ISRAEL'S PEACE PLAN WITH THE MIDDLE EAST AND MORE....

Iraq: Leading Lawmaker Calls To Make Peace With Israel - Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz - https://www.israel365news.com/158408/iraq-lawmaker-calls-to-make-peace-with-israel/ His sons Yitzchak and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron son of Zohar the Hittite, facing Mamre Genesis 25:9 (The Israel BibleTM) As part of the wave of peace washing over the Middle East, a leasing Iraqi politician is calling for establishing normalization with Israel, leading the Biblically mindedto ask, "Is this Babylon reloaded or the repentance of Ishmael?" The Baghdad Post reported on Saturday that in the wake of the pending normalization agreement between Israel and the UAE and Bahrain, Iraqi Sunni politician and the leaderof the Ummah Party, Mithal al-Alusi, called for the normalization of ties between Iraq and Israel. According to the report, Alusi explained that until now, the conflict between Israel and Palestine has been exploited by some countries for their own interestsand not for the good of the people of Palestine. "There are nearly 700,000 Iraqi Jews who currently live in Israel," Alusi said. "Why should we enter a war with them for the sake of Gaza or for the sake of the bank accountsof the Palestinian groups,". He also pointed out that the top Iraqi political leaders have had meetings with Israelis, "but they are afraid of the Iranians because Iran is the policymaker in Iraq". Iraq does not recognize Israel and consequently, the two countries do not have any formal diplomatic relations. Iraq declared war on the newly established Jewish state in1948 and since then the two countries have technically been in a state of war. Iraqi forces participated in wars against Israel in 1967 and 1973. During the Persian Gulf War (1990-91), Iraq fired 42 modified Scud ballistic missiles at Israel, to which Israeldid not respond militarily, because of pressure from the US not to retaliate. There have been efforts to jumpstart relations between the two countries. In 2019, it was reported that three Iraqi delegations comprised of 15 political and religious figures, from both the Sunni and Shiite communities visited Israel. The delegations met with Israeli government officials and Israeli academics. The Iraqis also visited the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial. Iraq is geographically located where Babylonia once was but it may be inaccurate to consider the modern-day relations with Israel as based on the Biblical framework. RabbiKen Spiro, a historian and Senior Lecturer and Researcher for Aish HaTorah Yeshiva, "When considering peace with the Arab world, the Emirates is quite different," Rabbi Spiro said. "The colonial powers got smart and rather than create an artificial countrythat has no inner cohesiveness based on historic or even religious connection, the UAE was created as a federation of different tribes. This has clearly worked better than the Western paradigm of a national identity that was forced on Jordan, Lebanon, andSyria by the British and French." Rabbi Spiro noted that Iraq is also an artificially created national identity that has been unsuccessful in producing a cohesive government. "This will make it difficult for an agreement like the one made with the UAE to work between Israel and Iraq. I don't see the country unifying enough for that. With theUAE, " "Historically, Iraq is geographically what we call Mesopotamia, or Babylonia. But Iraq, as we know it today, is a 20th Century creation. Assyrians and Babylonians don'texist anymore. In the same way, Italy is not the same as ancient Rome. Despite the geography which is described in the Bible, these are not the same people or culture." "If you want to look at this from a Biblical perspective, the Arabs of the UAE are most likely closest to the Biblical 'Bnei Yishmael' because as Bedouin they are probablymore authentically truly Arab than many other people in the Arab world," Rabbi Spiro said. "Because of this, in addition to the practical and political issues, we may see a real peace based on the reconciliation of Ishmael and Isaac." His sons Yitzchak and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron son of Zohar the Hittite, facing Mamre Genesis 25:9 "This is the paradigm for the future reconciliation of Arabs with Jews," Rabbi Spiro said. It should be noted that al-Alusi has long advocated for opening ties with Israel and the US, and he has paid a heavy price for this belief. In 2004, after making a publicvisit to Israel, al-Alusi was expelled from the Iraqi National Congress and sacked from his job at the De-Baathification Commission. He was indicted by the Central Criminal Court of Iraq for "having contacts with enemy states", a crime under a 1969 Baathistlaw. He was subsequently released. Six months later, Al-Alusi's car was ambushed by armed assailants in Baghdad. His two sons were killed in the attack, as well as one of his bodyguards. In September 2008, he again visited Israel and spoke at a conferenceon counter-terrorism organized by the IDC. He praised Israel, saying "In Israel, there is no occupation, there is liberalism" and criticized Iran, saying it was continually meddling in Iraq. He was threatened with prosecution for "visiting a country that Iraqconsiders an enemy" by the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs the Supreme Federal Court ruled that no crime had been committed. It may be that the state of Israel-Iraq relations has a direct benefit to the US. Last week, the US military announced that it would reduce its presence in Iraq from 5,200to 3,000 troops this month. This is the manifestation of a campaign platform in which Trump promised to end the country's "endless wars." The Jewish community in Iraq was one of the earliest of the diaspora. In 722 BCE, Jews from the Northern Kingdom surviving the invasion by Assyria were taken there as slaves.A larger community was established in 586 BCE when the Babylonians conquered the southern tribes of Israel and enslaved the Jews. In later centuries, the region became more hospitable to Jews and it became the home to some of the world's most prominent scholarswho produced the Babylonian Talmud between 500 and 700 CE. Over the centuries, the community grew and by World War I, they accounted for one-third of Baghdad's population. In 1936 the Iraq Directory claimed 120,000 Jews and Hebrew was listed as one of Iraq'ssix languages. But this golden age ended with the departure of the British and the birth of Israel in 1947. Pogroms broke out and Zionism was mandated as a capital crime. In 1950, IraqiJews were permitted to leave the country within a year provided they forfeited their citizenship. A year later, however, the property of Jews who emigrated was frozen and economic restrictions were placed on Jews who chose to remain in the country. From 1949to 1951, 104,000 Jews were evacuated from Iraq in Operations Ezra & Nechemia (named after the Jewish leaders who took their people back to Jerusalem from exile in Babylonia beginning in 597 B.C.E.); another 20,000 were smuggled out through Iran. Government persecution fo Jews increased and in 2020, the US. State Department reported fewer than six adult members in the Baghdad Jewish community. It was estimated therewere 70 to 80 Jewish families in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region. There are possibly more, but some Jewish families are afraid to publicly acknowledge their religion for fear of persecution and practice their faith in secret. Other Jews may have converted to Islam. Prophetic analysis of the Middle East peace accords - Bill Wilson - www.dailyjot.com Israel, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain further solidified their political unity Tuesday by formalizing