There is the simple unfolding of Scripture in its chronological format as its timeline. That seems to be the format a God of no confusion would choose. A speaker once saidhe always tried to pick out someone in his audience who might be one who would have trouble understanding his message. Then, he would try to take it to a level that could be understood easily. How would God do it? Jesus said, “No one can come to Me unlessthe Father who sent Me draws him” (John 6:44). After listing several turbulent upsets in the world’s geological and social conditions, Jesus says in Luke 21:28, “When these things begin to happen, look up for your redemptiondraws near.” Then He tells a parable of the blossoming of the fig tree that is about the coming restoration of Israel to its own national sovereignty. That incident actually happened onMay 14, 1948, 75 years ago. It was prophecy fulfilled. That event set a pivotal date for the generation living on that date. Mark 13:30 tells us, “…This generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.” Those who were born on or before May 14, 1948, if still living and a believer in Christ, will be among those who never die and are caught up to meet the Lord in the air. Those are going to be elderly people, 75 years old and older, “Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast…” (Hebrews 6:19). Another sign of the times is told in 2 Thessalonians 2:3: “Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first….” It is theobvious and prolific increase of lawlessness, moral degradation, mass killings, and relentless injustice now prevailing. There is a tendency to respond with, “We’ve seen these things happening before now, so it is not unusual,” but I submit that it has neverbeen so deep and acceptable from the top leadership of nations of the world. Look at how Jesus saw the world, as Luke reported His words in Luke 17:26-30: “And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the daythat Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. “Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fireand brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.” Here the Scriptures acknowledge “these things” have happened before, but this time, they are introducing the coming of the Lord in the Rapture. Is God reluctant to revealsigns of His return? That does not appear to be true at all. Further in that Luke passage to verse 37, we find a description of how the Rapture will touch individuals around the world—some taken to safety, some left behind. In Amos 3:7, He says, “Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.” Bible students of prophecy have long learned not to be called a “date setter” because we forget to consider the whole counsel of God, or perhaps we forget Proverbs 3:5 whichhas been staring us in the face all along: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” But then, how are we to factor in such a sign as this one now looming on the horizon? The United Nations has announced a 2023 Summit meeting on September 18-19, 2023. It is not front-page news that is readily apparent, but its purpose is awesome when comparedwith the prophecies of Scripture, mainly Daniel 9:26-27. It is labeled as the “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDG) for its purpose and would mark the “beginning of a new phase of accelerated progress towards the SDG’s plan forhigh-level political guidance on transformative and accelerated actions leading up to 2030.” The UN website has this statement by the UN Secretary-General: “The SDG Summit in September must be a moment of unity to provide a renewed impetus and accelerated actionsfor the SDGs.” So, what do we say to that? “Aw, the UN is always doing something over there in their high-towered edifice that never works out,” is that it? After President Obama took officein 2009, he toured the Middle East, apologizing for America, and demanded the peace negotiators have a plan in place the next September. Nothing was in place in 2010, nor 2011, nor 2012, then re-election took first attention. Apparently, God’s timing was notthen. This meeting is to set up a seven-year plan of action to transform the world into a conforming New World Order, as further digging will reveal. It is set for this September18-19 in New York. It is scheduled on the next two days after the Feast of Trumpets, Rosh Hashana, on the calendar for September 16-17. (Two days to allow for sighting the new moon if clouds cover it the first day.) The comparative prophecy that speaks of this is Daniel 9:26-27: “And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself, and the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The endof it shall be with a flood, and till the end of the war desolations are determined. “Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering, and on the wing of abominations shallbe one who makes desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate.” When Jesus returns for His body of believers around the world, the sudden disappearance of multi-thousands of people will result in major chaos, as one can imagine. Thoseleft behind will be scrambling for someone to take charge of the devastation. If this September is that time, the “purely coincidental” meeting of UN officials in New York will already be on top of it with that person ready to take over. They will confirm a covenant of seven years for the Jews and will allow them to rebuild their temple. This is the time when God returns His attention to His planned restorationof Israel with their true Messiah and the seven years of punishment for their continued disobedience in those past centuries. This will be that “missing” 70th week of Daniel’s prophecy in Daniel 9:20 and following. The ministry of those 144,000 Jewish evangelists will lead many thousands to the Lord from every tribe, tongue, and nation. See Revelation 7. They will have refused to takethe Mark of the Beast and are killed for it, apparently, for they come out of the Great Tribulation, the last half of the seven years. These are the Scriptural accounts of the last days of this age, but how should we look at the events in the world that seem to correspond? We must look at the attributes ofGod. Does He also know every thought and intent in the minds of those who do not believe, as Psalm 139 tells us, or is it just believers? Certainly, it is all mankind. For some time, I have pinpointed the Rapture to occur during the Feast of Trumpets, the time of the late harvest, and because of the progress of the “falling away,” the Dayis clearly approaching, in my opinion. Would God allow such an obvious action of the world to occur contrary to His will? “Knowledge of the Holy One is understanding” (Proverbs 9:10b). Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his numberis Six hundred threescore and six (666).” Not everyone agrees with me, but as I understand it, the sequence of events will be the Rapture first, perhaps a short period of time (possibly three years), then the confirmationof the covenant, and then the seven-seal judgments and the seven trumpet judgments in the first half of the Tribulation Period. At the Tribulation Period mid-point (three and one-half years or 1260 days on the Jewish calendar after the confirmation of the covenant), the Antichrist and False Prophetwill initiate the Mark of the Beast. As I see it, the Rapture will take place a minimum of three and one-half years (perhaps more) before the Antichrist and False Prophet require people to take the Mark of theBeast. Having said this, notice the following report. On July 10, 2023, it was reported that Professor Richard Werner, prominent German economist, researcher, and Professor of Banking and Finance, said the World Economic Forum(WEF) has declared (his words and mine) that: •All citizens must be implanted with a Central Bank Digital Microchip (CBDC chip) in the very near future in order to be able to fully participate in society and do basicthings such as purchase food and water. •Future citizens will need to use the latest technology (a computer chip) in order to access their bank accounts. •You have to think of CDBCs as a control system (or a permit system), not a currency. •Currently, they are talking about a phone-based CBDC app, but their ultimate goal is a chip under your skin. Notice that Werner said the WEF wants all citizens to be implanted with a chip in the very near future. Notice that it is a permit system to buy and sell. The Mark of the Beast will be a license system (or a permit system) that will allow people to transact business. (More:On July 14, 2023, Vice Pres, Kamala Harris, was speaking at Coppin State Univ. in Baltimore, MD about climate change and cutting greenhouse gases when she said, “When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our childrencan breathe