Of course, that is the last thing that many of us want to hear. ManyAmericans are finally getting their lives back to normal after the last pandemic, and a lot of people are hoping that we won’t have to go through another for a long time to come. Unfortunately, the truth is that we have entered a period of history when majoroutbreaks will be quite common. In secret labs all over the planet, mad scientists are monkeying around with some of the deadliest bugs ever known to humanity, and as we have seen, it is way too easy for an “accident” to happen. One of the diseases that our scientists have been playing around with is Malaria, and now there are four confirmed cases in Florida and one in Texas… Malaria, a potentially deadly disease caused by a mosquito-borne parasite, is making inroads into the US. Five new cases of malaria — one in Texas and four in Florida — are alarming officials because they were locally acquired, meaning a mosquito in the US was carrying the parasite. That hasn’t happened since 2003 in Palm Beach County, Florida, according to the Centers for Disease and Prevention. This isn’t supposed to happen. Malaria isn’t supposed to be spreading in the United States. But it is. And those that do not get diagnosed and treated quickly can end up dead… Symptoms of malaria include fever, shaking, chills, headache, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and tiredness, according to the CDC. If it’s not treated promptly, the infection can cause jaundice, anemia, kidney failure, seizures, mental confusion, coma and death. Meanwhile, we just received some very troubling news about the H5N1 strain of the bird flu. On Tuesday, it was being widely reported that nine cats in Poland have caught the disease… Nine cats have been confirmed to be infected with the H5N1 subtype of avian influenza in Poland, the country’s Chief Veterinary Officer announced on Monday, as reports ofmammals being infected with the virus continue to increase. The infected cats were found in Poznań, the tri-city metropolitan area, and Lublin, locations separated by distances of hundreds of kilometers. H5N1 has started to spread among other mammals as well. So is it just a matter of time before it starts spreading among humans? We shall see. Alarmingly, it appears that there is more to this story in Poland than we are being told. According to a Polish news source, “large numbers of cats” have been dying “from an unknown illness”… Veterinary authorities in Poland are investigating reports of large numbers of cats dying from an unknown illness, and have warned owners to keep their pets inside. Initialtests by the chief veterinary inspectorate have found that some of the deceased animals had avian flu. Over the past two weeks, numerous instances of otherwise healthy cats suddenly and inexplicably becoming ill – and in many cases dying – have been reported throughout Poland. The affected animals have reportedly suffered neurological and respiratory symptoms, including seizures and difficulty breathing. This has led to concerns that some type ofcontagious illness is spreading. That report says that “some” of the dead cats had the bird flu. Does that mean that some of them didn’t? And that same report goes on to explain that in one area alone, 25 of the 28 cats that were showing symptoms of this “unknown illness” have ended up dead… The chief veterinary office for Pomerania province, where Gdańsk is located, and the region’s veterinary chamber have revealed that, out of 28 cats brought to clinics in thewider Gdańsk area in last two weeks with such symptoms, 25 have since died. On Friday, the national chief veterinary inspectorate, GIW, announced that there had been similar reports in several cities and that it was “closely following the developmentof the situation”. So it appears that we are not just talking about a handful of dead cats. We should watch this story very closely in the days ahead. Because if H5N1 does mutate into a form that can spread easily among humans, the death toll could be catastrophic. If you doubt this, just consider these numbers… Globally, since 2003, 873 human infections with A(H5N1) viruses, including 458 deaths, have been reported to the World Health Organization. Elsewhere, it is being reported that a woman in Brazil just died from the swine flu… US health chiefs are investigating the death of a Brazilian woman who became a rare victim of swine flu. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) officials plan to probe samples collected from the patient, 42, who died from an H1N1 variant spreading in pigs. Her death earlier last month has sparked concern because she had no direct contact with pigs — which may signal onward transmission from someone else. Hopefully this will turn out to be an isolated case. Because we definitely do not need to add an H1N1 epidemic to our growing list of problems. On top of everything else, monkeypox cases are on the rise again. The following story comes from a California news source… Los Angeles County health officials Friday reported a “concerning increase” in cases of mpox, previously known as monkeypox, with six new infections confirmed in the countyin the past week. That’s up from an average of less than one case per week over the past month, according to the Department of Public Health. The sudden increase prompted health officials to urge people who show any symptoms of the illness to get tested. Such symptoms include rash, fever or swollen lymph nodes. I know that I have covered a lot of material very rapidly in this article. So much is happening, but the mainstream media isn’t giving it much attention. But if a major pandemic does erupt in the second half of this year, it will be front page news everywhere. Hopefully that will not be the case. Hopefully we have more time. But without a doubt, more great pestilences are coming, and they will cause great panic all over the globe.