historic diplomatic agreements as brokered by the White House andhailed by President Trump as "the dawn of a new Middle East." The pacts aligned the nations and deepened their opposition to Iran's efforts of hegemony in the region. There are several prophetic implications to the agreements, some which may go counter tocommonplace Christian Biblical teachings. First and foremost, Christ said during his Sermon on the Mount, "Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God." The news media and democrats are calling President Trump anything but a childof God. These agreements, and there are more expected, are in stark contrast to the previous Administration. Trump is bringing Middle East nations together toward PEACE with Israel.Let us remember the immediate past occupant of the White House fomented Arab Spring, a radical rebellion of Middle East nations in alignment against Israel. Supporting the Muslim Brotherhood, a sworn enemy against Israel, resulted in destabilization of Egypt,Libya, Tunisia, and Yemen. Strife in Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia was aided in advancing this Muslim Brotherhood plan. This destabilization created a hostile environment for Israel by legitimizing and energizing Islamic terror groups-Hamas, al Qaeda, Hezbollahand others. Many will falsely claim that this is the peace deal that begins the seven-year tribulation period, biblically called Jacob's Troubles, leading to the end of days. It isnot. Daniel 9:27 states, "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." This passage prophesies the peace agreement between the Beast (antichrist) and Israel, marking the beginning of the seven-years of Jacob's Troubles (the tribulation). In the middle, the covenant is broken, the temple sacrifices ended, and the abomination of desolation occurs. Much to his opponents' dismay, Trump is not the antichrist. The temporary halt of West Bank (Judea, Samaria) settlement annexation plans could be consequential as the USpressures Israel to give up land for peace. However, God's timing-not man's-dictates the restoration of all of Israel. Having said that, these peace accords do have prophetic significance. They lay the groundwork for nations aligning with and against Israel. They are types and shadows of what is prophesied by the prophets of God throughout the Bible. They further entrench Iran, a major end time player, against Israel and may advance Turkey's position of strength over Iran. These are all pieces of the puzzle thatpoint to the return of Messiah! A Prophetic Perspective on the Historic Signing of the Biblically Inspired Abraham Accords - Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz - https://www.israel365news.com/158465/a-prophetic-perspective-on-the-historic-signing-of-the-biblically-inspired-abraham-accords/ When Hashem is pleased with a man's conduct, He may turn even his enemies into allies." Proverbs 16:7 (The Israel BibleTM) A historic ceremony was held on the White House lawn on Tuesday: an agreement, brokered by the Trump administration, normalizing relations between Israel and two Arab nations,Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, was signed. The agreement, the fulfillment of prophecy, was appropriately named the Abraham Accords. OVERVIEW OF THE ACCORDS The accords were signed in front of a crowd of approximately 800 people by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Bahrain's Foreign Minister Abdullatif Al Zayan. In a manner hinting at the prophesied beating of swords into plowshares, the agreement called for "the further development of friendly relations meets the interests of lastingpeace in the Middle East and that challenges can only be effectively addressed by cooperation and not by conflict." This would be accomplished through "diplomatic engagement, increased economic cooperation and other close coordination." The agreement explained the Biblical roots of the name: "Recognizing that the Arab and Jewish peoples are descendants of a common ancestor, Abraham, and inspired, in that spirit, to foster in the Middle East a reality in whichMuslims, Jews, Christians and peoples of all faiths, denominations, beliefs and nationalities live in, and are committed to, a spirit of coexistence, mutual understanding and mutual respect..." The nations agreed to establish embassies, though it is unclear whether the UAE and Bahrain will locate theirs in Jerusalem. Much of the agreement was based on economic cooperation and interaction with the accords specifying finance and investment, civil aviation, visas and consular services, innovation, trade, and economic relations. The accords open the doors to bilateral tourism. This is highly attractive to the Arab nations as several significant sites considered holy to Islam are located in Israel. The accords also specified joint efforts to combat terrorism, stating that the countries will "take the necessary steps to prevent any terrorist or hostile activities againsteach other on or from their respective territories, as well as deny any support for such activities abroad or allowing such support on or from their respective territories." PALESTINIANS/JUDEA AND SAMARIA The accords referred to the issue of the conflict between the Palestinians and Israel, stating that the countries were "committed to working together to realize a negotiatedsolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that meets the legitimate needs and aspirations of both peoples, and to advance comprehensive Middle East peace, stability and prosperity." The accords did not mention land or territories in reference to a solution for peace with the Palestinians. This may be significant or not and will only become clear inthe future. A LOOK FORWARD: NINE MORE COUNTRIES TO MAKE PEACE WITH ISRAEL During the media conference after the signing, President Trump told reporters that additional peace deals are in the works with eight or nine countries. "We have many other countries going to be joining us, and they're going to be joining us soon. We'll have I think seven or eight or nine. We're going to have a lot of othercountries joining us, including the big ones. We already have the big one, but including the big ones," Trump said. Israel 365 News managing editor David Sidman conjectured that the "big one", what Sidman referred to as "the elephant in the room", would be Saudi Arabia, the head of theSunni Muslim world and a close ally of the US. "At the right time, I do think they will come in," Trump said, referring to Saudi Arabia. "This is a very big and very historic moment, and I think everyone agrees to that. But we'll have other countries coming in fairly rapidly." ISRAEL365 NEWS INTERVIEWED FORMER ISRAEL AMBASSADOR TO THE US Before the signing, Israel365 News covered the event, interviewing Michael Oren who served as the Israeli Ambassador to the US during the difficult years of the Obama administration.Oren described the accords as a "stunning diplomatic breakthrough." "It upends all the political assumptions going back over 30 years," Oren said, noting that the peace agreement with Egypt required Israel to relinquish the entire SinaiPeninsula. "The notion of territory for peace has been hardwired into the process for 70 years. We didn't give up a single millimeter of Eretz Yisrael (land of Israel) for this peace agreement." "Also, for all this time people have been claiming that the core conflict in the Middle East was the Palestinian conflict," Oren added. "And that the core of the Palestinian-Israeliwas Jerusalem and the settlements. All that has been dispelled by these agreements." "Beyond that it is an enormous economic, financial, and strategic accomplishment. It is the wedding of the most innovative country in the world with two of the wealthiestcountries in the world. That wedding can