 15:18 says, "In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates." Numbers 34:1-13 and Deuteronomy 11:24 also speak to the borders of Israel. In essence, what God gave Israel would encompass part of Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and Syria. No "Palestinians" mentioned.

For me, it would be more important that an occupation of the White House that has lasted more than six years must end. It is rife with treason, treachery, blatant lawbreaking, support for America's enemies against the good interest of the American people. Israel's claim to its land and its nation is far more legitimate. The United States has no right to define Israel's borders. Palestine was an area designated by the Roman occupation. Contemporary Arabs invented the "Palestinian" in order to divide the land of Israel. The US government is trying to literally "cut" Israel in half with its proposal of a "Palestinian" sate. All that burden themselves with this issue may find themselves "cut into pieces."
Turning Against Israel - By Hal Lindsey - http://www.hallindsey.com/watchman-warning-3-23-2015/

According to the media, on March 16th, Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu told the world there will never be a Palestinian state as long as he serves as Prime Minister.  There's only one problem.  That's not what he said.

Here's what he actually said.  "I think that anyone who is going to establish a Palestinian state today and evacuate lands is giving attack grounds to radical Islam against the state of Israel.  There is a real threat here that a left-wing government will join the international community and follow its orders."

The key word is "today."  That means, "Under the present circumstances"... "As things are now"... "In the current situation."  "Today" does not mean "forever."

In media coverage, we rarely hear the actual quote. Instead, they describe him as saying "as long as I'm Prime Minister."  But he didn't say "as long as."  He said, "Today."

The New York Times characterized Netanyahu's statement as "declaring definitively that if he was returned to office he would never establish a Palestinian state."

The New York Daily News called such assessments "pure bunk."

The Daily News seemed to be one of the few major news outlets to examine Netanyahu's actual words.  Their editorial showed how reasonable his comments were.  "Israel would necessarily have to surrender territory to the Palestinians under any two-state pact," they wrote.  "Netanyahu's indisputable point was that doing so, as the facts on the ground now exist, would better position hostile forces to launch assaults."

The media loves what they see as the story of the "real Netanyahu" coming out in the heat of the campaign, and showing his true feelings regarding a two-state solution.  Why should they bother with the facts when the fiction perfectly fits their prejudices?

The Obama administration also seems intent on reading the worst into Netanyahu's statement.  The Department of State is the department of diplomacy.  They usually bend over backwards to see the words of foreign leaders, especially allies, in the best possible light.  Yet, the opposite is happening here.

In an interview with the Huffington Post, President Obama said, "We take him at his word when he said that it wouldn't happen during his prime ministership, and so that's why we've got to evaluate what other options are available."

It doesn't matter that he didn't say it.  It doesn't matter that he later explained in interview after interview that his words didn't mean it "wouldn't happen during his prime ministership."  It doesn't matter because the administration sees this as an opportunity for leverage over Israel.

The president and his team have decided that under Netanyahu's leadership Israel will never give up East Jerusalem, nor negotiate away Israel's national security.  They now believe that a negotiated peace is not possible.  So their new plan seems to be an imposed peace.  They're using Netanyahu's statement (the one he never really said) to give them political cover for turning against Israel.

The president misrepresented the prime minister's position, then said, "That's why we've got to evaluate what other options are available...."

White House spokesman Josh Earnest threatened that Netanyahu's campaign statements will "have consequences."  A senior administration official told the Wall Street Journal that such consequences might involve "potential action at the U.N. Security Council."

The Security Council is the only United Nations body authorized to issue binding resolutions to member states.  The one safeguard is that permanent members of the Council have veto power over such resolutions.  In the past, the U.S. used its veto power to protect Israel.  But the U.S. now threatens to use Netanyahu's supposed comment as an excuse to remove its protection.

On April 1st, the Palestinians will officially become part of the International Criminal Court.  Their expressed purpose in seeking membership has been to gain the ability to file war crimes suits against Israel.  Will America have Israel's back?  It's being "reevaluated."

The BDS movement (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions) against Israel has had little impact so far.  However, the United States government's newly inflamed anger against Israel gives anti-Israel and anti-Semitic attitudes new political cover.  In fact, rage against Israel has become politically correct on university campuses worldwide, and from there it's spilling over into the streets.  If the U.S. government turns on Israel, the rage will go unchecked.

Will the United Nations be allowed to simply draw new borders at its own whim?  Will Judea and Samaria be stolen from Israel by international fiat?  Will trade restrictions on Hamas-run Gaza be removed allowing that terrorist organization to openly import its weapons of terror?  Will East Jerusalem be taken from Israel and given to the Palestinian Authority, a group now actively partnering with terrorist Hamas?

