WORLD AT WAR: 8.21.21 - Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Afghanistans president, Ashraf Ghani, has left the country for Uzbekistan, The Guardian reports, citing Al Jazeera, as the Taliban is poised to seize control over the capital city of Kabul following a stunning series of military successes over recent weeks. On Monday morning at ten o'clock local time, the UN Security Council is planning to hold an emergency meeting in New York to discuss the situation. As of Sunday evening, shooting is being reported in several parts of Kabul, according to eyewitness accounts and the countrys Interior Ministry, incontrast to earlier reports which stressed the relatively peaceful nature of the incursion. A local hospital reports dozens of wounded. There is pandemonium at the airport, according to CNNs reporter in Afghanistan, Clarissa Ward. The road to the airport is completely choked withtraffic with local residents desperate to flee the country. Only military flights are being allowed to depart, and multiple countries are in the process of evacuating diplomatic staff and other nationals. Meanwhile, a Taliban spokesman has confirmed that fighters have entered Kabul in order to prevent looting, to preserve law and order and control thechaos. Reports are already surfacing of billboards with pictures of women being whitewashed. The fact of the matter is, Afghan forces have been unable to defend the country, said US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. However, he added that, This is not Saigon. The United States has succeeded in its mission to stop attacks on the US, and it is simply not in our interests to remain in Afghanistan. According to CNN, the US embassy has lists of people to be taken out of harms way. US embassy staff are currently being taken out of Kabul, headed for Kabul International Airport, which is now the only remained exit-route from the country. However, even the airportis now coming under fire. The first evacuation flight from Kabul has already landed in Pakistan, and a second one is due to take off soon, completing the evacuation of around500 diplomats and other civilians from various countries. Im witnessing government forces put on plainclothes and walk away from their posts, reported American journalist Matthieu Aikins. Streets are peaceful, mostly empty, he added, on Sunday morning; the situation has since deteriorated. Meanwhile, countries are continuing to remove their diplomatic staff and other nationals, with the apparent exception of Russia the Russian statenews agency reports that the Taliban has promised to guarantee the safety of its embassy in Kabul. The security situation has deteriorated drastically, reported the German foreign office. The Germany embassy Kabul is closed as of 15 August. Germanyis sending military transport planes to the city to begin the evacuation of embassy staff. A spokesman from NATO stated that the organization will be maintaining its diplomatic presence in Kabul, from the citys airport. According to an Afghan government negotiator, a delegation will be traveling to Qatar later on Sunday to meet with Taliban representatives, in orderto discuss a transition of power that will reportedly also involve the United States. The Russian news agency Interfax is reporting that Russia is ready to cooperate with the new interim government, which will be comprised of Taliban officials; however, the Russian Foreign Ministry has noted that Russia has yet to recognize the Taliban as the countrys lawfulgovernment. Commenting on the developments, the chairman of the United Kingdom foreign affairs parliamentary committee has called the fall of Afghanistan, Thebiggest single policy disaster since Suez. --------------------------------------------------------- Why the US-Trained Afghan National Army Have Been Defeated with Ease by the Taliban........ 16 Aug 2021 Since U.S.-led forces began their withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Taliban have gained ground at an astonishing pace. The insurgents have seized half of the country's 34 provincial capitals, including it's second and third-largest cities, andnow control two-thirds of the entire country. Taliban fighters are now entering the capital city Kabul, reports say. U.S. officials previously said they didn't expect any provincial capital to be seized until fall at the earliest, accordingto The Wall Street Journal. The Afghan forces should have the upper hand in numbers, funding and arms. So how have the Taliban gained ground so quicklyin Afghanistan? Since its invasion in 2001, the United States has invested almost $83 billion on training and arming Afghanistan's defenseforces, according to Foreign Policy. "We provided our Afghan partners with all the tools – let me emphasize: all the tools," U.S. President Joe Biden said whiledefending the decision to withdraw American forces. Experts told the magazine that the problem lies not in the training or equipment provided to Afghanistan, but in local mismanagement, corruption, and demoralized soldiers who often lack the will to fight. Sources said that Afghan police have not been paid for months by the Ministry of Interior and that the same is true for theMinistry of Defense, Foreign Policy reported. They added that Afghan forces are often not supplied with adequate arms, or even food or water. Many soldiers and police are also posted to areas far from their homes, to which they have no connection, and some choose toabandon their posts and return home to defend their families, the magazine said. There is also a widespread lack of faith in the government, with officials across the country stating they will not fight todefend President Ashraf Ghani's government. "The issue of legitimacy is very important," said Enayat Najafizada, founder of Kabul-based think tank the Institute of Warand Peace Studies, told Foreign Policy. He said the 2020 presidential election that returned Ghani for a second term was seen as corrupt, which has been capitalizedon by the Taliban. That fact combined with corrupt officials pilfering funds has led to widespread distrust of the government. Residents in Herat and Kandahar told Al Jazeera that they were shocked at how quickly their cities fell and said government forces didnot put up a fight. While official records state that the Afghan security forces number over 300,000, the BBC reported that the true number is likely to be lower. Afghan forces have a difficult history of high casualties and desertions, according to the outlet, and corrupt officials oftenclaim salaries of non-existent troops, called "ghost soldiers." Comparatively, the U.S. Combating Terrorism Center at West Point, estimates that the Taliban have 60,000 core fighters, with additional militia groups and supporters that could swell that numberto 200,000. Afghan forces are overstretched, and reports say the Taliban have been shooting down air force planes