be transformative, not just for the Middle East but for the entire world." "It also allows Israel and these moderate Arab countries to establish a strategic alliance against Iran, on one hand, and against Turkey, on the other. These Arab stateswere put in a bind with the Shiite Islamic Republic of Iran and the radical Sunni state of Turkey which is allied with Hamas and other Jihadists which are threatening these regimes almost as much as they are threatening us.So we have a natural alliance withthem. So they concluded that there was on other power in the Middle East that not only did not threaten them but was able to strengthen their defense." Oren noted that the US played "a very interesting role", noting that the Trump administration's rejection of the Obama-brokered deal with Iran increased the US's leverageto negotiate. "If America went back to the Iran deal, it would stop the peace process dead," Oren said. He noted that the nature of the Abraham Accords could be seen by in the embassies in Jordan and Egypt where, despite the peace agreements with Israel, the Israeli diplomatslive under constant threat. In Bahrain and the UAE, diplomats are not under threat. PROPHETIC BASIS FOR ACCORDS Israel365 feature articles reporter Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz was asked during the broadcast what he saw as the prophetic implications of the Abrahama Accords. "It's all Biblical," Berkowitz said. "This is not only a hugely historic event but it is also incredibly prophetic. We're seeing a period of peace focused on Jerusalem, the city of peace. This was the condition that preceded the building of Solomon's Temple. He built the First Temple out of peace and not out of war." Berkowitz also noted that according to Jewish tradition, the Bnei Yishmael (sons of Ishmael) are destined to repent in the end of days. He cited a verse in Genesis. His sons Yitzchak and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron son of Zohar the Hittite, facing Mamre Genesis 25:9 "We are seeing a reconciliation between Yishmael and Isaac," Berkowitz said. He explained that according to Jewish tradition, Ishmael should have gone first since he isthe older brother. By allowing him to go first, Ishmael is acknowledging the spiritual superiority of Isaac. "The Abraham Accords is not peace," Berkowitz noted. It is normalization. It is a meeting of brothers, as in the prophecy, with the Arabs recognizing the worth of Isaac." SANCTIFIED WITH PRAYER Jews are required to pray the afternoon prayers before the sun sets and, as the timing would have it, there were approximately 20 religiously observant Jews on hand afterthe event, which included h US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman, the president's son-in-law Jared Kushner, and many of those responsible for the negotiations. The worshipers wore masks and observed social distancing. MEDIA AND DEMOCRAT PARTY LEADERS SNUB THE HISTORIC EVENT The media's ambivalence to this historic event was shocking. As three nations joined together in peace, CNN focused on the lack of social distancing, reporting the eventunder the headline, "White House largely disregards coronavirus precautions during Abraham Accords signing." The New York Times focused on the event's impact on regional peace but with a decidedly lackluster headline reading, "Trump Hosts Israel, U.A.E. and Bahrain at White HouseSigning Ceremony" and the subhead, "President Trump said the agreements to normalize relations marked 'the dawn of a new Middle East,' but some analysts said his claims were overblown." The lead paragraph noted that the tri-nation agreement was unacceptableas it "failed to address the future of the Palestinians." Ironically, the article compared Tuesday's event to the signing of the Oslo accords in the same place 27 years ago. At that event, Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin agreed to give money, weapons, and landto PLO chieftain Yasser Arafat. The NYT attempted to claim that the Oslo accords that have resulted in almost non-stop terrorist attacks was a far greater achievement than the signing of the Abraham Accords which "lacked the feeling ... that something bothpsychically and historically profound was taking place at the White House." NPR downplayed the significance in an article titled, "Abraham Accords Fall Short Of Becoming 'The Deal Of The Century." The audio-article disparaged the Abraham accordsfor two shortcomings. "Initially, the White House was trying to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with the, quote, 'deal of the century'," Michelle Keleman said. "But the Palestinianswere not among those signing the so-called Abraham Accords today." "Neither Bahrain nor the United Arab Emirates were at war with Israel," she added. "They had been working quietly together to counter Iran." It should be noted that the White House invited a large number of politicians from the Democratic party but in a tragically ironic statement about the schism in US politics, none of the party leaders attended the event that brought together three nations in peace. A LOOK BACK: THE BOMB THAT FAILED TO EXPLODE In his speech at the event, President Trump was overflowing with optimism: "We're here this afternoon to change the course of history. After decades of division and conflict we mark the dawn of a new Middle East," he said. An article in WND noted that when President Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital, some predicted this would be the spark that would set off a war in the region. In 2017, former secretary of state John Kerry predicted that moving the embassy would enrage all the Arab nations. "You'd have an explosion - an absolute explosion in the region, not just in the West Bank and perhaps even in Israel itself, but throughout the region," he warned. "TheArab world has enormous interest in the Haram al-Sharif, as it is called, the Temple Mount, the Dome [of the Rock], and it is a holy site for the Arab world." Robin Wright wrote in the New Yorker: "President Trump threw a diplomatic bomb into the Middle East peace process with his twin decisions to formally recognize Jerusalem." PALESTINIAN REACTION TO PEACE: ROCKETS While the ceremony played out in Washington, Color Red sirens went off in southern Israel as a barrage of 15 rockets was fired from Gaza. Eight rockets were interceptedby the Iron Dome system. 13 Israelis were injured in the rocket attacks. One man in his 60s was hit by shrapnel. He is in critical but stable condition. In response, the Israeli Air Force launched ten airstrikes, hitting Hamas targets in Gaza including a weapons and explosives manufacturing factory and a military compound.A tunnel was also reportedly destroyed in the IAF strikes. No Palestinian casualties were reported. "I'm not surprised that the Palestinian terrorists fired at Israel precisely during this historic ceremony," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said from Washington. "They want to turn back the peace. In that, they will not succeed," he told reporters. "We will strike at all those who raise a hand to harm us, and we will reach out toall those who extend the hand of peace to us." Though the rocket fire came from Gaza, the Palestinian government in Ramallah expressed support for the attack. Monir al-Jaghoub, who heads Fatah's Information Departmentin the Office of Mobilization and Organization, said in a statement: "A question to the United States of America, Israel, Bahrain and the UAE: Will the signing of the normalization agreement at the White House now prevent these missiles fromleaving Gaza tonight to Israel? Peace begins in Palestine and war begins in Palestine." It was reported last month that Hamas and Israel had achieved a ceasefire agreement concerning rockets and aerial incendiary devices. Arabs: Israel Is Not Our Enemy - by Khaled Abu Toameh - https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/16518/arabs-israel-enemy A growing number of Arabs, particularly those living in the Gulf, say they finally understand that Israel is not the enemy of the Muslims and Arabs. This change of heart manifested even beforethe United Arab Emirates and Bahrain signed peace agreements with Israel during a ceremony at the White House on September 15. It is the direct result of the expansionist ambitions of Iran and Turkey in the Arab world and the feeling among Arabs that thosetwo states pose the real threat to their national security. Until recently, it was unimaginable to see Arabs openly admitting that they had been mistaken in their belief that Israel was the enemy of the Muslims and Arabs. Now, Arabs seem to have noproblem saying that they were wrong all these years about their attitude toward Israel. These Arabs now are saying out loud that Iran and its proxies in the Arab world, and not Israel, are the real enemies of Arabs and Muslims. Until recently, most Arab writers, journalists and political activists avoided any form of criticism of the Palestinians. Such criticism was considered taboo in the Arab world: the Palestinianswere considered the poor spoiled babies who were suffering as a result of the conflict with Israel. Now, however, one can find in Arab media outlets more criticism of the Palestinians and their leadership than in Western media, or even in Israeli media. Until recently, for most Arabs, the terms peace and normalization (with Israel) were associated with extremely negative connotations: humiliation, submission, defeat and shame. No longer. Many Arabs are openly talking about their desire for peace with Israel. These Arabs are saying that they are looking forward to reaping the fruits of peace with Israel and that it is time that Arab countries prioritize their own interests. Of course, none of this means that the entire Arab world has changed course and is ready to recognize Israel and establish relations with it. The voices of the Arabs and Muslims who rejectany peace treaty with Israel remain vocal and representative of the sentiments of the majority of the people in the Arab and Islamic countries, especially those that have not educated their public for peace. Yet, it is remarkable to see how an increasing number of Arabs are airing their views regarding Israel and the Palestinians in the public sphere. The message coming from these Arabs: "We helpedthe Palestinians for many years; we gave them money; we gave them weapons, and some of us even fought wars with Israel because of them. In the end, we discovered that our Palestinian brothers are ungrateful, obstinate, lack good leadership and are refusingto move on with their lives." The Arabs are telling the Palestinians: "You no longer have a veto on peace with Israel." Most importantly, the Arabs of the Gulf are openly admitting that it is Iran, and not Israel, that poses a major threat to peace and stability in the Middle East. The Gulf Arabs are sayingthat Iran and its Palestinian and Lebanese proxies -- such as Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah -- are destroying Arab countries and dragging them toward more bloodshed, violence and chaos. As Saudi writer Mohammed al-Sheikh recently noted: "For us in the Gulf, Israel is no longer the No. 1 enemy, as it was before the Persian mullahs seized control of Iran in 1979 and began exporting their revolution, or before Erdogan assumedthe presidency in Turkey and worked to restore the Ottoman occupation of the Arab world." Al-Sheikh said that the Gulf Arabs are the only ones entitled to assess the dangers and threats surrounding them: "It is we, not other Arabs, who assess the dangers surrounding us and arrange our priorities. The problem is that most Arabs, including the Palestinians, insist on playing the role of guardiansover us and on defining for us our priorities. They continue to argue that the mullahs of Iran and Erdogan's Turkey do not pose a threat to us as much as Israel does." Praising the prospect of peace and normalization with Israel, the Saudi writer pointed out that: "Israel is an advanced and superior country in all fields, and by creating a space for peaceful cooperation with it, we believe that we will benefit from its progress and superiority." Arabs who are opposed to peace with Israel, al-Sheikh added, "do not care about development and modernization, and that is why they are at the bottom of countries in terms of modernity anddevelopment." Echoing a common theme in the Gulf states nowadays, al-Sheikh said that peace with Israel would benefit the Arabs as much as Israel. He is saying, in other words, that the Arabs stand to gaina lot from making peace with Israel. "We are certain that our cooperation with the superior Israel and the US will definitely affect our national interests, and it will have the best impact on our national security, specificallytoward our enemies, and it will positively reflect on our development." Ahmad al Garni, editor of the Saudi newspaper Sada al Hijaz, said that the days when Arabs used Israel to scare other Arabs are finally gone. "Scaring us with Israel has become a thing ofthe past," al-Garni wrote. "We are not afraid of Israel. We are not cowards. Dealing with Israel does not mean that we love it. It's one thing to love Israel, and another thing to have commercial, economic and politicalrelations with it." Expressing growing disillusionment with the Palestinians in the Arab countries, Saudi writer Amal Abdel Aziz al-Hazany said that the Palestinians who are now condemning the UAE and Bahrainfor making peace with Israel were among the first Arabs to normalize their relations with Israel when they signed the 1993 Oslo Accord. Al-Hazany pointed out that Iranian meddling in the internal affairs of the Palestinians has resulted in the separation of the West Bank from the Gaza Strip and triggered a power struggle betweenthe two main Palestinian factions, Fatah and Hamas, that continues to this day. She said that despite Iran's endorsement of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, the Arabs continue to support the Palestinian cause in international forums and remind the international community on everyoccasion that the Palestinian issue is the Arabs' first concern. Al-Hazany also noted that funds nevertheless continued to flow to the Palestinians, especially from the Gulf states: "The Arabs, especially Saudi Arabia, have provided everything possible in favor of the Palestinian issue, and millions of dollars have not stopped flowing to the PLO, without accountability, but with the hope that they would spend this money to provide a decent life for the Palestinians... Can the Arab countries be blamed today for looking after their interests by establishing open relations with Israel? Times change, everything has changed, exceptfor the Palestinian mood that rejects anything and everything. It is not in the Palestinians' interest to adopt a negative attitude towards the countries that decide to normalize the relationship with Israel, which is increasing and will increase with time." Emirati political analyst Issa bin Arabi Albuflasah expressed outrage and disgust over the Palestinian leadership's recurring insults and attacks on the Gulf states for daring to seek peacewith Israel. "Palestinian leaders are the main cause for the suffering of their people," Albuflasah remarked. "They have achieved nothing for the Palestinians. They only care about power and achieving personal and partisan gains at the expense of the Palestinianissue." Accusing the Palestinians of being ungrateful, the Emirati analyst said: "The UAE and the rest of the Gulf states opened their doors and institutions to the Palestinians, where