At the time, we were incredulous as to how much of people’s waking hours were taken up with media devices. The latest surveys at that time reported thatthe average person living in North America spent 9.2 hours on such devices (social media, iPhone, internet, radio, TV … etc.) every day. Yes, 9.2 hours per day. This was a stunning increase of 45% from five years before. Surely this trend could not extendmuch further, we reasoned. After all, people need to sleep too! However, now two decades later, updating the data, we are shocked again. Perhaps people don’t sleep after all … or have no need of quiet times to rest their brains. (Granted,some of the increased media usage is attributable to Covid-19.) Consider this statistic: According to recent surveys, people in the US over 18 years of age are spending a seemingly frivolous 11.1 hours a day on their media devices (smartphones,iPads, gaming consoles … etc.). That equates to an average of 70% of one’s waking hours. What to make of these trends? This and related trends are highly significant and must be seen in an endtime context. However, we should be careful to mention that technology in and of itself is not evil.However, it can facilitate great evil if applied to nefarious agendas … especially so given the power of its globally interconnected infrastructure. We commented at the time that, just as the concept of “share of wallet” had been used by marketing strategists to great effect, the same would apply to a strategy focusedon “share of mind.” We postulated that Satan himself has masterminded this strategy of “share of mind.” The proof? The “share of mind” that God’s truths or a relationship with Jesus Christ attractin our time—specifically also in so-called Christian nations—is at an all-time low. In fact, the collapsing “share of mind” trend that we reference is actually a phenomenon applying to last-day Bible prophecy (as we will show). But why is this stratagem to jam people’s minds and thinking so important and effective? Why is the mind such an important facet of Satan’s endtime strategies? And, sadly,why has this strategy been so successful? Targeting the Mind The human mind is a strategic focus in the cosmic battle for at least three important reasons. First, our faith involves the mind. “Come now, let us reason together, saysthe Lord” (Isaiah 1:18a). Faith, belief, and obedience are connected to reasoning. As Apostle Paul admonished, we are urged to use our mind … to not put our brains on the shelf: “…I will pray with my spirit, but I will also pray with my mind; I will sing withmy spirit, but I will also sing with my mind” (1 Corinthians 14:15). In contrast, cultic religions try to immobilize and disable the mind … to circumvent the natural safeguard of the mind. Not so, our Lord. Yes, it is true that our minds arenot able to fully understand His greatness and His ways. But that does not mean we do not accept logic and reason to support our beliefs. The next reason is that our mind is the place of the spiritual battleground. It is precisely what thoughts gain access to the mind—whether through eyes, ears, or spirit—thathave an impact upon our hearts and soul. In fact, what the Bible calls the heart is, in essence, what our mind chooses to believe and pursue. Our thoughts represent reality and are just as eternally important as our physical actions. Christ made this point very clear, saying, “But I tell you that anyone who looksat a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart” (Matthew 5:28). Here we see that the evil thoughts of the mind—if not repulsed—become an actual sin of the heart, whether there has been physical consummation or not. Lastly, the mind finds its interface in the brain, a fleshly organ that learns and adapts. This grey matter can become habituated to lifestyle, thought patterns, and thinkingprocesses. Just like an exercised muscle becomes stronger, so also the physical pathways of the brain. These pathways can become trained and expert. To the extent that we have trained our brain to allow bad thoughts and behaviors, we need to undo them. Apostle Paul refers tothis as renewal. “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will” (Romans 12:2). In conclusion, we now understand the main reasons why the human mind is the logical point of assault. It is the essence that exercises faith and chooses a relationship withGod. It is the spiritual war zone. And lastly, through our physical brain, our mind can entrench behavior and responses that we may have to strive to unlearn. Super-Jamming the Human Mind The onslaught against the attentive human mind continues. Without question, the mind of modern-day humanity remains under assault. The incursions are increasing and coordinatedas perhaps never before. Moreover, a global communications bandwidth has rapidly taken form, which plays a pivotal role in enabling the Antichrist and the Beast to deceive the world, both on a macro and personal basis. (An earlier article published in this space was entitled “The Last Technology.” It explained why the internet-connected smartphone is the last and final technology requiredfor prophetic enablement.) The result is that the average person’s mind is bombarded with entertaining images and populist messages. With that kind of informational diet, the mind loses its alertness … its ability to discern truth from fiction … to see and recognize the signs of the times. “So let us not be like the others, but let us be alert and self-controlled” (1 Thessalonians 5:6). Fewer and fewer people today have the ability to test and approve what God’swill and plans are. Moreover, Jesus Christ counseled His followers to be alert and to watch. How many find the time and focus to do so today? The Focus of Mind That the Bible Wants What “share of mind” does our Lord encourage? The Bible leaves no doubt. Hundreds of Scriptures indicate that Jesus Christ should possess our total being. God’s truth andpresence should dominate our minds. Perhaps the most quoted passage is found in Psalm 1: “Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the LORD,and on his law he meditates day and night” (vv. 1-2). “Oh, how I love your law! I meditate on it all day long” (Psalm 119:97). Thoughts to Ponder Sadly, all of us living in the age of the super-charged media and commercialized culture of our time struggle to attain the type of devotion that Scripture upholds. ApostlePaul was already worried about this type of assault upon the minds of Christians 2,000 years ago. “But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ” (2 Corinthians11:3). Yes, Paul may not have understood the “somehow.” But today, we do recognize the devices and means being deployed to lead our minds astray. What can we do? Acknowledge this encouragement: “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God” (Colossians3:2-3). But in our time of a massive, coordinated assault upon the functions of people’s minds, more than acknowledgment is required. We must also willfully act to govern and guard our minds. The Bible provides much counsel on this task. “Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; setyour hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed. As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance. But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: ‘Beholy, because I am holy'” (I Peter 1:13-16). “The end of all things is near. Therefore, be clear-minded and self-controlled so that you can pray” (1 Peter 4:7).

I never thought I would see so many precursors tothe Tribulation period as are evident all around us and yet still be waiting for the Lord’s appearing. As I consider what the Bible says about the enormous death toll and vast devastation of the Day of Lord, I begin to understand what seems to us to be a delay. Just as Godsent many prophets to warn Judah of its impending destruction, so He is now allowing students of His Word, as well as the events themselves, to warn people that He’s ready to pour out His wrath on a rebellious humanity. There will come a day when the signs of the end times become reality; then it will be too late for many. GOD WILL JUDGE AMERICA The wickedness of the Biden administration exceeds all that I could ever have imagined. The lewd celebration of LGBQT+ on the White House lawn in early June shocked me. ThePresident praised those in attendance above our service members, veterans, law enforcement officers, and fire fighters. Since when are those who chose a deviant lifestyle that’s a grievous affront to God to be honored as “brave and inspiring?” How can suchwickedness not lead to God’s judgment? As never before, we witness the satanic attack on our children that starts with abortion and works its way to the LGBQT+ grooming of children for a vile lifestyle. This includesthe sex trafficking to satisfy the lusts of a multitude of pedophiles that remain hidden because many of them have powerful positions in our government. Only the devil himself could come up with the evil and vile practice of mutilating children to change theirsex. Thank God for the states that now prohibit this wicked practice. These are all signs of God’s impending judgment. I believe that the events of September 11, 2001, were a shot across the bow warning America to turn around. Unfortunately, the tragic events of that day quickly lost