Do you remember when the buzz in Washington was all about Impeachment of Trump? This was months ago. But then, out of nowhere, Pelosi said that the Impeachment plans should not go forward. Were you as surprised as I was?
But now Nancy Pelosi changed her mind and said "Full steam ahead - IMPEACH him!" But why? It's because the Dems need to control the narrative since the truth is now leaking out and becoming known, and the Left is SCARED.

Please read that again... slowly... to take in the compelling truths in the words of Benjamin Franklin. He knew the potential corruption in the heart of man.

The White House answered House of Representatives calls for impeachment with a stunning and historic eight-page letter calling House leadership's approach toward impeachment unlawful and unconstitutional. While all you will hear in the news media and from the Democratic leadership is refusal by the president to cooperate with the House investigation, you will not likely hear why the refusal by the White House. The news media and Democrats will do all they can to convince the American people that the president is obstructing their impeachment, and therefore, should be impeached. The White House response as to why it will not cooperate, however, is worth considering. Here is the "why" you won't hear.
The White House letter pointed to certain legal and political facts that call into question the actions of the House leadership that all Americans should consider before jumping on the impeachment bandwagon. The letter states, "You have conducted your proceedings in secret. You have violated civil liberties and the separation of powers by threatening Executive Branch officials, claiming that you will seek to punish those who exercise fundamental constitutional rights and prerogatives. All of this violates the Constitution, the rule of law, and every past precedent. Never before in our history has the House of Representatives-under the control of either political party-taken the American people down the dangerous path you seem determined to pursue."
The letter outlines three points suggesting the "impeachment inquiry" is illegal in its current form. The letter states: "Your "Inquiry" Is Constitutionally Invalid and Violates Basic Due Process Rights and Separation of Powers," explaining that never before in history has the House attempted an impeachment inquiry without a vote. It also has not established due process, and has not provided equal subpoena power to Minority leadership, ensuring a one-sided outcome. Point 2 states "The Invalid "Impeachment Inquiry" Plainly Seeks To Reverse the Election of 2016 and To influence the Election of 2020," calling the impeachment attempt without evidence "a naked political strategy." Point III states, "There Is No Legitimate Basis for Your "Impeachment Inquiry": Instead, the Committee's Actions Raise Serious Questions."
The third point reaches deep beyond the media hype and the Democratic Party accusations. It points to the impeachment narrative lacking substance of an impeachable offense. The letter calls into question the actions of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) reading an inaccurate version of the president's call transcript with the president of Ukraine, and Schiff lying about having contact with the whistleblower prior to his complaint. For all these reasons, the letter states that the Executive Branch refuses to participate with the inquiry. Now you know the entire story about the letter, not an interpretive opinion passed off as unbiased news. As Ephesians 5:6 says, "Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things comes the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience." Pay close attention so that you are not deceived.

There are a myriad of polls gauging whether the public wants the president impeached. It appears, however, that many do not know what impeachment is, how it is done, or even if what the president has done is an impeachable offense. The Democratic Party leadership could very well be using this non-official "impeachment inquiry" for political purposes to buy time to bombard the public with a propaganda narrative to sway voter opinion against the president and his party. The news media is doing little, if nothing, to get to the specifics of what the Democrats think is an impeachable offense and whether the charges, which formally have not been made, are credible. Let's start with the Constitution.
Article I Section II of the Constitution states: "The House of Representatives shall choose their speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment." Article I Section 3 says, "The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present." Article II Section 4 states: "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."
Impeachment is a political, not a necessarily a criminal action. Treason and bribery are particularly definable. According to the Constitution, treason can occur only in a wartime situation. Bribery is taking something of value for an act. High crimes and misdemeanors give Congress a large berth to impeach-and that could be anything Congress determines is impeachable. The House of Representatives can impeach a president with a simple majority vote. Once impeached, the president would be tried in the Senate, where it takes two-thirds of the members present to remove him from office. The House would appoint members to prosecute the case against the president before the Senate.
The Democratic Leadership is making the case before the people that seeking assistance from a foreign country to investigate a political opponent is an impeachable offense. A law doesn't need to be broken for impeachment. The bar is whether this act deserves removal from office. Other charges are/will be added-obstruction of justice, obstruction of Congress, conspiring with a foreign government, etc. The Democratic Party is gambling that the citizens of America will support impeachment-This is why it is so important for the media to sway public opinion against the president and his party. This brings into clearer focus the reports about an ongoing coup attempt. As 2 Timothy 3:13 says, "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." Your opinion matters. Make it known.
More impeachment chicanery - Bill Wilson -
Two Ukrainian men are being tied to nefarious and illegal activity with the president and his attorney Rudi Giuliani. Ukrainians Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman have been indicted by the US attorney in Manhattan on four counts, including conspiracy, falsification of records and lying to the Federal Election Commission about a $325,000 donation to a super PAC to support Trump. The Wall Street Journal's (WSJ) story insinuates that the two men helped Giuliani investigate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, were part of the president's inner circle, and made illegal donations. It's another "reason to impeach" headline, but the truth is buried deep in the story and it takes a discerning eye to spot it.
WSJ establishes that these Ukrainians attended functions at the White House, shows pictures of them with Trump as well as with his son, Donald Trump, Jr., while reporting that the president said he didn't know the men. Of course, there are countless people who get their pictures taken with presidents, that the president would never recall their names or their faces. But a picture connotates familiarity. It is not until late in the story that it is revealed that those campaign donations, which allegedly have a circuitous route with "Russian" connections, were not made during the 2016 cycle, but rather for the current cycle to support the president and other Republicans running for office. But wait, there is more.
The $325,000 was thought to be suspicious when it came in to the America First Action super PAC. This key information is buried late in the story after all the narrative that raises suspicions is laid out. WSJ reports, "In May 2018, the men separately gave $325,000 to the primary pro-Trump super PAC, America First Action, through the LLC Global Energy Producers, according to the indictment and FEC records. The way they structured that donation was meant "to evade the reporting requirements" in federal law, prosecutors alleged. The indictment also alleges that Mr. Fruman intentionally misspelled his name to further evade FEC scrutiny."
Here's the kicker as reported by WSJ, "A spokeswoman for America First Action said the super PAC had placed the contribution in a segregated bank account after a complaint was filed in July 2018 with the FEC. The donation "has not been used for any purpose, and the funds will remain in this segregated account until these matters are resolved," the spokeswoman said. "We take our legal obligations seriously and scrupulously comply with the law and any suggestion otherwise is false."" This appears to be another narrative to cast sinister suspicions on Giuliani and the president regarding Ukraine and Russia. The attempts to confuse and deceive Americans continue. Christ said in Luke 12:2, "For there is nothing covered that shall not be revealed." May it be so in all of this. Don't be deceived by the headlines.