clean air and drink clean water.” Critics said she accidentally revealed that the White House wants to reduce the population of the U.S., but the White House said she meant to say “reduce pollution” instead of “reduce population.”) Two, concerning the globalist plan to establish a world governmentby 2030 or sooner: author and prophecy expert Jonathan Brentner recently (July 10, 2023) reported that “On June 28, 2023, King Charles III and London Mayor Sadiq Khan activated a ‘climate clock’ with the warning that there are 6 years and 24 days left to limitglobal warming before it brings doom upon the world. Remarkably, the king included minutes and seconds in his countdown to the ruin of the world due to climate change.” Brentner astutely notes that “the king’s clock ends five months short of 2030.” (My opinion:I have no idea why King Charles has a countdown clock that zeros out five months before 2030 unless it is another scare tactic to try to speed up world government.) Three, concerning natural disasters increasing in frequency andintensity at the end of the age: on July 15, 2023, an area in southeast Pennsylvania received 6-7 inches of rain in 45 minutes. Five adults drowned in their vehicles, and two children are missing. Four, concerning the ashes of a red heifer without spot or blemish(a requirement for cleansing priests who build or serve at a rebuilt Temple): the Jews are building a tourist and research center at Shiloh (where the tabernacle stood for about 300 years after they returned to the Promised Land from Egypt). On July 16, 2023, it was reported that Jews moved a 22-month-old red heifer to the facility and will soon move two more there so visitors can view (but not touch) them. Five, concerning God giving people over to reprobate minds atthe end of the age for rejecting what the Word of God says about gay issues: expert Bible prophecy teacher Terry James recently asked in an article, “How have we reached such a place in this nation that the top three people (president, vice-president, andpresidential spokesperson) in the presidential administration are seemingly unable to demonstrate normal mental function?” Good question, Terry. If their mental issues are not related to their unusually extreme support for unbiblical gay issues and their refusal to repent, why are some of America’s top officials havingproblems saying or reading simple sentences? Six, concerning famine at the end of the age: on July 15, 2023,the UN estimated that about 735 million people (mostly in Africa) are facing hunger, and the number is rising. (Question:If millions of people are going hungry, and I don’t doubt it, then why are so many nations agreeing to kill cattle, use less fertilizer, and take land out of production under the guise of climate change? Is climate change a ruse to justify reducing the populationof the earth?). Seven, concerning a digital ID and a digital currency (steps towardthe Mark of the Beast): on July 16, 2023, investigative journalist Leo Hohmann (leohohmann.com) reported the following: •Ethiopia has announced that it will use a World Bank-supported digital ID system. •Every Ethiopian citizen must have a digital ID by 2025 to do business at a bank. •Every Ethiopian citizen must have a digital ID before they can receive government benefits or spend digital money. •Ethiopia will use iris recognition technology (eye scans) in association with the digital ID system. •The day is coming when Ethiopian citizens will not be allowed to buy and sell or get on the Internet without a digital ID. Eight, concerning a departing from the faith and the coming of a one-world religion at the end of the age: on July 15, 2023, it was reported that conservative Roman CatholicArchbishop Carlo Maria Vigano has posted a video accusing Pope Francis of attacking the church from within by purging faithful followers. According to Vigano, “Those who hold positions of power (Pope Francis and his supporters) have shown themselves to be enemies of the institution they oversee and of the peopleover whom they exercise their authority (they have become enemies of the faithful members). But did you know that from Nazareth, Jesus had a breathtaking view of the valley of Armageddon? Imaginewhat thoughts must have gone through His mind as a little boy as He looked out over the place that would one day host a battle–the battle of Armageddon at the end of the tribulation period–that only He would stop. We know this battle won’t be a pretty scene. But it will get better when Jesus comes back, ends all that has happened on the earth, and takes over the world He Himself created. Jesus’ return is anticipated all throughout Scripture. Revelation 19, which describes Jesus’ second coming, says, “The essence of prophecy is to give a clear witness for Jesus” (v. 10, NLT). In other words, Jesus Christ is the star on the center stage of the theater of biblical prophecy. And just as there’s a scarlet thread of Christ’s redemptive work on the cross woven throughout Scripture, I believe there’s also a golden thread of His coming rule and reign.It’s the culmination of all redemptive history. All of God’s people throughout all ages have looked forward to this event. This is when the serpent’s head will finally and fully be crushed (see Genesis 3:15). This is when the scepter, the rule, will once again be reinstated in Judah (see Genesis49:10). This is when God’s promise to King David that somebody from his family line would rule and reign forever will come to pass (see 2 Samuel 7:16). This is the time Isaiah spoke about when he said, “The government will be upon His shoulder…. Of the increaseof His government and peace there will be no end” (Isaiah 9:6-7). This is the time Daniel spoke about when he said that “the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed” (Daniel 2:44). And this is what Jesus taught His disciples–andus–to pray for: “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Beginning in Revelation 19, that prayer is finally answered. Jesus will come back to earth, end the battle of Armageddon, take over, and reign with a rod of iron (see v. 15)–firstfor 1,000 years in what’s called the millennium, and then forever in the eternal state. This is a reality that you will see and experience one day. I hope it inspires faith in you. The purpose of prophecy is not to cause fear but to create faith. In 2 Timothy 4:8, Paul described Christians as those who love the Lord’s appearing. Do you love and long for His appearing, for His rule and reign on planet earth? I think of the almost-final words of Revelation where John said, “Even so, come, Lord Jesus!” (Revelation 22:20). I pray that we would long for His return, watch and be ready,and in the meantime serve the Lord with a glad heart.

And, predictably, they came blasting with both barrels. I used to call these Mid- and Post-Rapture people “brain dead” and “dumber than a box of rocks.” But eventually I came to the conclusion that I was wrong to respond that wayto my brothers and sisters in Christ who have been so wickedly deceived by the devil. I should have more compassion for them. So I’m working on my responses to those who hold to inconsistent doctrines. And, for what it's worth, Susie and I were saved in the late seventies in a church where the pastor was staunchly Mid-Trib. So defending a Mid-Trib position was one of thefirst things I learned as a new Believer. I’ve heard every argument under the sun why Pre-Trib Rapture is supposedly wrong. But over the years of being a “vocal” Believer proclaiming the Bible was 100% accurate, I had to learn to be a Biblical Apologist... able defend my beliefs that every wordin the Bible was inspired by God. All Scripture is inspired by God (God-breathed) and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 2Tim. 3:16 And it didn't take long to come to the inescapable conclusion that Mid-or Post-Trib Rapture are impossible to defend theories from the pit of hell. Satan doesn't want Believersto be excited and confident about Jesus coming for us at the Rapture. Rather, he wants us scared and worried. So he has this very small but quite vocal group of Mid- and Post Tribbers trying to steal our joy. For instance they harp on the “Last Trump” happening well into the Tribulation—either at the middle or toward the end of the 7-years of horror. They base their Mid-trib position on these two Pauline verses: For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 1Thess. 