Impeaching the wrong president� Bill Wilson � www.dailyjot.com As the Democratic Party is closing out a four-year obstruction of a duly elected president and an attack on all who supported him, there looms a far greater issue deservingimpeachable attention�China and President Joe Biden*. All the theatrics of nailing the coffin shut on conservatism, the name calling, the labeling of those who disagree with them, the pandering to the extreme left will not delay the undercurrent of Biden�sties with China and the blatant, out-in-the-open, collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party against the interests of people like you and me. Biden�s actions to favor China have gone virtually unnoticed amid the smokescreen antics of the current impeachmentproceedings. For example, one of his first actions in office was an Executive Order rejoining the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, which essentially means the US taxpayers will payto clean up the world�s air, mostly polluted by China. Cancelling the Keystone pipeline means that the US will once again become energy dependent, which strategically benefits China. Biden announced a Pentagon task force to examine US-China strategy, as tellingCBS, �I�m not going to do it the way Trump did. We�re going to focus on international rules of the road.� He then insisted that there did not need to be conflict between the two countries. That translated, means appeasement as opposed to protecting Americaninterests. China gets its way. In addition, Biden rescinded requirements on schools and universities to report their relationships with China, allowing for propagandization of America�s youth. In August,the Trump Administration required the center managing the China-funded Confucius Institute to register as a foreign mission because it is �an entity advancing Beijing�s global propaganda and malign influence campaign on US campuses and K-12 classrooms.� SenatorTom Cotton (R-AR) responded: �Confucius Institutes are front groups for the Chinese Communist Party on American campuses. The federal government ought to shut down these regime-run institutes or, at a minimum, require colleges to disclose their secret agreementswith them. Instead, the Biden administration is allowing a foreign influence operation to continue in the shadows.� Again, China gets its way. These are the continuations of Biden family corruption previously documented from at least four sources: 1) Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee andthe Senate Committee on Finance investigation; 2) Hunter Biden�s laptop; 3) Hunter Biden�s former business partner Bevan Cooney, who is serving time for the very business dealings Hunter and he did; and 4) Tony Bobulinski�s emails and eyewitness accounts ofBiden�s influence peddling with China. Biden cannot possibly represent America�s interests without being leveraged by China. And now its payoff time. It�s like God telling Ezekiel to dig into the temple wall and in Ezekiel 8:9, �Go in, and see the wicked abominationswhich they are doing here.� If you dig a little, you will see. They are impeaching the wrong president. On Monday, Iran tested the Zuljanah, a 25-meter (82-foot), three-stage rocket with a solid fuel engine for its first two stages and a liquid fuel rocket for its third stage.It can carry a 225 kg (496 pound) payload. The Zuljanah’s thrust is 75 kilotons, far more than required to launch a satellite into orbit. The high thrust makes the Zuljanah more comparable to an intercontinentalballistic missile than a space launch vehicle. The United States’ LGM-30G Minuteman-III land-based ICBM, for instance, has 90 kiloton thrust. The Zuljanah can rise to a height of 500 kilometers (311 miles) for low-earth orbit. If launched as a missile, itsrange is 5,000 kilometers (3,100 miles)—far enough to reach Britain from Iran. Israeli missile experts estimate that Iran has paid $250 million to develop the Zuljanah project. Monday’s rocket launch itself likely cost tens of millions of dollars. Iran is in deep economic distress today. Between the COVID-19 global recession, Iran’s endemic corruption and mismanagement and U.S. economic sanctions, 35 percent of Iranianslive in abject poverty today. Iran’s rial has lost 80 percent of its value over the past four years. Official data place the unemployment rate at 25 percent but the number is thought to be much higher. Inflation last year stood at 44 percent overall. Foodprices have risen 59 percent. When viewed in the context of Iran’s impoverishment, the government’s investment in a thinly disguised ICBM program is all the more revealing. With 35 percent of the populationliving in utter destitution and food prices rising steeply, the regime has chosen ICBMs over feeding its people. Most of the media coverage of the Zuljanah launch failed to register the significance of the project, both what it says about Iran’s capabilities and about the regime’sintentions. Instead, the coverage focused on the timing of the test. The Iranians conducted the test as they flamboyantly breach the limitations on their nuclear activities which they accepted when they agreed to the 2015 nuclear deal. The Iranians are now enriching uranium to 20 percent purity—well beyond the 3.67 percent permitted