theirimpact and as a nation we have journeyed to the edge of forever. Psalm 75:8 provides an apt picture of what happens when God’s patience comes to an end: For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup with foaming wine, well mixed, and he pours out from it, and all the wicked of the earth shall drain it down to the dregs. God will surely judge the wickedness of our world. It’s a matter of when, not if. THE RESTRAINER IS ALLOWING MORE TIME FOR PEOPLE TO HEED GOD’S WARNINGS The seeming delay in the beginning of the Tribulation has lulled many people, even believers, into a false sense of normalcy. The warnings of the past several years have nothappened as soon as many thought. The result is a sense that all is well for the foreseeable future, which couldn’t be further from realty. “Why would God restrain His judgments for the moment?” one might ask. The answer is found in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-8; the Restrainer is holding back the appearing of the antichriston the world scene and in so doing, I believe He’s also suppressing events that that will usher the “lawless one” into power. We must always keep in mind that God is sovereign over all things; His timing is perfect in all things regardless of our perspective.He’s holding back His wrath so as to give people more time to repent. I have watched as NATO consistently crosses the red lines that Vladimir Putin puts in place, and yet the war has not yet escalated beyond Ukraine or become nuclear. I don’tthink it’s because Putin is such a good guy, but rather that the Lord, at least for the moment, is holding back the eruption of WWIII. For at least the past decade, I have read books and articles warning that the U.S. is on the brink of a major economic collapse the likes of which will cause a worldwide depressionleading to the conditions described in Revelation 6:5-6. Despite the fact that our government has printed an enormous amount of money during the past several years, incurred over thirty-one trillion dollars in debt, continues to recklessly spend money, andinvites millions of illegals into our country on our dime, somehow our economy has not yet collapsed. How is this possible apart from the Lord’s restraining hand? Last year, I reported the numerous warnings of dire food shortages for 2023, but so far they have not materialized despite the fiery destruction of well over one hundred foodprocessing plants in the U.S. and efforts around the world to curb farm production. For the past several years, we have watched tensions escalate in the Middle East as nations align precisely as described in Ezekiel 38. Many predicted that Israel would attackIran’s nuclear capabilities long before now. For the past several months, it has seemed as though a major war could erupt at any moment between Israel and the proxies of Iran, one that might rapidly lead to the Gog-Magog war described by the Prophet Ezekiel.Yet this full-scale war hasn’t yet happened despite the huge buildup for it. Is not God holding back these things until the time is right and then everything will happen suddenly? The Rapture will be just the beginning of rapid events that will rockthe world as never before. It will all happen quicker than we can imagine. HOW CAN BELIEVERS NOT SEE THE MANY SIGNS OF THE LORD’S RETURN? Last year, I wrote a post titled, 12 Signs the World is Running Out of Normal. In it, I provided evidence of how God is demonstrating the lateness of the hour with unmistakablesigns that we live in the last moments before Jesus returns for His church. In many instances, these signs are clearer now than eight months ago. Below is an update to these signs that tell us we might be moments away from the Lord’sappearing. 1. The rebirth of Israel. The continued existence of the nationof Israel is truly miraculous and a sign that should be evident to all believers. Unfortunately, many close their eyes to the reality of this fulfillment of biblical prophecy. How can people not recognize this unfolding miracle? 2. Third temple fever in Israel. The Bible says there will bea temple in Jerusalem during the Tribulation period and the nation of Israel intends to construct is as soon as possible. Their new railway system from Tel Aviv to the temple mount even facilitates the transportation of animals for sacrifices at the temple.The Temple Institute in Jerusalem is now training Levites to serve as priests in the future temple. 3. The four horses of Revelation 6:1-8. We see precursors to thejudgments of Revelation 6:1-8 everywhere we look; one has to close their eyes not to see the signs of the nearing Tribulation period. As evidence of their nearness, some mistakenly believe that the conditions described in these verses have already arrived. 4. The emergence of digital currencies. This is coming to theU.S. in July of 2023 in the form of FedNow and when fully implemented, it will enable the state to regulate all income and spending. The elimination of cash is a necessity for the mark of the beast as the antichrist. How could he control all commerce if peoplecan still use cash for their purchase? 5. Digital health passports. This is another avenue through whichthe globalists seek to gain control over the lives of everyone on the planet and this initiative is picking up momentum every day. When fully in place, these passports will radically change the lives of everyone. We are much close to this becoming a realitythan last year. 6. Mark of the Beast technology. With Artificial Intelligence(AI), huge databases, and the 5G network, the antichrist will be able to do what he couldn’t have done twenty years ago. Even unbelievers are warning people of the dangers inherit in this technology. 7. Transhumanism. Meet the new Nephilim. Just as Satan tried tochange humanity in days of Noah so as to pollute the human race and stop the birth of our Savior, he’s at it again in an attempt to radically transform all human life before Jesus has a chance to rule over the nations. 8. The soon arrival of One-World governance. For those payingattention, the elite are increasingly vocal about their desire to subject the world to their Communistic regime where we will “own nothing and be happy.” The UN is currently talking about a seven-year plan, starting in September of 2023, which will acceleratetheir plans for one-world governance by 2030. Do you see how this could easily become a seven-year covenant? 9. Worship of creation rather than the Creator. Noah Harari recentlysaid that AI will rewrite the Bible so that it forms the basis of a religion that’s “correct.” A new “bible” for a new religion sounds a lot like Revelation 17. 10. Pole shift concerns that eerily match prophecies in both Revelation 6:12-17 and Isaiah 24:19-20.The warnings continue, but for the moment God is saying, “Not yet.” Could we see the effects of this before the Rapture? Have these conditions already started with the emergence of severe weather across the world? 11. Scoffing. If you believe in the pre-Tribulation Rapture, youknow all about the scoffing. Pastors and church members alike join in the laughter of our treasured hope and readily accuse us of being liars and false teachers. The intensity of the mocking continues to grow. 12. Perilous times on steroids. The retail industry expects losses due to theft to reach the two hundred-billion-dollar mark for 2022. We are seeing lawlessness on a scale never seen before in America.It’s a sure sign that the spirit of the “lawless one” is working overtime in our day. 13. Deception. I’m adding this one because it also shouts to usthat the Tribulation period is ever so close. Both Jesus and the Apostle Paul warned that deception would greatly increase in the last days. I have to admit, however, that it has reached a place beyond what I could ever have imagined, and it will even getworse after the Rapture. Many of the signs in the above list merely point to the Lord’s soon return, but someday they will happen and quickly enslave people under the rule of a deadly regime. The Lord is graciously allowing an abundance of signs demonstrating His sovereignty over history and warning people that we live in the last moments of human history as weknow it. Why do so many Christians close their eyes to these things and remain hopeful of a long and prosperous life? THE TIME IS NOW As the time of the Rapture and the start of the seven-year Tribulation near, we can expect lawlessness and violence to increase along with the continuing shrinking of ourfreedoms. Many of us who know Jesus as our Savior long for His appearing. We eagerly anticipate the day Jesus suddenly catches us up to meet Him in the air and takes us up to glorybefore God pours out His wrath on the world (1 Thessalonians 5:1-11). Those left behind will feel the full force of the troubles about which the Lord is graciously warning all those who will listen. The time is now to look up in anticipationof Jesus’ soon appearing. Please don’t fall for the lie that the Lord will not return until after you die. That is not the reality that that the signs point us to. Yes, many people will turn to the Savior during the Tribulation and receive eternal life. However, the vast majorityof those who do will experience severe persecution and martyrdom. It’s far better to heed God’s warnings now, before they become reality.