4:16 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 1Cor. 15:52 And then they tie those two Pauline verses to this verse in Revelation: but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel (blowing the 7th Trumpet), when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as He preached to His servantsthe prophets. Rev. 10:7 But that’s wrong. The Pauline verses are not referring to the seventh angel in Rev. 10:7. Rather, the last trump Paul was referring to is the last trumpet blown on Rosh Hashanahat the end of the TWO DAY scripturally commanded celebration (which is interestingly consistent with the 2 Day / 2000 year Church Age). Furthermore, as a strict dispensationalist I know that dispensations, by their very nature, don’t/can’t overlap. You can’t have two dispensations going on at the same time.One has to end, then the next one can begin. Therefore the Tribulation dispensation has to be a separate and distinct time period dealing with the Jews. The Church Age dispensation MUST end before the Tribulation dispensationcan begin. Lastly, if the Rapture were at the end of the Tribulation, a Mid- or Post-Trib Rapture would conflict with Jesus’ proclamation that everything would be normal up until theRapture…buying, selling, building, planting, harvesting, social events, etc. (Matt 24; Luke 17) With half the world’s population dead from drugs, wars, starvation, lack of electricity and eaten by wild beasts in the first three years of the Tribulation, the world willbe in chaos. And by the end of the 7-year Tribulation Isaiah 24:6 says “Few men are left." So the end of the Tribulation is NOT a normal buy-and-sell time. NOTHING will be normal. Food will be scarce and social events will be nonexistent. Most of the world willbe dead from the wrath of God. And this does not even take into account using the sniff-test: The Lord has told His bride, the Church, that He will “Rescue” her before His wrath is unleashed. Wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, that is Jesus, who rescues us from the wrath to come. 1Thes 1:10 For God has not destined us for wrath, 1Th. 5:9 So He’s told us in no uncertain terms that Believers living in the Church Age are not going to be the object of His wrath. So does it make sense that He would pre-plan todrag his bride through the mud, the blood, and the beer just before He marries her? Please. Satan wants you to be fearful of the future. He wants to scare you into submission... so you might do things that are unscriptural. But God says our future is secure, thatHe’s in control: "For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Jer. 29:11 So Believers should not have their eyes looking down on earth for the coming Antichrist, or personally worried about the horrible things soon to be unleashed on an unsuspectingworld. Rather, we’re looking up for Jesus Christ to call us from the sky. An incredible event unequaled in history. Like Noah was promised to be spared from God's wrathful worldwideflood, Believers will be spared from God's wrathful worldwide destruction. Our goal is to learn to trust the accuracy of a literal translation of God’s Word! Don’t let those brain-dead Mid-Tribbers steal your joy of living in and being used by theLord in these exciting times. Whoops, there I go again, dissing on the Mid-Tribbers. Their projections are disheartening… •In 2020, 64% of people of all ages were Christian. This number will shrink to between a little more than half (54%) and just above one-third (35%) of all Americans by 2070. •Over that same period, “nones” (people who are religiously unaffiliated) will rise from the current 30% to somewhere between 34% and 52% of the U.S. population. But do not despair! There is hope in the headlines. And while what is happening in the church shocks us, it is not a surprise to God. The falling away of the church is prophesiedin Scripture and points to the soon return of Christ. And for His own, the faithful and redeemed, salvation is secure. This shift away from biblical faith has become so common that the term “exvangelicals” is now used to describe these defectors from evangelicalism. Why is this happening,and what does it mean? This “falling away” isn’t new. Throughout history, many have embraced Christianity, only to abandon it later. Even the first Christians faced this challenge. Demas, a coworkerof Paul, initially supported him but eventually left, “having loved this present world” (2 Timothy 4:10). The Bible’s short epistle of Jude, written by Jesus’ half-brother, also addresses this issue. Located near the end of the Bible, Jude’s purpose is clear: “To contend earnestlyfor the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints” (Jude 1:3). Recall Judas, the disciple. He represents the most prominent case of apostasy in the Bible. Judas belonged to Jesus’ closest group of followers. He had unparalleled accessto Christ during his three-year earthly ministry—conversing and walking with the Savior, observing miracles, and seeing lives change. Despite this, Judas still turned away. The core issue isn’t that people are falling away from church or even falling away from the faith. We’re talking about falling away as Judas did, from Jesus Himself. We’retalking about branches that cut themselves off from the vine. These are people who have—these words are stark—“trampled the Son of God underfoot . . . treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and . . . insulted the Spiritof grace” (Heb. 10:29). How can this happen? They Fall Away Because They Are Deceived The Bible very clearly warns that spiritual deception will lead many to fall away from Christ in the end times. “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy,having their own conscience seared with a hot iron” (1 Timothy 4:1–2). Demonic forces work to entice and deceive people into abandoning their faith. Their influence, even within the church, will grow as history progresses. False teachers, filled with lies and hypocrisy, aim to cause spiritual harm for personal gain, often financial profit. These individuals have lost their moral sensitivity,and their spiritual compasses are flawed. They are present in today’s church, promising miracles, seeking power, and twisting the Word of God. Their deceptive efforts will continue to escalate over time. They Fall Away Because They Are Disillusioned In Luke 8, Jesus told a parable illustrating why people might fall away from the Gospel. A farmer sowed seeds across various types of ground: pathways, rocky soil, thornypatches, and prepared soil. The seed represented the Gospel message, and each type of ground symbolized different reactions to it. The devil deceives some people by taking the Gospel message from their hearts before they can believe and be saved (Luke 8:12). There are those who receive the Gospel with joy but lack a strong foundation. These individuals seek solutions rather than a Savior and want the blessings of belief withoutfully committing to Christ. During times of temptation, they fall away (Luke 8:13). The cultural shift in America has made it easier to live as a Christian, but this will change as we move closer to the tribulation. As lifting the banner of Christ becomesmore challenging, an increasing number of people with little or no roots in the Gospel will find the cost too high, and they will turn away from Christ. These individuals like the idea of the Gospel but lack a personal commitment to Jesus, ultimately leadingto disillusionment and abandonment of their faith. Don’t Be Discouraged But, don’t despair. There’s still hope. God knows those who are His, and He will bring them home safely. Jesus said: “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish;neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand” (John 10:28). Paul shares this same confidence that, “He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:6). Like the biblical author Jude, together let’s offer praise to God for His ability to protect those who are truly His. May the Lord bless you with this benediction: Jude 1:24–25 KJV – “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wiseGod our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Meanwhile, children around the world are being prepared to embrace it through public schools and “entertainment.” World Economic Forum chief Klaus Schwab, the global frontman for the so-called “Great Reset,” has been celebrating it all for years as part of what he calls the “Fourth IndustrialRevolution.” In his book on the subject and in speeches, Schwab outlined a plan to merge people with computer technologies, brain implants, and even to genetically “improve” them. “Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies will not stop at becoming part of the physical world around us — they will become part of us,” Schwab writes in his book Shapingthe Future of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a narrative that he has been peddling for almost a decade in speeches, articles, essays, and books. “Indeed, some of us already feel that our smartphones have become an extension of ourselves.” “Today’s external devices — from wearable computers to virtual reality headsets — will almost