Running Head First Into Judgement

Running Head First Into Judgement

By Ray Gano
I have been flabbergast by the number of people who WANT judgement to come to our nation.
Now, let me say that yes our nation deserves God’s Judgment and chastisement, but I think it is foolish to wish it upon our nation in some “bring it on” attitude.
But not only that, it is a selfish attitude as well.
Think about if for a moment. How many of you out there have people you love and care for?
What people forget is the judgment starts with the house of the Lord.
Scripture says…
1 Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
Another point about God that seems to slip people’s minds is that God is not a respecter of men and that He sends rain to the just and the unjust.
Scripture says…
Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
As I have mentioned before, we have been praying for God’s mercy upon our nation and asking Him to stay his judgment.
BUT WHEN the Divine Judge of America has determined that not enough righteousness exists in the people of America, then the Judgment must be executed against the nation.
Many bible believing Christians have been crying out to God to spare the United States of America, just like Abraham did regarding the righteous in the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Genesis 18:23 And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?
Remember that Abraham asked for the possibility of 50 righteous found within the city. Abraham was able to persuade God to hold back the destruction, if as few as 10 righteous could be found.
Scripture says…
Genesis 18:25 That be far from Thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from Thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
We know that God has been pleased with those who have begged for revival and the sparing of America, just as He was pleased with Abraham’s intercession.
James 2:23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
I say all this because I do not understand why people are wanting to rush head first into God’s judgment?
We need to interceding on behalf of our nation, not throwing up our hands, with our chest’s out saying “bring it on.”
Like it or not, America is not the religious center of the universe like some believe. It is very arrogant thinking that God is going to come down and blow the trumpet and rapture us out because of a mess we created ourselves.
Another thing that people need to understand is that this is NOT wrath that is spoken about in scripture. What is coming down the pipe is judgment…chastisement because we as the church refused to stand in the gap.
Another thing is that I I don’t see people painting blood over the doorways thinking that judgment is going to Passover them. God is not a respecter of persons and He rains on the just and the unjust alike.
So all those people that are saying “Bring it on”; they don’t know what they are asking for.
Just imagine Hitler’s Germany and the 11 million that he killed.

Look at how many innocent babies we have killed over the years. 58 Million since we allowed Roe v Wade. We have got Hitler beat big time.
So what sort of judgment are we going to be looking at?
Folks, it will be Christians that will be feeling the judgment blows first and this is why I am so dumbfounded when I read people’s comments on Facebook.
This is one reason why I have been praying that Donald Trump gets into office and not Hillary. IF Hillary gets in, it is all over.
No matter what, the next president will be God’s man or woman for the job.
This is why I believe voting in this election is seriously important.
Friends, I do not look at our vote as something we do. I have stated in the past that I view my vote as a supplication to the Lord. In other words I guess you can call it a prayer request.  Because when you think about it, God is the one with the final vote. Not the party delegates or the electoral college and such. God is the one who puts rulers in charge.
This is why I see my vote as a prayer request asking God to please consider the person that I am putting my check next to.
This is also why our prayers have been to seek God’s mercy on our nation and ask that He not bring judgment as long as there are righteous living in the land.
And for that reason, I honestly believe is why He has not brought His judgment yet. Because there are still good righteous people living in the land.
I have said in the past that I think America is past the point of no return.
Is it possible that we might see a reprieve of His judgment?

For the first time in a long time I see the hearts of Christians changing. More and more I am hearing people interceding on behalf of our nation and that is what is strongly needed.
We need more “Abrahams” out there praying for our nation.
On top of that it is my prayer that we see Donald Trump in office if for no other reason because he is willing to surround himself with Christians unlike Hillary who chooses to surround herself with what ever floats her boat.
At least with Trump surrounding himself with Christians, especially looking at his vice president choice; Trump might be open to the saving grace of our Lord where with Hillary, she is pure reprobate evil and no hope there what so ever.
We are at a major crossroads with our nation.
We have never faced in our history what we are currently facing right now.
We have a chance at a reprieve of judgment and possibly a turning away of the judgment if we remain steady…
OR
We will see our nation go down in flames and utter judgment for sure if Hillary comes in.
If you thought Obama was the worst president ever, Hillary will have him beat by a landslide.
So much so that I doubt that our nation will ever recover from her evil destruction.
So please join me and start asking God’s Mercy upon our nation.
2 Chron 7:14Ask that He at least give us a reprieve.
I have thought it the fool’s prayer to ask 2 Chronicles 7:14, but for the first time in a long time we may have this option being put back on the table for our nation.
What we need to ask ourselves, are we ready to seek His forgiveness and really mean it this time?
I hope that we are and I hope that we do seek His forgiveness.