and assassinating pilots, whooften have years of training and are difficult to replace. Although lower in numbers, the Taliban has gained momentum after a series of successes. The Taliban have also been seizing weapon caches from Afghan forces, which are often Western supplied. Although U.S. forces left with their "sophisticated" equipment, the Taliban offensive has allowed the group to seize "vehicles, humvees, small arms, and light weapons, as well as ammunition", Justine Fleischner of weapons-tracking group Conflict Armament Research, told AFP. On Saturday, Afghanistan president Ashraf Ghani finally acknowledged the Taliban's gains in a televised address. "Remobilising the security and defense force is our top priority and required measures are underway for this purpose," Ghanisaid. "My focus is to prevent further instability, violence, and displacement of my people." On Friday staff at the U.S. embassy in Kabul were told Friday to destroy sensitive material in case the Taliban seized thecapital, as Insider reported. The United States also announced it would send 3,000 troops to evacuate personnel from its embassy in Kabul, and the UnitedKingdom has sent 600 troops. -------------------------------------------------------- Worthy to Escape Pete Garcia - https://www.rev310.net/post/worthy-to-escape We defeated the enemy in Afghanistan. We killed or captured the terrorists who planned, plotted, or aided in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. We killed the ringleader,Usama bin Laden. We disrupted the terrorists camps where they plotted and trained. We dislodged the Taliban government that aided and abetted bin Laden. We just dont know how to appreciate a good thing. A big part of our foreign policy failures is not knowing when and how to declare victory. So, why not a parade? Bringthe troops home and declare the victory that should have been declared years ago. The only reason victory is elusive in Afghanistan is that presidents continue to have an impossible definition of victory. If victory is creating a nation where no realnation has ever existed, then no victory will ever occur. Sen. Rand Paul (Op-Ed 2018) Having served in Afghanistan on two different deployments for a total of sixteen months, and another year in Iraq, I have mixed emotions about watching the utterly humiliatingcollapse of the military/diplomatic/ humanitarian mission there, and our Saigon-2.0 exit from the embassy and airport. Even on my first tour of duty back in 2008, I personally believed we never should have gone there. Why? My main reason was exactly what the good senator from Kentucky echoedabove. We had never defined what victory should look like. We didnt do the things necessary to actually win the war, therefore, the war was never designed to be won. IF we had been serious about winning the war, we would have: 1) Give a 24-hour notice to evacuate the cities, then begin a non-stop air campaign dropping nothing but GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast (MOAB) bombs all over Afghanistanuntil we got an unconditional surrender from the Taliban 2) Next, (simultaneous to #1) we should have destroyed the Jihadist's safe havens in the Waziristan Region (north and south) inside Pakistan by the same air campaign (seepoint#1) 3) Then we should have ensured that all of the poppy fields in Afghanistan were destroyed (i.e., the Talibans main source of income) 4) Reconstruction efforts would be contingent upon unconditional surrender, and would thus require a multi-national recovery, but would require the Afghanis to a) rebuildtheir own country with only limited engineering and architectural oversight from the US b) create new farming and agricultural efforts c) create a government that was representative of all the country's minority ethnic tribes Alas, we never did any of those things. If we had done those things then, we would never have gone into Afghanistan. What we did instead, was create an unwinnable foreverwar. Although I dont pin all of this on The Dementia Kid (TDK) Joe Biden; Obama, and GW Bush also share in the blame for perpetuating the sunk-cost fallacy and the mishandling of operations there and elsewhere. In hindsight, I suppose most of the blame should lay on the globalist G.W. Bush for this debacle. Shortly after 9/11, we had enough global support and justification to turnmost of Afghanistan, and North and South Waziristan, and other key enemy locations into parking lots. Again, we squandered that in favor of two ill-planned land wars in the Middle East. I leave out President Trump primarily because he understood a long time ago what a waste of time and resources our mission in Afghanistan was. You can google quotes by himgoing back to at least 2011, and he had always been against this forever war the military-industrial complex and the war hawk neocons had been propagating in perpetuity. Perhaps now you understand why the senior pentagon brass and the deep state despisedTrump. He was about to take away their personal war slush fund. However, Trump understood from a very pragmatic perspective, how futile it was to attempt to change the culture in Afghanistan without actually changing the things thatmake that culture the way it is. Had he stayed in office, we would have still seen an American withdrawal from the Afghan theater, however, Im willing to bet my life savings it would have looked a whole lot different than what we are seeing now. Hes alsothe only president to walk away with a realistic and comprehensive normalization peace deal (Abraham Accords) involving Israel and numerous Muslim Arab nations. Key Facts (courtesy Associated Press) •US Afghanistan War •Longest war: 20 years •US Military Deaths: 2,448 •US Military Wounded: 20,719 •US Contractor Deaths: 3,846 •Direct Costs: $2 Trillion •Costs to 2050: $6.5 Trillion As many prophecy teachers have already alluded to, Afghanistan does have a role to play in last days events. We read in Ezekiel 38-39 of a coalition led by Gog, from theland of Magog. This coalition is made up of both Sunni and Shia fighters and involves a multitude of nations not connected (geographically) to the land of Israel. The nations include Russia, Turkey, Iran, Libya (Put), Sudan (Cush), and many peoples with you (vs. 38:6). It should be noted that the nations of Afghanistan and the other Stan countries are also part of this many peoples. This includes the former Soviet-bloc satellite nations (who are Muslim-majority) like Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan. These will also come with Gog to descend upon tiny Israel. Theirsupernatural defeat by God almighty will signal the end of Islam, as well as the end of the anti-globalist sentiment. Assessment Watching the heartbreaking video clips of desperate Afghanis storming the tarmac at the Kabul International Airport, and of them clinging to the sides of the US Air ForceC17 Globe Master cargo planes attempting