certainly become implantable in our bodies and brains,” he continues in the book. “These implantable devices will likely also help to communicate thoughts normally expressed verbally through a ‘built-in’ smartphone, and potentially unexpressed thoughts or moods by reading brain waves and other signals.” Schwab, who oversees a sprawling organization bringing together political and business leaders from around the world, goes on to suggest that governments can and perhaps shouldmandate submission to such intrusive technology. “As capabilities in this area improve, the temptation for law enforcement agencies and courts to use techniques to determine the likelihood of criminal activity, assess guilt or even possibly retrieve memoriesdirectly from people’s brains will increase,” adds the professor, saying governments could even require “a detailed brain scan to assess an individual’s security risk.” Eventually, humans will merge with technology and become one with it, according to Schwab. “At the end, what the Fourth Industrial Revolution will lead to is a fusion of ourphysical, our digital, and our biological identities,” he declared at a speech at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and many since then. And he means it, too. Technological upgrades and implants: Under the guise of “convenience,” thousands of Swedes have already implanted microchips in their hands. These RFID chips can and do function as vaccine passports, money, andkeys all rolled into one. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu proposed microchipping every child in Israel at the height of Covid hysteria, supposedly to keep them safe from Covid. Meanwhile, the “mainstream” media has been marketing the chips to Americans for years. There should be no doubt that this will accelerate as governments and central banksaround the world move against cash in favor of “digital payments” while the World Health Organization advances global digital “health” certificates. At some point, refusing to have one may make it difficult to operate in society or even to buy and sell. But the microchips under the skin are just one small step compared to what transhumanist advocates are planning. Already, government schools are using technological toolsthat can peer into the minds of children. Around ten years ago, the U.S. Department of “Education” issued a report titled “Enhancing, Teaching and Learning Through Educational Data Mining and Learning Analytics,” offering a sneak preview into the future. Among other schemes, the document touted some of the highly intrusive technologies already used in federally funded “education” programs. These included “facial expressioncameras” and “wireless skin conductance sensors.” The tools are able to detect children’s responses to various stimuli and peer into their minds while computer systems and algorithms vacuum it all up and feed it through increasingly advanced al Intelligencesystems to make sense of it all. According to the federal document, one of the goals of these technologies and the data-gathering schemes linked to them is to “make predictions about [students] future behaviorsor performance.” Beyond simply predicting, these systems are also being used to manipulate and transform children’s values, attitudes, and beliefs. If they have the “wrong” attitude on, say, abortion or open borders, the system will detect it and call foran “intervention.” The United Nations is also involved. In fact, right before Covid was discovered in China, the UN convened all of the nations’ governments together for an “AI in education” summit in Beijing. The final product of the conference, known as the “Beijing Consensus on Artificial Intelligence and Education,” called on governments worldwide to use AI in “education to shape the values of children on everything from gender and governanceto the environment.” In addition, the UN deal demands that governments around the world “adjust curricula to promote the in-depth integration of AI and transformation of learning methodologies.” And just this year, at a summit put on by Arizona State University and its president, intelligence community investment arm boss Michael Crow of In-Q-Tel, billionaire Bill Gates boasted that within the next few years, AI could replace human teachers. Thiswill turbo-charge the indoctrination of children. One of the essential technologies to make this possible is being developed by Elon Musk through his company Neuralink, which just received government approval for human trialsin May. The device, a computer system that replaces part of the skull and is wired into the brain, allows the user’s brain to interface directly with computer systems. Eventually, Musk bragged that it would be able to “write” on the brain by stimulating itwith electricity. It will be perfect for living in the Metaverse! Hijacking your mind? While global elitists peddle transhumanism and becoming a cyborg as “cool” and helpful, their end goals appear to be much more sinister. Consider that scientists and technocratshave sought to control the human mind externally for generations. As far back as the 1960s, researchers such as Yale neurophysiologist Dr. José Manuel Rodriguez Delgado were able to control and manipulate the minds of animals such as bulls and even human beingsthrough implants and electrical stimulation. Far more sophisticated methods exist today. In April 2017, Rockefeller University announced a new technology developed by Dr. Jeffrey Friedman to exert wireless control overbrain cells at the push of a button. “READY YOUR TINFOIL HATS—mind control is not as far-fetched an idea as it may seem,” the press release stated, noting that in Friedman’s laboratory, “it happens all the time, though the subjects are mice, not people.” The technology, the announcement said, involves installing a “door” in cells that are “delivered and installed by a genetically engineered virus.” Friedman’s team realizedthat they could use a genetically engineered virus to create doorways into a neuron’s outer membrane,” the university reported, adding that once the system was operational, the mouse could practically be remote-controlled. Critics such as Prof. David Salinas Flores on the faculty of medicine at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos have warned that the goal is to enslave humanity. “Technologicalimplants like brain nanobots might cause losing control of one’s own mind and enabling carriers to be controlled by others and lose their autonomy,” he said in a peer-reviewed paper. “They can also be used to permanently spy on the user via a cerebral internetconnection. A person’s “memories could also be deleted, robbing them of their identity.” “Thus, the humans who carry technological implants can be permanently spied on, mentally controlled, and they lose their identity, becoming a human slave at the service ofthe transnational companies and the economic powers,” the professor added. “An objective analysis reveals that transhumanism is only an intellectual swindle that leads to digital fascism, a society where a millionaire elite will govern citizens with technologicalimplants, who will be digital slaves at the service of an oligarchy.” Some of the luminaries behind the transhumanist agenda have been even bolder. Israeli Professor Yuval Noah Harari, a key World Economic Forum figure whose work has been endorsedby everyone from Barack Obama to Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg, argues that those who merge with machines will become “gods.” But Harari goes one step further than the serpent in the Book of Genesis, which promised Eve she and Adam would be “as gods.” The professor suggested that upgraded cyborgswill ultimately be more powerful than the God of the Bible because they will be able to create inorganic life. Within a century or two, it is very likely that “homo sapiens” (human beings) will no longer exist at all, he declared at the Carnegie Council forEthics in Global Affairs. Another transhumanist bigwig who believes humans will achieve godhood and immortality through merging with technology is Google’s chief of engineering, Ray Kurzweil. For manyyears, Kurzweil has been advocating the merger of the human mind with AI and advanced computer systems to “help” people think faster and better. And ultimately, there are cosmic implications to all this, in his view. “Does God exist?” he asks rhetoricallyin a documentary about himself. “Well, I would say not yet.” Genetically engineering everyone and everything. In addition to the technological implants and upgrades supposedly leading to eternal life in the “cloud” and even godhood, your genetic code is in the transhumanists’ crosshairstoo. A growing number of “climate” alarmists, for instance, have proposed genetically engineering people to be smaller so that they