But now things are going haywire everywhere that you turn. We are in the midst of the worst supply chain crisis in our entire history, the crime and violence in our largest urban areas is starting to spiral out of control, millions upon millionsof our fellow citizens are absolutely seething with hate, and this pandemic is causing officials to make extremely irrational decisions that would have been unthinkable during “normal times”. Earlier today, I was horrified to hear that one of my readers hadjust been denied access to a local hospital. He was taking his wife in for a very important reason, but there were people at the entrance that were checking the vaccination status of everyone that attempted to enter. He and his wife had not been vaccinated,and so they were turned away. That means that they will not be able to have access to any services at that hospital for the foreseeable future. Did you ever imagine that a day would come when you might not even be allowed to go inside your local hospital? In other cases, hospitals are not providing certain services any longer due to severe staffing shortages. In fact, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that some institutionsmay lose up to a third of their employees due to Biden’s mandate for health care workers. That is madness, and I never imagined that we would see such a thing happen in America. But here we are. Moving forward, many Americans are going to have to start figuring out how to provide their own health care, because our health care system is being shaken like never before. Meanwhile, we are seeing a “historic burst in entrepreneurship and self-employment” as millions upon millions of Americans seek to create jobs for themselves. Thanks to Biden’s mandates, there are millions upon millions of Americans that may soon be ineligible to work for any company that employs 100 or more workers. For now,that particular mandate has been put on hold, but it could be reinstated at any time by the courts. In any event, many Americans have decided that now is the time to leave the system and start working for themselves. So far this year, a whopping 4.54 million new small businesses have applied for a federal tax identification number. That is up 56 percent from 2019… Entrepreneurs applied for federal tax-identification numbers to register 4.54 million new businesses from January through October this year, up 56% from the same periodof 2019, Census Bureau data show. That was the largest number on records that date back to 2004. Two-thirds were for businesses that aren’t expected to hire employees. I have always encouraged entrepreneurship as a way for people to become more independent from the system. The good news is that there are literally millions of different ways to work for yourself in this country today. If you are considering taking such a leap, focus on what you are good at. Personally, I would be an absolutely horrible auto mechanic, and if I tried to be a hair stylist it would be a complete and utter disaster. But I can write, and so that is what I do. Others can’t write, but they are incredibly talented in other areas. The key is to find something that will add value to the lives of others. The global energy crisis is another factor that is pushing people to become more independent of the system. This year, Pennsylvania residents are being warned that their energy bills could increase by approximately 50 percent… Energy costs in Pennsylvania are set to rise as much as 50% in some parts of the state beginning Dec. 1, according to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC). “Most Pennsylvania regulated electric utilities are adjusting the price they charge for the generation portion of customers’ bills on December 1 for non-shopping customers,also known as the ‘Price to Compare’ (PTC),” the PUC explained in a press release. “The PTC averages 40% to 60% of the customer’s total utility bill. However, this percent varies by the utility and by the level of individual customer usage. And as the global energy crisis escalates, we could see more painful energy shortages like we recently witnessed in China, India and Lebanon. This has motivated a lot of Americans to take matters into their own hands, and at this point demand for wood burning stoves is off the charts… At Central Arkansas Fireplaces in Conway, a suburb of Little Rock, the flood of orders for woodstoves has been so overwhelming that units purchased today won’t be deliveredin time for this heating season. “You can’t get a stove until at least April,” says Lakin Frederick, an employee at the store. Needless to say, demand for firewood has also soared, and this is pushing prices into unprecedented territory… At Firewood by Jerry in New River, Arizona, a cord of seasoned firewood — roughly 700 pieces or so — goes for $200 today. That’s up 33% from a year ago. At Zia Firewoodin Albuquerque, the price is up 11% since the summer to $250. And at Standing Rock Farms in Stone Ridge, a bucolic, little town in the Hudson Valley that’s become popular with the Manhattan set, the best hardwoods now fetch $475 a cord, up 19% from last year. But those that prepared