to take off, reminds me of another coming crisis. They stormed the airport and clung to the sides of the planes because they know what kind of government the Taliban will bring. They desperately want to escape fromthe homicidal government that is about to come. Would the world be cognizant of the final global government that is to come? Well, the world is quickly heading toward a governmental system that will make the Taliban look like Carter Administration by comparison. Revelation 13 outlines a new globalsystem that will initially begin as either 10 regions or 10 nations, and from them, one arises who takes over the whole thing. This man is the Antichrist, and he, along with his religious henchman, the False Prophet, will quickly take control of the entireworld. They will do this through the use of supernatural power, advanced technology, powerful delusions, and some new form of digital currency. There will be no more Islam or Hinduism. There will be no Roman Catholicism or Buddhism. This new government will demand 100% allegiance to them on the pain of death. Theywill either erect or take control of giant images around the world and make everyone bow down and worship them. Furthermore, you must take this mark of allegiance to this new system, or you either starve to death or be beheaded. And the only escape from thiscoming world government will be to leave the earth before it comes to power. Although many people know this time as the Tribulation, its actual title is the 70th Week of Daniel (Dan. 9:24-27) and it is the final remaining week of years that must come topass. Jesus said that this period was so dreadful that if He didnt come back and personally intervene, no flesh would survive. In fact, He said it was the worst period of timethat has ever, or will ever be (Matt. 24:21-22). This is what is coming upon the earth. And we are, even now, starting to get glimpses of it foreshadowing into our day with the draconian COVID lockdowns and mandatory dictates from the governments around theworld. While the vaccines and the vaccine passport isnt The Mark, it does however prefigure the same mandatory obedience to the state that the Mark of the Beast will one day require (Rev. 13:16-18) Bridge Ive been writing about the collapse of the United States for many years now. For the record, Im not a doom-&-gloom / glass is half empty kind of teacher because I wantit to happen. I am simply a biblical realist because I know it has to happen in order for the end to come. Among the many signs of our impending national demise, this abandonment of Afghanistan (in the manner it has happened) is one of the clearest signs ofthe end of American global hegemony. Nonetheless, as our national end begins to happen, I cant help but wonder how much of it we (the Church) will have to endure before our deliverance? One could argue thatfor most of the past two thousand years, human suffering and misery were the global norms, and in our collapse, we are just returning back to the normal state of affairs. Clearly, the United States has been blessed far beyond any nation before her and hasbrought our standard of living and leisure to unmatched heights. Also clearly, the US has spiritually abrogated this spiritual blessing by committing mass infanticide (legalizing abortion), anti-Israel actions (Clinton, Obama, Biden),and legalized sexual perversity as the new normal. We were the exception to the norm by almost every measure. Not only are we a Genesis 6 generation (wicked only continually, great violence, and tampering with genetics), but we are also a Judges 21:25 generation.Every man is doing what was right in his own eyes. Be that as it may, Jesus said that at the end, the days would be like that of Noah and Lot. Everyone would be eating, drinking, marrying, and giving in marriage (Luke 17:26-27)up until the point where they were all destroyed. There is a sense in this statement of a Daniel 5/Belshazzars Feast in this sentiment in that this judgment will catch everyone unawares. Paul, writing to the church, echoes a similar thought in 1st Thessalonians5:1-5. But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as athief in the night. For when they say, Peace and safety! then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. Youare all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. (emphasis mine) There is a clear distinction between you (the church) and they (not the church) and what befalls them. They shall not escape. Well, if they shall not escape, then what shallwe do? Escape. Jesus, speaking in Lukes version of the Olivet Discourse has this to say to those who will see the day of the Lord approaching. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these thingsthat will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man. Luke 21:35-36 But these were not the final words Jesus had to say on the subject. Speaking many years later to John in the Revelation) He said this: To the Church of Sardis Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hourI will come upon you. Rev. 3:3 Note the warning wasnt that He wouldnt deliver them, but that this deliverance would catch them by surprise. This is a violation of what Paul had told the Thessaloniansabout being sons of the day and sons of the light, by watching for His return. I am assuming here, but it looks like those who refuse to watch for Christs return, will not only suffer some divine "shock and awe" when they are suddenly snatched up butalso a great loss of reward when they get to the Bema Judgment. Lastly, to the Church of Philadelphia Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Rev.3:10 Jesus stated in Luke 21 that this snare would come upon all who dwell on the earth. In Revelation 3:10, Jesus reiterates this also by distinguishing those who are beingkept from the hour of trial and those who still dwell on the earth (those not being kept from the hour of trial). The Bible is crystal clear that the Church will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air before the start of the 70th Week of Daniel (the hour of trial). The 70th Weekbegins with a covenant being confirmed between the Antichrist and the many (Dan. 9:27). What this covenant is exactly, or who the Antichrist is, we dont know. His identity will not be confirmed until after the Restrainer (the Holy Spirit indwelling the Churches)is removed (2 Thess. 