will consume fewer resources. And already, news reports claim governments from France to China are developing genetically engineered “super soldiers.” Crops and even mosquitos with altered DNA have been released worldwide. But this is just the start. In 2018, Bill Gates touted genetic engineering of everything, including babies, in a bizarre piece headlined “Gene Editing for Good.” Writing in Foreign Affairs, the mouthpieceof the Council on Foreign Relations, a globalist “thinktank” that essentially serves the U.S. headquarters of the Deep State, Gates argued that genetically modifying crops, livestock, and people was necessary. Apparently, the genetic codes for people and otherliving things written by God were not good enough, but Gates and his totalitarian buddies promise to improve on those original genes. And now, the technology to “hack” the so-called “software of life” is ubiquitous and well understood, as Moderna’s top scientist put it in a 2021 speech about hacking theoperating system of all life forms. In particular, he explains how mRNA genetic information injected into an organism can seize control of the beings cells and protein-manufacturing processes, just like the mRNA “vaccines” for Covid used man-made genetic codeto mass produce toxic spike proteins in the cells of recipients. Now imagine that on a universal scale. Schwab for the World Economic Forum is enthusiastic about it, too. “The difference with this Fourth Industrial Revolution is it doesn’t change what you are doing, it changesyou, if you take a genetic editing, just as an example, it’s you who are changed,” Schwab said in a 2015 TV interview. Biden is more than onboard. In a September 12 executive order signed by Joe Biden on “Advancing Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Innovation for a Sustainable, Safe and SecureAmerican Bioeconomy,” the president shed some additional light on where this was all going. Calling for a “whole-of-government” approach to advancing these biotechnologies, Biden dropped a bombshell. “We need to develop genetic engineering technologies and techniques to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we writesoftware and program computers, unlock the power of biological data, including through computing tool and artificial intelligence; and advance the science of scale-up production,” states the order by Biden, who gave a talk in 2016 at the World Economic Forumcelebrating Schwab’s vision for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These proposals are utterly insane, to put it mildly, if not outright criminal. The future of humanity literally depends on stopping these technocratic totalitarians and tyrantswho, but their own admission, are plotting the end of mankind as it has existed for thousands of years. They think they are going to take charge of “evolution” and make it better. In reality, they might destroy the planet and all life on it — at least if they are not stoppedfirst. Before the dawn of this century, it would have taken an army of several hundred thousand to control the buying the selling across the planet and even then, it would not havebeen foolproof. Now with artificial intelligence and all the many advances related to transhumanism, the technology exists for one person to do this. That person will be the antichrist. The globalists will have everything in place before he steps onto the world stage. Because Big Brother government has, in effect, destroyed the work ethic through give-away welfare programs (but can in no way give this dependent class the shimmering lifestyleit lusts after), the rip in the fabric of society widens daily as the ungovernable elements engage in the only occupation they believe can secure for them the thrills and pleasures they seek. As a result, gang members as young as seven live and often die intheir unattainable pursuits. Last-Days Scenarios Can there be any doubt that the end-of-the-age conditions and activities God’s Word predicts are now being played out before our eyes? The similarities between the biblicaldescriptions and the news reports are stunningly evident. Human atrocities against fellow humans are pandemic. Stories of debased behavior are so numerous that news articles that would have formerly been front-page headlines noware relegated to pages farther back because even more heinous stories overshadow them. Jesus Himself prophesied about the generation on earth at the time of His Second Advent: “But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Matthew24:37). He said, while talking with His disciples on the Mount of Olives, that generation, like the pre-Flood society of Noah’s day, will be “eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage” (Matthew 24:38). Like in Noah’s day, society will be conductingbusiness as usual, desensitized to the perversities going on around them and even more desensitized to any consideration of the things of God and divine judgment. Daniel the prophet said: “And the end of it shall be with a flood” (Daniel 9: 26), meaning a flood of wicked behavior and of God’s wrath and judgment pour upon the unrepentant,blasphemous people of the apocalypse. Jesus said the generation alive at the end of the age will be totally immersed in doing what is right in their own eyes, as were the folks of Noah’s day. The people of that earlier generation were getting married, goingto parties, and engaging in commerce while their perversions, debaucheries, violence, and blasphemies were simply well-accepted, even welcome, ingredients in the culture and society of the time. Jesus said they were carrying on as usual “until the day thatNoah entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away, so shall also the coming of the son of man be” (Matthew 24:28–39). Jesus was saying that people living at the time of His return will have become so rebellious as to have rejected the notion of a Creator God. Their thinking will have becomeso reprobate, their consciences so seared, that many will even forget that such a God was ever said to have existed! Christ’s coming will be so swift and startling that it will be like the horror of that long-ago, worldwide deluge that destroyed all but thosewho were found righteous in God’s eyes. Just prior to that Flood, Enoch disappeared, having been translated into the presence of the God with whom he walked righteously (Genesis 5:24). Noah and his family were supernaturally preserved upon the raging sea thatengulfed the entire earth (Genesis 8). Jesus also drew the parallel between the time of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah and the days that will immediately precede the consummation of the age. “Also as itwas in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Sonof man is revealed” (Luke 17:28–29). Peter the apostle wrote about Lot’s days of interaction with the people of Sodom: “For that righteous man [Lot] dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteoussoul from day to day with their unlawful deeds” (2 Peter 2:8). Peter then went on to imply the type of behavior that greatly disturbed Lot—the sort of behavior that inevitably brings on Almighty God’s indignation and judgment: But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they; self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities…. But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not, and shall utterly perish in their own corruption, And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to revelin the daytime. Spots they are and blemishes, reveling with their own deceiving while they feast with you. Having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls; an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children,Who have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray…. These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with the tempest, to whom the mist of darkness is reserved forever. For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lustsof the flesh, through much wantonness, those that are just escaping from them who live in error. While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption; for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. (2 Peter2:8–19) God’s Word speaks powerfully of His opinion about the vile activities that were commonplace during Lot’s day warning all generations that His righteous judgment must and willfall on those who engage in ungodly enterprises: Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, sufferingthe vengeance of eternal fire. In like manner also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities…these speak evil of those things which they know not; but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things theycorrupt themselves. Woe unto them! For they have gone in the way of Cain…. Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever. (Jude 7–13) The Holy Scripture then rolls before the mind’s eye of our imagination the awesome truth within the words, “it is a fearful thing to fall in the hands of the living God” (Hebrews10: 31). As the book of Jude continues: And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convictall that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speakethgreat swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage. But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walkafter their own ungodly lusts. These are they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. (Jude 14–19). Apologies to Sodom and Gomorrah Ruth Bell Graham said, in surveying the growing wickedness in our nation, that if God did not judge the United States, He would surely have to apologize to the cities of Sodomand Gomorrah. Many years have passed since Mrs. Graham made that (in my opinion, very correct) assessment. Does the fact that the United States has not been obliterated by fire and brimstone, consumed in a thermonuclear holocaust or by supernatural fire, meanour conduct is improving enough that the Almighty will not judge us like He did those ancient cities? Or does it mean Mrs. Graham was wrong? One thing is sure. God is never wrong and thus never needs to apologize for His actions. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8.) His immutability is perfectlyconsistent. Thankfully, and praise His holy name, so is His quality of mercy, His slowness to anger and wrath—else the little, though tremendously prideful, creature called man would have ceased to exist long ago. The reason God has not yet brought about the removal of His Church and hasn’t yet let Daniel’s end-times flood of evil deluge a judgment-deserving world of rebels is foundin the following: But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise,as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night. (2 Peter 3:8–10a) Don’t let the day of God’s wrath being poured out on a judgment-deserving world be part of your future. Accept Christ this moment and be assured of being lifted to the safeharbor of Heaven for all of eternity. Here is how: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heartman believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

All members will be required to submit to the authority of the one-world government of the United Nations. The United Nations initiated the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development in 2015. They had a fifteen-year plan and are now at the halfway point of their deadline. The UN GeneralAssembly is not happy with the progress so far, thus they are meeting again in New York on September 18-19, 2023 to try and accelerate the progress made thus far. Their website states, “It will mark the beginning of a new phase of accelerated progress towardsthe Sustainable Development Goals with high-level political guidance on transformative and accelerated actions leading up to 2030.” 2030 is also the year that many so-called experts predict that the world will reach a “tipping point” or a point of no return regarding solving or reversing climate change.More than 100 countries pledged to reverse deforestation by 2030. The 2030 Climate Target Plan of the EU aims to cut greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030. Other “experts” predict by 2030 we will see significant achievements in technology such asartificial intelligence and automation. Five developers of quantum systems have announced plans to have fault-tolerant quantum computing hardware by 2030. The World Health Organization and UNICEF have set a goal for universal access to basic sanitation by 2030. The World Bank has called for all countries to implement universalhealth care by 2030. In other words, 2030 seems to be the predicated year for great change to occur in the world. Global entities, such as the UN, WHO, WEF, IMF, WTO, and others, say this changeis for the good of all mankind, but those who read and study their Bible know it is not. It will only lead to the worst time in history, known as the Tribulation, or Jacob’s Trouble. “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since thebeginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened” (Matthew 24:21-22). Jeremiah the prophet is the one who gave this time of great tribulation the name “Jacob’s Trouble.” “Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the timeof Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it” (Jeremiah 30:7). The “he” in this verse is referring to Israel and Judah. Daniel prophecies about these last seven years in Daniel 9:27, “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrificeand the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.” The “he” in this verse is the Antichrist. The “one week” is for seven yearsin duration and is called Daniel’s 70th Week (or Seven). It’s rather obvious to me that the year 2030 will be associated with Jacob’s Trouble, aka Daniel’s 70thSeven. Many eschatologists believe 2030 could be the end of Daniels’ 70 Sevens prophecy, while others think it could be the middle or the start. Those who believe that 2030 will be the end of the Tribulation is because they are of the opinion that Jesus was crucified in 30 AD, and He will come again at His Second Advent 2000years later. The basis for this logic is found in the following Scripture. The Bible says a thousand years is as one day with the Lord. “Don’t forget this fact, dear friends: with the Lord, a single day is like a thousand years, and a thousand yearsare like a single day” (2 Peter 3:80). “For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it is past. And like a watch in the night” (Psalm 90:4). In addition, Hosea says that after two days the Lord will revive us. Using the same metrics of a single day with the Lord is like a thousand years to humans, Jesus shouldreturn after 2000 years from His death, resurrection, and ascension. “After two days (2,000 years) He will revive us: in the third day (3,000 years) He will raise us up (in the New Jerusalem), and we shall live in his sight” (Hosea 6:2). “Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: His going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain untothe earth” (Hosea 6:3). This verse is a prophecy of Jesus coming to the earth at His First Advent as the latter (spring) rain and at His Second Advent as the former (fall) rain. If Jesus was crucified in 30 AD and He returns to the Earth in 2030, then the seven-year Tribulation will have to start in the fall of 2023 and the mid-point will be in 2027.That means the pre-tribulation Rapture will have to occur by the fall of 2023. Time is about to run out for this option. If you are of the view that Jesus was crucified in 33 AD (as I am), then there is a little more time left before these events take place. In this scenario, 2026 would be thestart, 2030 would be the mid-point, and 2033 would be the end of the Tribulation. The Rapture could come any time between now and the fall of 2026. In regard to Jacob’s Trouble beginning in 2026, there are 3430 years between 1406/1405 BC (when the children of Israel entered the Promised Land) and 2025/2026 AD. That isforty-nine 70-year time periods (49 x 70) or seventy 49-year time periods (70 x 49), depending on how you want to look at it. In the 2033 scenario for the Second Advent, 2030 would be the mid-point of Daniel’s 70th seven when the Antichrist gains control of the 10 Kings’ Kingdom after killing threeof the kings. “And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings” (Daniel 7:24). At this point, the remaining seven kings give himtheir authority and power and the Antichrist becomes Emperor of the World. His absolute reign will last for only 3.5 years until Christ returns and destroys him and his forces. I believe the Rapture will greatly speed up the global elite’s plans for their New World Order. Instead of the United Nations stated goal for a New World Order beginning in2030, it could start as early as 2026 for the beginning of the Ten Kings Kingdom, with 2030 being the year of the Antichrist’s takeover. According to Daniel 9:24-27, the dispensation of Law was interrupted seven years short of its scheduled completion by the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ, whichstarted the new covenant (the dispensation of grace). Fifty days later on the day of Pentecost, the Church was born when the Holy Spirit was poured out on Jesus’ disciples. Daniel’s 70th seven is those missing seven years of the Law, which will resume shortlyafter the Rapture. I believe God will use His supernatural victory in the Battle of Ezekiel 38-39 to draw Israel back into a covenant relationship with Him, prompting a national desire for aTemple in Israel, the resumption of Levitical worship, and the beginning of