they lived as brothers, enjoying everything that the citizen enjoys, and receiving careand attention. The Palestinians are now responding by insulting us and aligning themselves with Iran, Turkey and the Muslim Brotherhood." Saudi writer Mohammed al-Saed also lashed out at the Palestinians and accused them of living in "a miserable film." "Human history will not see the birth of a Palestinian politician. I wish to remind everyone of the weakness and confusion that dominates the Palestinian issue and of the guns and explosivesthat were directed mostly at Arab and Western civilians to cover up the [Palestinian] state of bankruptcy." Noting that Palestinians have a long history of rejecting peace offers with Israel, he said that the Palestinians did not bother to inform their Arab brothers of their intention to sign theOslo Accords: "It was excessive selfishness from [former PLO leader Yasser] Arafat and his unfortunate negotiating delegation who participated in Oslo. Within 50 years, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, SaudiArabia, Iraq and many Arab countries paid a heavy price and fought several wars on behalf of the Palestinians. Yet Arafat did not let them know about the negotiations that led to the signing of the Oslo Accords." Explaining why Arabs are now moving closer to Israel, Saudi writer Fahd al Degaither commented: "Geopolitically speaking, new enemies of the Arabs have appeared in the region, with new and very dangerous ambitions that are declared and different from those of Israel. We were told thatIsrael's slogan was [to expand] 'From the Euphrates to the Nile.' Iran, however, does not hide its expansionist ideological trend, which it is already practicing through its militias in Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen. Turkey, on the other hand, is seeking to seizenew sources of energy in Libya and has sights on Africa along the Red Sea. These developments prompted the moderate Arabs to start reconsidering previous their political positions." Saudi writer Osama Yamani concurred: "Our enemy today is Iran and Turkey, who occupy Arab lands in the name of the Palestinian issue. As for the enemy of the Palestinians at home, they are the corrupt leaders and traitors whorest in the bosom of Iran. For us, the real issue now is development, peace and justice that were stolen from the Arab world and forgotten by the Arab peoples. The Palestinian issue concerns the Arab peoples who want a solution, but the leaders benefit fromthe status quo. These leaders benefit from the problems and suffering of their people. There is no solution under corrupt leaderships. The Palestinian leadership is in the hands of traitors and beneficiaries." Saudi writer Saeed al-Farha al-Ghamdi, in an article published in the Saudi newspaper al-Madina on September 4, says he can't understand why the Palestinians fail to read reality. "The Palestinianissue is in retreat and Palestinian leaders are moving in the opposite direction, as if their minds have been frozen. The Palestinians have become lost and without a leadership that looks after their interests," al-Ghamdi said, urging the Palestinians to keepa distance from Iran, Turkey and Qatar, "which have agendas that seek to exploit the [Palestinian] issue." Saudi writer and researcher Fahd al-Shkiran advised the Palestinians to "catch up" with the normalization agreements between Israel and the UAE and Bahrain. "The historic agreement will changethe face of the region," al-Shkiran wrote. "It is tantamount to turning the tables on the axis of resistance and its terrorist militias. It is not reasonable for the Palestinian Authority to remain in its negative attitude regardingthe changes that are sweeping the world." Al-Shkiran also advised the Palestinians to hold their leaders accountable on two levels: "The first is political accountability: The reasons and causes of the continued rejection of all realistic deals that were offered to them since the beginning of the problem until today. Second:Opening the files of corruption. The Palestinian has the right to ask about the billions of dollars paid by the Gulf states for the Palestinian cause. All that money has disappeared." Judging from the comments of many Gulf Arabs, it is evident that a growing number of Arabs realize that they have been misled about Israel for decades. They were brainwashed to believe thatIsrael was the true enemy of all Arabs. It is refreshing to see that many Arabs have become aware of the misconceptions and lies they were fed all that time. The Palestinians, however, are unlikely to see similar changes as long as their leaders continue toinform them, in no uncertain terms, that normalization and peace with Israel constitute the high crime of treason. Historic peace treaty ... or preparation for the antichrist? - Dr. Michael L. Brown - https://onenewsnow.com/perspectives/michael-brown/2020/09/16/historic-peace-treaty-or-preparation-for-the-antichrist I don't know if this will ultimately hurt Israel more than it helps Israel - but I do know it's better for Israel to have more friends than more enemies. That being said, if sudden and dramaticpeace came to the Middle East, I would be both hopeful and cautious. For evangelical Christians, it is difficult to look at major developments in the Middle East without wondering about biblical prophecy. Should we rejoice over the historic peace treaty betweenIsrael and the UAE and Bahrain? Or is this leading to a dangerous, false peace that will only hasten the reign of the antichrist? Let's first recognize just how historic this peace treaty actually is. For 30 years, from 1948 until 1978, not a single Middle Eastern nation made peace with Israel. It was not until 1979 that Egypt made that historic move, ultimately factoring into the assassinationof the courageous Egyptian leader Anwar Sadat. The next Middle Eastern (and Muslim) nation to make peace with Israel was Jordan in 1995, 16 years later. Since then, not a single Islamic, Middle Eastern nation has made peace with Israel. That is, until now, 25 years later. (AP Photo/Alex Brandon) Not only so, but this is the first time ever that two nations signed peace treaties on the same day. So, what previously took 47 years (from 1948 to 1995) took place in a matter of hours. This is completely beyond anything we have seen in the modern history of Israel. Not only so, but this happened after President Trump moved our embassy to Jerusalem and after he officially recognized Israel's possession of the Golan Heights. This makes this peace treatyall the more remarkable. Let's not forget that for years we were told that for America to make such moves would be disastrous, leading to an all-out war with the Muslim world. Instead, the aftermath has been a pathof peace. That's why Boaz Bismuth's article on Times of Israel was titled, "The Event That Will Change the History of the Middle East." He wrote: "Even in a pandemic, we can allow ourselves to rejoiceat the first open, warm peace between Israel and Arab countries, and ignore the cynics who are seeking to downplay the importance of today's events." Obviously, the Palestinians are anything but happy with the treaty. And the details of the agreement must be carefully analyzed. But what cannot be denied is the magnitude of this treaty, which is being hailed as the Abraham Accords. As one of the official documents states: "this development will help lead to a futurein which all peoples and all faiths can live together in the spirit of cooperation and enjoy peace and prosperity where states focus on shared interests and building a better future." Yet it is words like this that cause some prophecy-minded evangelicals to say, "Not so fast! After all, there will be no true peace in the Middle East until Jesus returns. Plus, there areprophetic