2:7-8). There is then a period of time between the Rapture and the official start of the 70th Week known as "the gap" and however long it ends up being, is anyone's guess. Nevertheless, our deliverance (the Rapture), at a minimum, mustcome before the 70th Week. Lastly, the Rapture seems to capture the world unawares. Should the US collapse prior to the Rapture, the old world order will come completely unhinged as China, Iran, andRussia make land grabs by military force to reclaim territories they think belong to them (i.e., Taiwan, Iraq, and Ukraine). This will trigger massive migrations of desperate populations to other nations further stressing those nations. The global economywill begin collapsing as currencies around the world begin to fail. This will trigger a massive spike in crime, violence, and widespread lawlessness. The last thing people will be thinking about doing after an American collapse is eating, drinking, and marrying. But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. Luke 21:34 In terms of fairness and whether or not American Christians should or shouldnt go through some unmitigated catastrophe (such as an American collapse) prior to the Rapturejust because the rest of the world has had it harder, I don't think it has anything to do with us in that regard. The Rapture will happen regardless of who is at the top of the geopolitical pyramid. And it will catch those Christians who refuse to watch unaware, thus, fulfilling Paul and Jesus warnings. Just as the Rapture doesn't trigger the 70th Week, it will, however, trigger the conditions on the ground (global chaos) that get the world moving in that direction. Post Scriptum: Jesus is coming back soon. Don't be like those desperate people rushing to the airport tarmac, clinging to the sides of planes trying to escape the chaos. Today is the dayof salvation! Get your seat reserved now, today, free of charge, and I promise you will not be left behind. A ADMIT (Acknowledge) Admit honestly to God that you havesinned and disobeyed Him. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Isaiah 53:6 All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; But the Lord has caused the iniquity of us all to fall on Him. James 2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all. Romans 3:10 as it is written, There is none righteous, not even one John 16:8 "And He (the Spirit), when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment II Corinthians 7:10 For the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world producesdeath. B BELIEVE (Trust) Believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again. His blood was shed to pay for your sins. I Corinthians 15:3-4 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. C CHOOSE (CONFESS) Choose to trust Jesus alone for the forgivenessof your sins. Romans 10:13 for Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. John 3:18 He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Acts 3:19 Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord Romans 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved Conclusion: We can count on Him to keep His promises. If weconfess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9 --------------------------------------- Afghanistan Is The Thread That Will Start To Unravel Western Dreams Of A New World Order - by Michael Snyder - http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/afghanistan-is-the-thread-that-will-start-to-unravel-western-dreams-of-a-new-world-order/ The drama playing out in Afghanistan right now has enormous implications for the entire planet, because it represents a colossal defeat for western globalists. Ever sincethe end of World War II, western elitists have been tirelessly working to establish liberal democracies all over the globe, and the idea was that all of the liberal democracies could be increasingly integrated into an emerging one world system. Of courseChina, Russia, Iran and their allies were never going to fully go along with this plan, and that is one of the reasons why they are endlessly demonized by media outlets in the western world. The Chinese, the Russians and the Iranians all have their own ideasabout what the future of the planet should look like, and none of them are good. But when it comes to world domination, the western powers were closer to achieving that goal than anyone else. Unfortunately for the western powers, the tide is now turning, andit appears that an era of tremendous instability is dead ahead. U.S. globalists such as Henry Kissinger helped to popularize the idea of a New World Order, but in recent years western elitists have more commonly referred to it as theLiberal World Order or the Liberal International Order. The following is how the Liberal International Order is defined by Wikipedia In international relations, the liberal international order (some times referred to as the rules-based[1] or the US-led[2] international order) describes a set of global,rule-based, structured relationships based on political liberalism, economic liberalism and liberal internationalism since the late 1940s.[3] More specifically, it entails international cooperation through multilateral institutions (like the United Nations,World Trade Organization and International Monetary Fund), and is constituted by human equality (freedom, rule of law and human rights), open markets, security cooperation, promotion of liberal democracy, and monetary cooperation.[3][4][5] The order was establishedin the aftermath of World War II, led in large part by the United States.[3][6] For a long time, the globalists were supremely confident that nobody could stop them, but over the past five years or so they have really started to doubt themselves. Forexample, the following is an excerpt from a Council on Foreign Relations article entitled What Is the Liberal World Order? World leaders created a series of international organizations and agreements to promote global cooperation on issues including security, trade, health, and monetary policy. The United States has championed this systemknown as the liberal world orderfor the past seventy-five years. During this time, the world has enjoyed unprecedented peace and prosperity. But these institutions are far from perfect, and today they are struggling to address new sources of disorder, such as climate change and a deadly pandemic. Whats more, democracy is on the decline around the world, authoritarianism is on the rise, and countries like China are deliberately chipping away at the liberal world order, creating parallel institutions of their own. Faced with these challenges, will the liberal worldorder survive? If a new system emerges, what will that mean for freedom, peace, and prosperity worldwide? These globalists really do believe that they know best, and many of them are truly convinced that what they were doing was what was best for humanity. Time after time, we witnessed the same pattern. A foreign government would be toppled, a friendly liberal democracy would be set up, and that liberal democracy wouldstart to be integrated into the world system. That is precisely what happened in Afghanistan, but now after nearly 20 years the opium-selling nuts that were toppled in 2001 have overthrown the liberal democracy inKabul and have reconquered the country. Not only that, in the process they have completely and utterly humiliated the United States and other New World Order powers. The Taliban has exposed how weak