Is it biblical illiteracy, indifference, or busyness, that keeps the majority from acknowledging the obvious? Time is running out. Predicted events are exploding. Things arein decline. Even nature is screaming that Jesus is coming soon! All of creation must be set free, not just humans. Most reading this magazine have seen things in their lifetime that are, quite frankly, astounding: •The re-birth and prospering of the nation of Israel •The rise of artificial intelligence •The preparation of the coming digital currency •The use of a pandemic to hasten global government •The rise of Mark of the Beast technology •The rise of apostasy in the church the last 60 years •The death of discernment •Talk of a third temple in Israel •The scoffing of Bible prophecy •A cancel culture that cancels Christians •The exponential rise of evil •The rise of anti-Semitism The list could go on with another twenty bullet points! A headline on the Drudge Report said it all: “Global Economy Struggles Amid Inflation, Pandemic Aftershocks, and War.” The world’s a mess. All Set for the Antichrist As Jonathan Brentner states, “Twenty-five years ago, it would have been impossible for the Antichrist to control commerce in the world in the way that we read in Revelation13:16-18. He would have needed a massive army of devotees to do so. “Today, with the advances in artificial intelligence, gigantic databases, and 5G technology, it will soon be possible for one person to set the parameters of buying and sellingfor everyone in the world. By the midpoint of the Tribulation, he will be able to control buying and selling worldwide with the flip of a switch.” The Silence of the Shepherds I personally believe that the root of today’s blindness to these facts is the silence of the church. Some 30 years ago, our seminaries dropped eschatology from their classline-up and pastors have not been trained in things to come. What a tragedy! At such a time as this, the shepherds are not equipped. Many pastors state they don’t wish to take a “controversial” stand when it comes to last days’ eschatology. Is it pre-Tribulation, mid or post? Is it Amillennial, Premillennial,or Postmillennial? And will the addition of these topics really grow a church or just divide it?? It might be better to set such topics aside and deal with day-to-day needs of a congregation and its hurting people. Desperately Needed Hope! But they have robbed them of the “blessed hope”! (Titus 2:13) How can pastors not see the signs of the times, and as a result, provide those in their charge with the hopethey desperately need in these perilous times? As Jonathan Brentner summarizes in his article, “We are living on borrowed time. God is sovereign, but from our perspective we see His patience with a nation and world gonemad. He’s holding back the full explosion of evil and destruction that will happen at the beginning of the Day of the Lord.” He concludes, “I know that the majority of those reading this article agree with me, and the intent of my question is to reinforce your valid beliefs. It takes a purposefulignorance of biblical prophecy not to recognize that the world, and especially the U.S., rests on the edge of a cliff.” You Have Eyes to See! You can see the nearness of His return! Very few reading this would disagree. What a blessing that God has opened your eyes to this truth and to the lateness of the hour.You cannot be accused of being in ignorance! You devour all the issues and news of the day to keep up and to help you look up! You are the righteous, eager remnant. May your numbers increase as we wind down the Church Age.

 The Hope of Bible Prophecy – By David Jeremiah - https://harbingersdaily.com/the-rest-of-the-story-the-hope-of-bible-prophecy/ You may remember the television newscaster who had one of the most memorable sign-off lines in American broadcasting: Walter Cronkite, who would end the CBS Evening News bysaying, “And that’s the way it is.” While Cronkite’s two-decade run as a network news host was amazing, another broadcaster—this one on radio—was active for nearly six decades and had multiple memorable linesto his credit. Once established and popular, he began every news broadcast the same way: “Hello Americans! This is [name]—stand by for NEWS!” And depending on whether it was his midday broadcast or his evening broadcast, he would end each the same way: “[Name]—goodday!” or “[Name]—good night!” And rather than reveal the name of someone who had done something criminal or offensive in the news, he would substitute a long, silent pause before moving on. If you are of a certain age in America, you know exactly whom I am talking about: the legendary Paul Harvey. From 1951 to 2008, his radio broadcasts were heard by some 24million listeners each week on 1,200 radio stations, 400 armed forces stations, and printed in 300 newspapers. He had the perfect voice for radio: deep and rich, with impeccable timing, flavored with whimsy and a smile. Though Harvey’s trademark style was legendary, there was one phrase he used that became iconic. From 1976 until his death in 2009, Paul Harvey hosted a series called The Restof the Story—stories with plot twists and turns unknown to the public at large. And no one could tell a story with a surprise ending better than Harvey. Americans waited for the last punchline sentence, followed by a trademark pause, then the famous words: “And now you know… the rest of the story.”1 (I can hear those words even as I write!) What does “the rest of the story” do for us? It provides answers to questions; it releases tension; it provides background and context. But most of all, “the rest of the story” provides the end of the story. Every story has a beginning, a middle, and an end. When we know the beginning and most of the middle, we live with a measure of tension and anticipation until the end is revealed. Not having the end of the story revealed is likereading through a gripping novel full of mystery and drama only to discover that the last chapter has been torn from the book! We are desperate to find out “who done it,” as they say, and can’t get relief until we know. The Bible is such a story—God’s story of redemption and reconciliation. We know the beginning stages (chapters) of God’s story, and we are living in the “middle” chaptersright now. But what about “the rest—the end—of the story”? Those who look at the history of humanity from a purely secular perspective can recite the beginning in a mechanical sort of way: the movement of people and nations withoutany coherent story line. And as for the middle chapters, our modern world is filled with problems and pressures from every angle that could be described as a global pinball machine—random events, again with no spiritual story line. And as for the future—thesecularists can only ask, “Who knows?” But those of us who view history as God’s story, playing out His plans and purposes, view the world differently. Not only do we see God’s hand at work in the past and present,but we also see “the rest of the story” coming in the future. And that is where biblical prophecy comes in: Prophecy tells us “the rest of the story.” That is the value of prophecy—it lets us breathe a sigh of relief; it tells us how the story ends. And bytelling us ahead of time, it gives us hope, comfort, and assurance until the future arrives. Prophecy is a big topic—let’s talk about what it is and how it benefits us. Understanding Prophecy Definitions first. The Greek word in the New Testament that we translate as “prophecy” or “to prophesy” comes from combining two Greek words: the preposition “before” andthe verb “declare/say.” Combine the two, and you get the idea of speaking about something before it happens. That’s how we usually think about biblical prophecy—a prediction about the future. We could call that kind of prophecy foretelling. But there is another aspect of prophecy we can call forthtelling—the act of speaking forth the words of God. Foretelling andforthtelling are two sides of the same prophetic coin. One is the actual prophecy (prediction) itself; the other is the act of speaking forth those words from God about the future. First Corinthians 14:3 lists the benefits of prophecy, including edification (strengthening, building up), exhortation (encouragement), and comfort (hope). Those three effectsof prophecy are important to remember when we talk about “the rest of the biblical story”—the part of the story that is yet to be experienced. God has given us a broad prophetic outline of how the future will unfold and in some cases remarkable details. But as we wait for God to reveal all the details, the propheticScriptures can strengthen us, encourage us, and give us certain hope—in at least six ways. Unpacking Prophecy Perspective. Knowing what is coming in the future gives us perspective on what is happening now. Without biblical prophecy we might not understand the international resentment toward thenation of Israel, the gradual inclination toward a universal world order, the