under the so-called Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, (JCPOA). Theyare using prohibited advanced centrifuges for enrichment in cascades at their Natanz nuclear installation. They are beginning uranium cascades with sixth-generation centrifuges at their underground Fordo nuclear reactor in total defiance of the JCPOA. Theyare stockpiling uranium yellowcake far beyond the quantities permitted in the deal. They are producing uranium metal in breach of the deal. And they are test-firing rockets that can easily be converted to nuclear-capable ICBMs. Reportage of Iran’s aggressive nuclear program has presented it in the context of the new Biden administration in Washington. It is argued that Iran is taking these aggressivesteps to pressure the Biden administration to keep its word to return the United States to the JCPOA and abrogate economic sanctions on Iran. In 2018, then-President Donald Trump renounced the JCPOA and reimposed the economic sanctions that were abrogatedin 2015 with the deal’s implementation. Iran’s idea is that out of fear of its rapid nuclear strides, the Biden team will move urgently to appease it. Notably, the Zuljanah test exposed the strategic insanity at the heart of the deal, which was conceived, advanced and concluded by then-President Barack Obama and his senioradvisers. The main strategic assumption that guided Obama and his advisers was that Iran was a status-quo, responsible power and should be viewed as part of the solution—or “the solution” rather than the problem in the Middle East. Iran’s sponsorship of terrorism, its proxy wars and its nuclear program were unfortunate consequences of a regional power balance that put too much power in the hands of U.S. allies—first and foremost Israel andSaudi Arabia—and too little power in Iran’s hands. To stabilize the Middle East, Obama argued, Iran needed to be empowered and U.S. allies needed to be weakened. As then-Vice President Biden put it in 2013, “Our biggest problem was our allies.” A new balance of power, Obama argued, would respect Iran’s “equities” in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Yemen. As for the nuclear program, which was illegal under the NuclearNon-Proliferation Treaty, which Iran signed, it was totally understandable. Given that Pakistan, India and allegedly Israel have nuclear arsenals, Obama’s advisers said, Iran’s desire for one was reasonable. With this outlook informing its negotiators, the JCPOA’s legitimization of Iran’s nuclear program makes sense. The purpose of the deal wasn’t to prevent Iran from becominga nuclear power. It was to “balance” Israel by delegitimizing any Israeli action to block Iran from becoming a nuclear power. While Israel and America’s other allies would be massively harmed by this new balance of power, Obama and his European partners assessed that they would be more secure.As a secure regional hegemon, Iran wouldn’t attack them. The deal reflected this view. A non-binding clause in the JCPOA calls for Iran to limit the range of its ballistic missiles to 2,000 kilometers (1,240 miles)—taking theUnited States and most of Europe out of range. Many commentators view the Biden administration as nothing more than Obama’s third term. And from the perspective of its Iran policies, this is certainly the case. PresidentBiden’s Iran policy was conceived and is being implemented by the same people who negotiated the JCPOA under Obama. Aside from Obama himself, the official most responsible for the JCPOA was Rob Malley, who spearheaded the negotiations with Iran. In an October 2019 article in Foreign Affairs,Malley set out what the next Democrat administration’s Iran policy should look like. He claimed that Trump’s maximum-pressure strategy was bringing the region to the brink of war because it was based on empowering U.S. allies, led by Israel and Saudi Arabia,to combat Iran’s regional aggression and its nuclear program. In other words, it was based on restoring and reinforcing the regional balance of power that Obama set about undermining to Iran’s benefit and to the detriment of America’s regional allies. Malley wrote that the only way to prevent war was to go back to the JCPOA and to Obama’s policy of strengthening Iran at the expense of U.S. allies—particularly Israel andSaudi Arabia. The Zuljanah test on Monday demonstrated that Iran doesn’t share Malley’s view of its position. It didn’t spend $250 million on a rocket/missile that can hit Europe becauseit is scared of Israel and Saudi Arabia. It developed the Zuljanah because it wants the capacity to attack Europe. And it wants to attack Europe because it is a revolutionary, rather than a status-quo regime, that seeks global domination, not regional stability. As for the timing, the Zuljanah was tested in February 2021 rather than October 2020 because Iran was deterred by Trump and his maximum-pressure strategy, and is empoweredby Biden and his maximum appeasement strategy. The prospect of war decreased under Trump. Now it increases with every pronouncement made by the likes of U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. In recent days, bothsenior officials have warned that Iran is moving dangerously close to independent military nuclear capabilities. And both have made clear that to deal with the problem, the administration intends to go back to the JCPOA. This policy is irrational even when assessed from within the closed cognitive circle of the Biden/Obama team. They intend to make an irrevocable concession to Iran—billionsof dollars of revenue which will flow into its coffers once the sanctions are removed. And in exchange they are asking Iran to make a revocable gesture. Iran reinstated its nuclear enrichment at Fordo and raised its enrichment level to 20 percent at the dropof a hat. If it turns the switches off to get the sanctions relief, it can turn them right back on after the money starts to flow. This will almost certainly happen in June at the latest. On June 18, Iran will hold presidential elections. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and Foreign Minister Javad Zarifwill both leave office. All of the current viable candidates hail from the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps and they can all be guaranteed to abandon the JCPOA. So at best, the JCPOA’s remaining shelf life is four months. Biden, Blinken, Sullivan, Malley and their colleagues all must be aware that this is the case. The fact that they are moving ahead with their failed strategy all the sameindicates that they are ideologically committed to their plan and will stay with it even as it drives the region to war. This brings us to Israel. During the Trump years, Israel and the United States were fully coordinated in their joint and separate actions to undermine Iran’s nuclear programand its operations in Syria and Iraq. As a senior official in Trump’s National Security Council explained recently, “Working together the intelligence agencies of both countries were able to accomplish more than they could on their own.” Obviously, those days are over now. And as Biden’s team makes its presence felt fully, Israel’s options for blocking Iran from becoming a nuclear power are diminishing. When IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Aviv Kochavi announced last month that he had ordered the relevant Israel Defense Forces commanders to prepare operational plans to strikeIran’s nuclear installations, most commentators assumed his target audience was the Iranian regime. Others argued he was issuing a warning to the Biden administration. The former claimed he sought to force Iran back from the nuclear brink. The latter arguedhe was demanding the Biden administration take Israel’s positions seriously before it moves ahead with abrogating the sanctions. But in the face of the Biden team’s strategic fanaticism and Iran’s race to the nuclear finishing line, it’s at least equally likely that Kochavi’s intended audiences wereneither the Iranians nor the Americans. Instead, he may well have been telling the Israeli public to be prepared for what is coming. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, not that the party in power needs any lessonson corruption. The Democratic Party is usurping the power of the people with its cancel culture and censorship. Voting to remove Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) from her committee assignments is denying the voters of her Georgia congressional districtequal representation in Congress. It is no less than political intolerance, ideological bigotry. Granted, Green has said some questionable things and has beliefs that are contrary to a lot of people, but to deny her the ability to represent her constituentsis tyranny. But there is more. The power party also has suggested censoring Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Josh Hawley (R-MO). The Senate Ethics Committee will conduct a secretive investigation into whetherthe two senators, who were champions of questioning election integrity, had a role inciting the assault on Capitol Hill�which the media and the Democratic Party are labeling an insurrection and coup attempt. The Chairman of the Senate Ethics Committee, ChrisCoons, who holds President Joe Biden�s* old senate seat in Delaware, previously has called for Cruz and Hawley to resign because of their positions on election fraud. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) doesn�t support Cruz� and Hawley�s positions, but said, �It�sa very slippery slope if you start punishing senators for holding unpopular views and exercising their rights on the Senate floor.� The Democrats abhor Greene�s viewpoints on conspiracy theories, global warming, election fraud, QAnon and 911. They also want to make sure that everyone is silenced whodisagrees with their opinions on the assault on Capitol Hill and whether Joe Biden* was the victor due to election fraud. This is where the tyranny is underscored. Think about the outrageous exhortations Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Maxine Waters (D-CA), AlexandriaOcasio-Cortez (D-NY) and other Democrats have made to �punish� Trump supporters, which in some cases have excited violence, bullying, and threats. But that�s OK to the party in power because the party in power believes they are right and their targets deserving. These ideological bigots want total compliance with their viewpoints. They are going so far as to deny people their rightful elected representation in Congress, and theyhave taken steps to prevent Trump Administration workers from getting jobs, and have labeled as �domestic terrorists� all 74 million people who voted for Trump. It�s the attempt to silence dissent, just as China has done with political and religious intolerance.Dissent toward the power party could be likened to the situation described in Jeremiah 11:19, �But I was like a lamb or an ox that is brought to the slaughter; and I knew not that they had devised devices against me, saying, �Let us destroy the tree with thefruit thereof, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more remembered.