Let that sink in for a moment. All these nations are opposed to what Israel is doing in Gaza. They’re not friendly with Israel in every respect. However, these three nationssupported Israel against an aggressive attack from the Islamic Republic of Iran. Even Jordan took part in shooting down Iranian missiles. You could say, “These missiles were over their airspace. They would obviously shoot them down.” Well, years ago, theywould have been glad to have any missiles flying over their airspace knowing the target was Israel. Other Arab nations, like Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, provided valuable Intelligence to Israel about the timing of the attack. According to reports, Iran tippedoff Saudi Arabia as to what it was doing and when it would do it. Saudi Arabia then secretly passed that information along to Israel to give them a heads-up for the timing of this attack—something that would have been unthinkable even just a few years ago. The support of these nations for Israel has astounding prophetic significance in the set up of the Ezekiel 38 war in which a coalition of nations in the end times—Russia,Iran, Turkey, Libya, Sudan, and maybe other Islamic nations as well—will invade Israel. Israel ‘Living in Safety’ According to Ezekiel 38, before the invasion occurs, there must be peace and rest in Israel. This is an essential precondition for the Gog Magog invasion. Ezekiel 38:8-9, 11 tells us what has to be in place for the Gog Magog invasion to occur. “After many days, you will be called to arms,” referring to the Gog coalition. “Infuture years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. They had been brought out from the nations, and now all of them live in safety.” Not only does Israel need to be re-gathered and brought from the nations, which occurred in 1948, but they will also have to be living “in safety.” Verse 9 continues, “You and all your troops and the many nations with you will go up, advancing like a storm; you will be like a cloud covering the land.” Verse eleven thenstates, “You will say, ‘I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people—all of them living without walls and without gates and bars.'” That doesn’t describe Israel today. Israel, sometime in the future, will have some sense of security and let down their guard. That is, I believe, going to happen because of a covenant or treaty that the Antichristwill make to bring peace to that part of the world. That will likely have to be in place before the Gog Magog Invasion occurs. What we’re witnessing today is more and more willing peace partners for Israel among these Arab neighbors. That is something that we have not seen since 1948, and it is anecessary precondition for the beginning of the Tribulation, where the Antichrist will forge a peace agreement with Israel. Daniel 9:27 says, “he [meaning the prince/Antichrist that is coming] will confirm [you can also translate that word as compel] a covenant with many for one ‘seven’ [set ofseven years]. In the middle of the ‘seven’ [years] he will put an end to sacrifice and offering.” The event that starts the seven-year Tribulation is this peace treaty that the Antichrist makes and forges with Israel and its neighbors. Revelation 6 tells us that the Tribulation begins when a rider on a white horse rides forth and brings about a great diplomatic victory. After this, in Revelation 19, we haveJesus coming back to Earth on a white horse in victory. Revelation 6 is the beginning of the Tribulation when this counterfeit Messiah rides forth on his white horse, “conquering and to conquer.” It describes him as having a bow with no arrows. So, his conquest is diplomatic—it’s a bloodless conquest—and he is going to make this peace agreement with Israel and herneighbors. That peace condition will be the precondition for the Gog Magog war that will occur in the tribulation period. An ‘Imposed’ Peace This week, Time magazine published an article titled “A Million Dollar Middle East Peace Plan,” which I encourage you to read. It lays out a scenario for peace between Israeland its Middle East enemies that is chillingly similar to what the Bible predicts. The author, Kai Bird, says, “This conflict is so dangerous that the time has come for the international community to impose a solution.” A compelled solution to the nations?That is precisely what Daniel 9:27 says, “He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.'” Some take the idea of “confirming” to mean that he will simply strengthen an already existing covenant. But that idea of “confirming,” literally in Hebrew, means to “makestrong.” He is going to make strong a covenant—or even “compel” a covenant. The Time Magazine article insists that “the international community” needs to “impose a solution.” According to the author, they must “convene a Geneva peace conference” whereall the essential parties will be forced to participate and “face financial and legal sanctions if they fail to show up.” “A conversation will take place in which all parties are heard,” the author described. “But the American, European, and other international diplomats invited to Geneva willbe responsible for the actual drafting of a peace treaty.” So, nations other than Israel and their enemies will develop this peace treaty draft. It will be brokered by outside forces, which is exactly what Daniel 9:27 predicts. The author concludes, “This will be an imposed peace because the global stakes are too high.” The plan is to “impose peace” upon these nations. That’s what the Bible predicts. It will be an imposed, compelled, or “take it or leave it” covenant that will be negotiatedand brokered by the Antichrist, who will rise from Europe and a revived/reunited Roman Empire. A Flashing Red Light The current crisis between Israel and Hamas, as well as Israel and Iran, is setting the stage for the Gog Magog war, but it’s also setting the stage for the event that hasto proceed that war, which is the coming Middle East peace. All the ingredients for this Middle East peace are coalescing. We see a coalition of willing partners now for Israel. We see people calling for peace to be imposed by outsideforces. All the key threads are being woven together right before our eyes. A possible escalating cycle of attacks will only serve to further prepare for the Antichrist’s arrival and the coming time of Tribulation. A ground invasion will meet far more resistance than the Israelis seem to expect, but Israel controlsthe air and Gaza is a fixed target with limited territory. The problem for them is not the Palestinians, but the multiple war fronts that will open up if they do what I think they are about to do (attempted sanitization). Lebanon, Iran and Syria will immediatelyengage and Israel will not be able to fight them all�� So far, both Lebanon and Iran have directly engaged Israeli military forces and civilian targets. Syrian militias are also declaring they will once again start attacking USmilitary bases in the region. In my article �World War III Is Now Inevitable � Here�s Why It Can�t Be Avoided� published on April 5th I noted that: �I warned months ago�that the war in Gaza would expand into a multi-front conflict that would probably include Iran. I also warned that it would be to Israel�s benefit ifIran entered the war because this would eventually force the US to become directly involved. To be sure, Iran has already been engaging in proxy attacks on Israel through Lebanon, but Israel�s attack on the Iranian �embassy� or diplomatic station in Syriabasically ensures that Iran will now directly commit to strikes on Israeli targets.� Iran did indeed commit to a large scale missile and drone based attack on Israel, a situation which has had some curious consequences. Of course, US naval forces aided Israel�sIron Dome in shooting down the majority of drones and missiles sent by Iran. However, even though there are several videos showing that some cruise missiles hit their targets, the Israelis have been reticent to admit that any damage was done. I suspect it�s because the cruise missiles struck military targets instead of civilian targets and Israel doesn�t want to release any information on what was hit. Iran�s droneswere likely meant to act as decoys for anti-air defenses. They are much cheaper than the missiles used by Israel and the US to shoot them down. Whether or not these strikes had any real affect on Israeli offensive capabilities we�ll probably never know. What we do know is that Israel�s counter-strike was much smallerthan most analysts expected. Does this mean that the tit-for-tat is over and both sides are going hands-off? That would probably be the smart decision, but no, that�s not what�s happening here. Israel�s limited response was likely due to a lack of clarity on how much the US government under Biden is willing to participate in the war during an election year. Whatwe will see in the next six months is a steady escalation towards winter, followed by new bombardments with far more extensive destruction than we recently witnessed. In other words, spring is just the dress rehearsal for what will happen in winter. Here are the most probable scenarios as 2024 rolls forward� Air Strikes on Iran I have little doubt that Israel will commit to extensive aerial strikes on Iran this year or very