Daniel’s 70th Week, aka Jacob’s Trouble. There are currently many atheists in Israel. One must first acknowledge God the Father before one can acknowledge God the Son. It will be obviousto the children of Israel that it is Yahweh Himself who delivers them from certain destruction from the overwhelming coalition forces of Russia, Iran, Turkey, and others. “So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward” (Ezekiel 39:7). There must be a Third Temple for the prophecy of Daniel 9:27 and Matthew 24:15 to be fulfilled. In order for the Antichrist to commit the abomination of desolation and stopall sacrifices and offerings there must be a rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem. Perhaps permitting the building of the Third Temple will be a bargaining chip that the Antichrist uses to bring the Jews into agreement with the seven-year covenant. Since the Third Temple in Jerusalem plays a significant part in the Tribulation, let’s briefly review the history of the first two Temples of the Israelites. The First Templewas built by King Solomon in approximately 966 BC and stood until 586 BC when the Babylonians under Nebuchadnezzar demolished it. 19 years earlier, in 605 BC, Jeremiah prophesied a 70-year captivity of the Jews for their idol-worshipping ways and their sinsagainst the Lord. (Note: 19 is the biblical number for judgment). Most Bible scholars believe 605 BC is the same year these 70 years of captivity/desolation began as this was the year Nebuchadnezzar conquered Jerusalem, pillaged Judah, andcarried away many Jews to serve him in Babylon (first captivity), including Daniel and his three friends. Babylon was defeated by the Medo-Persian Empire in 539 BC. Daniel was still in Babylon at this time and had read the words of Jeremiah the prophet regardingthe 70-year captivity. He realized 70 years were nearly complete so he began to pray, asking God’s forgiveness for the sins of his people and pleading for the restoration of Jerusalem (as found in Leviticus 26: 40-45). Before Daniel could finish his prayer, the angel Gabriel appeared and gave him the prophecy of the Seventy “Sevens” timeline outlined in Daniel 9:24-27. Gabriel informed Danielthat it was not going to be seventy years but seventy sevens of years before the Messianic Kingdom would be established. The 490 years (supposed) of Daniel’s 70 sevens were not a judgment like the 70 years of Jeremiah were. They were a period of time set by God to complete the six objectivesthe angel Gabriel listed in Daniel 9:24 for the Jewish people and the city of Jerusalem: “Seventy weeks are determined For your people and for your holy city, To finish the transgression, To make an end of sins, To make reconciliation for iniquity, To bringin everlasting righteousness, To seal up vision and prophecy, And to anoint the Most Holy” (Daniel 9:24). The six objectives of Daniel 9:24 cannot be met until Israel accepts Jesus as their Messiah. If the Jews had accepted Jesus as their Messiah King in the 1st century, theseobjectives would have been met and the prophecy of Exodus 19:5-6 would have been fulfilled. “You shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine. And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.” The fulfillmentof this Scripture will be realized only during the Millennium Kingdom. Of course, we now know the mostly Gentile Church had to come into the fold as well, and here we all are 1990 years later. The Second Temple’s construction, under the decree of King Cyrus of Persia, began in approximately 536/535 BC and wasn’t completed until 516 BC. The 70 years of desolationprophesied by Jeremiah was from 605 BC to 535 BC. Daniel’s prayer of restoration and subsequent vision of the 70 Sevens occurred in 539 BC. There is, however, another 70-year duration that was historically significant to the Jewish people. The First Temple was destroyed in 586 BC and the Second Temple’s completionand dedication occurred in 516 BC. The sacrifices that were offered at the dedication are recorded in Ezra 6:17. That’s 70 years from the First Temple’s destruction to the Second Temple’s construction completion and dedication. The Second Temple was destroyedin 70 AD, so the question is, when will the Third Temple be built and dedicated? The Second Temple stood for 445 years (65 years longer than the First Temple) until 70 AD when the Romans burned it to the ground. They also destroyed the city of Jerusalem,thus fulfilling Daniel 9:26b. It’s probably not a coincidence that 70 AD is the year this punishment from God occurred because of the Jew’s unbelief in Jesus as “Messiah the Prince.” “70 (7 x 10) signifies perfect spiritual order carried out with all spiritual power and meaning. 70 is a very significant number as it is the product of two perfect numbers,7 (spiritual perfection and completion) and 10 (ordinal perfection). Both spirit and order are greatly emphasized. 490 is also a very biblically significant number as well, as it is the product of 70 and 7.” {1} Here is where it gets interesting. I believe something significant will happen in regard to the Third Temple of the Jews in the year 2030. It could be the year of the startof its construction or its completion. There are 1960 years between 70 AD and 2030 AD. That is twenty-eight 70-year periods (28 x 70 ) or four 490-year periods (4 x 490). I believe this temple will be built before 2030, so I think it could be the year of theabomination of desolation and the ceasing of sacrifices and offerings. 2030 could be the start of the 3.5-year “Great Tribulation” whereas the Antichrist becomes the sole ruler of the world. This will not be the idealistic “great reset” and “new world order” envisioned by today’s global elites. It will be hell on earth. The Jews experienced 70 years of desolation in the 6th century BC, but that is not much compared to what they have been going through since 70 AD and 135 AD when they weredefeated and scattered throughout the world. This is known as the diaspora of the Jewish people among the Gentile nations. Leviticus 26 is God’s promise to Israel for blessings or retribution/curses based on whether the children of Israel obey God’s word ornot. Verses 1-13 describe the blessings from God while verses 14-39 describe the curses from God. Leviticus 26:16-17 describe what God would do to Israel if they refused to obey Him. “I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consumethe eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. And I will set my face against you, and you shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and you shall flee when none pursuesyou.” Verse 18 says that after these curses if the people still did not hearken to God He would punish them seven more times for their sins. Verses 19-20 describe these curses.Verse 21 repeats the retribution of verse 18 and promises them “seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.” Verse 22 describes these plagues. Verses 23-24 say if the people still did not obey God He would “punish you yet seven times for yoursins.” Verses 25-26 describe the next curses God would send for their disobedience. Verses 27-28 say once again that God would “chastise you seven times for your sins.” Verses 29-33 describe these chastisements. That’s a total of 28 times more for their sinsand unbelief. Leviticus 26:31-33 describe the last three curses that God inflicted upon the children of Israel for their repeated wickedness. “And I will make your cities waste, and bringyour sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savor of your sweet odors. And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it. And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a swordafter you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. These three verses describe the diaspora and what happened to the people and land of Israel after 70-135 AD (and continued throughout the centuries). God’s initial punishmentfor Judea back in the 6th century BC was for 70 years. During the Second Temple period (516 BC – 70AD), the Jews still did not obey God, so the Lord caused their punishment to be extended by seven times, which is 70 x 7 or 490 years. The end of these 490 yearsof diaspora would be 560 AD. While there were some Jews living in Israel (now called Palestine) most of them were scattered throughout Mesopotamia (Iraq) and elsewhere. During this time the Jews in Judea concentrated their efforts on writing the Palestinian Talmud (or Talmud of the Land of Israel) and later the Jews in Babylonia on writingthe Babylonia Talmud. These are commentaries on the Mishnah and Gemara, the oral laws of Judaism added to those of Scripture. Following the destruction of the Jewish Temple in 70 AD, the Pharisees began putting their oral laws into writing. The PalestinianTalmud was completed in 380 AD and