the New World Order really is, and that is going to greatly embolden other enemies of the New World Order. If a motley collection of drug dealers and goat herders can defeat the New World Order, do you think that the Russians, the Chinese, the Iranians or anyone else will beintimidated ever again? At this hour, the airport in Kabul has essentially been transformed into a giant prison. Anyone that tries to get in or get out is being shot by the Taliban. The only way out is by air, and the desperation of those that are trapped inside the airport is off the charts. Three Afghans actually tried to cling to a U.S. militaryplane as it was taking off, but they quickly fell to their deaths At least eight people were killed at Kabul airport on Monday, including two who were shot dead by US troops, three who were run over by taxiing jets and three stowawayswho fell from the engines of a US Air Force plane as it fled an airfield of thousands of desperate Afghan nationals. This is so much worse than the fall of Saigon. We are being told that there are approximately 34,000 people trapped inside the airport, and it could take weeks to finally evacuate them all The airport is being secured by 6,000 US troops but they yesterday failed to stop the runway being invaded despite helicopters being used to try and herd people off thetarmac. Meanwhile there are at least 34,000 people both citizens and Afghan allies hoping to be rescued by the US and Britain and an unknown number relying on European countries,Canada and Australia. The US hopes to be able to evacuate 5,000 people a day and the UK 1,000 a day but has so far both have managed a tiny fraction of that. It is being reported that there are hundreds of journalists among those that are trapped inside the airport, and big media corporations in the United States are desperateto get them home. As Americans cower in fear inside the airport, the Taliban are going door-to-door looking for attractive women to make into sex slaves Taliban fighters tried out a fun fair in Kabul while militants reportedly go door-to-door in the Afghan capital looking for interpreters and Western allies, amid allegationsthat gangs are marauding the streets of other cities hunting girls as young as 12 they can make their sex slaves. The Taliban won and the New World Order lost. This is going to change everything. Of course the Taliban never would have been victorious without help. The Taliban makes hundreds of millions of dollars a year selling opium and other drugs, but they alsoreceive hundreds of millions of dollars a year from other sources Both Afghan and US officials have accused regional governments of funding the Taliban, having long-suspected Pakistan, Iran, and Russia have offered their assistance atsome point. The most individual contributions come from Pakistan and Gulf nations such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE, providing an estimated annual income of $500 million (360 million). It shouldnt surprise anyone that some of the countries mentioned in that quote are also considered to be some of the New World Orders biggest enemies. And I think that it says volumes that the embassies of Russia and China are now being guarded by the Taliban and have continued to operate throughout this entire crisis. There will be no more empire building after this. The balance of power is shifting on a permanent basis, and western dreams of establishing a true Liberal InternationalOrder that encompasses the entire planet are now dead. As I discuss in my new book, I do believe that there will be a one world government one day, but it will not be led by the western powers. The stunning defeat in Afghanistan has turned the globalist news outlets in the United States firmly against Biden. Just a few months ago they were endlessly singing hispraises, but now they are ripping into him quite viciously An opinion piece in The New York Times claimed that Biden would go down in history, fairly or unfairly, as the president who presided over a long-brewing, humiliating finalact in the American experiment in Afghanistan. A Washington Post column said the situation is on Biden, and it will leave an indelible stain on his presidency, while a piece in USA Today said this catastrophe is appearingon his watch, and he will have to take his lumps. And on CNN, one contributor actually said that this represents the Saigon moment for President Biden CNNs presidential historian Tim Naftali was one of many observers to compare the situation to the infamous fall of Saigon. This is the Saigon moment for President Biden and this will be an albatross around his neck for the rest of time, Naftali said. The New World Order does not like losers, and Joe Biden is a loser. But even after everything that has happened, he is still standing behind his decision I stand squarely behind my decision. After 20 years, Ive learned the hard way that there was never a good time to withdraw US forces, Biden said during a speech fromthe East Room of the White House Monday afternoon. Thats why were still there. We were clear-eyed about the risks. We planned for every contingency. But I always promised the American people I would be straight with you. The truth is, this did unfold morequickly than we had anticipated. This was never supposed to happen. Afghanistan was supposed to become a liberal democracy and integrate into the emerging world system just like the globalist planners wanted. But now the Taliban has proven that the globalists can be defeated, and that is likely to encourage other enemies of the New World Order to become more aggressive. Needless to say, that could create a tremendous amount of instability all over the planet, and great instability could eventually set the stage for war on a global scale. ------------------------------------------------------ Iran's Renewed 'Promise' to the Palestinians - by Khaled Abu Toameh - https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/17648/iran-promise-palestinians As the Biden administration continues to talk about the need for confidence-building measures between Israel and the Palestinians to create an environment to reach a two-statesolution, the leaders of various Palestinian factions are seeking Iran's support for their jihad (holy war) against Israel. Leaders of Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and other factions who visited Iran recently to attend the inaugurationof President Ebrahim Raisi, seem to be satisfied with the promise they received from the mullahs in Tehran. The Biden administration wants to advance confidence-building measures between Israel and the Palestinians. The Palestinian terrorist groups and their supporters, however, want confidence-building measures with any country that is willing to support them in realizing their dream of destroying Israel. The Biden administration can probably promote some form of confidence-building measures between