The angry U.S. response to Netanyahu has had the effect of hardening Israel into a position it never took and the U.S. never wanted - no two-state solution, no more dividing the land.  Interestingly, that has been God's position all along.  In Joel 3:2, the Lord speaks of judging those nations who "have divided up My land."

America has been Israel's staunch defender for many decades.  But Zechariah 12:3 speaks of a time when "all the nations of the earth will be gathered against" Jerusalem.  Is the United States now turning to this dark side?

Folks, things are happening fast.  The return of Jesus is very, very close.

Obama Now Demands Israel Give Up Their Land to Create a Palestinian State - Geoffrey Grider - http://www.nowtheendbegins.com/blog/?p=31917

The White House on Monday bluntly warned Israel that its "occupation" of Palestinian land must end, dismissing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's efforts to take back controversial campaign pledges.

"Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem." Zechariah 12:3 (KJV)

It did not take long for the "other shoe" to drop, and Barry the Community Organizer has come out of the gate swinging hard for the fences on Team Lucifer. He has much wrath, for he knoweth his time is short. Amen.

Washington - In unusually tough language that underscores the fracture in relations between Washington and Israel, White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough said "an occupation that has lasted for almost 50 years must end."

McDonough criticized Netanyahu's pre-election pledge to block the creation of a Palestinian state - the supposed end goal of decades of fruitless peace talks - and he questioned Netanyahu's efforts to undo the damage.

"We cannot simply pretend that those comments were never made, or that they don't raise questions about the Prime Minister's commitment to achieving peace through direct negotiations," he said.

"The Palestinian people must have the right to live in and govern themselves in their own sovereign state," he added.

And there you have it. We are now nearing the end of the race, and the horses of prophecy are about to round the clubhouse turn. Obama wants Jerusalem for the mythical Palestinian people, and he is going to take it.

The battle in the Middle East has always been about one thing, and will always be about one thing: Who owns Jerusalem?

Why is this of such tantamount importance? Because Jerusalem is where Messiah will return to when the Battle of Armageddon, foretold of by Ezekiel the Prophet, is waged in the valley of Megiddo. Jerusalem is where Messiah will establish His 1,000 reign of the whole earth on the Throne of David. Jerusalem is the "apple of God's eye", and soon will command the attention of the whole world.

It is almost time for events to begin. The bible tells us who will fight this battle, and more importantly, Who will win the battle.

Are you ready for what comes next?

Israel Must Realize That They Have a Greater Enemy than Iran - Michael Goodwin - http://www.nowtheendbegins.com/blog/?p=31896

For Israel, the consequences will be intended. Those who make excuses for Obama's policy failures - naive, bad advice, bad luck - have not come to grips with his dark impulses and deep-seated rage.

"Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion." Psalm 129:5 (KJV)

EDITOR'S NOTE: ACHTUNG, JUDEN! - Obama hates Netanyahu, and he hates Israel. After failing to influence the Israeli elections with paid saboteurs, his rage has been sharply kindled. He knows the best place to attack Israel is to force the creation of a Palestinian state by forcing the Jews to give up their land. That's exactly what he plans on doing.

First he comes for the banks and health care, uses the IRS to go after critics, politicizes the Justice Department, spies on journalists, tries to curb religious freedom, slashes the military, throws open the borders, doubles the debt and nationalizes the Internet.

He lies to the public, ignores the Constitution, inflames race relations and urges Latinos to punish Republican "enemies." He abandons our allies, appeases tyrants, coddles adversaries and uses the Crusades as an excuse for inaction as Islamist terrorists slaughter their way across the Mideast.

Now he's coming for Israel.

Barack Obama's promise to transform America was too modest. He is transforming the whole world before our eyes. Do you see it yet?

Against the backdrop of the tsunami of trouble he has unleashed, Obama's pledge to "reassess" America's relationship with Israel cannot be taken lightly. Already paving the way for an Iranian nuke, he is hinting he'll also let the other anti-Semites at Turtle Bay have their way. That could mean American support for punitive Security Council resolutions or for Palestinian statehood initiatives. It could mean both, or something worse.

Whatever form the punishment takes, it will aim to teach Bibi Netanyahu never again to upstage him. And to teach Israeli voters never again to elect somebody Obama doesn't like.

Apologists and wishful thinkers, including some Jews, insist Obama realizes that the special relationship between Israel and the United States must prevail and that allowing too much daylight between friends will encourage enemies.

Those people are slow learners, or, more dangerously, deny-ists.

