WORLD AT WAR: 1.21.23 - War And Warnings

War And Warnings By Amir Tsarfati - https://harbingersdaily.com/worldview-with-amir-tsarfati-war-and-warnings/ Russia to Deploy Game-Changing Weapon Many have heard of UAVs, unmanned aerial vehicles. Prepare yourself for the advent of the UUV, the unmanned underwater vehicle. If youre thinking, Wow, thats not very exciting, read on. Russia has completed production of the Poseidon, a nuclear capable super torpedo. The weapon measures 80 feet long, travels over 110 km/hr, and can reach a depth of 3000 feet. Designed to deploy on Russias Belgorod class nuclear submarines, it isnot the torpedos size nor speed that is most frightening. It is its strength. Detonating with power 3300 times greater than the atomic bomb that devastated Hiroshima, this weapon is designed to trigger a radioactive tsunami that will destroy coastal citiesand make them uninhabitable for decades. This is a game-changing weapon. Listen to my Breaking News Update from Tuesday for more information. Belaruss Role in Russia/Ukraine Conflict Growing Belarus has become a launching pad for Russian bombers and missiles, as was evidenced by a major attack last Saturday originating in that country. Many see Moscow pressuringMinsk to join the war, and many others see Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko all too eager to do so. Now the two countries have begun joint air force drills that will last until February 1. But before anyone gets too concerned about these drills, FirstDeputy State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council Pavel Muraveyko was quick to offer reassurance that the exercise is purely defensive in nature. This Belarusian fear of invasion is totally logical since the Ukrainians apparently dont have enoughto do already trying to get the Russians out of their country. Massive Russian Cruise Missile Barrage Devastates Many Ukrainian Cities After a nearly two-week layoff, Russia restarted their cruise missile attacks with an enormous barrage on Saturday. Cities throughout Ukraine were hit. The targets were bothcivilian and infrastructure-related, and the electrical supply to most citizens country wide was cut off. Particularly hard hit was Dnipro where a missile slammed into an apartment building, killing at least nine and wounding 64 more. Ukrainian Cabinet Minister Killed in Helicopter Crash Ukraines Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky and most of his staff were among those killed when a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten in Kyiv. The estimates of the deadare between 14 and 20, with at least one being a child. Eleven children were included among the 25 injured. While it is unclear whether the crash was due to fog or if it was a casualty of war, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wasnt prepared to make those kindsof distinctions. There are no accidents at wartime, he said. These are all war results. US Ammunition to Ukraine can Degrade Russian/Israeli Relations The United States keeps a large stockpile of military weapons in Israel in case they are needed in the Middle East. Of late, America has been dipping into it to send thousandsof artillery shells to Ukraine. This has the very real possibility of further damaging the already deteriorating relations between Russia and Israel, even though Israel has nothing to do with the transfers. Evidence of the growing divide can be seen in yesterdaysminimization of the Holocaust by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov when he accused the United States of assembling a coalition of European countries to solve the Russian question in the same way that Adolf Hitler had implemented a final solution towipe out European Jews. Iran to Send Syrian Hezbollah Terrorists to Aid Russia A Syrian opposition source has reported that Iran is about to send 150 Hezbollah operatives from Syria to Ukraine to assist the Russians in flying the drones that Tehran hassupplied them. This Iran/Syria/Russia arms relationship figures heavily in what will be the third book of my Nir Tavor Mossad Thriller Series. Again, the novels and the news are paralleling each other, this time before the book is even completed! Former Iranian Deputy Minister and British Citizen Executed Former Iranian Deputy Defense Minister and British-Iranian Dual Citizen Alireza Akbari has been executed. After his arrest in 2019, he was convicted of being a spy for theUK. His execution has stirred up outrage in the international community, and particularly within the UK government. UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said that Akbaris execution was a callous and cowardly act, carried out by a barbaric regime. The former ministerwas also accused of involvement in the assassination of Father of the Iranian Nuclear Program Mohsen Fakhrizadeh. European Parliament Declares IRGC a Terror Organization With an overwhelming 598-9 vote, the European Parliament Wednesday called on the EU to declare Irans Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) a terror organization. CitingTehrans terrorist activity, the repression of protesters, and its supplying of drones to Russia, the legislative body urged this next step understanding that by taking it the EU would then consider it a criminal offence to belong to the IRGC, would freezeany of its assets held in the European bloc, and would deny the group funds from any EU citizen or business. Erdogan Blocking Approval of Nordic States to NATO Turkey continues to play hardball with the NATO applications of Sweden and Finland. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan accuses the two nations of harboring Kurdish militantsand those involved in the 2016 coup attempt against him. In comments on Sunday, Erdogan said, For this to pass the [Turkish] parliament, first of all you have to hand more than 100, around 130 of these terrorists to us. Membership into NATO requires approvalof all 30 member states, and, so far, Turkey and Hungary remain the lone holdouts. Saudi Arabia Prepared to Break Free from the US Dollar During an interview in Davos, Saudi Arabias Minister of Finance Mohammed Al-Jadaan surprised the worlds oil industry by saying that they are open to the possibility of conductingoil trade in a currency other than the US dollar. There are no issues with discussing how we settle our trade arrangements, whether it is in the US dollar, whether it is the euro, whether it is the Saudi riyal, he said. This is another blow to the dominanceof the dollar in world trade. Israel Gets New IDF Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Herzi Halevi was sworn in as the new chief of staff of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Monday, taking over from Lt. Gen. Aviv Kohavi. In a time of transitionfrom