early in 2025, and we�ll see very quickly if Russian air defense technologysold to the Iranians is effective or ineffective. Iran�s drone program may be useful in helping to even the playing field against Israeli fighter jets, but then again, the technology gap could be extensive. The Israeli public position will be that their strikes are focused on taking down any existing Iranian nuclear labs. There is no solid evidence that Iran has made much headwayin developing nukes (they might have dirty bombs), but the notion of nukes is more than enough in terms of public relations and justification for the war. Iran Blocks the Strait of Hormuz The Strait of Hormuz would be at the top of the list of primary targets for Iran. It is the narrowest point of access to the Persian Gulf and oversees the passage of around25%-30% of the world�s total oil exports. Blocking it is relatively easy � All Iran has to do is sink a few tankers into the shallow waters or destroy enemy ships passing through, creating a barrier that will make transport of oil impossible. This would also make naval operations for Israel or the US difficult. Clearing obstructions would take time and expose forces to Iranian artillery which can be fired fromup to 450 miles away. Once artillery is locked in on a narrow point or pasage, nothing is going to get through. As we�ve seen in Ukraine, a blanket of artillery fire is essentially unstoppable. Anti-ship missiles wouldn�t even be necessary and would probably prove less effective, unless they are hypersonic. Iran can also utilize its small fleet of diesel submarinesto deploy naval mines in the strait. Once the Hormuz is disrupted and global oil shipments slow down the US military will join the war if they haven�t done so already. Israeli Attack Leads to Ground War with Iran/Lebanon A ground war between Iran and Israel is inevitable if the tit-for-tat continues, and much of it will be fought (at least in the beginning) in Lebanon and perhaps Syria. Iranhas a mutual defense pact with both countries and Lebanon is generally a proxy for Iranian defense policy. Iran will have active troops or proxy forces in all of these regions, not to mention the Houthis in Yemen striking ships in the Red Sea. There are questions in terms of howIraq will respond to this situation, but there�s not a lot of love between the current government and Israel or the US. The Iraq government did not initially condemn the attack by Hamas against Israel on October 7th and has voiced support for the Palestinians in Gaza. It�s unlikely that theywould willingly allow the use of their territory for projecting an offensive against Iran. The use of Saudi Arabian and Kuwaiti territory is possible for invasion IF the US gets involved, and the Persian Gulf would be a primary point of attack. But, both theUS and Israel lack enough regional bases needed to project large scale ground forces into Iran (keep in mind that bases in Afghanistan are now gone). Turkey is another staging ground for US forces but they certainly don�t like Israel, meaning Turkey is going to be off limits. Like Iraq, I think it will be difficult to convinceTurkey, a vocal defender of Gaza, to support an invasion force or exploit their border for operations. What about Pakistan? No, not a chance. It�s important to remember that many of these nations have worked with the US in the past, but they have angry populations to deal with.Support for an attack on Iran could lead to civil unrest at home. The war would mostly be fought by air and by sea with US and Israel seeking to dominate the Persian Gulf. A lot of the ground fighting will be done in neighboring countries.A direct invasion of Iran would be an exhaustive affair with mountain terrain that must be reached by going through allied territories. Can it be done? Yes. Could the US and Israel/allies win? Yes, as long as the goal is destruction and not occupation. Would it be costly? Absolutely. Far too costly to be acceptableto the western public these days, and a war that would require extensive military recruitment or a draft which Americans in particular will not tolerate. Gas Prices Skyrocket Think gas prices are high now? Just wait until 25% of the world oil exports are locked out of the market for months at a time. We might see double the prices at the pump;perhaps even triple, and that�s not counting the inflationary conditions already ongoing in the west. This would be a disaster for the economy as energy prices affect EVERYTHING else. Costs on the shelf will climb right along with oil. Military Draft and Attacks On Liberty Activists Below the surface, there are many benefits to expanding the war in