2021 Death surge implies the cure may be worse than the cause - Bill Wilson � www.dailyjot.com An analysis of 2021 deaths by actuaries of OneAmerica, a $100 billion, 145-year-old Indiana life insurance company, indicates a death rate increase of 40% from pre-pandemiclevels, with an alarming majority of deaths in primarily working-age people 18-64. Another study of death certificates by The Epoch Times corroborates this phenomena, reporting deaths among people aged 18-49 increased �more than 40% in the 12 months endingOctober 2021 compared to the same period in 2018-2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic.� A January 7 Morbidity study by the Centers for Disease Control indicated that 77.8% of deaths of vaccinated people had at least four or more comorbidity risk factors. OneAmerica�s CEO Scott Davison told reporters on January 1, �We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business�death rates areup 40% over what they were pre-pandemic�Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic. So 40% is just unheard of.� He said most of the claims for deaths being filed are notclassified as COVID-19 deaths. He said, �What the data is showing to us is that the deaths that are being reported as COVID deaths greatly understate the actual death losses among working-age people from the pandemic. It may not all be COVID on their deathcertificate, but deaths are up just huge, huge numbers.� He said both short- and long-term disability claims also are on the rise over pre-pandemic levels. On January 9, CDC head Rochelle Walensky was asked by Fox News anchor Bret Baier if she knew how many of the 836,000 US deaths linked to COVID are from COVID or how manyare with COVID but they had other comorbidities. Walensky side-stepped the question by answering, �Yes, of course with Omicron we�re following that very carefully. Our death registry, of course, takes a few weeks to collect, and of course, Omicron has justbeen with us for a few weeks, but those data will be forthcoming.� The CDC Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System reported 1,017,001 adverse events for the COVID vaccines as of December 31, 2021, including 23,048 deaths and 38,219 disabilities. CDC makes thesenumbers very hard to find and, as seen by Walensky�s answer, there�s a reluctance to release information not supporting the narrative. Dr. Robert Malone, an inventor of the mRNA vaccine technology, says, �IF this (trend) holds true, then the genetic vaccines so aggressively promoted have failed, and theclear federal campaign to prevent early treatment with lifesaving drugs has contributed to a massive, avoidable loss of life�in (presumably) workers that have been forced to accept a toxic vaccine at higher frequency relative to the general population�Allmajor mass media and the social media technology companies have coordinated to stifle and suppress any discussion of the risks of the genetic vaccines AND/OR alternative early treatments.� Like in the end times of Jacob�s Trouble, the Lord said in Jeremiah30:13, �There is no one to plead your cause, That you may be bound up; You have no healing medicines.� Hence, the government cure may be worse than the cause. Recording breaking in all the wrong ways. Now that it has drawn to a close, it is perhaps time to start looking more deeply into 2022 and to ponderingwhat prophecy-related challenges this new year may bring. Many of the issues and trends established in 2021 will continue unabated into and throughout 2022. Many of these trends will become even more entrenched. Some will, no doubt,turn into genuine crisis points for the world. The following summaries are by no means complete, but they do represent a precis of where I personally see some of the main issues occurring over the next twelve months,especially from a biblically prophetical point of view. I intend to touch on a number of key areas in the following articles, encompassing Coronavirus, the global pandemic and the erosion of personal freedom, Israel, and finally, the key world geopoliticalflashpoints for 2022. All these areas are spheres any Christian should be watching closely. However, before I begin, a word of caution – call it a caveat, if you will. As a Christian who believes in a literal interpretation of the Bible, and especially of Bibleprophecy, it is my contention that events are now increasingly spiraling out of control in all spheres. I believe the momentum of events is speeding up too. I genuinely believe that this fallen world has now reached, indeed has far exceeded, the point of noreturn. It is clearly a fallen world closing in on its death throes, and the only hope here, now or ever, is to be found in a personal salvation established in the blood of, and a personal relationship with, Jesus Christ. The way of salvation today is just as clear and open to all as it was two thousand years ago. As Paul explained to his jailer 2,000 years ago, so he explains to us all today, “…and after he brought them out, he said, ‘Sirs, what must I do to be saved?'” They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…” (Acts 16:30-31). Outside of Jesus, there simply is no hope, individually or corporately. In a world increasingly devoid of hope, this message is all the more important and prescient forit. Today is the day of salvation, not tomorrow, “For he says, ‘In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.’ I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation'” (2 Corinthians 6:2). If you have yet to make that fateful decision for Jesus Christ, then do it today. None of us are promised any tomorrows, “…seek the Lord while He may be found; call on Himwhile He is near” (Isaiah 55:6). History, and world events, often take place on a continuum. It is therefore easy to predict that some trends and events next year will likely impact in much the same wayas they have this year. However, it is my contention that these multiple flashpoints are now, alongside other prophetic indicators, converging into a potentially bigger world engulfing series ofcrises that are beginning to feed into one another. This in itself will likely increase the frequency and severity of what may potentially take place over the next twelve months. The first potential flashpoint to note for 2022, and the main focus of this article, is perhaps the most obvious one: Covid-19. This is the biggest global topic of 2021and will no doubt be one of the biggest of 2022. Covid-19 and the endless pandemic it has birthed is not going anywhere anytime soon. It is hard to quantify the amount of damage Covid-19 has caused over the last 12 months. The damage to the economies of the world alone has been almost incalculable. Thenegative impact upon trade, tourism, small, medium and larger businesses, and to business owners, the self-employed, those who have lost their jobs because of the pandemic… I could literally go on and on about its impacts. Nothing like this has occurred inrecent history, and in terms of impact alone, certainly from an economic point of view, it sits right alongside the Second World War in respect to the damage caused to the worldwide economy. Yet, despite this, I genuinely believe that some of the more severe consequences that will come to be associated with Covid-19 may remain yet future. Covid-19 has already deeply impacted our personal freedoms and our civil liberties. This erosion will certainly continue into 2022. Covid-19 is going to be used more andmore as a platform to radically change and erode personal freedoms in 2022. To put it bluntly, we are all losing key rights and freedoms in this pandemic that we will never ever get back, short of the return of Jesus Christ himself. It is highly likely that it will not be too long, perhaps in 2022, that we will see the first ruling for mandatory vaccinations taking place. As of this writing, there isa decision still pending in the U.S. Supreme Court about Biden’s vaccine mandate, which is certain to affect U.S. businesses nationwide. (1) Of course, it will not be labeled as such. People will still have “a choice.” The catch, though, will be that businesses will not be able to employ you unless you take thatvaccination, and shops will not allow you to buy your groceries unless you can prove you are vaccinated. Either way, it will be the same — comply or suffer the consequences. No jab will very soon equal no job. Unfortunately, for those who choose to remain unvaccinated, I suspect 2022 will not be any easier a place for them than 2021 has been. It is my opinion, just from observingthe news and in conversations generally, that many of the vaccinated are rapidly losing their patience with the unvaccinated. This is especially so as one of the many falsehoods circulating right now in Western Europe and America is that the vaccinated arehaving to take all these necessary precautions imposed upon them by Covid-19 expressly to protect the unvaccinated. That this is just plain nonsense becomes clear when one considers that Omicron, the most recent and virulent variant, is currently spreadingwith equal speed among both the unvaccinated and the vaccinated alike. It will also not be long, perhaps in 2022, when every person in Western Europe and the United States of America will have to be able to produce some form of digital “CovidPassport” just to access basic services and facilities. It will not be too long before just such a digital ID will be needed to even “buy and sell.” We have heard this before, and we all know just where that particular thread is heading, “…that no man can buy or sell, save he that have the mark or the name of the beast or the number of his name” (Revelation 13:17). This time is almost upon us. How long before this digital passport — already so brazenly and openly discussed by politicians and lawmakers of every political persuasion,which will also be linked to our finances, debt history, social security, criminal records and more — will be replaced “for ease” with some kind of chip, or a quantum Nano tattoo? No doubt inserted on the right hand or the forehead. “…and he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in the right hand, or in their foreheads…” (Revelation 13:16-17). In terms of the Coronavirus itself, I also have to wonder if this pandemic will yet take another, more