� Their goal: Silence history, silence opposition, silence the lambs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Communist-style Impeachment performance art � Bill Wilson � www.dailyjot.com As senate Democrats wind up for their impeachment pitch, the theatre is reminiscent of an old-time pro wrestling venue�everybody knew it was fake, contrived, and riggedfor an outcome. Everybody, except for the rabid fans who would divorce their entire family and friends if the integrity of the match was called into question. The entire fiasco, sadly, is more akin to communist dictatorship railroading a political opponentor dissenter into prison or an execution just to make a point. In this charade, the democrats are hoping to make legal the political assassination of a former president with the stated goal that Donald Trump would never be able to again run for or hold publicoffice. They are that scared of him. Now the Democrat Impeachment Managers are threatening that Trump testify at the trial otherwise face �strong adverse inference regarding President Trump�s actions (and inactions)on January 6.� In a response to Trump�s lawyers, the Democratic Party managers also said that everything that has been charged in the Articles of Impeachment are true and that all defenses against these charges are without merit. They say this impeachmentis Constitutional�not by citing any Constitutional or judicial precedent, but because they say it is Constitutional. They say that Trump�s First Amendment rights do not apply because he purposely incited insurrection by continuously lying that the electionresults were rigged and whipping up the January 6 crowd to storm the Capitol. They can say what they want because they have the votes. Problem for the Democrats is that some of their argument has eroded in the days ahead of the trial. It is reported that the FBI has documented several of the so-called insurgentshad pre-planned the action assault on the Capitol, diminishing the claim that Trump incited mob violence. Additionally, there is the question of the election itself. Time Magazine reported about a corporate-labor-leftist �handshake� to �protect� the election.Time�s Molly Ball wrote, �Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws� They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the firsttime�After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result.� My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell also produced a documentary exposing election integrity issues. The Supreme Court also will hear election fraud cases this year. The Epoch Timesreports that historian and Hoover Institute Fellow Victor Davis Hanson says the impeachment trial is no less �performance art� very similar to the public shaming methods used by the Chinese Communist Party during their �cultural revolution� in the decade from1966 to 1976. The social media site caused several heavily shorted stocks to soar in price, forcinghedge fund managers to suffer huge losses. Melvin Capital, which saw losses from its short positions quickly pile up, was forced to get an emergency loan of more than 2 billion dollars from another hedge fund, Citadel. At first glance, it appears to be a story of the little guy getting the best of Wall Street fat cats. After a few days, the incident is just more evidence that the financialmarkets are rigged by the rich and powerful. The 52-week low for the GameStop company is $2.57. After Reddit users began buying the stock, it rose from the $20 range to a high of nearly $500 per share. This is an insaneprice level for a company that is almost certainly headed for bankruptcy. The AMC Entertainment Holdings company is involved in the theatrical exhibition business. The company owns, operates, or has interests in theatres. Because of Covid-19,AMC�s stock has traded as low as $1.91. During the buying spree, its stock ran all the way up to $20. Short squeezes result when short sellers of a stock move to cover their positions, purchasing large volumes of stock relative to the market volume. Purchasing the stockto cover their short positions raises the value of the shorted stock, thus triggering more short sellers to cover their positions by buying the stock. When you short a stock, the most you can make on your trade is 100%. Your losses are unlimited if the stock rises dramatically in price. If someone shorted GameStop at $20and closed the trade at the $483 high, they have to pay out 24 times their original investment. The Reddit crowd then tried to create a short squeeze in the silver market. In early morning trading last Monday, the price of silver was pushed up to $30. Shares of silverminers surged, and retailers of bars and coins around the world struggled to meet demand. The ruckus began after posts on the Reddit message board urged investors to buy physical silver. One post encouraged the buying of iShares Silver Trust (SLV), an exchange-tradedfund whose shares represent ounces of silver sitting in a vault. This would force the fund to create new shares and buy silver to back them, exposing a shortage of supply and pushing prices up, said the post under the headline �THE BIGGESTSHORT SQUEEZE IN THE WORLD $SLV Silver 25$ to 1000$.