ahead of time don’t need to pay through the nose, because they already have all the firewood that they need. For years, I have been pleading with people to make preparations in advance for the difficult times that were coming. Now those difficult times have started to arrive, and things are beginning to get really crazy out there. Even entire communities are trying to become more independent of the system. In California, the insanity coming from Sacramento just became too overwhelming, and so theentire city of Oroville decided to declare itself a constitutional republic… Oroville declared itself a constitutional republic. A place where the local leaders pledge to fight mandates they say go too far. “Any executive orders issued by the State of California or by the United States federal government that are overreaching or clearly violate our constitutionally protectedrights will not be enforced by the City of Oroville against its citizens,” read the declaration passed this month by the City Council. That is a pretty dramatic move, but the truth is that communities all over the nation are going to have to try to do what they can to insulate themselves from the authoritarianmeasures that are being instituted on the state and federal levels. If you live in a city or a state where things are particularly bad, you may need to pick up and move to an entirely different part of the country. I know that sounds extreme, but we live in extreme times. If you want a normal life, you will want to find a place where people are still determined to live relatively normal lives. Because as the system continues to collapse all around us, things are only going to get even crazier. Office of Management and Budget Deputy Director for Management Jason Miller and Office of Personnel Management Director Kiran Ahuja wrote that �no subsequent enforcement actions, beyond that educationand counseling� is mandated for federal workers �who have not yet complied with the vaccination requirement until the new calendar year begins in January.� An unnamed OMB spokesman claimed victory, saying this is evidence that vaccine mandates work. The OMB spokesman reportedly told CNN, �The deadline was November 22, and we already have 96.5% compliance across a diverse workforce that is the largest in the United States.This is incredible progress and should serve as an example to employers across the board that vaccination requirements work.� White House spokesman Kevin Munoz echoed the comments saying, �The Federal government, the country�s largest employer, has successfullyimplemented its requirement in a way that has boosted vaccinations and avoids any disruptions to operations. We hope that our implementation sends the clear message to businesses to move forward with similar measures that will protect their workforce, protecttheir customers, and protect our communities.� Really? This is not about protection, it�s about freedom. This is evidence that threatening people within an inch of not being able to feed themselves and their families forces them to comply with the most tyrannical civil rightsviolations of the century. Yes, they threatened people, as Munoz says, �in a way that has boosted vaccinations and avoids any disruptions to operations.� People gave up their freedom instead of waiting to see what the courts ruled. So far, court after courthas ruled that the Biden �mandate,� or �requirement� as they call it, is unconstitutional. Trouble is, people caved in and fell for the political science and fearmongering that was levied on them like a forerunner to the beast of the Apocalypse. And now Bidenand his jack boots are taking a victory lap as if they never intended to enforce a mandate if government employee vaccinations hit some predetermined level, say about 92%. Also, it is now being narrated to the public as a �requirement,� which is a far more softer landing surface than a mandate. To Biden and the Fauci crowd, the results areabout the same. One of these days, we all may be faced with a Revelation 13:17 moment: �And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark of the beast, or the number of his name.� Either worship the beast or be killed (Revelation 13:15). This legislation empowers the Federalgovernment in coordination with local health departments and health care providers to track your immunization records, your movements, and use your personal health decisions to force you to comply with government and worldwide edicts. The legislation was introduced by Congresswoman Annie Kuster (D-NH) who said in a statement: �Immunization Information Systems (IIS) are secure, multi-faceted systems thatallow for the sharing of crucial information and maintenance of records. These systems can allow providers to keep vaccines and supplies in stock, prevent over�or under�vaccination, remind patients when they are due for a recommended vaccine, and identifyareas with low vaccination rates to ensure equitable distribution of vaccines.