If Obama's six years in office teach us anything, it is that he is impervious to appeals to good sense. Quite the contrary. Even respectful suggestions from supporters that he behave in the traditions of American presidents fill him with angry determination to do it his way.

For Israel, the consequences will be intended. Those who make excuses for Obama's policy failures - naive, bad advice, bad luck - have not come to grips with his dark impulses and deep-seated rage.

His visceral dislike for Netanyahu is genuine, but also serves as a convenient fig leaf for his visceral dislike of Israel. The fact that it's personal with Netanyahu doesn't explain six years of trying to bully Israelis into signing a suicide pact with Muslims bent on destroying them. Netanyahu's only sin is that he puts his nation's security first and refuses to knuckle under to Obama's endless demands for unilateral concessions.

That refusal is now the excuse to act against Israel. Consider that, for all the upheaval around the world, the president rarely has a cross word for, let alone an open dispute with, any other foreign leader. He calls Great Britain's David Cameron "bro" and praised Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood president, Mohammed Morsi, who had called Zionists, "the descendants of apes and pigs."

Obama asked Vladimir Putin for patience, promising "more flexibility" after the 2012 election, a genuflection that earned him Russian aggression. His Asian pivot was a head fake, and China is exploiting the vacuum. None of those leaders has gotten the Netanyahu treatment, which included his being forced to use the White House back door on one trip, and the cold shoulder on another.

It is a clear and glaring double standard.

Most troubling is Obama's bended-knee deference to Iran's Supreme Leader, which has been repaid with "Death to America" and "Death to Israel" demonstrations in Tehran and expanded Iranian military action in other countries.

The courtship reached the height of absurdity last week, when Obama wished Iranians a happy Persian new year by equating Republican critics of his nuclear deal with the resistance of theocratic hard-liners, saying both "oppose a diplomatic solution." That is a damnable slur given that a top American military official estimates that Iranian weapons, proxies and trainers killed 1,500 US soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Who in their right mind would trust such an evil regime with a nuke?

Yet Netanyahu, the leader of our only reliable ally in the region, is repeatedly singled out for abuse. He alone is the target of an orchestrated attempt to defeat him at the polls, with Obama political operatives, funded in part by American taxpayers, working to elect his opponent.

They failed and Netanyahu prevailed because Israelis see him as their best bet to protect them. Their choice was wise, but they better buckle up because it's Israel's turn to face the wrath of Obama.
Will America Abandon Israel? - Jim Fletcher - http://www.raptureready.com/rap15.html

"U.S. Threatens Sanctions Against Israel, Makes Excuses for Iran" -The Weekly Standard, 3/19/2015

Did you ever in your life think you'd live to see the above headline? For Christian supporters of Israel, we have entered Unthinkable Land.

The tone and tenor from the White House regarding Israel has become so menacing, one can believe the American president is capable of anything malicious.

The answer to the title of this week's "Israel Watch" is in two parts. A) At official levels, particularly the political echelon, the nation is very close to cutting loose our most important ally. Barack Obama is simply following his ideology, shaped for decades among leftist elites and Communists. He has long been friendly to the Palestinian cause.

B) The current older generations of Americans are solidly with the Jewish state. Whether it be for religious reasons, or for geopolitical and military alliances, a vast number of Americans feel some affinity with the Jewish state.

Benjamin Netanyahu's stronger-than-expected election win last week apparently so enraged Obama that he directed his team to float trial balloons to signal his intent in dealing with Netanyahu over the next 22 months.

But in the tale of the Israeli elections, we have lessons to learn, as believers.

For one thing, for all the hand wringing by pro Israel folks in the lead-up to the election, it turned out again to be much ado about nothing. We read in our Bibles that the Lord sets up kings and puts them down, and so it was always all in His hands.

We make too much of Obama's abilities to make mischief. We think too much about all the scary scenarios that can unfold for Israel.

In the Weekly Standard piece by Daniel Halper, we read:

"The U.S. government might impose sanctions on Israel or allow its greatest ally in the Middle East to be tried in the International Criminal Court, according to Politico. Michael Crowley reports:

"Obama officials must now decide whether more international pressure on Israel can help bring a conservative Netanyahu-led government back to the negotiating table with the Palestinians - or whether such pressure would simply provoke a defiant reaction, as some fear.

"Obama has other diplomatic options. He could expend less political capital to oppose growing momentum within the European Union to impose sanctions on Israel for its settlement activity.