� The problem with buying SLV is that it is likely backed by paper silver contracts that can be created at will. If the price of SLV is driven up past the spot price, thetrust can create new shares by buying the physical metal. Some people promoted the idea of purchasing Comex futures and demanding delivery of the metal when their contract came due. The exchange has changed the rules, which nowallow it to settle any contract in cash only. To suppress the price of silver, the Comex increased the margin requirement to $16,500 per contract from $14,000. The increase means those who want to trade silver futures will need to put up more collateral toensure they can meet their obligations. The GameStop surge may have caused a few hedge fund managers to spill their coffee when the stock traded in the hundreds. The stock quickly tanked once people realized thecompany is likely to go the way of Blockbuster. I�m sure there are some hedge funds that shorted like crazy when it hit $480. Now that GameStop is way down, the hedge fund folks are probably out shopping for a new Rolls Royce. I don�t have a problem with someone taking a short bet against a company. I think it becomes destructive when hedge funds use it to devalue whole industries. Many firmshave gone under because they could not raise capital in the market or get a loan because their stock price was too low. We have a deficit in several key metals because big banks have sat on their prices for years. I know we already have plenty of indications that we are living in the end times. This massive greed on Wall Street is just one more example of the depravity that is thelead-up to the last days. �Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven,where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also . . . First, for those questioning why the * after the President�s name, the asterisk is something used when recordsare made despite whether they are legitimately obtained. For example, if a sprinter sets a record in conditions where he was aided by the wind, there may be an asterisk following the name. Joe Biden may well have won the presidency, HOWEVER, cases are stillmaking their way through the courts that may dispute that victory. Until it is proven by legitimate investigation or decided by the Supreme Court, this journalist will put an asterisk after the Biden name. But I digress. Let�s talk about walls and masks. One of the first acts of Biden was to issue an executive order halting the border wall. The Washington Post says Biden will save $2.6 billion by stopping the border wall.Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan told The Epoch Times that stopping border wall construction would cost �billions of dollars� and over 5,000 jobs. The Washington Times reports that American taxpayers pay $200 billion each year in illegalimmigration costs. This does not include the cost of illegal drugs on our youth, and the cost to education and health care. Notwithstanding, Biden�s wall around the Capitol, says the Pentagon, already has cost taxpayers about half a billion dollars. On onehand, Biden wants no wall for illegals entering the country, on the other hand he wants a big wall to keep citizens away from their representative government. So Biden stops the border wall, signaling to legions that America is open once again for anybody who wants to come, prompting Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) to apply someof his farm-boy common sense to the situation. The 87-year-old Grassley, still sharp as a tack, tweeted �Can�t fly into USA w/o showing negative test for virus but Pres Biden will let ppl who illegally walked across the border do so w/o testing. Is that protectingour citizens?� Yep, Senator, you got it right. No wall. No mask. No worries. You can come to America illegally. You can even come here as part of a human trafficking effort and officials are instructed to look the other way (kids will be with �families� whetherthey are family or not), and you don�t have to wear a mask. But if you legally come into the country, you must wear a mask and have a negative test. On federal property, a mask is a must. Biden says everybody should wear a mask, but he doesn�t have to and neither do illegals coming into the country�future DemocraticParty voters, you know. The CDC, fearing super spreader events, issued Super Bowl party guidelines requiring masks, not using the bathroom, and not cheering�in your own house. So walls are a good thing if they protect the elite, but a bad thing if they protectthe country. Masks are good for everyone except illegals and the political elite. Confused yet? We know 1 Corinthians 14:33, �For God is not the author of confusion but of peace.� We also know who is authoring all those wall and mask orders.
