Now, for a short lesson on "the other Beast" of Revelation. The Antichrist's right hand man, and the third person in the "unholy trinity" is known in the Bible as the False Prophet, or as John saw him "another beast" (Revelation 13:11) and then later identified him as the False Prophet (Revelation 19:20). During the Tribulation, the false prophet (other Beast) will use his authority and power to perform unusual signs, deceiving people into false hope and into worshiping an image of the Antichrist (Revelation 13:12-14)...this will be the one-world religion, an amalgamation of today's major religions...The Bible tells us the False Prophet's arrival will look like a lamb with two horns. Lambs are meek and mild animals, and don't have the horns of a beast. Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount, "Watch out for false prophets. They come like lambs but inwardly they are ferocious wolves" (Matthew 7:15). The False Prophet will come to Israel in sheep's clothing, but God terms him a "Beast."

It appears at this writing, that Chrislam could be the coming One World Religion, and the current Pope, from all current indications, could be the second Beast ,or False Prophet of Revelation.
The book of Revelation appears to many who study eschatology, to describe Rome when it discusses what could be the Catholic religious system in chapters 17 and 18. The Vatican sitting on seven hills is believed to be the "mother of harlots", a pagan system of worship that has control over the whole world. She is carried by the beast (Pope), and is the enemy of God. More than that, she will rule for a period of time with complete power over kings, mighty men and all the inhabitants of the earth. This is the One World Religion during the time of the Great Tribulation.
In prophecy, the end-times Pope is not the Antichrist, however, it appears he could very well be the False Prophet. It will be the False Prophets job to control the One World Religion, just as it will be the job of the Antichrist to create and control the One World Government. The Antichrist, the False Prophet (who are both called Beast's), and the Beast which is Satan himself, are the Unholy Trinity that the scriptures warn will come. If Pope Francis continues on this path, and there is no reason why he wouldn't, it is highly likely that he could be the False Prophet of Revelation. That means that the arrival of the Antichrist is next, and that the Rapture of the Church can happen at any moment.

A Peace Treaty (likely 7-years) is about to be crafted and signed by all parties concerned. This is the goal that Pope Francis, President Obama and other world powers are currently working towards. When will it happen? No one can say. But this is as close to that peace treaty as we have ever been in the 2,000 years since the prophecies were first given. Today at the Vatican, the Catholic Pope will lead the main representative of Israel and the main representative of Islam in a worship service at the place that the bible calls the "mother of harlots". They all claim to want "peace" at any cost. A peace is coming, but it will be a false peace administered by a false messiah. It will be the time of Jacob's Trouble.
The Times of Israel reports that "According to a statement released by Peres's spokesperson, Abbas, Peres, and Francis will be joined by Jewish, Christian and Islamic religious leaders. The event will feature readings about peace by the clergy from the Tanach, the New Testament and the Quran. Francis will then read religious verses with Peres and Abbas, which the three will have selected for the ceremony."

...So what is the happenchance that The Beast Asteroid near fly-by ("The Beast" is coming! as the article puts it), occurs on the very same day, that the Pope launches his larger vision as a "global diplomatic player" by joining Jewish, Christian and Islamic political and religious leaders together for prayer? ...A coincidence or a providential sign from the Almighty pointing to the second Beast of Revelation? ...I report you decide! Bible prophecy being fulfilled in real time before our eyes...