increase in natural disasters, the decline in the moral fabric of societies, and more. Since the Bible foretells all those realities, we are not surprised when we see them happening. Perception. To perceive is to understand or interpret. Much biblical prophecy is written in apocalyptic or figurative language which requires understanding. So when John saw a visionof Christ returning to earth with a sharp sword coming out of His mouth (Revelation 19:15), we know it means He is coming to destroy and judge the nations. And that gives us an understanding about the future of rulers who govern unjustly and with evil intent.It lets us know the scales of justice will be balanced. Promises. When God speaks about the future, it is the same as a promise. No biblical prophecy about events in the past has ever gone unfulfilled. And that gives us great certainty aboutprophecies related to the future—they, too, are promises of God in which we can trust. When we wonder if there will ever be a time when there will be peace on earth, prophecy promises, “Yes” (Isaiah 9:6-7). Will we ever be free of sickness, pain, and death?Prophecy promises, “Yes” (Revelation 21:4-5). Propping Up. The same prophetic words that encourage you can be used by you to encourage others. Recall Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 14:3: Prophecy strengthens, encourages, and comforts.And there are many in this world who need all three. Prophecy—God’s promises about the future—can prop up those in danger of falling. Power. Peter wrote that the “prophetic word” can serve as a “light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts” (2 Peter 1:19). Likefresh batteries in a flashlight on a dark night, the prophetic Scriptures can empower us to stay on the path of God’s plans and purposes “until the day dawns.” Preparation. What is the purpose of a weather report or a travel advisory? Preparation. When we know what the future holds, we can make preparations today—the most important of which isembracing the Lord Jesus Christ and extending His Kingdom in the world. Biblical prophecy: perspectives for today and promises for tomorrow. When we know “the rest of the story,” it doesn’t matter how troubling the middle chapters are. When theAuthor has given us a copy of the last chapters to read ahead of time, we can make more sense of the past and present parts of the story. To read “the rest of the story,” be a faithful student of God’s prophetic Scriptures. Let God use them to strengthen, encourage, and comfort you as we approach the final chapterof His eternal story. “The rest of the story”—the best of the story—is soon to come!

There seems to be no let-up by the satanically deluded and driven antagonists ofIsrael. Their plans continue to harbor the rage to destroy the Jewish state, to, as they often express, push Israel into the Mediterranean, never to be heard from again. Iran’s ongoing vow to wipe Israel from the face of the earth is joined by the Islamic states and terrorist organizations surrounding the nation. The configuration of suchenemies would seem to give validity to the belief that it is all building toward fulfillment of the so-called Psalm 83 war. While I don’t believe there will be a war separate from Gog-Magog that involves the words wrapped up in the imprecatory prayer found in Psalm 83, I could certainly be wrong,and my good friend, Bill Salus, for example, could be correct. Bill is the first I know of to set in order writing that portrays Psalm 83 as a kinetic conflict yet future. I some years ago wrote a review upon his book’s release on the matters involved, allowingthe possibility that he was right. At that time, I nonetheless disagreed. And, as I say, I continue to do so, even while things going on within the councils of Israel’s blood-vowed enemies become increasingly intriguing. Developments are interesting particularly because Israel’s enemy Islamic neighbors, despite having lost each major attempt to carry out Nasser’s and others’ Allah-vowed promisesto rid the world of the Jews, now issue boisterous declarations that Israel is as good as vanquished. It is as if they are living in a dreamland they neither can nor even wish to exit. But such arrogance doesn’t surprise. Humanity, in general, continues down the same destructive path, unable and/or unwilling to learn that the cyclical pattern through mankind’shistory continues. The trajectory always takes mankind into worldwide conflict and worldwide carnage. Psalm 2 explains God’s view of the foolishness of man’s grasp for power God’s Word forbids. The Lord scattered mankind after the Flood and upon the tower-building at Babel. Global wars, with megalomania and desire for world conquest at their core, have ended thesame way. Yet Israel’s enemies take no note of these obviously inescapable consequences laid out by the God who knows—and foretells—the end from the beginning. The Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research (PCPSR) released a new survey on Wednesday that painted a grim picture of a Palestinian public overwhelmingly supportiveof violence toward Israel, with two-thirds believing that Israel will not celebrate its hundredth anniversary… When asked what has been the most positive or the best thing that has happened to the Palestinian people since 1948, the largest percentage (24%) said that it was the establishmentof Islamic movements, such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad (both classified as terrorist organizations) and their participation in “armed struggle.” 21% said the first and second intifadas were the most positive developments in Palestinian history since 1948. Israel, foretold by Ezekiel to be one of the primary nationsthat will attack in the God-Magog War, is boasting of its Fattah Missile, which it proclaims can travel at fourteen times the speed of sound. The hypersonic weapon joins like weapons produced by Russia and China, according to some military experts. Both Russia and China also threaten use of these super cruise-missile-type weapons as part of their aggression sights set on Ukraine and on Taiwan. These can be tipped withnuclear warheads, apparently, but experts say any weapon traveling at that speed might be hard to govern because development of controls capabilities lag behind the advanced explosive weapons themselves. In the case of Iran, it seems mostly bluster at this point. The Iranians have to hold weaponry development involving nuclear application close to the vest. Israeli Prime MinisterBenjamin Netanyahu has vowed Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. And they must know he’s not kidding. Israel’s survival is at stake. Or is it? When it comes to the survival of Israel, the God of Heaven that neither slumbers nor sleeps, says the following: “This is what the Lord says, ‘He who appoints the sun to shine by day, Who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the LordAlmighty is His Name; Only if these ordinances vanish from My sight, declares the Lord, will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before Me” (Jeremiah 31: 35–36). One way Israel’s God has seen to it that His chosen people survive and even thrive is through blessing them with the ability to create, in some cases, almost miraculous technologicalbreakthroughs. This has been true, particularly in the matter of technological warfare capabilities. This news item illustrates… Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems on Wednesday said it was developing a new system that would be able to intercept incoming hypersonic missiles traveling at five timesthe speed of sound on a complex trajectory which makes them difficult to intercept… “The SkySonic interceptor will enable us to intercept all kinds of hypersonic threats— hypersonic ballistic missiles, hypersonic cruise missiles,” Yuval Steinitz, chairmanof Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd, said. The system is scheduled to be on display next week during the Paris Air Show. The Pentagon was briefed on the development, Rafael said. It declined to say if or when the Israeli military might deploy SkySonic. Israel’s defense ministry had no immediatecomment. The announcement came days after Iran unveiled what officials described as its first domestically-made hypersonic ballistic missile. We should and are commanded to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, of course.To do so is to pray that the Prince of Peace returns to put an end to all the wickedness to which Israel—and the rest of us—are subjected during this prophetic time leading to the Tribulation and Christ’s Second Advent. Israel’s enemies—and ours, the enemies of Jesus Christ, who is also our protector—are living in a dreamland of delusion. They will neither conquer nor destroy God’s chosenpeople, nor the people who belong to Jesus. Here once again is how to make certain you belong to Him: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heartman believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10:9–10).