the Middle East for the globalists. War can be blamed for the inflationary collapse they created. War canbe used as an excuse to implement even more aggressive censorship standards in Europe and the US. War can be used to create a military draft which will trigger great unrest in the US and some parts of the EU. War could invariably be used to rationalize martiallaw. And, it could even be used to stall or disrupt elections. At bottom, the war in Ukraine, the war in the Middle East and the many other regional wars that will probably erupt in the next few years have a cumulative effect that causesconfusion and chaos. All that is needed is a short period of disarray and a lot of economic panic and the public may even forget who created the mess in the first place Liberty activists caught in the middle of these events will take action to defend theirfreedoms, and I have no doubt we will be accused of �aiding foreign enemies� or working as �agents of the Russians, Iranians, etc.� Russian Involvement and World War Given that NATO has seen fit to engage in a proxy war in Ukraine it makes sense that Russia would return the favor and engage in a proxy war in Iran. Don�t be surprised tosee a lot of discussion in the media in the coming months about Russian �advisers� in Iran as well as Russian weaponry. Russia already has military bases in Syria and defense agreements with Iran. It would appear that the US and allies are being set on a collisioncourse with Russia that will lead to direct kinetic interactions. At this stage world war will already be well underway. Russia and the US may never actually try to strike each other�s territory and nuclear exchange makes little sense foranyone (especially the globalists who would lose their financial and surveillance empire in the blink of an eye) but they will be fighting each other in regional wars in multiple spots across the globe. I believe those years are very close. But they are not imminent. The global conflagrations described in Revelation will not take place until after the Rapture — that is, until after Godhas evacuated His people from the planet. I can only speculate on what Hal Lindsey’s list of “other things” would include, but here is a short list of things that I see: • Israel has come back into being, Jerusalem has been rebuilt, radical Muslims are trying to destroy Israel, the whole world is turning against Israel, Israel has unblemished redheifers, religious Jews want to rebuild the Temple, world leaders are demanding a covenant of peace, etc. • Europe (the Revived Roman Empire) has reunited, leaders are talking about creating and financing an EU military, etc. • The New World Order (world government by 2030 or sooner) is rising, a global economic collapse appears to be looming, the price of gold and silver is soaring, the technologyto track all buying and selling is almost ready, etc. • Russia, Iran, Turkey, and others have troops in Syria; Russian troops and Iranian proxies in Syria are moving closer to Israel’s border; Russia is building military sites onSyria’s border with Israel; Iran is threatening to attack Israel, etc. • Deceit, immorality, false teachings, Satan worship, drug abuse, and murder are rampant. • Knowledge (artificial intelligence, quantum computers, etc.) is increasing faster than society can adapt. These things are a perfect setup for the fulfillment of Tribulation Period prophecies, and (as Hal Lindsey noted) the Rapture will happen before that. Here are recent events that appear to indicate that the end of the age is near. One, on Apr. 13, 2024, Iran started attacking Israel: • Israel, Syria, and Jordan went on high alert. • It took 4-5 hours for the bomb-carrying drones to reach Israel. • The drones were large because they had to be big enough to carry several hours of fuel and a bomb. • It is estimated that about 170 drones, 30 cruise missiles, and 120 ballistic missiles and rockets were fired at Israel (and Israel, the U.S., UK, and Jordan shot down about 99%of them). • Some of the 1% that got through were shot down over Jerusalem. (Oddly enough, Israel wound up protecting the Dome of the Rock from Iran.) • Hezbollah fired dozens of rockets at Israel. • Israel called it an unprecedented attack by Iran on Israel. • Israel’s war cabinet approved a powerful response on Iranian soil. • The U.S. urged Israel not to retaliate. • Biden told Israel U.S. forces will not participate in an Israeli attack on Iran. • The U.S. asked Israel for advance notice before they respond. • Israel said it will coordinate their response with the U.S. • Russia warned the U.S. not to attack Iran. • Russia started moving ships with supersonic