ISRAEL WATCH: 2.27.21 - Israel in End-Times Spotlight

Israel in End-Times Spotlight – Terry James - https://www.raptureready.com/category/nearing-midnight/ While the globalists, world media, and the American political deep state wind up another unsuccessful effort to bring down one man, the spotlight of Bible prophecy focuseson exactly where it should be at this late hour of the age. Israel shines brightly as the number-one signal of where this generation is on God’s prophetic timeline. We begin to understand that this is true by considering that Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, faces much of the same sort of globalist deep-state hatred and attempteddestruction as former President Donald Trump. In this way, the student of Bible prophecy who looks at things from the pre-Trib view again comprehends the Heaven-directed linkage between His chosen nation and our own very special republic founded on Judeo-Christianprinciples. Both men, intensively in the world’s spotlight for the past number of years, seem an almost joined-at-the-hip representation of this God-directed connection. America was instrumental in Israel again springing to national existence on May 14, 1948, as we know. This, despite great objections from the American State Department.Looking at the history, we can see the hand of the Almighty as He moved in the lives of President Harry Truman and his one-time haberdashery partner, a Jewish man named Eddie Jacobson. Jacobson prevailed upon his friend, then president, to intervene on behalf of the drive to give the Jews a homeland in ancient Israel’s geographical location. This Trumandid, overriding objections by his secretary of state and all other naysayers’ objections. It is obvious, even to skeptics, that America has been immensely blessed through championing modern Israel’s right to exist. Just as when Barack Obama became president and showed disrespect and even disdain for Netanyahu and Israel, the new president, Joe Biden, has opted to put America’s relationshipwith the Jewish state in question. As a matter of fact, his treatment is seen by many as rude at best and disdainful at worst. The following gives a glimpse of the current president’s attitude. President Joe Biden is the first American leader in 40 years not to contact Israel’s leaders as one of his first actions in the White House, setting up what could be fouryears of chilly relations between America and its top Middle East ally. Biden has already phoned multiple world leaders, including Russian president Vladimir Putin and Chinese president Xi Jinping, but during his 23 days in office has yet tospeak with Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu—making Biden the first president in modern history to punt on bolstering U.S.-Israel relations during his initial days in office. Every president going back to at least Ronald Reagan in 1981 made contactwith their Israeli counterpart within a week of assuming office, according to a review of news reports. Congressional foreign policy leaders slammed Biden’s Netanyahu snub, prompting a flurry of questions for White House press secretary Jen Psaki, who has declined to disclosewhen or if Biden will call the Israeli leader. Psaki also said on Friday the White House would not list Israel as a U.S. ally when asked about the relationship during her daily press briefing. (“Biden Makes History: First President in 40 Years to Punt on ContactingIsrael – White House doesn’t list Israel as American ally,” Washington Free Beacon, February 14, 2021) The report gives facts about Israel’s ties to America. For example, modern presidents going back to Reagan have almost on the day of assuming office made calls or gottenin contact with Israel. Almost without exception, the messages have included that the US would stand firmly with Israel and its right to nationhood. Biden’s obviously intentional disrespect for Netanyahu and for Israel comes at a time when Israel faces increasingterrorist threats and a bellicose Iran that threatens to produce and use nuclear arms within the very near future. The report also informs that Biden “also has hired several individuals with a background in anti-Israel activism, including Maher Biter, a top White House National SecurityCouncil official who spent his youth organizing boycotts of the Jewish state. The State Department’s Iran envoy, Robert Malley, also has been a vocal critic of Israel.” When thinking on the growing anti-Semitism across the world and the fact that Iran seems on the brink of becoming a nuclear power, the observer of prophetic stage-settingfor soon fulfillment can’t miss the signposts. Israel is indeed in the spotlight of God’s omniscience. His chosen nation is moving swiftly and exactly into the position prophesied by Zechariah millennia ago. In his prophecy is a dire warning for all in authorityas heads of nations–including the president of the United States. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth begathered together against it. (Zechariah 12: 3) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Will the Gog-Magog War Start in Yemen? - Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz - https://www.israel365news.com/187552/will-gog-magog-war-to-begin-in-yemen-this-bible-scholar-says-so-cites-book-of-zechariah/ And Hashem will manifest Himself to them, And His arrows shall flash like lightning; My Hashem shall sound the shofar And advance in a stormy tempest. Zechariah 9:14 (TheIsrael BibleTM) As Bidens administration carries out swift and drastic policy changes, the new foreign policy, befriending Iran and its Yemini proxies while alienating former allies likeSaudi Arabia, may have unpleasant prophetic implications. BIDEN: SIDING WITH HOUTHIS AND IRAN AGAINST SAUDI ARABIA The Biden administration has shifted radically from the foreign policy pursued by the previous president, choosing to reenter