Israel and the Palestinian Authority headed by Mahmoud Abbas. There is noway, however, that the Biden administration would be able to advance such measures between Israel and Iran's Palestinian proxies. Raisi and other Iranian officials assured the Palestinian leaders that Iran will continue to support the Palestinians in their fight against Israel. This means that Iranunder Raisi will continue to provide the Palestinian terrorist groups in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip with financial and military aid. Iran did not promise to contribute to the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip in the aftermath of May's 11-day war between Hamas and Israel. Iran did not promise to build newhospitals and schools in the Gaza Strip. Iran did not promise to help the two million Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip cope with the rising number of Covid-19 infections. During separate meetings with the Palestinian leaders, Raisi underlined that the Islamic Republic "will continue to support Palestine as the main issue of the Muslim world." "We have never had and will never have any doubt about this policy," Raisi said during the meeting with Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh. "In our view, Palestine has been andwill be the first issue of the Muslim world." Raisi lauded the Hamas leader for his optimism about eliminating Israel. He said that the rockets and missiles fired into Israel by Hamas and PIJ during the recent war showedthat a great leap has been made in the fight against Israel. "Today, signs of great victory of the resistance movement have emerged and Operation Saif Al-Quds ["Sword of Jerusalem," the name Hamas uses to refer to the last war withIsrael] was one of the signs of this victory," Raisi added. Haniyeh, for his part, assured the Iranian president and other senior officials in Tehran that Hamas will stand by Iran in any conflict with the US and Israel. In a meeting with PIJ Secretary-General Ziyad al-Nakhalah, Raisi "stressed the importance of supporting the oppressed Palestinian people against Israeli aggression." Nakhalah said the Islamic Republic is a model of peaceful transition of power in the world while there was a power-transfer conflict in the US just a few months ago. In another meeting with secretary general of the PFLP, Talal Naji, and his deputy, Abu Ahmad Fuad, the Iranian president said that "Palestine and the liberation of Al-Quds(Jerusalem) are the most important issues of the Muslim world." Naji, for his part, said that the fight against Israel will continue "until the final victory against the Israeli regime." He too assured the Iranians that the Palestinianterrorist groups would "stand by the Iranian people because the Islamic Republic seeks to protect security of the entire region." The speaker of the Iranian parliament, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, also met with the Palestinian leaders and "reaffirmed Tehran's support for Palestine until the liberationof Jerusalem." Additionally, the Palestinian leaders met with the Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), Major General Hossein Salami, who told them that the "declineof the Zionist regime is a reality that can be materialized soon." The "decline of the Zionist regime" is a euphemism for the elimination of Israel, an open and declared goal of the mullahs of Iran. "Given the undeniable realities on the ground, we rest assured that the decline of the Zionist regime is more than a wish, a reality that can happen in the near future,"said General Salami. He stressed that "only power can force the rebellious Zionists to go quiet. Strengthening of Palestine is a strategy and a way that should never be stopped." General Salami dismissed the idea that Israel is invincible: "This idea [of invincibility] collapsed suddenly with the Operation Saif al-Quds, and this battle showed thatit is Palestine that has become powerful, and the decline and collapse of the fake Zionist regime is definite." Emboldened by the promises they received during their visit to Iran, the Palestinian faction leaders seem more defiant than ever and are stepping up their threats not onlyagainst Israel, but also against Arab countries that seek to normalize their relations with Israel. Days after the visit to Tehran, several Palestinian factions again denounced Arabs for normalizing their relations with Israel. The warning came in response to Israeli ForeignMinister Yair Lapid's recent visit to Morocco. The factions condemned Lapid's visit as a "crime" against the Palestinians and called on the Arabs "to reject normalization with the Zionist entity." Iran's renewed promise to help the Palestinians in their fight against Israel shows that the mullahs in Tehran feel emboldened by the perceived weakness of the Biden administrationand other Western powers in dealing with the Iranian nuclear threat. Apparently, Raisi and his friends in Tehran are convinced that the US and the Europeans do not care if Iran continues supplying weapons and money to Palestinian terror groupswhose declared goal is to kill as many Jews as possible and annihilate Israel. Appeasing the mullahs or failing to hold them to account for their continued support of the terrorists will lead to yet more bloodletting in the Middle East. The silenceof the US and the rest of the international community towards the latest threats from Iran and its Palestinian proxies signals that it is only a matter of time before the Palestinian terror groups' jihad toward Israel, most likely enthusiastically assistedby Iran, resurges in a way that is entirely expectable. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Collapse Of Afghanistan Has Brought Us A Lot Closer ToA Chinese Invasion Of Taiwan - by Michael Snyder - http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/the-collapse-of-afghanistan-has-brought-us-a-lot-closer-to-a-chinese-invasion-of-taiwan/ The way that the Biden administration has handled the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan is not going to bring peace. Instead, I believe that it is going to result in morewar. For decades, the overwhelming strength of the United States restrained other major powers from becoming too adventurous. But now the stunning defeat in Afghanistan has exposed how weak we have become. At this point, the U.S. is like a rapidly aging boxerthat is becoming even more feeble with each passing day. At one time we may have been able to take on anyone, but now we are in an advanced state of decline and we have utterly incompetent leadership in the White House, in Congress and in the Pentagon. As I discussed yesterday, the debacle that is currently playing out in Kabul is going to greatly embolden the enemies of the United States. In particular, Chinese leaders are absolutely loving what they are seeing, and they can’t help but express their delight… Chinese state