"More provocative to Israel would be any softening of Obama's opposition to Palestinian efforts to join the International Criminal Court, which the Palestinian Authority will formally join on April 1. Under a law passed by Congress, any Palestinian bid to bring war crimes charges against Israel at the court will automatically sever America's $400 million in annual aid to the Palestinian Authority, although some experts suggested Obama could find indirect ways to continue some funding - even if only to prevent a dangerous collapse of the Palestinian governing body."

True, if Obama can try to force the creation of a Palestinian state, and if he can (perhaps even more ominously) allow Israel to be tried in the Hague, then yes, that is cause for concern in that none of us want to see such an isolated Israel.

However, let me offer a contrary view, as set against the current Christian Zionist climate, which is to some degree based on fear:

*For His own reasons, the Lord allows you to live in the time when the greatest last days' prophecies are coming to pass. In order for the "Zechariah scenarios" to be fulfilled, Israel must become isolated internationally. Truly, we are seeing that come to pass on a grand scale. In other words,  It is happening exactly as He said it would.

You should actually rejoice at what we are seeing unfold!

*For all his blustering and for all the evil he has brought to America, Barack Obama is a human being. I do not wish him ill, or hope that his circle of advisors has dreadful things befall them (unlike some Christians who post on social media).

I hope that they are granted mercy by the Lord, so that they can see reality for what it is.

Who is Valerie Jarrett? The advisor to Obama is just that: a temporary, powerful political operative who is also a human being. Pray that she and her team understand unfolding history before it's too late.

Look, we who read and believe the Bible and who love the Jewish people understand that they are eternal. I used to "worry" about them. Worry about forces arrayed against them. Worry about the possibility that the United States would one day turn against Israel.

Of course America will abandon Israel. Why do I believe this?  Only for one reason: Scripture tells us this is so.

I often think of the scene in the Mel Gibson film, "The Patriot." Early on, he and his young sons have ambushed the British patrol that murdered one of the family's sons. Gibson's character puts his hands on his young son's shoulders; the boy is flustered and emotionally drained from the ambush. His father calms him, talks to him, and finally says, "Steady."

That is what our Father is doing for us in these seemingly dark days. I have staked my life on the fact that the Bible is true. Israel will not disappear, and though it makes us sad, the reality is that the entire international community will one day soon stand against Israel and come against Jerusalem.

But...look: we have been given the privilege of a front-row seat. I also had the privilege of seeing America in her heyday. Today, my heart is only grateful. For I am not looking to the past, for something that was lost. I am looking to the future, to the restored creation, and to the just nature of our Father in heaven, who loves us and all people. He wants the best for us.

Israel hasn't seen the last of her isolation. She has challenges ahead. But in the most real sense, she is fine and safe.

For those of us who love her, these things must be. Our task is to support her as we can, to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and to look forward to that eternal, shining city on a hill.

Steady.
Israel Abandoned - Pastor Mike Taylor - http://www.churchofgod-usa.org/1/post/2015/03/israel-abandoned.html

Ezekiel 39:4  "Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.

39:5  Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.

39:6  And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

39:7  So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel."

Never have I heard a speech so well delivered, in Reaganite fashion, as the speech by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Oh, to have a statesman like that running America again,  that speaks clearly of the dangers that surround this country on every side from without and especially from within. But the PM spoke of the dangers that lurk on every side of the nation of Israel. He spoke of those who only wish to see the destruction of his tiny Jewish state and are in the process of achieving the means to carry out the total annihilation of Israel's people. He spoke with passion the dangers that their neighbor the east of their country, meaning Iran and how the proposed deal on containing their nuclear ambitions was nothing, but a "bad deal".  It will "pave the way to a nuclear bomb" PM Netanyahu stressed."Bibi", as is his nickname  received standing ovation after standing ovation  by the house majority, but was mocked by the Democratic minority including our own POTUS who didn't even bother to attend, or meet with the only ally we have in the Middle East that is truly democratic and a free nation.

Much prayer, I'm sure went up to the throne room of God for the election of the only sane choice, of a man who is determined to provide security and safety for the Israeli people who at one time, was supported and protected by the only friend that Israel had in the free world, the USA. But no more, as the current occupant in the oval office has all but abandoned God's people, the nation of Israel. Only now, this administration is cozying up to the leader of terrorism in the region and exporter of same to the rest of the world, the Iranian leader Rouhani, its president and  the supreme leader Ayatola Ali Khamenei by calling them our "best partner for peace in the  Middle East"...say what? Have you gone looney tunes? Are you crazy? Thus was spoken by the administration's security advisor, Susan Rice and obviously believed by her boss, the POTUS.

 HOW ARE WE TO RESPOND?

I hear ministers say that we should obey the powers that be and quote Romans 13 to prove their point.