It was Christ who told us in the Sermon on the Mount that we were salt and light. He said that salt wasno good if it lost its savor and there can be no light if the lamp is hid under a basket. It was Peter who wrote that we were a royal priesthood. Paul exhorts us in Ephesians to put on the full armor of God, speak boldly as we ought to speak, and having doneall, to stand. It was Peter and the apostles, who stood up against the prideful and hypocritical Sadducees filled with indignation, and proclaimed in Acts 5:29, “We ought to obey God rather than men.” Throughout the scriptures, leaders in the faith faced challenges.As leaders in the faith, we will too. Pride is often the double-edged sword for leaders of the faith. The position of leadership, no matter how big or small, can be a source of pride. Resisting pride through humilityand an attitude of service is the mark of a good leader. Christ is our example. He led by serving others in humility and kindness. He also held people accountable. He was direct with his communication. He built consensus. He knew his purpose. But he also facedchallenges, especially from the Pharisees and Sadducees who were part of the other edge of the pride sword. For various reasons, they opposed him. They saw Christ as a threat to their worldly authority and a challenge to their social status, intellect, anddomain—all issues of pride. Let us recall the story of Korah in Numbers 16-18. Korah, a cousin of Moses, was well-respected and a carrier of the Ark of the Covenant. Because he was a first-born son anda Levite, Korah believed he should be a priest and leader of his clan. But Moses chose another cousin to lead, who was not a first-born. Korah raised 250 men to confront and challenge the leadership of Moses and Aaron. Moses called on the wisdom of God inhandling this rebellious situation. Moses proposed that Korah and his 250 followers bring their firepans with incense to the Tabernacle to determine whether they were to serve as priests. Moses prophesied that if the Lord had not sent Korah and his coconspiratorsthat the earth would swallow them up. You have heard it said that pride goes before a fall. Well, Korah and his buddies fell into the pit of the earth and were swallowed up because in challenging Moses, they were,in reality, challenging God’s authority. There are a lot of lessons from this story. We are all leaders in Christ and, thus we are held to a higher standard. We will face challenges. As Christ said, we will be persecuted and hated for his name’s sake. Letus always remember the double-edged sword of pride. When we are challenged, let us not allow pride to get in the way of what God is trying to accomplish. Seek his guidance. Respond in humility. As is written in Proverbs 29:23, “A man’s pride will bring himlow, But the humble in spirit will retain honor.”

Martin Castro, then chairman of the Commission, added his thoughts. “The phrases ‘religious liberty’ and ‘religious freedom,’” he wrote, “will stand for nothing except hypocrisy so long as they remain code words for discrimination, intolerance, racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, Christian supremacy or any form of intolerance.” That was seven years ago, but since then the report and Mr. Castro’s statement have become increasingly relevant. The idea that when Christian Americans say nice things, theyare in fact speaking code for evil things, creates deep distrust and destroys civil discourse. Mr. Castro assigned his own meaning to the words “religious liberty.” For instance, he called it code for “Islamophobia.” The opposite is true. Religious liberty means thatevery individual is free to embrace Islam, Christianity, or none of the above if they choose. However, the freedom to choose does not mean that all choices are equal. Castro called “Christian supremacy… a form of intolerance.” I have never heard a Christian use theterm “Christian supremacy.” That phrase seems to have been chosen because it evokes the idea of white supremacy — something that is antithetical to the Bible. We do not choose our race, but we do choose our ideas. Islam and Christianity represent competing ideas and beliefs. The Bible and the Koran contradict one another in majorways, so they cannot both be true. “Religious freedom” allows each side to present its case, to which people are free to listen or not. One way or another, they come to a wide variety of conclusions. We Christians must recognize that every human being is made in the image of God and that Christ died for each one. We love and respect individuals because of the One whoseimage they bear. They will make different choices about God, and we respect that, too. But the fact that we respect the God-given faculty of individual choice does not make all choices equal. Does “Christian supremacy” mean that Christians see our beliefs as superior to other sets of beliefs? If it’s just that, then what’s the big deal? Everyone believes in thesuperiority of their own beliefs. They might be atheists, they might believe that God is unknowable, or they might believe in a pantheon of gods. But whatever they believe, they believe they are right. If you are a Christian, walk humbly before God and man, but don’t be ashamed of being right. And don’t buy in to the silly idea that one belief is as good as another. Thetruth matters. Unlike any other religious text in the world, the Bible proves itself in thousands of ways. It is not intolerant to say that two plus two equals four, and not five. It’s the truth. You have a right to believe that the answer is five, but that idea is inferior tothe truth, and it will harm you in many ways. The danger is that children will come to see confidence in one’s faith as intolerance. It is not. We can coexist and we can respect others without affirming lies or deprecating truth.