� Translated: Congress is trying to establish a system where you are tracked like a common criminal and �reminded� to do what the government mandates. This legislation would codifyinto law arguably the most intentional undermining of the Bill of Rights in American history. Among the expansion of the CDC powers are: �conduct activities (including with respect to interoperability, population reporting, and bidirectional reporting) to expand,enhance, and improve immunization information systems that are administered by health departments or other agencies of State, local, Tribal, and territorial governments and used by health care providers; supporting the development and implementation of policiesthat facilitate complete population-level capture, consolidation, and access to accurate immunization information; developing information related to the use and importance of immunization record data and disseminating such information to health care providersand other persons authorized under State law to access such information, including payors and health care facilities.� And much more. This legislation ensures that your health will be used as a lever to eviscerate your right to free speech, religious expression and privacy. Even without this Marxist-Fascistlegal authority, the government already has threatened its own citizens� jobs for noncompliance with proposed mandates; has censured dissent; has suppressed data for citizens to make informed health decisions; has vilified dissenters. Think about what thisgovernment will do if it is legally empowered by Congress. Thus, she and all of us must sacrifice what is necessary and spend what is necessary to be good stewards. The following somewhat encompasses the matters involved. Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thursday that the Democrats� effort to dedicate over $550 billion of taxpayer funding toward climate change initiatives in President Biden�s BuildBack Better Act has a religious meaning� �So we�re very excited about what is in there, and it is paid for.� Biden�s nearly $2 trillion bill also continues the Democrats� expansion of the Child Tax Credit that passed in the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act, a coronavirusstimulus bill. For the first time, parents not earning income can claim the Child Tax Credit on their tax returns up to $3,600 per child, depending on their age. �It�s about health care for our children, clean air, clean water, it�s about jobs, jobs, jobs; good paying union jobs, to keep us preeminent in green technologies throughoutthe world,� Pelosi said. The California Democrat also touted the universal pre-K provisions of the bill. �This legislation is so historic. It is so transformative,� she said. �Free, universal pre-K. Childcare, we�re lowering the costs.� Biden�s Build Back Better Act is estimated to cost $4.79 trillion if its policies are made permanent, according to the Committee for a Responsible Budget. (�Pelosi on $550billion climate spending: �For me, it�s a religious thing,�� Just The News) So we are expected to believe that Speaker Pelosi hereby expresses her religious principles, and they speak for many of her political party�s thinking, whether with religiousimperative or just as a matter of ideology. As we�ve heard since the years of the Clintons� time in presidential power, �It�s for the children.� Everything must be done on the children�s behalf to assure that future generations can enjoy the American experiencein the best way possible. We should understand, I suppose, that this all means Ms. Pelosi and her party of generous spenders�who tax us to achieve their noblesse oblige for the children�s sake�holdto biblical principles. Well�not in every case, perhaps. There is the matter of what they wholeheartedly support with regard to human sexuality. There seems to be a disconnect between the Democrat Party and the Bible in this regard. The party champions every form of alternate sexuality, from homosexuality to transsexuality and beyond. The Bible says these things are abomination and that anyone who isinvolved in such will not enter Heaven. The party line is that abortion is the woman�s �right to choose.� They refuse to see the fetus as a viable human being in most instances. God�s Word, the Bible, says thatchildren are precious to God, and a horrific punishment is made on anyone or any system that sheds the blood of the innocent. It seems that Ms. Pelosi�s great concern for the children goes only so far into the political ether. It dissipates somewhere shortly after such declarations are made thateverything they do must protect the children now and for the future. More than seventy million children have been murdered�most for the sake of sexual convenience. OOPS!�A major disconnect of what Ms. Pelosi and her party�s rulership claimfrom what God�s Word demands. But we remember that her party is the party that, verbally and in action, has determined to keep the God of Heaven out of their platform. They, then, must embrace another god and that god�s imprimatur in the matter of the children. Their god must whisper to them that it�s a good thing to use the children topromote his religion of Mother Earth worship, but to view children as unnecessary and unwanted if they might interfere with doing what is right in their own eyes�and their sexual proclivities.