scriptures that speak of a false peace orchestrated by the antichrist that will lull the world to sleep, leading to the slaughter of millions. Beware!" Scriptures that would come to mind include 1 Thessalonians 5:3, where Paul wrote, "While people are saying, 'Peace and safety,' destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on apregnant woman, and they will not escape." Also relevant is Ezekiel 38:11-12, where the hostile nations will say about Israel, "I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people - all of themliving without walls and without gates and bars. I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the center of the land." Who could imagine the nation of Israel described as "a peaceful and unsuspecting people - all of them living without walls and without gates and bars"? Who could imagine Israel putting itsguard down? Yet, according to some prophecy teachers, this passage will be fulfilled at the end of this age. In that light, shouldn't the Abraham Accords - which Trump described as "the dawn of a newMiddle East" - be viewed with great suspicion, especially if 5 or 6 other nations follow suit and join the peace process? As someone who has been studying the Bible intensively for the better part of the last 50 years, I can say with absolute confidence that I do not know. I do not know if this will prepare the way for the antichrist. I do not know if this will ultimately hurt Israel more than it helps Israel. But what I do know is that Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God" (Matthew 5:9). What I do know is that Paul wrote, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone" (Hebrews 12:18). What I do know is that it is better for Israel to have more friends than more enemies. That being said, if sudden and dramatic peace came to the Middle East, I would be both hopeful and cautious. Would this be the result of decades (if not centuries) of prayer and years of diplomacy? Or would it be the first step towards a dangerous, one-world government that will ultimately opposeGod Himself? Obviously, only God knows. But when it comes to making national decisions, they must be based on pragmatism more than prophecy. That's because religious believers from all backgrounds haveoften misinterpreted prophecy before it unfolds, often wrongly predicting the end of the world or the return (or coming) of the Messiah. But speaking of prophecy, this same Bible I have been quoting speaks of the day when nations like Egypt and Assyria (today, Iraq) will join together and worship the God of Israel after a timeof great upheaval and judgment. As stated by the prophet Isaiah, "In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing on the earth. The LORD Almighty will bless them, saying, 'Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, andIsrael my inheritance.'" (Isaiah 19:24-25) In fact, Isaiah prophesied about other Arabian nations turning to the God of Israel through the Messiah (see Isaiah 42:11; 60:7) And so, while only the Lord Himself knows the implications of this important peace treaty, at the least, let's be glad that leaders are meeting together rather than killing each other. Andlet us see the Abraham Accords as a reminder of the day when all the nations of the earth will come to Jerusalem to worship the Lord (Isaiah 2:1-4). May He hasten that day! The Deal of the Century - Pete Garcia - https://www.rev310.com/2020/09/the-deal-of-the-century Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate. Daniel 9:27 In 1993, a newly elected President Clinton hosted the Oslo Peace Accords in the White House Rose Garden. This was hailed to be the end of a six-yearviolent Palestinian uprising known as the First Intifada. However, seven-years later, the Oslo Peace Accords were in tatters as a violence erupted again. Not only did it bring about a bloody and violent second intifada, it also splintered the Palestinian LiberationOrganization (PLO) into a second faction, Hamas, which would come to take control of the Gaza Strip. The Second Intifada signaled the end of this utopic hallucination of Middle East peace, as well as, much speculation by prophecy watchers about whether Oslowas Daniel 9:27 in the making. Fast forward through time for the next 20-years: 9/11, US military wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, global economic mortgage and bank crisis, the ArabSpring, ISIS, Libyan and Syrian Civil War peace in the Middle East seemed as dead a prospect as bell-bottom jeans, disco, and mullets. But God. Not only did the most unlikely candidate, win the most seemingly unwinnable election, but Donald Trump had an ace up his sleeve...God's timing. It would seem that 1993 was not the right time or the right place, nor Clinton, Rabin, or Arafat the right players. Even before running for office,Donald J. Trump had a decades-long, personal friendship with Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. His son-in-law, Jared Kushner, along with his daughter Ivanka Trump, are practice Orthodox Judaism. Then-candidate Trump campaigned on the promise to not only recognize Jerusalem as Israel's undivided capital, but he also promised to move our embassythere. Then he did. Then President (Art of the Deal) Trump had the audacity to declare the coming "Deal of the Century," between Israel and the Arab world on January 28,2020. Then the Chinese Corona-virus swept the globe. Democrats and globalists were slow to abandon their failed impeachment attempt and recognize the breadth and scope of just how far reaching the virus would spread, but they were quick to politicize it oncethey did. It seemed as if the whole forces of the world were stacked against this peace process from moving forward. Then the details and news of the "Deal of the Century" went silent. Prophecy watchers waited in anticipation for any new, news of this comingpeace deal. After a summer of protests, riots, statue desecrations, and anarchy wore on, the threat of the virus began to wane that the news broke in early August that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) would sign a normalization agreement with Israel. What makes the recent (August 2020) Jared Kushner/Trump deal (dubbed the Abraham Accord) with the United Arab Emirates and now Bahrain as well, unique,is that it offers not just peace, but full normalization. That means shared airspace. Shared technologies. Opening economies. Tourism. Everything. Quoting Daymond Duck- Kushner believes another Arab nation will make peace with Israel in a matter of months and all 22 Arab nations will eventually recognize the existenceof Israel (Note: On Sept. 3, 2020, it was reported that Bahrain will likely normalize relations before Rosh Hashanah, Sept. 18, and as many as 20 Muslim nations could do it in the next two months). On Sept. 5, 2020, it was reported that Israel and the UAE anticipate signing their agreement in Washington, D.C. during the week of Sept. 14, and theywill call their agreement a "treaty of peace." But what is a peace treaty? Is it just a declaration that two nations will officially decide not to march their troops into each other's cities orstop shooting missiles at each other? Yes and no. Yes, it is an official end of hostilities, for whatever that is worth, but it is not a guarantee of the desired end-state- normalization. Normalization speaks to the improved relations in all sectors of public and private life and governance. It is diplomatic, it is economic, it is technological, and its improved relations from the street-level all the way up to the heads of state. For example, even though Jordan and Egypt have peace treaties with Israel, Jews would not step foot in their countries for fear of death. Thus, peacedid not bring normalization. Sure, Jordan and Egypt were not firing rockets and