the destructive government of change, Halevi has promised to keep politics out of the IDF. He also took the opportunity to send a warning to those opposing Israel, saying, Our enemies should know: We can do what we say we will do, and we are ready to do much morethan what we say. --------------------------------------- Is The War in Ukraine About to Go To An Entirely New Level? -by Michael Snyder - http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/is-the-war-in-ukraine-about-to-go-to-an-entirely-new-level/ If Russia intends to make a major move to win the war in Ukraine, it needs to do it very soon. As you will see below, representatives from over 50 different nations will gatherthis week for a historic meeting in Ramstein, Germany. The goal of that meeting will be to implement a plan to absolutely flood Ukraine with tanks and missile systems in an attempt to turn the tide of the war. At the moment, the Russians have regained theinitiative and the Ukrainians are steadily losing territory in eastern Ukraine. The Ukrainians are hoping to buy enough time for the next massive influx of military aid to arrive, because it could potentially change everything. Most of you have probably not heard about the meeting that will be held in Ramstein, Germany on Friday. The following originally comes from the Wall Street Journal… Representatives of more than 50 countries supporting Ukraine are set to gather in Ramstein, Germany, to discuss provisions for Kyiv and pledge fresh supplies later this month. The U.S.-led assembly, known as the contact group, includes all countries in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and allies, including Japan, South Korea and Australia, offering lethal and nonlethal aid. Ukraine is expected to receive Patriot missile systems, which Ukrainian officials say would hobble Russia’s missile attacks that have wreaked havoc on Ukraine’s civilian andcritical infrastructure. Some Western officials also said that the first-ever shipment of Western-made main battle tanks could also be announced at the Friday meeting in Ramstein. The only way that the Russians will be able to stop all of this equipment from getting to Ukraine would be to launch an enormous new invasion from the north that completelycuts off the flow of aid from the western powers. Russia has been moving troops and equipment into Belarus for months, and many believe that such an offensive will soon happen. And it is interesting to note that Russia and Belarus just initiated “a series of air-force exercises” on Monday… Russia and its ally Belarus launched a series of air-force exercises Monday along the border with Ukraine in an effort to boost cooperation ahead of what Ukrainian officialsand military analysts believe could be a fresh effort by Moscow in the coming months to retake battlefield momentum. Throughout history, military exercises have often been used as a cover for major military operations. But that doesn’t mean that the Russians will pull the trigger in this case. Perhaps the Russians are just bluffing and are simply trying to hold a large number of Ukrainian forces along the northern border as the main push happens in the east. At this point we just don’t know. But many analysts in the western world do believe that the Russians will launch some kind of new offensive in the coming months… “The Kremlin is likely preparing to conduct a decisive strategic action in the next six months intended to regain the initiative,” said a note from the Institute for the Studyof War, a U.S.-based think tank that publishes daily reports on the war in Ukraine. Actually, I think that if the Russians are going to make a move it will happen soon. When the mud returns in the spring, it will be much more challenging for Russian tanks to move around efficiently. So if a major offensive is going to take place, it will almost certainly be conducted within the next several weeks. Meanwhile, Russian television continues to be filled with talk of nuclear war… One of Vladimir Putin’s allies has claimed World War Three has already started as he called for Russia to launch a nuclear missile strike on Britain, France and Poland. TV propagandist Vladimir Solovyov told Russians that Moscow should target the West to disrupt NATO countries from sending supplies to Ukraine. You don’t hear this sort of talk on television here in the United States. In fact, at this point most Americans still believe that the risk of nuclear war is extremely low. But they see things very, very differently inside Russia. These remarks by Solovyov were in response to reports that NATO powers are getting ready to ship large numbers of tanks and armored vehicles to Ukraine… It comes as Britain is poised to supply Challenger II main battle tanks to Kyiv, in the first such move of the war. France is shipping French AMX-10 reconnaissance vehicles, Germany is sending 40 Marder infantry fighting vehicles, and the US is promising 50 M2 Bradley fighting vehicles. Both sides just continue to escalate matters, and that has brought us dangerously close to nuclear conflict. Earlier this month, Dmitry Medvedev made headlines all over the globe when he “threatened the United States of America with hypersonic cruise missiles”… Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev threatened the United States of America with hypersonic cruise missiles and compared the American government’s policies to that ofNazis in a Thursday Telegram post in response to a US embassy appeal to Russian citizens for peace. “The main gift of the New Year was the arsenal of Zircon missiles that went yesterday to the shores of NATO countries,” said Medvedev, an ally of Russian President VladimirPutin who currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council. The nuclear warhead-capable Zircon missiles were reported by Reuters Wednesday to have been placed on the frigate Admiral Gorshkov to be deployed to the Indian and Atlanticoceans. By the way, we have absolutely no way to defend against those hypersonic cruise missiles. If the Russians launch them, they will hit their targets. If our leaders were sane, they would be trying to find a peaceful way out of this mess while there is still an opportunity to do so. Sadly, that window is rapidly closing. If the Russians launch another massive invasion of Ukraine from the north, there will be no going back. Both sides will just keep escalating the conflict until someone crosses a line that will never be able to be uncrossed. On Russian television, they are already talking about the inevitability of a nuclear conflict. Unfortunately, most Americans don’t even realize that our leaders have us on the brink of the unthinkable. Hopefully people will start to wake up before it is too late, because the clock is ticking.