the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)commonly known as the Iran nuclear deal. This deal removes economic sanctions from the Islamic republic while delaying their nuclear weapons program by four years. This allows Iran to fund terrorism outside of their country and fund proxy wars in a programof regional expansion. Just two weeks after taking office, Biden announced that the US was cutting off support the Saudi Arabian military effort against the Houthis, an Iranian proxy whose five-yearcivil war against the government in Yemen has created a humanitarian crisis. The Houthi takeover is generally viewed as a critical part of Irans regional expansionism and support of terrorism. Yemen controls the critical Strait of Hormuz through which alltankers carrying oil from the Gulf States must pass. The war and widespread famine have resulted in 100,000 deaths. The Biden administration will also be lifting the State Departments classification of the Houthis as a terrorist organization which it earnedby attacking civilians and kidnapping US citizens. Predictably, the weeks following that decision have seen a marked increase in Houthi drone attacks on Saudi Arabia as well as an increase in fighting in Yemen. THE FINAL SHOFAR BLAST WILL BE FROM YEMEN Dov Bar Leib, an end-of-days blogger, claims that these policies will inevitably lead to the outbreak of the Gog and Magog end-of-days war. The final stages before the Messiah are hinted at in the final prophetic shofar blowing in the verses recited during the Musaf additional prayers on Rosh Hashana, BarLeib said. That particular set of shofar blasts and the prophetic verses read for them describe the entire end of days process. Dov Bar Leib explained that each verse taken from the prophets in that part of the Rosh Hashanah prayer corresponds to a stage in the end of days. He explained that thefirst verse from the Prophets read in that section of the prayers is taken from Isaiah. All you who live in the world And inhabit the earth, When a flag is raised in the hills, take note! When a shofar is blown, give heed! Isaiah 18:3 This refers to the establishment of the state of Israel, Bar Leib said. This was the founding of the State of Israel in 5708. It is like the blast of a Shofar becausethe founding of the state was necessarily done by the Erev Rav in order to trick the nations and the Satan into thinking that religious Jews are not returning in order to fulfill Messianic prophesies where the nations of the world are ultimately held accountablefor their sins and their crimes. The next verse is also taken from Isaiah. And in that day, a great shofar shall be sounded; and the strayed who are in the land of Assyria and the expelled who are in the land of Egypt shall come and worship Hashemon the holy mount, in Yerushalayim. Isaiah 27:13 This has been partially fulfilled, Bar Leib said. The Vilna Gaon predicted in the 18th century that this verse would be the great shofar blast calling back the exilesthat would commence 3/4 of the way through the 6th Millennium as if they were three-quarters of the way through the 6th day of the week. This is parallel to what took place in Israel in the Temple times when shofar blowers ascended the mountains of Israelto blow the shofar at noon on Friday to call Israel in from her fields to prepare for Shabbat. So it would be the case 3/4 of the way through the 6th millennium that the preparations for the final great Sabbath will begin. This prophesied prostrating before God on His Holy Mountain has not occurred..yet, BAr Leib said. But the ingathering and aliyah surely picked up speed in 1990-1991,which came precisely of the way through the sixth millennium with Russian Jews, the lost ones from Assyria, and Ethiopian Jews, the castaways from Egypt, arriving during the First Persian Gulf War as scud missiles were flying. The final verse is taken from Zechariah. And Hashem will manifest Himself to them, And His arrows shall flash like lightning; My Hashem shall sound the shofar And advance in a stormy tempest. Zechariah 9:14 Bar Leib explained that the Hebrew word תֵּימָן (Tayman) is translated here as stormy but it actually means Yemen. The war of Gog and Magog will come out of Yemen, Bar Leib stated unequivocally, citing this verse, recited before the final shofar blasts of Rosh Hashana, as his source. The third blast is directly from the lips of God Himself, in all of His Glory. The final war between Edom, the western world, and Persia, that is Iran, will not be focused on Israel. God will send an arrow to Yemen to the place where that war will commence. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All Of A Sudden, There Is A Tremendous Amount Of Political Chatter About Creating A Palestinian State In The Middle East- by Michael Snyder - http://endoftheamericandream.com/all-of-a-sudden-there-is-a-tremendous-amount-of-political-chatter-about-creating-a-palestinian-state-in-the-middle-east/ For decades, U.S. presidents have dreamed of being able to bring peace to the Middle East by brokering a comprehensive peace deal that includes a two-state solution, but up to this point nobody has been able to pull off that seemingly impossible goal. Over the years, just getting the Israelis and Palestinians to sit down together at the same negotiating table has proven to be extremely challenging, and there were no directtalks of any substance at all during Trumps four years in the White House. But now Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian leaders both seem open to negotiations, and the Biden administration has made it exceedingly clear that there willbe a major push for a two-state solution in the near future. This is extremely troubling, because it would be a colossal error for the U.S. to broker a deal that would lead to the establishment of a Palestinian state in the Middle East. Over the past 7 