attacking Israel anymore, but Jews were not lining up to go there for vacations. Egyptians were not lining up to buy Jewish goods. The importance of normalization is the removalof the stigma of each other's existence as nations and peoples. For the Jews, this is paramount. The agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates promises to establish normal relations between the two countries. These include businessrelations, tourism, direct flights, scientific cooperation, and, in time, full diplomatic ties at the ambassadorial level. The Emiratis are unlikely, however, to locate their embassy in Jerusalem. An important component of the Abraham Accord, though not specificallyspelled out, is enhanced security cooperation against regional threats, especially from Iran and its proxies. It is important to note that Israel and the UAE reportedly already have security ties, but the agreement brings them into the open. The Abraham Accord, aptly named for its importance to the three major monotheistic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) is a reverse approachto the Oslo Peace Accords. Instead of trying to get the Palestinians to abandon their impossible demands (e.g., 1967 boundaries, right of return, division of Jerusalem), the Abraham Accord works from the outside in. Setting aside any division of land or halting of Jewish expansion by way of settlements, it's aims are to build a coalition of Arab nations who throughnormalization, put pressure on the Palestinians to get on board the 'peace train.' Israel, in return, gets normalization from upwards of 22 of her Arab-neighbors. Aside from Egypt and Jordan who already have peace deals with Israel, the two nations of UAEand Bahrain have joined the Abraham Accord. Presumably, many others will follow suit, especially when Trump wins reelection. Most important is to establish a new regional alliance, based on the Arab Peace Initiative first proposed by Saudi Arabia in 2002 that is still validuntil today. It would actually be a defense treaty between Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Israel. Its strategic goal would be building a military and technological shield against Iran. It would develop and produce a Star Wars-likeproject much like President Ronald Reagan's to forestall and pre-empt the Iranian ballistic nuclear arsenal; this would be the result of scientific and financial cooperation among the member states. This new alliance will have additional defensive tasks inthwarting terrorism and subversion in the Middle East. Of course, the number one factor driving all of this for Israel is peace. The number factor from the Arab perspective is security. In other words, for the first time in history, the two sides (Jews and Arabs) have a valid reason to unite. For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 1st Thess. 5:3. UAE, and presumably the rest of the Gulf States due to their proximity, fear Iran more than they hate Israel. Nevertheless, the Palestinians are nothaving any of this. With President Trump moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem and his halting of financial aid to them, there is no love lost between this administration and the divided Palestinian political factions (PLO and Hamas). Still, with normalizationefforts ongoing with the Arab world, the Palestinians days may be numbered. Within the region, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, and Oman publicly welcomed the Abraham Accord. Saudi Arabia has remained silent, though there is significantspeculation among analysts that this nonreaction is a sign that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman supports the agreement but is constrained because his father, the king, opposes normalization with Israel. Iran, Qatar, and Turkey have all criticized the accord, with the latter threatening to withdraw its ambassador from Abu Dhabi. Civil society organizations throughout the region remain steadfast in their opposition to normalizing relations with Israel. These include groups in the Gulf, which have spoken out specificallyagainst the Israeli-Emirati agreement. (Source) Gog, Magog, and the Axis of Resistance In 2006, in the midst of a fierce war between Israel and the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah, former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice famouslystated that the world was witnessing the "birth pangs of a new Middle East." She was right-but not in the sense she had hoped. Instead of disempowering Hezbollah and its sponsor, Iran, the war only augmented the strength and prestige of what is known as the"axis of resistance," a power bloc that includes Iran, Iraq, Syria, Hezbollah, and Hamas in Palestine. In 1979, two significant revolutions took place in the Middle East. Most remember the dramatic Iranian revolution with the over throw of the Shah andtaking over the US Embassy in Tehran. However, the other revolution was in Saudi Arabia. This was the same year that the Wahhabis took their Islamic conservativism to extremes in what had been a moderate, Sunni Muslim nation. Forty-years, fracking, and a technologicallyadvanced world later, the Saudis have had to come to terms with their own demons. They realized after 9/11, how toxic they had become as well as realizing that their oil wealth would not last forever. They had to find new streams of revenue to finance theirotherwise, resource strapped-nation. Nevertheless, this attempt at reform did not sway the Wahhabi purists in Saudi Arabia who wanted to fund their endless Jihad. The Iranian Regime, on the other hand, have not yet come to terms with their extremism. Granted, it is more the regime (leadership) than the peoplethemselves who still maintain its suicidal and homicidal ideations, but the government still has the keys to the kingdom. Their "Twelver" eschatology is driving them to bring chaos to the world in order to unleash their Mahdi, and ultimately, the end of days. Millenarianism, or "end of days" messianic speculation, is thriving and evolving - and being weaponized by both Sunni and Shia radical movements -as evidenced by the Islamic State on one side, and Hezbollah and other Iranian proxies on the other. While still limited and contained, the potential of such visions to metastasize and explode into conflict is considerable. In both the Sunni and Shia domains, millenarianism is gaining in relevance, substance, and structure. This essay considers the origins and dynamics of this movement and concludes with a brief suggestion about how best to counter it. The Sunnis attempted to match the Twelver's devotion to the end-time by unleashing the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), but ultimately ran intoa brick wall called the last Trump. Donald Trump that is. With ISIS defeated in Trump's first year of office, and the Muslim Brotherhood on the outs pretty much everywhere, the Saudis had secretly turned to Trump and Israel as means of last resorts. An undercurrentof secret communications/discussions/agreements finally became known this year with the evolution of the Abraham Accord. This turn of events has given new life to Iran's extremism. With the Iranian people largely on the outs with their own government (see Green Revolution),Iran (formerly Persia) has had to outsource much of their violence to disenfranchised Middle Easterner's and North Africans to rebuild their Shiite Caliphate. However, Turkey's Prime Minister/Autocrat, Tayyip Erdogan, would not, could not; let Iran run awaywith the monopoly on caliphate building. Erdogan was determined to restore the might and greatness of the Ottoman Empire. According to Efraim Inbar, the president of the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security said this, He noted that ErdoÄŸan is not only a leader with an Islamist ideology, but