13:1  "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

13:2  Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

13:3  For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:"

Or maybe they will quote this one:

 Titus 3,

3:1  "Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,

3:2  To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

Surely they don't mean to stand idly by and submit to a godless administration that shakes their fist at God....surely not! We are to stand for righteousness in this world. "

Know one thing and I'm sure many of you may feel the same way, I do not like the present POTUS. I don't hate him, but I hate his policies and the way he is trying to impose his beliefs on the rest of the citizens of the USA. Note that I do not use his name, as I can hardly stomach his name, his face, or his voice anymore. To me, the man is anti-god, anti-Christ, and against everything the bible clearly stands for. He says he's a Christian. Yes, and Mohammed was a closet Jew, too, plus the Pope is Methodist. All I see is pandering to what the man respects, Islam. He gives away his religious loyalty by his actions.

I am reminded of the Pharisees and how our Lord and Savior railed against them for their being hypocrites. Or how Elijah withstood King Ahab and Jezebel to the point where they sought his life. He did not submit to the policies and dictates of unrighteous rulers of his day, neither did our Lord Jesus Christ. They opposed them and brought it up before their face. Like my Lord and the prophets, I oppose those who pervert the clear commandments of the God of Abraham,  Isaac, and Jacob (whose name was changed to Israel). We have clear commands and scriptural proof that all oppose Israel, oppose Almighty God Himself.  Zechariah:

2:8  "For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye."

But let's be clear, God has raised up nations in the past, to discipline Israel for their following after other gods, as I am reminded of the Assyrians, and the Babylonians. They were raised up for judgment against Israel going "whoring" after other gods, but what did God do to the nation that carried it a little too far and instead, abused them beyond what was intended?  Isaiah wrote of God using Assyria as a instrument of His judgment, but by taking it too far,  God destroyed Assyria:

10:5  "O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation.

10:6  I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets."

But in the passage, God comes against His own instrument of judgment:

Isaiah 10:12  "Wherefore it shall come to pass, that when the Lord hath performed his whole work upon mount Zion and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the stout heart of the king of Assyria, and the glory of his high looks."

As you read the chapter God speaks through Isaiah, that God takes notice how  you treat His people Israel. As God blessed the King of Babylon, Cyrus the Great who was merciful to the people of Israel who allowed them to return to their homeland to rebuild, because Cyrus believed God and what was prophesied concerning Israel. Point being, you had better be careful how you treat God's chosen people or judgment will come upon you as well.

 SO WHAT'S  THE POINT?

I'm glad you asked. The point is God may have raised up our own "leader" that this nation elected twice to enact judgment on the unrighteous behavior that we have promoted in the last 70 years, especially the last 40 years. But know this, God is watching and His judgment will come against those who live against His laws, and reject His only Begotten  Son, Jesus Christ. We deserve judgment, as a nation, for the sins against God that goes directly against His laws that govern what God expects from the human beings He created. We have been deserving of judgment for nigh 40 years and that of itself is enough that God will bring pain and suffering to this nation shortly. But if we go against God's chosen people (you Replacement Theory folks take note) we may be applying the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back, by not standing with Israel and then actually working against her by deceit and political intrigue.  We are provoking God's wrath upon this country by doing such folly.

Why is this so? Because we are NOT God's chosen people. We have been blessed because we honored God by doing what is right based on the clear principles that governed the forming of this nation, namely the Bible and God's Ten commandments. But as a country, we have abandoned what the founding fathers envisioned when they formed this nation. Make no mistake, God will and has protected His chosen for being the Bride of Jesus Christ, the Church, and will continue to do so, as long as we follow Him. Tribulation is coming and we see the first pangs of its symptoms of being formed into our country, right now. I am not saying we are in the Tribulation, but we will have tribulation this side of glory all the days of our lives. We are bringing pain and suffering upon ourselves for what we have done. But fear not, my brother, Jesus has overcome the world. John:

16:33  "These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world."

Does not anyone think that the policies of our POTUS has brought on tribulation and suffering to this land we call home? Can we stomach his lawlessness, his blatant refusal to follow the Constitution, or reigning as a dictator by using a "phone and a pen"? If not, where have you been the last 6 years? Mark my word,  it's going to get a lot worse. Why is that, you say? Let me explain something to you, my friend.

I WILL CURSE THOSE WHO CURSE YOU

 Remember those words?  Genesis,

12:3  "And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed."