days, there has been a tremendous amount of political chatter about a two-state solution. Last Sunday, Palestinian leaders sent a letter to the White Housewhich stated that they are committed to the establishment of a Palestinian state The Palestinian Authority (PA) sent an official letter to the White House claiming that all factions, including Hamas, were committed to the establishment of a Palestinianstate along the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital. The letter was delivered by Hussein Al-Sheikh, the PAs Head of the General Authority of Civil Affairs, to U.S. President Joe Bidens Deputy Assistant Secretary for Israeliand Palestinian Affairs Hady Amr. Then on Monday, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Israeli Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi that the Biden administration is extremely focused on the goal of achievinga two-state resolution The Biden administration is committed to a two-state resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenaziwhen the two men spoke on Monday night. The secretary addressed the US approach towards a more peaceful, secure and prosperous future for Israelis, Palestinians and the greater Middle East, Blinkens officesaid. After U.S. officials attended an international meeting on Middle East peace on Tuesday, the State Department once again reiterated the Biden administrations commitmentto a negotiated two-state solution During the discussion, the United States reaffirmed the U.S. commitment to advancing prosperity, security, and freedom for both Israelis and Palestinians and to preservethe prospects of a negotiated two-state solution in which Israel lives in peace and security alongside a viable Palestinian state, the State Department said in a statement. The United States underscored the commitment to supporting economic and humanitarian assistance and the need to see progress on outstanding projects that will improve thelives of the Palestinian people, while urging all parties to avoid unilateral steps that make a two-state solution more difficult to achieve, it said. Subsequently, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi spoke directly to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about a two-state solution on Wednesday. The following is what Pelosi said about her discussion with Netanyahu on Twitter Today, I spoke w/ @IsraeliPM to reaffirm the unbreakable bond between our nations & Congresss unwavering support for a safe & secure Israel. We discussed COVID response& our shared hope for regional peace, including a just, stable & enduring 2-state solution. Many have assumed that Netanyahu would stand in the way of a two-state solution, but he has always said that he is open to getting back to the negotiating table. And many of the agreements that have been brokered between Israel and various Arab nations in recent months have been made with the understanding that Netanyahu will bewilling to sit down with the Palestinians and make progress toward a two-state solution. Netanyahu knows that if he refuses to negotiate that all of the progress that he has made with Arab nations in the region could be reversed very rapidly. Unfortunately, even though he wont admit it publicly, Netanyahu appears to believe that a Palestinian state is inevitable. Of course with elections looming, Israel could have a new leader soon, and that leader may be even more receptive to a Palestinian state than Netanyahu is. But no matter who wins the upcoming election, I dont expect anything to happen right away. The Iranian problem is of much more immediate concern to Israeli leaders, and I think that they would feel much more comfortable negotiating peace with the Palestiniansif that crisis was resolved. At some point a major conflict with Iran will erupt, and it wont be pretty. We dont know exactly when it will happen, but it could potentially be soon. On Thursday, the U.S. military made headlines all over the world when it bombed Iranian-backedforces inside Syria The United States launched airstrikes in Syria on Thursday, targeting facilities near the Iraqi border used by Iranian-backed militia groups. The Pentagon said the strikeswere retaliation for a rocket attack in Iraq earlier this month that killed one civilian contractor and wounded a U.S. service member and other coalition troops. If the Israelis felt that the Iranian threat had been removed, I think that they would be quite receptive to negotiations on a final peace deal with the Palestinians. And someday the U.S. government will be involved in brokering an agreement that formally establishes a Palestinian state. This is one of the most important events that weare watching for, and once that line is crossed we will never be able to go back. I have written numerous articles about why it is so important for the U.S. not to be involved in the dividing of the land of Israel, and I will continue to sound the alarm. Unfortunately, Joe Biden and his minions are definitely not listening to watchmen like me. Throughout his campaign for the presidency, Joe Biden made it quite clear that he is 100 percent committed to a Palestinian state. And Kamala Harris has also not moved from her position that a Palestinian state must be established if Israel is going to have peace. Personally, I believe that there will be a tremendous push for a two-state solution during the Biden administration, and I believe that it is quite likely that a Palestinianstate will be established during these four years. But if it doesnt happen during this administration, it will almost certainly happen during the next one. We have reached such a critical point in history, and we are on the verge of crossing a line that will never be able to be uncrossed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- VISIT: PROPHECY WATCHER WEEKLY NEWS: HTTP://PROPHECY-WATCHER-WEEKLY-NEWS.BLOGSPOT.COM