media, meanwhile, reported on America’s “humiliation” in Afghanistan with relish, using scenes of the chaotic US evacuation and swift resurgence of the Talibanas proof of the superiority of China’s hands-off approach to other countries’ internal affairs. “The drastic change in Afghanistan’s situation is undoubtedly a heavy blow to the US. It declared the complete failure of US intent to reshape Afghanistan,” the state-runtabloid Global Times said in an editorial published late on Sunday night. “This defeat of the US is a clearer demonstration of US impotence than the Vietnam War — the US is indeed like a ‘paper tiger.'” In this instance, the Chinese are 100 percent correct. The United States really has become a “paper tiger”. Our “woke military” has become a pathetic shadow of what it once was, and even if we had a competent military the brass in the Pentagon would have no idea how to use itbecause they are completely and utterly clueless. And this is a huge problem for our friends in Taiwan, because the U.S. military has been the only thing holding the Chinese back from invading the island. After watching how we abandoned our friends in Afghanistan, the Chinese publicly taunted authorities in Taiwan and warned that we would do the exact same thing to them… It published an editorial contrasting the U.S. commitment to Afghanistan and its commitment to Taiwan, and concluding that if it “abandoned” Afghanistan, then the rulingpro-independence Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) in Taiwan should “wake up from their dreams.” “From what happened in Afghanistan, they should perceive that once a war breaks out in the [Taiwan] Straits, the island’s defense will collapse in hours and the U.S. militarywon’t come to help,” Global Times opined. “As a result, the DPP authorities will quickly surrender, while some high-level officials may flee by plane.” U.S. and Chinese strategists both know that if China decided to invade Taiwan the U.S. military would not be able to prevent it from happening. But there has always been an understanding that such a move would result in a very strong military response from the United States, and that has always held the Chineseback. Unfortunately, the status quo may not last for too much longer. The Chinese can see that Joe Biden is in an advanced state of decline both physically and mentally, and he is surrounded by the most incompetent team that any presidenthas had in modern American history. The Chinese can also see that the U.S. has lost the will to fight. We didn’t even attempt to delay the Taliban when they came storming into Kabul, and now all we want todo is to evacuate our people and go home. At this point the Biden administration doesn’t want any more foreign wars, most Democrats don’t want any more foreign wars and most Republicans don’t want any more foreignwars. So would the American people actually want a military confrontation with the Chinese if they invaded Taiwan? Probably not. And would the American people support threatening the Chinese with a nuclear response if Taiwan was invaded? Definitely not. But I do believe that the Biden administration would feel forced to come up with some sort of a military response if China invaded, and such a response could result in astate of war between our two countries. Here in the western world, most people simply do not understand how important taking Taiwan is to Chinese leaders. To the CCP, Taiwan has always been considered Chineseterritory, and reintegrating Taiwan with China is a core issue of fundamental importance. If Taiwan was successfully conquered, it would bring great national pride, and the leaders responsible would be regarded as legendary national heroes. The Chinese regard Taiwan as a rebellious province that is run by dangerous insurgents, and they have repeatedly warned that any attempts by Taiwan to formally declare independencewill result in invasion. Of course the people of Taiwan see things very differently, and they have always counted on the United States to protect them. But now the weakness of the U.S. has been exposed, and the Chinese are becoming increasingly aggressive… China carried out assault drills near Taiwan on Tuesday, with warships and fighter jets exercising off the southwest and southeast of the island in what the country’s armedforces said was a response to “external interference” and “provocations”. Taiwan, which Beijing claims as Chinese territory, has complained of repeated People’s Liberation Army (PLA) drills in its vicinity in the past two years or so, part ofa pressure campaign to force the island to accept China’s sovereignty. And last month the Chinese actually simulated an amphibious invasion of Taiwan… The latest drill includes assault landings and island-control exercises in a bid to demonstrate the communist state’s military might. It was conducted as the country is preparing its soldiers in case of an insurgency in Taiwan, Chinese state media reports. For a long time, I have been warning that the United States and China would eventually go to war. And it appears that Taiwan could potentially trigger such a conflict. If Trump was still in the White House, the Chinese probably would not make a move any time soon. But now they smell weakness. Biden is weak, our “woke military” is weak, and the American people have no desire for more military conflict. That makes this an ideal time for the Chinese to try to achieve one of their most important national goals, and so let us hope that they choose not to pull the trigger. ------------------------------------------------------------ Destabilizingthe World By Hal Lindsey At a July 8thnews conference, a reporter asked President Biden if a Taliban takeover of Afghanistan was inevitable. The President answered that was not inevitable. As evidence, he said, The Afghan troops have 300,000 well-equipped as well-equipped as any army in theworld and an air force against something like 75,000 Taliban. Three hundred thousand well-equipped, well-trained members of the Afghan military versus 75,000 ragtag Taliban. We have to assume that the Presidentof the United States got those numbers from US intelligence services. If they were correct, how did the 75,000 overrun the 300,000-strong, US-equipped army in a little over a week? If the numbers are incorrect, how did the US get it so wrong? Next, a reporter asked the President if he trusts the Taliban. You may have seen his response. Its a its a silly question, he answered. Do Itrust the Taliban? No. But I trust the capacity of the Afghan military, who is better trained, better equipped, and more re- more competent in terms of conducting war. And that is what brought on the debacle in Afghanistan. American planners thought that billions of dollars worth of American military hardware wouldgive the Afghan military the advantage it needed to hold the country. They felt that with years even decades of training, Afghan