ominous turn. Other commentators have talked often in columns suchas this about the birth pains associated with the end of the age. They have talked about how both the frequency and intensity of the birth pains will increase the closer we get to that final terminal hour. With regard to Covid-19, the one question I am constantlyasking myself is not how this current phase will come to an end so that life may return to normal (life is never going back to the way it was before), but what may be coming next, further down the line? No matter what one’s views currently are on the severity of Covid-19, or whether one believes this current crisis is whipped up out of all proportion or not, we do knowfrom scripture that pestilences are a big part of end-time events, that a huge swath of the earth’s population will be killed by just such pestilences and diseases, in just a short time to come. The obvious question one has to ask at this point is whetherthe pestilences described in scripture are, in fact, further variants of Covid-19, ones that are far more infectious, transmissible and deadly, or something altogether different? One of the huge, unspoken worries at the moment by those involved in public health is the potential emergence of a super mutation. Currently, with the rise of Omicron, thereare two pandemics taking place simultaneously in the world. There is a Delta pandemic and an Omicron pandemic, both separate but taking place at the same time in the same places. The big concern is that an individual who is already immunosuppressed, such asa person living with undiagnosed HIV, may get the Delta variant and the Omicron variant at the same time. The worry is that this could or may then mutate and combine together into a super mutation that would have the transmissibility of Omicron but the increaseddetrimental health impacts of Delta. Only time will tell, but it would not surprise me at all if at least some of the pestilences that are described as wiping out a huge percentage of mankind at the end ofthis age were much more deadly variants of the relatively mild disease that we currently know as Covid-19. But, of greater interest to Christians is the precedent that is being set by the reaction to the virus by governments around the world. This issue will be briefly addressed here along with some reasonswhy the vaccination is not the Mark of the Beast. On the Threshold of the Mark� Everyone has a story to back up their opinion on the vaccination, but the elephant in the room that nobody will admit exists is the fact that this whole crisis is not somuch about health as it is about developing protocols for controlling the masses. Nothing in recent history has lent itself to the debut of Revelation 13:16 like the international response to this virus. And the consequence of that response is what demandsattention from believers. That is, we are on the threshold of the scenario that is described in Revelation 13, and this emphasizes to all who have eyes to see and ears to hear that the removal of the Church is indeed imminent. The issue that should stop us dead in our tracks is that Satan now has a tool that has been refined to an effective degree. That is, he knows a way to force a nation�s citizensto cower and to thus be manipulated into a knee-jerk reaction to almost any crisis, real or imagined. All it takes is for their leadership to exploit the crisis by using the incessant outpouring of fear (no matter how unreasonable) together with unconstitutionalgovernment mandates and threats. Most of us remember Rahm Emanuel and his infamous statement, �Never allow a good crisis to go to waste. It�s an opportunity to do things you once thought were impossible.� This is made easier through 21st Century technology that has elevated the ability for totalitarian governments to monitor the lives of their citizens to unimaginable levels. Students of WWII history know that the Nazi regime convinced a multitude of normal people to engage in and support the imposition of some of the most draconian and liberty-destroyingpractices known to humanity. And, some of the GESTAPO�s most effective tools for spying on their own people were common citizen moles along with low-tech tools like filing cabinets containing folders and 3�5 cards. Technology has made it much easier to spy on citizens today. No filing cabinets are needed. It is impossible to imagine the volume of information that governments and corporations, like Amazon, harvest on the habits and activities of regular people and the real-timespeed at which it can be accessed, cataloged, and wholesaled to interested parties. Every modern entertainment/communication/surveillance device found along public streets and highways including those in many homes and businesses is or is potentially an informationvacuum cleaner. �But Not the Mark Note how this unrestricted access to the details of people�s lives fits with Revelation 13:16-17, �And it makes everyone � small and great, rich and poor, free and slave � toreceive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark: the beast�s name or the number of its name.