WORLD AT WAR: 8.27.22 - Iran Prepares to Take Out Israel – Right after Iran Deal Is Signed

Iran Prepares to Take Out Israel – Right after Iran Deal Is Signed - by Khaled Abu Toameh – https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/18824/iran-prepares-take-out-israel As the Biden administration seems to be moving closer to reaching a new nuclear deal with Iran, the mullahs in Tehran are encouraging their Lebanese and Palestinian terroristproxies to prepare for waging war on Israel. The mullahs appear convinced that once the Biden administration capitulates completely to their demands for reviving the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, they will be able to stepup their already significant efforts to eliminate Israel and export their Islamic Revolution to Arab and Islamic countries. Iran already occupies four Arab countries: Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq. The mullahs are not oblivious to the growing voices in the Arab world that complain about the weakness of the US and how the Biden administration's policy of appeasement towardsIran is undermining the Americans' credibility and jeopardizing the security and stability of Arab and Islamic countries. Iran's mullahs appear to be so confident that the Biden administration has turned its back on its Arab allies in the Middle East that they are issuing direct threats not onlyagainst Israel, but also against any Arab country that dares to cooperate with the Israelis. The latest threat came from the commander of the Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy, Commodore Alireza Tangsiri, who warned that cooperation with Israel"threatens security and stability in the Gulf region." Tangsiri's warning was directed to America's Arab allies, especially the Gulf states, some of which have been conducting security cooperation with Israel. The timing of his threat was anything but coincidental. It came amid reports that the Biden administration is moving forward towards striking a new deal with Tehran's mullahs. The mullahs, in short, are sending a message to America's allies in the Arab world that if they believe they can trust the Biden administration to protect them against Iran'sexpansionist plans or safeguard their security and stability, they are sorely mistaken. Addressing America's Arab allies, Tangsiri warned them not to allow US or any other foreign countries to use their countries as bases for military and security operations. Any country that ignores the warning, Tangsiri said, "will pay the price for its unfriendly and provocative behavior." The IRGC, he cautioned, is ready "to carry out any missionto preserve the interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its heroic people." Meanwhile, the mullahs are busy trying to open a new battlefront against Israel, this time in the West Bank. Iran already has its own proxies in the Gaza Strip: Hamas and Islamic Jihad. In Lebanon, the mullahs have the Hezbollah terrorist militia, which has created a state-within-a-statethere and is also continuing to issue threats to attack Israel. The three terrorist groups -- Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah -- for the past three decades have been launching terror attacks against Israel from Lebanon and the GazaStrip. The mullahs appear to be so emboldened by the Biden administration's weakness that they are now openly talking about using the West Bank as a launching pad to attack Israeland kill Jews. The commander of the IRGC, Major General Hossein Salami, revealed that Iran was working with Hamas and Islamic Jihad to extend their terrorist attacks from the Gaza Stripto the West Bank. The goal: To wage a war of attrition against Israel. The two groups already have a strong military presence in the West Bank, especially in the cities of Jenin and Nablus, which are governed by the Palestinian Authority. "Gaza is not the only field of resistance and struggle, but this struggle has also moved to the West Bank," Salami said, hinting that the mullahs were providing weapons tothe Palestinians in the West Bank. "Just as Gaza was armed [by Iran], the West Bank can be armed in the same way, and this process will happen. Obtaining weapons has become much easier than before. There isno safe place at any time for Israel and its citizens." He boasted that a "large number of Zionists" have been killed in terrorist attacks by Palestinian terrorists in the past few months and stressed "the necessity of continuingthe jihad [holy war]" against Israel. The Palestinians, Salami added, "are now able to target any point in the Zionist entity, and this means that there is no safe place for the Zionists to protect them from Palestinianfire. The Palestinians have realized who their true friends are [Iran]." He said that Hezbollah was also ready to join the fight against Israel: "Hezbollah, which gained important experiences during the Syrian [civil] war, can lead a