fighters would be formidable. They ignored the warning signs, including high levels of corruption and graft among Afghanistanmilitary leaders. But most of all, the American planners forgot that wars are not won by military equipment, but by men men who believe in the cause, and whose commitmentand trustworthiness make them resolute and courageous. And that should deeply concern every US citizen because in recent years our military has changed. Instead of training men to win wars, we train them to be politically correct. Top levels of the militaryhave changed their focus from readiness to wokeness. Todays American leaders have no wrong idea of what made America great in the first place. They think military hardware is the key to military might. They think if we can just get radical Muslim nations to embrace democracy, they will suddenly become reasonable and kindhearted. That didnt work in Iraq. It is not working in Gaza. And it is a disaster in Afghanistan. The United States was never a Christian nation in the traditional sense. Instead of a state-church, our forefathers wrote religious freedom into ourconstitution. But until recently, this country revered God and the Bible. That reverence put steel into Americas backbone. The nation often failed to live up to Gods standards, but those standards freed the slaves and inspired the civil rights movement. Those standards became the basis for the Declaration of Independence and for the Bill of Rights. The United States now seems intent on throwing away this great heritage of faith and with it the rights we once cherished. Meanwhile, the President has been forced to do what he said he could not do trust the Taliban. They control the country of Afghanistan. They decidewho can go to the airport and who cannot. They are in charge. The fantastic military hardware we once thought would make our allies strong, now belongs to the Taliban. The implications of all this will resonate for years to come. The US debacle in Afghanistan is further destabilizing an already unstable world. In otherwords, planet earth is being rapidly prepared for the coming leader known as Antichrist. Taliban triumph: Israel, Arab states can no longer depend on US.... By: JNS The Talibans quick takeover of Afghanistan has Middle Eastern countries deeply concerned about their dependence on the U.S. security umbrella. Elliott Abrams, who served as Special Representative for Iran and Venezuela during the Donald Trump administration, told JNS that Arab states could be expected to increase security cooperation and consultation with Israel though we will not see most ofit. Asked how this could influence Irans thinking, Abrams replied, I believe that Iran will have concluded the Biden team is not first-rate and wants to avoid confrontations, so Iran is more likely to test them now than it was six months ago. I think the chances of going back to the JCPOA (the 2015 Iran nuclear deal) are down to perhaps 20 percent now, and the big question is what Biden will do as Iran continues its nuclear program as the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) reportedthis week, said Abrams. The IAEA said in a report on Tuesday that Iran has accelerated its enrichment of uranium to near weapons-grade level, according to Reuters. Additionally, a report from the IAEA released on Monday found that Iran continues to produce uranium metal. Responding to Mondays report, U.S. State Department spokesman Ned Price said that Iran has no credible need to produce uranium metal, which has direct relevance to nuclear weapons development. Uranium metal can be used to build the core of a nuclear bomb. Abrams, a senior fellow for Middle Eastern studies at the Council on Foreign Relations, wrote in his Pressure Points blog that the Afghanistan collapse and the Abraham Accords are related in that Arab states face threats in a region dominated by Iran, Turkey, and Israel. What is happening in Afghanistan will deepen the impression among Arab governments that they cannot rely on the United States to protect their security as they used to, he stated. So those states have increasingly drawn the conclusion that they have one neighbor who unlike Iran or Turkey poses no threat to them, and who continually displays a firm willingness to use military power against its enemies. Thats Israel. Therefore, ironically, the abrupt American withdrawal from Afghanistan could draw some Arab states closer to Israel. Indeed, this week in Jerusalem, Abbas Kamel, director of the Egyptian General Intelligence Directorate, met with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, where he extended an invitation for a state visit by Bennett to Egypt in the next few weeks. A visit by Bennett to Egypt would be the first by an Israeli leader in nearly a decade; Benjamin Netanyahu visited in 2011. John Hannah, a senior fellow at the Jewish Institute for National Security of America, told JNS that over the past several decades, few states have done more to base their national security on U.S. power, presence and credibility than the Arab states ofthe Gulf and Jordan. An American failure on the scale of Afghanistans collapse, including the reckless abandonment of longstanding allies in the Afghan government and military, cannot help but send shudders through vulnerable U.S. partners in the Arab world and make them wonderwhat steps they need to take to make sure they dont become the next victim of Washingtons headlong retreat from the Middle East and global leadership, Hannah said. Ironically, many observers point to former President Barack Obamas own pursuit of the Iran nuclear deal in 2015 as planting the seeds for the Abraham Accords negotiated under former President Donald Trump. Arab allies of the U.S., afraid that the nucleardeal would be a windfall for Iran, turned to Israel as a result. Taliban takeover harms Islamism by repulsing Muslims Daniel Pipes, president of the Middle East Forum, said, The cataclysm in Afghanistan has two great implications for the outside world: the Taliban victory and the American defeat. Counterintuitively, the Talibans triumph harms Islamism and even Islam because the Taliban represent such extremism that their success repulses many more Muslims than it attracts, said Pipes, adding The American defeat will benefit governments hostileto the United States, especially China but also Russia, Pakistan, and Iran, as U.S. allies hedge their bets. Hannah noted that as a result of the perception of American weakness in association with the Afghanistan debacle, different nations doubts will grow in regard to whether the U.S. will have their backs when times get tough. He said, What hedging strategies will Middle East governments pursue? Appeasing an emboldened Iran? Pursuing greater ties with China and Russia? Secretly seeking their own nuclear deterrent? VISIT: PROPHECY WATCHER WEEKLY NEWS: HTTP://PROPHECY-WATCHER-WEEKLY-NEWS.BLOGSPOT.COM