I’ve been saying this for decades, and an article from a pastor and professor of Christian ethics just confirmed, once again, the truth of what I’ve been saying for so long. In the final part of a four-part series on how this pastor of almost three decades became “gay affirming,” he writes: I embarked on a fresh study of the “Big Six” passages that “everyone knows” establish absolute heterosexual normativity, a strict male-female gender binary, and a ban on anydeviations. I concluded that it came down to two main passages (Gen. 1-2 and Romans 1) and one main theme — divine creation order. Yes, I would agree—when it comes to human sexuality, it all goes back to Genesis (you could say the answers are in Genesis!). God’s Word is clear: he created us male and femaleand designed marriage to be between one man and one woman for life (Genesis 1:27, 2:24 and confirmed by Jesus in Matthew 19:4–5). The pastor then goes on to radically reinterpret what God’s Word clearly teaches about marriage, sexuality, and gender. How can he “get away” with this new interpretationof God’s Word? He writes: It also struck me like a thunderbolt that the LGBTQ+ issue was the ultimate current example of the old faith and science problem. I then reasoned by analogy from other moments where the creation narratives were read woodenly or literally and created faith/science problems – earth as the center of theuniverse, a 6,000-year-old earth, a literal six-day-creation, the impossibility of accepting anything like the theory of evolution. It dawned on me that this was a solvable problem in integrating our primal cosmology (creation narrative) with an honest appraisal of the world as we find it. So, to solve the “problem” of wanting to be LGBTQ affirming but having to go against the Word of God to do so, he simply reinterprets God’s Word “with an honest appraisalof the world as we find it.” In other words, God is not his authority—man is his authority! As I’ve always said, the way a person takes Genesis is an authority issue! It’s a temptation as old as the garden of Eden when Satan tempted Eve with “Did God really say?” and “You will be like God!” Our sin nature is such that we have a naturalpropensity to doubt God’s Word, twist it to confirm what we want to believe, and make ourselves god over Scripture. To fall for the temptation to reinterpret God’s Word regarding marriage and gender, this pastor first rejected a literal Genesis—that God created everything in six, literal,24-hour days just a few thousand years ago. He allowed man, not God, to be his authority. So then when it came to questions regarding social issues in our culture, it was easy for him to reject God’s Word as the authority and reinterpret Genesis yet again. As I’ve always said, a historical Genesis is an issue of authority: do you start with God’s Word or man’s word?

So less sunlight would mean less food for all of us. And considering the fact that we are already in the early stages of a horrifying globalfood crisis, growing enough food should be a very high priority. Unfortunately, the globalists see things very differently. They are apparently willing to implement extremely risky measures in a desperate attempt to get temperatures back into a range thatthey consider to be “normal”. The following comes from a Bloomberg article entitled “EU Looks Into Blocking Out the Sun as Climate Efforts Falter”… The European Union will join an international effort to assess whether large-scale interventions such as deflecting the sun’s rays or changing the Earth’s weather patternsare viable options for fighting climate change. The bloc will announce a framework Wednesday for assessing the security implications of a rapidly warming planet, such as the potential for scarce water or food to triggerconflict and migration, according to a draft document seen by Bloomberg. Part of that assessment includes studying the potential dangers of re-engineering the atmosphere. This is madness. Blocking out the sun isn’t going to solve anything. In fact, it would have the potential to create far bigger problems than we are facing now. But the globalists are desperate. Even though they have been imposing unthinkable mandates on their populations, carbon emissions just aren’t going down fast enough to meettheir goals. For example, the Dutch government is actually forcing thousands of farmers to turn over their farms… The Dutch government is planning to purchase and then close down up to 3,000 farms in an effort to comply with a European Union environmental mandate to slash emissions, accordingto reports. Farmers in the Netherlands will be offered “well over” the worth of their farm in an effort to take up the offer voluntarily, The Telegraph reported. The country is attemptingto reduce its nitrogen pollution and will make the purchases if not enough farmers accept buyouts. “There is no better offer coming,” Christianne van der Wal, nitrogen minister, told the Dutch parliament on Friday. Shutting down thousands of farms in the midst of the worst global food crisis in modern history is literally an insane thing to do. But they are doing it anyway. And the government of Canada is considering similar measures. Canada is supposed to reduce carbon emissions from fertilizer by 30 percent by 2030, and so the government islooking at ways to impose draconian production reductions on farmers… Production losses could be significant, according to an analysis commissioned by Fertilizer Canada. Canada could lose over 160 million metric tons of canola, corn and springwheat between 2023 and 2030 due to the plan, according to the report. That’s nearly double Canada’s expected grain production this season. Agriculture emissions have soared in recent decades as farmers apply more fertilizer to increase output. Emissions from crop soils rose 87 per cent to about 7.6 metric tonsof carbon dioxide over three decades through 2020, according to the latest data from Environment and Climate Change Canada . I can’t even begin to describe how stupid this is. We need more food, not less. Here in the United States, the USDA has made fighting climate change their number one priority. The following comes from Doug Casey… The US Department of Agriculture has about 100,000 employees. It’s one of the many US government departments that should be abolished. If any of those 100,000 employees actuallyknow anything about agriculture or farming—most of them don’t—they should go out and do it, as opposed to making the lives of farmers miserable. Interestingly, the #1 mission of the USDA, stated on its website, is to combat climate change. Not to improve food production. The USDA, the EPA, and many others create regulations on everything and anything that farmers do today. I’d point out that according to USDA rules, a “farm” is any piece ofland that produces over or can produce over $1000 worth of product. That’s an unbelievably low amount. A garden in your backyard can be deemed a farm if it suits the authorities. I feel so sorry for our farmers. They shouldn’t have to put up with this. Sadly, the zealotry of the climate change cult seems to get more extreme with each passing year. In New York City, officials are actually planning to crack down on restaurants that use pizza ovens that are powered by coal and wood… Historic Big Apple pizza joints could be forced to dish out mounds of dough under a proposed city edict targeting pollutant-spewing coal-and-wood-fired ovens, The Post haslearned. The New York City Department of Environmental Protection has drafted new rules that would order eateries using the decades-old baking method to slice carbon emissions by upto 75%. If you have had pizzas that are cooked over real flames, you know how incredibly delicious they can be. But if authorities in New York City have their way, New Yorkers will soon be deprived of such pleasure. We live in a world that is literally going insane. We aren’t going to make enough food for everyone in the world this year, and the outlook for future years is even worse. Our leaders know that global famine is coming, but they seem absolutely determined to make it even worse. During this upcoming holiday, take some time to enjoy our sun while you still can. If the globalists have their way, it won’t be too long before the sun is much dimmer and much less sunlight is reaching our planet.