ground war and achieve victory... The Zionists know that the land is liberated byground forces." As part of the mullahs' plan to initiate another wave of terror against Israel, Salami said that he recently met in Tehran with Islamic Jihad Secretary-General Ziyad al-Nakhalahand discussed with him "the disintegration and erosion of the capabilities of the Zionists." Under pressure from the Iranian regime, Hamas and Islamic Jihad representatives held a meeting in the Gaza Strip earlier this week to discuss ways of stepping up the "resistance"against Israel. The meeting came amid reports of tensions between the two terrorist groups in the aftermath of Hamas's failure to join the recent three-day fighting between Israel and IslamicJihad. Islamic Jihad and Iran are said to be disappointed with the Hamas terrorists for not coming to the rescue of their brothers in Islamic Jihad during the fighting with Israel. Hamas did not join the fighting apparently for fear of being hit hard by Israel. Hamas seems to be worried that it could lose control of the Gaza Strip if it engages in anotherwar with Israel, especially in light of the heavy casualties the group and many residents of the Gaza Strip sustained during previous rounds of attacks on Israel. In an attempt to appease their masters in Tehran, Hamas and Islamic Jihad issued a joint statement after the meeting in which they pledged to step up the "armed struggle"against Israel "until the liberation [of all of Palestine, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea]," a euphemism for the destruction of Israel. The threats by the IRGC against Israel and America's Arab allies should be sufficient to stop the Biden administration from surrendering to the mullahs' demand to remove thegroup from the list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations. These threats, in addition, should serve as a reminder to the Biden administration of Iran's bloody schemes against Israel and Arab countries. Anyone who thinks that the mullahswill abandon their plans after the signing of a new nuclear deal is deceiving him or herself. The opposite is true: appeasement will only further fortify the mullahs and their proxies, and place into further peril the lives of both Arabs and Jews. ----------------------- World Prepares To Unleash Iran Amir Tsarfati - https://harbingersdaily.com/mideast-review-w-amir-tsarfati-world-prepares-to-unleash-iran/ Iran has placed themselves in the forefront of the news. They are on the threshold of a new nuclear deal which former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Fox Newsyesterday is far worse than the 2015 version. Europe is desperate for energy sources separate from Russia; thus they are ready to accept the demands of Iran. They dont care if the country goes nuclear. The bombs likely wont be coming their way. The US isready to drop almost all sanctions, which will put billions of dollars into the pockets of the Islamist regime in Tehran. The Republican Party has already announced that it will immediately cancel any agreement with Iran if they get back in power after theNovember elections. It remains to be seen, however, if the votes go their way, and if theyll have the follow-through to do it. Ultimately, its all moot anyway. As Ive said for a long time, Iran already has everything they need to make a bomb. Its justa matter of whether they decide to do it. The expansion of Iranian-proxy militias around Israel is growing. In the north, they are in Lebanon and Syria. In the east, they are in Iraq and Iran. To the south, they arein Gaza and Yemen. Iran opposition groups are reporting that the country is establishing a new military base called Malek al-Ashtar in the Daraa Governorate of Syria much too close to the Israeli border. Now Iran has begun arming militant Palestinians in theWest Bank. In the same way that the Gaza Strip was armed, the West Bank can also be armed and this process is happening, said chief commander of Irans Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami. The only factor that is slowingthis expansion is Israels constant strikes at the militias weapons and infrastructures. Much of the weaponry with which Iran is arming their militias comes from their store of hundreds of thousands of rockets. Hezbollah and other proxy militias in Syria haveover 150,000 rockets. Hamas in Gaza has 10,000. Yemen has tens of thousands. Many of these rockets are cheap and not very accurate, and the Iron Dome is equipped to deal with them. However, there are also thousands of ballistic missiles that are pointed atIsrael. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are nearing completion of a new laser system that will be able to deal with many of these threats. But even when this new system is ready, if all these militias begin raining down their rocket arsenals at once, it couldbe devastating to Israel. As Iran continues to deepen relationships with its proxy terrorists, they also are getting closer to a much bigger fish. One of the biggest allies and customers of Iran isnow Russia. Beyond Iran selling drones and training the Russian army in how to use them, new behind-the-scenes deals are being set up for Russian oil. Fully expecting sanctions on Tehran to be lifted with a new nuclear deal, Moscow is planning on using Iranto bust their own sanctions by selling Russian oil through Iranian channels. This is bad news for Ukraine. It is also bad news for Israel, as Russia is strengthening their rhetoric toward Israeli actions against their friend Irans proxy militias. Said RussianForeign Minister Sergei Lavrov, We strongly condemned the dangerous practice of Israeli strikes on Syrian territory. The US carried out airstrikes against Iranian proxy militias in Deir ez-Zor, Syria, in response to a drone attack against American forces on August 15. Todays strikes werenecessary to protect and defend U.S. personnel, said spokesman Army Colonel Joe Buccino. Meanwhile, Iran continues to attack the US through its proxies, striking two American bases in Syria just yesterday. Just to make sure you understand Iran is hittingthe US through their proxies, while the US is striking back against those proxies while letting Iran completely off the hook. Unbelievable! Syrian and Iranian forces and U.S. backed SDF battled each other up in the north of Syria resulting in a market being shelled in the city of Al-Bab. Civilian casualties included14 dead, five of which were children, and at least 30 wounded. Hezbollah continues to threaten violence against Israel if the Karish oil rig begins operation. This is a flashpoint that could escalate quickly. Ukraines Independence Day yesterday also marked six months since Russia invaded the nation. The military and civilian casualties continue to mount as Vladimir Putin stubbornlycontinues his prosecution of the war. The current hot spot is Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Under Russian control from early in the war, Ukraine is fearful of battling to gain the plant back. An improperly aimed shell could have disastrous effects. Darya Dugina was killed in a car bomb outside Moscow Saturday night. Her father, philosopher Aleksandr Dugin, a man known as Putins brain, was supposed to be in the carwith her, before deciding to travel separately at the last moment. The woman the Russians say carried out the assassination is Natalya Vovk, a citizen of Ukraine and member of the Ukrainian special operations Azov Regiment. Currently, she is in Estonia, andRussia is threatening a military response if Estonia does not capture her and extradite her to Moscow. Some, however, are accusing Putin of carrying out this murder as a false flag against Ukraine after Dugin recently made some harsh remarks against the Russianpresident. Even as Turkeys inflation skyrocketed to 80%, its currency plunged on Friday to an all-time low. An economically desperate Turkey is a dangerous entity, and the world bestkeep its eyes on Erdogan and his government. Each day in the waters and the air around Taiwan there are incursions by Chinese planes and warships. This is a powder keg that can go off at any moment. Japan is weighing the wisdom of stockpiling 1000 cruise missiles within 1000 km of China and North Korea. This would place both belligerent countries within range of Japansarsenal in case of hostilities. Terrorist militants with ties to al Qaeda took control of the Hayat Hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia, last Friday. By the time the 30-hour ordeal was over at least 21 people weredead and more than 117 were injured. Four of the assailants were killed. However, it is unclear if there were others who escaped. Looking at the political realm in Israel (which is very similar to the one in the US), its easy to think that the majority isnt being represented by the current government. However, as much as it may have been true at the time elections were held in both nations, a great and terrible erosion is taking place in the conservative camp in each country. While the liberal progressive left is holding its ground, its the conservativeright that is experiencing progressive liberalism sprouting within its camp. Why am I writing these words? Certainly not to make you feel sad or angry. But to make you open your eyes to the ever-changing world in which we live. The change is rapidand is not for good. The true believers will never feel at home again in this world. We are becoming strangers and vagabonds on this earth. Can I find anything good in todays world? Yes! Remember, it is often tribulations that purify us and make us zealous to carry out Gods will. But the best of all is the factthat the further we are estranged from this world the closer we are to the moment of the rapture! Indeed, lets remember Jesus words and rejoice: John 16:33 KJV These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
