The difficult journey ahead - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com The pandemic emergency in which American citizens ceded their civil rights to government mandates and lockdowns must end now. Enough damage has been inflicted upon individuals,businesses and the economy by the government, big pharma, a propaganda media machine, divisive politicians and Supreme Court justices that are so out of touch they can’t even accurately cite their own government’s statistics. Delta is receding. Omicron ismild and is providing immunity. It’s time for the government and the leftist politicians to put away their harmful and hateful fear-mongering agendas, and do the right thing: End the pandemic emergency and focus on responding to the aftermath of the crisisthey created. There is going to be much to fix. The economy, ransacked by reckless and ill-advised leftist policies, must be addressed. The aftermath of lockdowns, outrageous deficitspending, irresponsible imaginations about green energy and climate control, and job killing decisions—all contributing to out of control inflation will take years, maybe decades, to resolve. Foreign policy, which was so focused on mandates and migration,allowed for state actors such as Russia, China and Iran to advance their evil agendas somewhat under the radar. These are delicate and complicated international minefields that must be navigated carefully and firmly otherwise they will result in death anddestruction for many. The most challenging issue will be the long-term effects of the government health policies. Vaccines may have prevented some people from dying, but the side effects arejust beginning to surface. CDC mandated treatment protocols and financial incentives for hospitals also may have caused more deaths than the vaccines saved. Incoming studies from reputable institutions are indicating alarming unexplained death rate increasesin people 18-49, myocarditis, blood clots and other organ and brain issues in the vaccinated population. A Columbia University study concluded that VAERS deaths are 20 times higher than estimated (up to 400,000 deaths in the US) and that the risks of COVIDvaccination outweigh the benefits in children, young and middle age adults, and in older age groups with low occupational risk. The authors said, “no one, especially those with good intentions and high hopes but who were misled by less-than-rigorous science, wants to acknowledge the possibility thatthe COVID vaccines and their boosters may be causing more harm than good overall. The sooner the taboo surrounding research and discussion of vaccine-induced injury and death is lifted, the sooner public health policy can be adjusted and resources can be mobilizedto identify and develop therapies and interventions.” Government and big pharma historically reject health issues tied to vaccines. But given current technology and data analysis, it may be more difficult to deny. Proverbs 13:10 says, “Nothing but by pridecomes strife, but with the well-advised is wisdom.” Wisdom will be needed to meet the challenges ahead. It will be a difficult journey. That is, all except those who illegally cross the border. OSHA, after a Supreme Court smackdown, officially withdrew Joe Biden�s vaccine mandate on companies with 100 employees or more, saying itjust wanted to protect unvaccinated workers of large employers �from workplace exposure to coronavirus.� Really? The vaccine does not prevent contracting or transmitting COVID. OSHA says it will be back with a permanent COVID �healthcare standard.� But wait,there�s more. Former head of the Food and Drug Administration, now on the Pfizer board of directors�isn�t that a cozy gig�Dr. Scott Gottlieb, told CNBC that the time is coming where maskand vaccine mandates should be removed as quickly as they were put in place. He said, �I think a lot of the acrimony that we are having here in the United States is because we haven�t prescribed clear goal posts for when we are going to withdraw a lot of thesemeasures.� Talk about moving goal posts, Townhall.com reports that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla openly stated during a J.P. Morgan healthcare conference this week that current COVID vaccines the company developed offer �limited, if any� protection against contractingcurrent variants of the disease. He then encouraged booster shots. Huh? Couple that with White House COVID Czar Dr. Anthony Fauci�s remarks on ABC�s This Week and there is total removal of the goal posts. Fauci said, �But we do know�these arethe recent data that have come out from the CDC that, even with Omicron, boosting makes a major, major difference in protecting you from hospitalization and severe outcomes, so things are looking good.� The head of the company that made the vaccine just saidthat the vaccines offer �limited, if any� protection against variants like Omicron. Talk about conflicting statements from the captains of the COVID battle. By the way, Fauci also said that those people who haven�t been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 orreceived vaccine booster shots may still see �a bit more pain and suffering with hospitalizations.� In the same interview, Fauci said, �You never want to be overconfident when you�re dealing with this virus. But if you look at the patterns that we�ve seen in South Africa,in the UK, and in Israel and in the northeast and New England and upper Midwest states, they have peaked and [are] starting to come down rather sharply.� So what is it? Foreigners entering the country need to be vaccinated, or not? The mandates need to end,or are more government restrictions coming? The vaccines protect against new variants, or don�t they? Has the virus and variants peaked, or not? One thing for certain, Fauci was right that there will be more pain and suffering�but for everyone. James 1:8 says, �A doubleminded man is unstable in all his ways.� And that has been the lies and deceit during this entire COVID fiasco�doublemindedness.