� The word �it� refers to the second beast which is from the earth; students commonly refer to him as theFalse Prophet (FP). Perhaps the Mark will be Satan�s attempt to deceive as many people as possible by imitating God, as seen in Revelation 3:12 and 22:4. Some scholars believe what this amountsto is compulsion under a semblance of choice. But, no matter how it might look, the program will be just one big charade designed to deceive and control. The question continues to come up in print and in discussions, �Could the Wuhan vaccination actually be the Mark of the Beast?� No, it is not. But, it does appear possiblethat people�s response to the virus might become the precedent for the way they will respond when Antichrist demands worldwide acceptance of his Mark. There are several reasons why the vax is not the Mark, and I will submit three for your consideration. The first reason that comes to mind is that the word translated �mark� means a stamp. A good example would be the impress on a coin, or a tattoo or a logo. As generationscome and go, the question as to what this Mark will look like has been debated many times. But, at the end of the day, the only thing we can know for sure is that it will be some kind of stamp that is placed on a person�s forehead or right hand. The Chi-Com Virus vaccination is not a stamp; it is an intramuscular injection; thus, it is disqualified from being the Mark of the Beast. Trying to figure out the detailsabout the Mark itself and its administration might be interesting to some, but that seems to be an exercise in futility (at least at this point in time) and a waste of time. Another reason we can know the vaccination is not the Mark is that the mandates are coming from politicians, bureaucrats, conglomerate board members/CEOs, et. al. None ofthose people qualify as the False Prophet. The fact that any number of them have hearts that are as evil as that of the coming FP is not in doubt, but none are currently in the chair the FP will occupy in the very near future. When Antichrist rises to the level of prominence as described in Scripture, he will select by some currently unknown method the man who will become the FP. It is possiblethat someone presently involved in mandates could be chosen. Though that point is mere speculation, it is the studied opinion of many students of prophecy that the Antichrist and the False Prophet are indeed alive at this present moment. Make no mistake � Satan is not omniscient; he did not see this Chi-Com Virus pandemic coming. Equally true, though, is the fact he may exploit the world�s present responseto his future advantage. The American Response Each reader can think of other reasons why the vaccination is not the Mark of the Beast, but there is only one more that I want to mention. Before I do that, however, thereis something I wish to say about this vaccination whose immediate and long-term effects are unknown and are suspect even now. If a person believes they need the shot or that they need to wear a mask, then by all means get the shot and wear a mask. Wear it even if you are alone in a vehicle on thehighway, as some actually do! However, if a person chooses to not participate in a global experiment whose effect is not known, it is their choice. A U.S. Navy Commander was recently relieved of his duties because he chose to not take the shot. Imagine! All because of the reckless mandate by a demagogue sitting in afancy office somewhere. This man is an American career Naval officer whose future is now destroyed because he chose to exercise the liberty he has devoted his life to protecting. Was the bloodshed by liberty-loving patriots at North Bridge after firing the �shot heard round the world� all in vain? A foolish and politically correct mandate is a slippery slope, and once it is entered upon, it is extremely difficult to get off. There is no end to the damage that canbe done to liberty. On a whim, a president or his bureaucrats can issue a mandate that changes the course of life horribly for a person, a family, or a business. Such people care not a rip for the irreparable harm and suffering they impose upon citizens. And,it is all blatantly done with elitist indifference! There was a time when most Americans would choose to die on their feet rather than to live on their knees. That was the case in 1776. The Church�s Assurance But, the major reason we can know with the greatest of assurance that the vaccination is not the Mark is the fact that the Church is still on earth. The Mark will be imposedduring the Tribulation. The Tribulation does not begin until the Church is removed from the world followed by a false peace that is brokered by the Antichrist. As long as the Church is present on earth, there can be no Antichrist, no False Prophet, and no Mark. Difficult times are already here for many people, but what is called �difficult times� today cannot in any way be compared to what is going to happen from Revelation 6 to 19. We thank God the Bride of Christ will not be here to see it! Once again, the vaccination is not the Mark of the Beast. Take it if you think you must, and be rest assured, you are not taking the Mark of the Beast.
