The visit of Nayef al-Sudairi marked the first time a Saudi delegation has been in the West Bank since 1967. Other nations are calling on the EU and other parts of the world to help Lebanon before it, too, devolves into civil strife. Ukraine Hits Russia’s Black Sea Headquarters in Crimea Ukraine’s military hit the headquarters of Russia’s Black Sea fleet in Sevastopol, Crimea, on Friday.