It's been used many times against the opponents of God's people in Israel. As mentioned, we were the friend, maybe the only real friend in the free Western world that supported and protected Israel in our modern past, but what has happened in the last few years under this present administration? Let me make a short list, but the list is much larger and growing daily:

 1.        We continue to attempt to divide God's land and God's capital, the city of Jerusalem. Remember this is God's land and God's City that He has chosen above all nations, lands, or cities and that is the land of Israel and its capital, Jerusalem. He has only "loaned" the people of Israel the right by covenant to dwell within this land, as long as they kept His covenant with Him as was given to their father, Abraham.

 2.        This present administration has gone beyond what has been attempted in past administration, in an attempt to coerce and force a "two state solution" between the terrorist groups known as the PLO, and Hamas. They recently attempted a political "coup" by meddling in Israeli elections to remove the duly elected PM of Israel, but "thank God" it failed. They wished a political strawman found in Isaac Herzog that would bend to their will and give them their legacy of a two state solution that would only mean a death sentence for the people of the country by making their borders indefensible.

 3.        They have threatened to withdraw support in the UN Security Council and allow resolutions condemning Israel to pass by a body that, in the majority, is Anti-Israel. In fact, they may even vote with and further what is clearly seen as a political condemnation of Israel. This is political strong arm tactics of a so called "community organizer".

 4.        They have threatened to shoot down any Israeli plane that passes over Iraq on their way to neutralize the nuclear threat of Iran's facilities and destroy their infrastructure to produce nuclear fuel for an atomic weapon. This threat is from an "ally"?

 5.        They have with-held weapons and support for even the last campaign against Hamas during the  "Protective Edge" war that destroyed Hamas tunnels and rocket producing factories, and put in jeopardy the ability of Israel to defend itself by using it's Iron Dome missile shield along the Gaza border by with-holding support to that effort.

 6.        Animosity is evident between the two leaders of Israel and the USA, and the left is quick to blame the PM of Israel, but the POTUS is clearly the instigator of this animosity. Why? Because he has a Iranian security advisor, Valerie Jarrett, that is probably directing the actions of her narcissistic puppet president. Plus our illustrious POTUS  is surrounded by Muslim advisors and czars, and other  Islamist goons appointed to high offices of the administration and of government.

 7.        The U.S. government is talking of imposed sanctions on Israel or to allow its greatest ally in the Middle East to be tried in the International Criminal Court for "war crimes" used to just protect itself.

 8.        The POTUS and the present administration has in effect told Israel, "you are on your own."

WHAT DO I MAKE OF ALL THIS?

I envision God Almighty with a brightly lit console by His throne that has a large button in red, that says "SMITE". That's just my imagery, but how long before God does actually smite those who "mess with the apple of His eye"? Is the "leader" of the free world (and I use that term, tongue in cheek) provoking God to act against him with some type of judgment? And how about the country this "goofball" governs? Will they be also at risk for being hit by the "SMITE" button?

WAR BREWS IN THE MIDDLE EAST

The Israeli elections are over. Netanyahu won, much I'm sure, to the chagrin of the White house. No popping champagne corks on that night this last week. The PM has warned and gave a rousing speech in the chambers of the USA Congress warning of this proposed nuclear deal with Iran , even as the POTUS condemned his coming at the invitation of the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, saying it broke diplomatic protocol...Hogwash!!...Didn't have the same problem when the Pope was invited without White House approval. So why the difference?  I think we know the answer to that one, or should.

Here is what we can expect from Israel in the near future. Israel will NOT allow Iran to obtain a nuclear weapon. They have stated that repeatedly. They know that they may have to defend themselves alone without help from their "closest" ally who has become a traitorous benefactor, Hmm, is there a big Gorilla in the room? Namely he was speaking of the USA and the present POTUS.  Netanyahu promised that "if Israel has to stand alone, she will stand" and I believe a veiled call for future conflict in the region, as Israel will attempt to neutralize the nuclear ambitions of its most dangerous enemy, Iran with or without America's approval. When she does, maybe even this year, you will see war develop between the surrounding countries and Israel as Iran will use its proxies of Hezbollah and Hamas and possibly start the Psalm 83 war. On its heels (and how long it will take I don't know the answer to) but a coalition of overwhelming force will attack the nation of Israel. It's called the war of Ezekiel 38 and 39 or Gog-Magog, and it's a devastating war. Not for Israel, but those who dare come against God's people and His land. What makes me concerned is that our country, the USA "could" be involved in that coming devastating war. Note the verses that I opening this commentary with? Note verse 6:

39:6  "And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD."