a realpolitik player. Turkey is in Iraq and Syria, and has a military basein Qatar and in Somalia. ErdoÄŸan tried to build a base in Sudan, and now he is busy in Libya. As part of this new Turkish nationalism, he is challenging the border with Greece, essentially seeking to reverse the 1923 Treaty of Lausanne, which officially endedthe Ottoman Empire. "There is a fusion here of nationalism and Islamism between Turkish nationalism with its roots in Islam, the Caliphate and the Ottoman Empire," saidInbar. "There is a clear alliance between Turkey and Qatar, which both support the Muslim Brotherhood." Just as the Jews and Arabs are finding common ground, primarily over common enemies, the same holds true for this growing Axis of Resistance. For thefirst time in history, both Turkey and Iran (who formerly held major empires over the Middle East) now find themselves with their aligned interests. While this is a bit of speculation on my part, the Ayatollah and Erdogan may want to split their Caliphatedown the middle, much the same way the Roman Empire eventually split between eastern and western halves. What they also have in common, is a neutral-ally by the name of Russia who is helping arm and manage their forces throughout the region. MOSCOW - The leaders of Russia, Turkey and Iran on Wednesday discussed efforts to stabilize Syria in a video call, emphasizing the need to promotea political settlement for the nine-year conflict. Russia and Iran have staunchly supported Syrian President Bashar Assad throughout the country's war, while Turkey has backed his foes. However, the three countries have pooled their efforts to help end hostilities.[July 1st, 2020] (Source) At present, Russia, Turkey, and Iran are at odds over the dumpster-fire that is Syria. However, they are now working together to end this division. Both Russia and Turkey are presently at odds over the future of Libya. At some point in the very near past, Russia, Turkey, and Iran have decided to align their interests in regards to Syria and Libya, and begin to solidify their stranglehold over the MiddleEast. In fact, I would venture to say that this alliance will solidify as we move into Trump's fifth year in office. The reason I believe this will happen sooner, rather than later, is that all three are watching this Trump-led alliance fall in line with the AbrahamAccord, and they will use this as the motivation to set their differences aside and work together. It is also very possible, that we could also see the formation of a new Syria very soon, with Bashar Assad stepping aside and Damascus being rebuilt (or at leastgetting the rubble out of the way). Damascus (as well as the rest of Syria) presents real, geopolitical interests to all three nations, and I expect that given the present prophetic winds, they will move in quickly. Might this new Axis of Resistance be theGog-Magog coalition that Ezekiel prophesied about some 2,600 years ago? Cyrus, Trump, and the Third Temple In conclusion, let me sum up a few things about where I believe things are headed by way of a bulletined summary. [Disclaimer, I could be wildly wrong-thisis just my theory]. 1.I believe the Abraham Accord IS THE covenant that will be confirmed in Daniel 9:27, albeit, with modifications. The last Middle East 'peace plan' was in 1993, almost forty-yearsago, and it was dead on arrival. 2.Prince Mohammed bin Salman is currently second in line to the Saudi throne. He is onboard with the Abraham Accord, but his father is not. This is in part, why I believe his father(the King) will die at some point in Trump's second term. This is in part, why I believe Trump wins a second term, because the Democrats would all but dismantle this the second they took over. More importantly, Saudi's entrance into the Accord will be thepice de rsistance that causes the domino effect for others to join 3.As the Abraham Accord shores up its Sunni-Israeli alliance, the Axis of Resistance (Gog-Magog, et. al.) will also form along aligned interests merging in both Libya and Syria. 4.The Rapture-event becomes the trigger for the Gog-Magog invasion of Israel. The Rapture will throw the US into disarray, which means, it will throw much of the Western-world (Europe,Australia, Japan, etc.) into economic disarray as well. The opportunity to attack Israel will be too enticing for the Gog-Magog coalition to resist because they know (or think) no one will come to their aid. 5.The Sunni-Abraham Accord participants will lodge their protests at what is taking place, but will not lift a finger to help. They want no part of what is about to happen to tinyIsrael. 6.God supernaturally (or naturally for Him I suppose) destroys Damascus (Isaiah 17) and this coalition, so much so, that Israel becomes the new powerhouse in the Middle East. "Lastman standing" syndrome. 7.Not only will this divine victory expand their national borders by absorbing parts of Syria and Lebanon, but will also give them the confidence to build their Third Temple onthe Temple Mount. I assume that the Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock are either severely damaged or destroyed during this event. 8.At some point, either before or after Ezekiel 38, the Two Witnesses come on the scene and the Ark of the Covenant is found. These Two are hailed as heroes at first, but will quicklybecome a thorn in everyone's side as Israel enters into this newly packaged Abraham Accord. 9.After the Rapture and the Gog-Magog War, there will be a brief bout of global anarchy and chaos as power struggles ensue to fill the void of the USA, Russia, Turkey, and Iran.At this point, the United Nations decides to divide the world into ten regions to better manage the recent turn of events. One of the regions will be the Mediterranean Union. The new Abraham Accord will not just be Israeli/Sunni anymore but will include a newly energized Mediterranean Union who is led by lawless one himself, the rider on the white horse, Mr. Antichrist. All of these events will take place roughly over the course of 3-4 years. Many in Israel have equated Donald Trump as being synonymous with the Medo-PersianKing Cyrus, for all of his seemingly impossible-yet achieved, political efforts. What I mean to say is Trump is instrumental to Bible prophecy at this point, for him to lose to someone like Biden-Harris. It begins with Donald Trump's reelection in 2020 and then followed by the death of King Salman. After his death, his son Mohammed bin Salman bringsSaudi Arabia into the Accord and the subsequent domino effect of Sunni nations follow suit. This allows Israel to let her guard down, which is followed by the Rapture of the Church. The Rapture becomes the catalyst for the Gog-Magog War, which, after beingdestroyed, allows Israel to rebuild her third temple. At some point in this time frame, the Two Witnesses arrive as the world divides back into ten regions. One of those regions is the Mediterranean Union(see UfM). Islam as a major world religion is neutered (Shia-Turkic-Balkan) leaving only a weakened version of Sunni. Meanwhile, the European Union (EU) begins consolidating her power; one-man rises to the top of their hierarchy by-election (see EU Super-President).He is the one who renegotiates the Abraham Accord with Israel (and the many) to be included in this new regional power structure. Again, I could wrong on my understanding of how things shake out, therefore, I am not wedded to these thoughts, nor are they hills upon which I wantto plant my battle flag. Ultimately, things will happen according to God's will and timing, but it is fun to see what we think will happen in the months and years ahead. Nevertheless, preach the Gospel, and be ready in season and out. Keep praying for thepeace of Jerusalem, and keep looking up, because our redemption draws near. Maranatha!