missiles to the Middle East. • Israel said, “The fact that Iran commanded and synchronized the attack with its proxies • (Hezbollah and the Houthis) who also launched drones and missiles, is proof beyond doubt that Tehran directs the forces of terror in the Middle East, is behind efforts to destabilizethe region, and is the source of the problem in the area.” On Apr. 14, 2024, • At America’s request, the G-7 met to coordinate a diplomatic response to the attack. • At Israel’s request, the UN Security Council met to discuss the attack. • Israel notified the UN that it reserves the right to retaliate against Iran if it decides to do so. • Iran said the matter is concluded, but if Israel makes another mistake, our response will be more severe. • Israel’s war cabinet met to discuss a response to Iran’s attack but did not make a final decision. • Some U.S. and Israeli experts said Biden’s timid Iran policy led Iran to believe they could attack Israel and get away with it. • Iran threatened to strike U.S. bases in the Middle East if Israel retaliates against Iran. (More:Concerning the Battle of Gog and Magog, God said, “Thou (Russia and her allies) shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.” Iran’s drones headed toward Israel like acloud. When Russia and her allies attack Israel, the planes and drones will head toward Israel like a cloud: Ezek. 38:9.) On Apr. 15, 2024, • An Israeli official said an Israeli strike on Iran may be imminent. • Iran vowed to launch 1,500 missiles at Israel if Israel retaliates for Iran’s drone attack. • According to Israel Channel 12, an unsourced report said, “The response will be designed to send the message that Israel ‘will not allow an attack of that magnitude against itto pass without a reaction. The response will also be designed to make plain that Israel will not allow the Iranians to ‘establish the equation’ they have sought to assert in recent days. This appears to be a reference to Iran’s warning that future Israelistrikes on Iranian territory, including its international diplomatic premises, will henceforth again be met by Iranian retaliatory strikes on Israel.” • Iranian citizens posted messages on X urging Israel to kill the ruling Iranian leaders and free them from being oppressed. • Saudi Arabia blamed Iran for the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel. On Apr. 16, 2024, • Israel’s war cabinet expects to make a final decision on retaliation against Iran today. • The U.S. and EU are considering more sanctions on Iran. (My opinion: Sanctions on Iran are not enforced, and they are a sham that doesn’t work.) • Israel’s war cabinet decided to retaliate against Iran, but they did not set a date due to the complexities of preparation. Another report said Israel’s retaliation will likelybe after Passover so citizens can celebrate the holiday before the fighting spreads. • Turkish Pres. Erdogan blamed Netanyahu and his “bloody administration” for Iran’s first-ever attack on Israel (think Gog and Magog). On Apr. 17, 2024, • The Iranian-backed terrorist group Hezbollah launched a drone in Lebanon that struck a community center in Israel and injured 18 civilians and reservists (4 serious, 14 moderateto light). • Iran warned that the tiniest invasion by Israel would bring a massive and harsh response. Two, concerning the decline of America: on Apr. 15, 2024, protestorsin NY City, Waved Hezbollah (a terrorist group) flags and chanted “Death to America.” Grabbed a U.S. flag out of the hands of a young man, set it on fire, and it caught his clothes on fire. Three, concerning deceit and the coming economic collapse: onApr. 10, 2024, it was reported that “Democrat economist Larry Summers (served Clinton and Obama administrations; Harvard Univ. Professor; Chief Economist of World Bank, etc.), who repeatedly warned President Joe Biden in 2021 that his reckless government spendingwould lead to a serious inflation crisis, warned again this week that things have not improved and inflation is running much higher than the official government numbers state.” As I understand it, this influential, highly respected Democrat warned that the American public is not being told the truth about the rate of inflation and the danger it posesfor the U.S. (More:On Apr. 13, 2024, it was reported that the price of oil has started back up, and if gas reaches $4 a gallon, Biden may sell more oil from America’s strategic oil reserves to improve his chance of being re-elected.) (More:On Apr. 16, 2024, the Institute for Energy Research said the Biden administration and its allies have taken over 200 actions against the oil and natural gas industries that are