Many believe and myself included that Magog is Russia led by Gog (Putin?) that God will slay on the mountains of Israel and will "send fire against Magog and them who carelessly dwell in the aisles"...Now some translations interpret "isles" and render it as the coastlands of far away countries. Many believe that this is a direct reference to the Western world coastlands, or the USA. Fire will follow Magog, a term in Hebrew for  judgment onto the armies that fall on the mountains of Israel and follow them back to their own country. Now if the USA is somehow involved in this coming war by omission or commission, then judgment will follow those who dwell carelessly in their coastlands back to their own shores....meaning judgment and fire will come upon the USA as well.  How would this come about?

"Many bible scholars think of Magog as Russia and "fire" means a literal fire, possibly a nuclear exchange. The provocative interpretation is for "coastlines" [isles] to be the United States."

Personally, I don't think God needs Russia or the USA to bring fire or judgment upon either nation. He is quite capable of bringing fire to all countries that dare set foot on His land to come against Israel. They will die on the mountains by His own Hand and they will know that "God is the Lord" when he brings judgment upon the invading armies own native soil and their populations.  What could God use? Environmental disasters for one, or plagues and epidemics,  for another. The choices are as broad as God wants them, but it will be Divine in nature and men will know it came from God alone, as scripture prophesies they WILL KNOW the He is the LORD God that has done this to them.

WHAT IS A CHRISTIAN TO DO?

In the meantime, the individual citizens of the USA who are Christian or supporters of Israel can do little against their government that is determined to impose their will on a sovereign nation of the Middle East, Israel. You can complain and write your senator,  your  congressman, or call the White House "ad nauseum" and it will do no good. Our elected representatives have spines of a jellyfish and only talk, until they be blue in the face and winded , but nothing gets done by either Republican or Democrat. Plus our White House is inhabited by the devil's imps. We are responsible as individuals for our own actions.

The elite in Washington D.C. are out for themselves, and they are not listening to any of us. We must stand with righteousness and by extension the nation of Israel by our speech, our thoughts, and our actions. God knows each of our hearts and we must pray Psalm 91 for protection from Almighty God is these last days we are here on earth.

91:7  "A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

91:8  Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

 91:9  Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

91:10  There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling."

Yes, my friend, I'm afraid it's going to get really nasty. I remember what a big tornado did to my neighboring Joplin, Missouri....think of that on steroids to any large metropolitan area, especially on the east and west coast, or any coast line where a majority of the American population lives...how about a devastating hurricane, or some other natural disaster? Remember also, that our southern border is porous like swiss cheese and who knows what evil person will be used as a judgment tool to bring destruction on a city near you by whatever bomb they can create being set off. And that's just the start of all the terror that will rain down on a rebellious mankind leading up to the REAL Great Tribulation that  follows the coming time that is close at hand.  These coming wars are bad, very bad, but it's just a warm-up when God gets really, really made and His wrath is poured out on all humans that are still "living as earth dwellers"...you don't see the name "Church" anymore when the Tribulation starts in earnest. That's a clue, folks. Take it to heart.

THE HOUR IS AT HAND AND IT'S VERY LATE

If you've been reading any of my warning messages about the coming judgment of God with the closing hours which signal  the nearness of the trumpet call of God, then you know that the signs that are building this  year are converging upon each other and will virtually collide with one another.  Like no other time in human history have these celestial signs been so evident and the God given appointed times  have become louder and louder. God is nearly beating us over the head trying to get our attention  and may be saying "Wake up, my people.  I am sending my Son to remove His bride from this planet before I take my vengeance and pour out my wrath on this unbelieving and rebellious world." (I don't speak for God, but He might be thinking just these same thoughts). What are those signs that I have discussed in the past? Let me refresh your memory and they are all available for review on my website:

 1.        Blood moons, with the last two this year falling on God's Feast Days of Passover and Tabernacles.

 2.        A solar eclipse that happened on March 20, a sign of judgment to the Gentiles. Note that only the northern countries of Europe could see the full eclipse.

 3.        The year of the Shemitah  that ends this fall followed by a possible  collapse of the economy based on previous observances, also on my website.

 4.        The coming Feast of Trumpets, called "No man knoweth the day or the hour" by Jesus in Matthew 24. Also known as the sign of the coming King.