the Babylonian Talmud was completed in 500 AD. The Jews were still concentrating on the Law instead of their Messiah, so of course the Messiah couldn’t return yet. They were subject to yet another “seven times more” punishmentperiod of 490 years (70 x 7) where they would be further scattered throughout the nations. The end of this 490-year diaspora period was 1050 AD. During the 11th century AD many massacres of Jews occurred, such as in Morocco and Granada. Many Jews lived in Bagdaduntil Iraq lost its leadership role in the Islamic Empire. In 1066 AD Jews began moving into Western Europe and even into England. The First Crusade began in 1095 AD and many Jews were killed across Europe on the Crusader’s way to the Holy Land. Of course,the Jews still rejected their Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth, so they were punished yet another “seven times more” (70 X 7) or 490 years. The next 490-year tribulation period (70 x 7) ends in 1540 AD. The Portugal Inquisition began in 1531 AD, thirty-nine years after the Jew’s expulsion from Spain in 1492. Duringthis time, the Ottoman Empire was in control of Jerusalem and the Holy Land, and the Jews and Christians living there were treated relatively well. In 1494, Suleiman the Magnificent ascended to the throne of the empire in Constantinople. From 1537 to 1542,Suleiman laid out the Temple area as it is today and rebuilt the walls and gates of Jerusalem, which had been without a wall since 1219 AD. The Damascus Gate was the last to be finished in 1542 AD. The walls still stand today. Many Jews left Spain and resettledin Brazil in 1548. The Jews still did not accept Jesus as their Messiah so were subject to another “seven times more” (70 x 7) punishment. The next punishment phase of 490 years (70 x 7) will end in 2030 AD. Even though Israel became a nation again in 1948 and reclaimed Jerusalem in 1967, the nation of Israelis largely a secular country and still does not acknowledge Jesus as the anointed Son of God. They are still under the last of God’s curses upon them for their unbelief in Jesus Christ. It will have been 1960 years(twenty-eight 70-year time periods) since the Second Temple was destroyed in 70 AD, thus fulfilling Daniel 9:26b. “And the people of the princethat shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.” These 1960 years are described in Daniel 9:26c: “And the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.” Sometime around the end of these 1960 years, the interrupted “70thseven” of Daniel 9:24-27 will resume and the Antichrist will confirm the covenant with the many for sevenyears and will give Israel permission to build their Third Temple in Jerusalem. “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week” (Daniel 9:27a). In return, Israel will give up some land to the Palestinians, which will anger God greatly. “Because you have said, We have made a covenant with death, And with Sheol we arein agreement. When the overflowing scourge passes through, It will not come to us, For we have made lies our refuge, And under falsehood we have hidden ourselves” (Isaiah 28:15). The last seven years, Jacob’s Trouble, will be the culmination of all God’s angeron the Jewish nation (and Gentile nations). Only one-third of the Jewish people will survive Jacob’s Trouble. “And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. After 3.5 years the Antichrist will break his covenant with Israel and stop the sacrificial system that has been reimplemented in the newly built Temple and he will then committhe abomination of desolation. “And in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate” (Daniel 9:27b). I believe there is a high possibility this evil eventwill occur in the year 2030 AD. The last 3.5 years, ending in 2033 AD, are described in Daniel 9:27c, “even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.” Hosea prophesied about the Lord’s conditional return (Second Advent) to Israel at the end of the age. “ I will go and return to my place, until they acknowledge their offense,and seek my face: in their affliction, they will seek me early” (Hosea 5:15). Hosea 6:1 is a continuation of 5:15and describe the Jew’s realization that Jesus is their Messiah. Only by calling upon the name of the Lord can Israel be saved spiritually and onlyby the return of King Jesus can Israel be saved physically. “Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.” Verse 6:3 gives us a hint of when this will occur. “After two days (2,000 years)He will revive us. The prophet Zechariah describes the day the remnant of Israel finally repent from their unbelief. This comes after the Lord saves the inhabitants of Judah and Jerusalem fromcomplete annihilation. “And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for his only son,and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon” (Zechariah 12:10-11). King Jesus will return on a future Feast of Trumpets to wage war on the Antichrist and his minions. The final battle takes place in Bozrah (Isaiah 34:1-7; Habakkuk 3:3) andprogresses all the way to the Valley of Jehoshaphat (Joel 3:12-13) and ends up at the Mount of Olives. Zechariah 13:1 is probably referring to the Day of Atonement “In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants ofJerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.” On this day, Israel’s sin of unbelief will be forgiven, not just temporarily “covered up” but they will be eradicated forever. The prophet Ezekiel tells of the future day of restoration for Israel. “I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which you have profaned in themidst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, says the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. Thenwill I sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. AndI will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you shall keep my judgments, and do them. What if you’re going through the wrong puberty? What if you inside feel that you are female, but now you’re going through a male puberty?” Lavine, also an Admiral in the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, is a biologicalmale pediatrician who reportedly has “transitioned” to female and is the first Senate-approved transgender. These comments underscore the ethics and morality of the entire LGBTQ+ debate—people born one gender, but “feel” they are the other gender, and howto handle their mental health. The prevailing liberal school of thought or theory as promoted by mental health, psychiatric, and medical organizations, is that those who “feel” they are a different gender,must be affirmed, acknowledged, and accepted otherwise they may suffer mental distress, depression, and possibly suicide. To support this conclusion, they use data from surveys like the US Transgender Survey that states: “A staggering 39% of respondents experiencedserious psychological distress in the month prior to completing the survey, compared with only 5% of the U.S. population. Among the starkest findings is that 40% of respondents have attempted suicide in their lifetime—nearly nine times the attempted suiciderate in the U.S. population (4.6%).” Suicidal thoughts, attempted suicide, and suicide also are a significant issue throughout the LGBTQ+ community. Another theory is that this group are mentally ill and are in need of mental health assistance. The Mayo Clinic calls it “Gender Dysphoria,” the “feeling of discomfort ordistress that might occur in people whose gender identity differs from their sex assigned at birth or sex-related physical characteristics…A diagnosis for gender dysphoria is included in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), amanual published by the American Psychiatric Association (sic APA).” The APA voted to de-list homosexuality as a mental illness in 1973 and the World Health Organization followed about 20 years later in 1992. Today, it appears homosexuality as a mental illnessis replaced with the more general term, “Gender Dysphoria,” which Mayo says might start in early childhood or might have periods where it’s no longer experienced. The most-publicized “science” is that these folks are born this way and they need to be accepted so as to not cause them mental distress. This school of thought also posesthat kids must be taught that they may be a different gender. This strong “suggestion” advocated by the LGBTQ+ agenda is why parents are pushing back. Many Parents believe suggesting children were born in the wrong body destroys mental health for a lifetime.In Matthew 19:4, Christ confirmed the Genesis account of creation, saying “He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female.’” We as Christians understand that no amount of appeasing or cajoling will save those with such “feelings.” Society andpsychiatrists cannot save them, or it would be done.