deliberately designed to make it harder to produce energy here in America. Thisis contributing to the price increase, and they may try to cover it up by finishing off America’s already low strategic oil reserves.) (My opinion:It seems to me that it would be wiser to spend money to replace the oil that has already been taken out of our strategic oil reserves than it is to finance drag shows, transgender surgeries, gay rights, and abortions in America and other countries.) Four, concerning deceit and bias in the media: a senior editor(a Democrat) at the National Public Radio (NPR) organization recently admitted that 100% of staff in editorial positions are registered Democrats (87 Democrats and no Republicans). U.S. taxpayers are NPR’s primary source of funding, so Republicans are asking why the organization only employs registered Democrats to edit its programs. Five, concerning a borderless world and the surrender of America’ssovereignty: on Apr. 11, 2024, a group of 20 state attorneys general sued the Biden administration for flying “hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from crime-plagued nations directly into cities across the United States.” (More:On Apr. 11, 2024, a federal judge ruled that Georgia’s law requiring voters in Georgia to be citizens of the state of Georgia is legal. Plaintiffs argued that using their driver’s license, etc., to prove they live in the state is an unfair and illegal burden.In essence, the judge ruled that it is reasonable and not illegal.) Six, concerning deceit, a borderless world, and the decline ofAmerica: on Apr. 16, 2024, the U.S. National Security, Border, and Foreign Affairs subcommittee is expecting to be told that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service officials are monitoring 6 million illegal immigrants that have been let into theU.S., and approximately 617,000 of them have criminal convictions or criminal charges pending against them. The subcommittee expects to be told that many of these criminals are gang members, drug dealers, and outlaws. Incidentally, the Biden administration has been telling us that our border is secure. Here is my daily update on the Israel-Hamas war: Wednesday, Apr. 10, 2024 (Day 187): The one hundred-thirty-second day of the resumed war. • S. and Israeli sources said an Iranian retaliatory attack on Israel is a matter of when, not if. • Netanyahu warned Iran that Israel will attack Iran if Iran attacks Israel. Thursday, Apr. 11, 2024 (Day 188): The one hundred-thirty-third day of the resumed war. • The U.S. notified Israel that its commitment to Israel’s security is ironclad. • An Israeli news site reported that Iran has decided to delay an attack on Israel or alter its retaliation plans (perhaps retaliate through proxies) because the U.S. said it mightintervene on Israel’s side. • Netanyahu said, “We set a simple principle: Anyone who hits us, we hit them.” • 1,000 Jewish protestors marched to Netanyahu’s home in Jerusalem to demand an Israeli attack on Rafah to find and release the hostages. Friday, Apr. 12, 2024 (Day 189): The one hundred-thirty-fourth day of the resumed war. • Israeli officials said they believe Hamas is delaying a ceasefire in hopes that world leaders will force Israel to withdraw from Gaza without Hamas being defeated or releasingthe hostages. • An Israeli plan to attack Iran on Iranian territory was approved in the event that Iran attacks Israel on Israeli territory. • Biden sent Iran a message: “Don’t. We are devoted to the defense of Israel. We will support Israel. We will help defend Israel, and Iran will not succeed.” • The U.S. is moving warships to the Middle East. • Israel killed a Hamas commander in the West Bank in Israel. Saturday, Apr. 13, 2024 (Day 190): The one hundred-thirty-fifth day of the resumed war. • It was reported that a captured Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) spokesman admitted under interrogation that the terrorists used all the Gaza hospitals and many of the hospitalambulances during the war. He also admitted that the PIJ manipulates the media to create a false narrative about the war. Both Israeli and Arab press report Assad has abandoned the Syrian capital and that he did so suddenly and with little announcement. The latest war-making revolves around the IDF taking out a major Iranian terrorist leader/diplomat in a building near the Iranian Embassy. Iran has gone on a campaign of threat that has everyone in the region on high alert. Israel fully expects there will be retaliation, probably of a spectacular sort, for thetaking out of senior Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Mohammad Reza Zahedi in Damascus in a strike upon a building adjoining the Iranian consulate. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and high-ranking members of the IDF have vowed severe actions if Iran does something dastardly in retaliation for taking out oneof their most heinous terrorist plotters. Israel has constantly been battling Lebanese military forces on the border of Syria and holds Syria responsible for allowing those forces to launch attacks and retreat towithin Syria. Israeli military command has vowed that action will be taken to eliminate threats from Lebanon, even if Damascus is involved. Iran has, rather than back down, vowed to make Israel pay for the killing of their Guard. Most who keep close tabs on the situation in the region believe this is the causeof Assad and his family taking the sudden leave, claiming it�s vacation time. In a message to Israel, Iran sent its foreign minister, Hussein Amir Abdollahian, to Damascus on Monday, a week after an airstrike in the city struck a building adjoiningits consulate, killing senior Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Mohammad Reza Zahedi. Iran has vowed revenge on Israel, accusing it of the strike� He paid tribute to the Syrian and �Iranian martyrs� during his visit and also slammed Israel. During the visit, Syria said that it does not recognize the �Zionist regime.� Under the Assad regime, Syria was always one of the holdouts in the region that did not recognizeIsrael and has considered itself part of the �axis of resistance� linked to Iran. However, the Assad regime has known since the mid-1970s that it will never defeat Israel. Since the Syrian Civil War broke out in 2011, the regime in Damascus was weakened, and so invited Iran to send over militias and the IRGC. Iran then used Syria as a testingground for its militias to move weapons to Hezbollah and drones to Syria. Starting in 2018, Iran began to increase threats to Israel from Syria, using drones flown from the T-4 base near Palmyra and built a base near al-Bukamal called Imam Ali.It also encouraged Hezbollah to open the �Golan file� and move Hezbollah members closer to the border. Hezbollah has been attacking Israel since October 8. Russia and Iran manipulate Syria for different goals Syria has now joined Iran in publicly slamming Israel, claiming it is helping �mobilize� the international community against Jerusalem. However, the real powers behind thethrone in Damascus are both Russia and Iran. They may not always agree on everything, but Russia has exploited the Hamas war on Israel for its benefit, which Iran has done as well, hoping to isolate and weaken Israel. The IDF denied the �completely baseless� claim and highlighted that the Palestinians had dug and buried individuals in the mass graves prior to and during the IDF�s operationin the region. Hamas terrorists were using the hospitals as their place of operations, with the IDF arresting hundreds of its operatives at the locations. The IDF further noted that based on intelligence, they had searched the mass graves in a �targeted� and �respectful� manner in an effort to locate Israeli hostages who mayhave been buried there. �The examinations were carried out in an orderly manner while maintaining the dignity of the deceased and in a respectful manner,� the IDF said, further explaining that bodieswere then �returned to their place in an orderly and proper manner.� No hostages were located during their search. Despite the absurdity of the accusation and evidence contradicting the claim, on Tuesday, the United Nations rights chief Volker Turk stated that he was �horrified� by thereports of �mass graves� and ill-treatment of the dead, which he insisted �indicates serious violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law.� This is far from the first instance of Hamas terrorists disseminating propaganda in an effort to sway public opinion against Israel. Recently, Hamas and Al-Jazeera heavilypublicized the claim that the IDF was raping Palestinian women during their operation in Shifa Hospital. The source of this information was a Palestinian woman who later admitted that her story was false and intended to �arouse the nation�s fervor and brotherhood.� Videos, images, and other pieces of evidence showed Hamas terrorists, during their massacre on October 7th, raped, tortured, mutilated, and paraded through the streets ofGaza the bodies of Israelis. 1,200 Israelis were killed during the bloody rampage, and over 250 were taken hostage, the majority of which were civilians. Unfortunately, these accusations against Israel, though easily proven untrue, are often lapped up globally by antisemitic activists.