 5.        End of the Shemitah and the beginning of the year of Jubilee...so what does that mean?

To understand the Year of Jubilee... one must first be familiar with the Sabbatical Year, which is observed every seventh year (Exodus 23:11; Leviticus 25:20; Deuteronomy 15:9; Nehemiah. 10:31). The Sabbatical Year... is also known as the "Year of Release," because farming as well as debt payments were released (discontinued) for the year(Deuteronomy 15:1-2; 31:10). This was initiated at the closing of the Feast of Atonement. Year of Jubilee'... timing was to years (50) what the timing of Feast of Weeks (Shavuot / Pentecost) is to days (50)...the Feast of Weeks (Shavuot / Pentecost) occurs on the 50th day; i.e. the day after seven weeks, plus 1 day after Passover. The Year of Jubilee occurs every 50th year; the year after seven Sabbatical years (49 years) according to Leviticus 25:8-11. The Year of Jubilee begins at the end of 7 Sabbatical years of 7 years, and at the end of the Feast of Atonement / Yom Kippur per Leviticus 25:9. Jewish historian, Josephus believed that the word denoted "liberty!" (Antiquities of the Jews 3.12.3)

So then what is a Jubilee Year...? By adding together seven cycles of seven years, we count a total of 49 years. Therefore, the year of Jubilee is the 50th year as noted by the following verses...

"You are also to count off seven Sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years, so that you have the time of the seven Sabbaths of years, namely, forty-nine years. You shall then sound a ram's horn abroad on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) you shall sound a horn all through your land. You shall thus consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim a release through the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, and each of you shall return to his own property, and each of you shall return to his family," Leviticus. 25:8-10.

Could it mean those who have been a slave of sin will be released? We are slaves to sin, as we are born into sin, but Jesus took our sin upon Himself at the Cross of Calvary. Will Jesus come at the beginning of the Year of Jubilee? Only if I knew it were so, but I don't. I just report what it could mean and what it does mean. But the point being, they are appointed times, or Moedim, or "divine appointments, sacred seasons, or Feast Days".  These are all converging this year.

 SOUND OF A TRUMPET

With all the signs and wonders that are being proclaimed and fulfilled this year, isn't it the wise person who makes appropriate preparations for the prophesied coming of the Lord Jesus  on the clouds of glory for His people? The evidence is overwhelming.  Could it be this year? Again, we don't know, but with all the signs  that are converging right now, Jesus could get the call from our heavenly Father and say "It is time. Go get my children and your bride". We would hear a trumpet call. 1st Corinthians:

15:51  "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

15:52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

15:53  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

15:54  So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

15:55  O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?"

When is the last trumpet in Feast days blown in times appointed for God's plan for mankind? The First Trump or the left horn is blown at Pentecost, which was the start of the Church and its birth. The Right Trump or the "Last Trumpet" is blown at the Feast of Trumpets or the possible end of the church and its redemption. Surrounding this coming Feast of  Trumpets are all these signs and we KNOW we are in the seasons. Could it be this one? Oh, let it be, dear Lord God, but we wait and we watch. Then and only then will God begin the opening of the land deed of redemption of the earth and the beginning of His righteous wrath, one seal at a time.  Then my friend, you will see all that I have covered begin to happen as war after war develops. The Gog-Magog war bringing worldwide calamity as God pours out His wrath on those who invade His land of Israel and to harm the people "of the Book"...your Bible, the nation of Hebrew people called Israelites. But you will have no warning, no time to prepare, and you won't get a second chance to be with Jesus in the coming 7 years of the Tribulation and the Great Tribulation except by death in being a martyr for belief in the Messiah you just missed. Is it not time, the appointed time for you to believe in the One the God has sent? When asked what shall we do to attain the works of God, Jesus answered him the Truth: John Chapter 6,

6:28  "Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?

6:29  Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent."

 John 3:16-17,

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.

God sent not His Son to condemn the world, but that through Him the world might be saved"

That is the work of God. He sent His Son to give us victory over sin, death and the grave. All it takes is child like faith to be delivered from what is coming...what is coming? WRATH. The wrath of Almighty God poured out on unrepentant mankind, but to those who make that decision of Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior will not endure His righteous wrath.  1st Thessalonians:

5:9  "For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

5:10  Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

5:11  Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do."

 Revelation 3:

3:10  "Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

3:11  Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown."

Each man and woman has to make choice. It is what you were born to decide. Will you spend eternity with Jesus and receive victory over death, sin, and the grave, or will you be separated from God in a place so terrible, dark, and foreboding that no words can justify its description of the loss of hope, joy, love, peace, happiness, and no light. Only darkness that is so dark it is painful. It was designed and created for Satan and his demons, but man has choice. Live for God, accept His Son's payment for your sins by His own blood on Calvary's cross by faith and belief and asking Jesus to be Lord of your life, or live with Satan in torment for all eternity. Ultimately, the choice is by your own free will...WHAT WILL YOU DECIDE, AS TIME IS RUNNING OUT?

This is Pastor Mike Taylor, praying  you make that decision for my Lord Jesus Christ. If there be any need for prayer, counseling or just a listening ear, then email me at realteam1999@sbcglobal.net .