Is that still possibletoday? Yes, according to those who have visited Tall el-Hamman – the little-known site actually discovered and first written about in 2017. My wife and I had planned to lead a tour the next year, but I suffered the first of several strokes a day before we were to leave. I have never seen Tatt el-Hamman in Jordan;I still hope I can. Why? Because I want to see if it's still proof for the ungodly – so that fewer people will need to see it with their own eyes. The description of the biblical destruction of Sodom is supported by recent archaeological discoveries. Dr. Steven Collins, a Christian biblical scholar and the dean at the College of Archaeology at Trinity Southwest University, Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been excavating anarchaeological site for the past 15 years. Collins collaborated with a wide range of scientific experts from diverse fields and employed the most advanced techniques to develop a comprehensive picture of the fate of Sodom and Gomorrah. His results were publishedin the prestigious scientific journal Nature. The 64-page paper makes a highly credible and most astounding claim. The site is located in the Jordan Valley near the Dead Sea and dates back to the Middle Bronze Age. Thisis precisely the time and place where one would expect to find the ruins of biblical Sodom. Incredibly, the city unearthed there was destroyed in a unique event that seems to match the biblical account Sodom's ruination. The way the world seems headed today, this seems to be the most likely time for the infamous city to be rediscovered. The biblical account describes Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding area as being overturned at the same time by an act of God – a catastrophic rainstorm of fire and brimstone.Only Lot, Abraham's nephew, and his two daughters escaped with their lives. Not so, Lot's wife, who disobeyed an angel's warning not to glance back at the destruction and perished. In Genesis, Chapter 13 we learn that Abraham and his nephew Lot had pitched their tents between Beit El and Ai, which is north of Jerusalem. Their shepherds were not gettingalong with each other, so Abraham suggested to Lot that they part ways, and Lot should find somewhere else to live. At that point the Bible says: "And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, beforethe Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar." This is how Dr. Collins describes, in his paper, the plain north of the Dead Sea that the Jordon River flows through: "Located in a generally arid region, the Jordan Valley is one of the best-watered areas in all the southern Levant (Jordan, Israel, and Palestine). In addition to numeroussprings created by a disgorging Transjordanian aquifer, the area had hydrological conditions for human habitation somewhat analogous to the Nile Delta region, which is also bordered by arid terrain," he wrote. He added that Tall el-Hamman was the largest ofthe five cities destroyed and was 10 times larger than Jerusalem. Why did God destroy Sodom and Gomorrah? Genesis 18:20 says, "And the Lord said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;" Jeremiah 23:14 says, "I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers,that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah." And why should we care today about the fate of these ancient cities? Mark 6:11 quotes Jesus as he sends out his disciples, "And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimonyagainst them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment, than for that city." I think the message is to repent – before it's too late.

Rather than saying they’re trying to make a virus “more deadly,” they keepusing this “gain of function” phrase over and over as if this makes it more acceptable. It’s sort of like changing the word “adultery” into “affair.” “Affair” is far more palatable than “adultery.” It sounds less sinful when gossiping. But call it what you want,it’s still one of the top ten sins, according to God. We also change the word “pervert” to the much softer-sounding “gay,” even though there’s no connection. If you watch any TV video clips of those demonic parades going on inJune, they don’t seem to be a very happy bunch. I'm guessing they don't know that there’s an eternal price to pay for eternity for certain actions clearly defined in the Bible. Outside [of heaven] are the dogs and the sorcerers [Greek = Pharmakos—“a drug, i.e. spell-giving potion” —think drug distributors or more specifically va((ine distributors]and the immoral persons [the worst of which is homosexuality] and the murderers and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying [Can you think of any lying going on recently?]. Rev. 22:15 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. 1Cor. 6:9-10 That’s pretty uncomfortable and in-your-face when read by us sinners. A lot of us have done some of those things. But, thankfully, the next verse shows Believers are in adifferent category. Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God. 1Cor. 6:11 Using the word “were” …. were washed, were sanctified, were justified … puts your sins in past tense because they're paid on the cross once and for all. Jesus paid it all2000 years ago when all your sins were in the future. But getting back to the Bill Gates headline above, the next interesting phrase alludes to the “biggest danger to all of mankind.” Not the only danger to wiping out the humanrace, just the biggest danger. A fairly large and respected news organization is openly running headlines about the human race being wiped out. Since there are many prophetic signs that tell us that we are close to the beginning of the 7-year Tribulation/70th Week of Daniel (which specifically includes mass murderof most of the human race) it amazes me that the secular world is talking about Bible prophecy…certainly without realizing it. When most of the world spends the entire month of June pushing a Biblically defined sin—basically giving God the finger—these perverts (God's designation, not mine) don’trealize that they're fulfilling Bible prophecy too. We should have seen this coming. God said it was going to be “just like" in the days of Noah, which was a time when homosexuality was off the charts. Homosexuality and thedays of Noah being tied to today was covered previously (https://compass.org/the-big-pride-push/). But another very interesting characteristic of the days of Noah was humans getting their genome changed. The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God [demonic angels] came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Gen.6:4 I can't quite get my arms around this. Can you imagine your daughter bringing home a demon to meet her parents? Good grief. It's so bizarre that Bible scholars have triedfor years to make this say something different. But that's what it says. The Bible does say that angels can take the form of humans. And demons are just fallen angels. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it. Heb. 13:2 But really all we know is that these offspring were born with changed DNA and were called Nephilim. Realize God didn't want Israelis to intermarry with another human culture,much less different beings. God was quite angered and wiped out the human race with Noah’s flood, except for eight souls who had not compromised their DNA, and start over. Well, now that’s interesting. The world today is also changing the genetic makeup of the human race via COVID va((ines. The mRNA in the va((ines, through a process calledreverse transcription, changes your God-designed immune system. In essence, these va((ines are rewriting the recipient’s God-designed genetic code. So this too is confirming biblical prophecy. Of course, many Christians were duped into taking the vaccine to keep their job, to fly or cruise, or to see their grandkids or whatever, because they felt they had no choice. I personally know several Believers who have died from the effects of taking the mRNA va((ine. And people are continuing to die today. Only the alternative media are coveringall these “unexplained” deaths. We don’t know where all this is headed prior to the Rapture but people KNOW that healthy people are dropping dead all over the place. Thankfully, in the Church Age we’re living in, there’s nothing we can do or not do after becoming a Believer that will change our salvation status. Once we become a Believer,that’s the end of it… you’ll always be a Believer, whether you want to be or not. Va((inated or not. If you're born again, you can’t be unborn. You can't walk away from God. In fact, if everything you do after you get saved burns up on Judgment Day, the Bible pointedly statesyou are still saved. I Corinthians 3 contains one of the many places that God confirms you cannot lose your salvation once you Believe by faith in the good news of Jesus dying for our sins onthe cross. For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood,hay, straw, each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work. If any man’s work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. Ifany man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire. 1Cor. 3:11-15 There is nothing we can do, or not do, that can separate us from what Jesus did for us on the cross. Quite frankly, if I had to do certain things in order to keep my salvation,I would’ve already blown it. For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. Rom. 7:18 God gave us choice, but He knew we humans are dumb as sheep and easily duped by Satan. So He didn’t leave it up to our works to keep our salvation. “I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU, NOR WILL I EVER FORSAKE YOU,” Heb. 13:5b So as we watch the mainstream media blare so much Bible prophecy fulfillment in these last days, comfort yourself that Believers will escape the horrors of the Tribulationand instead we'll be enjoying a royal dinner in heaven, with wine. Large plumes of smoke produced by the fires have stretched from west to east across the North American continent, significantly impacting air quality in several areas. NewYork City experienced hazardous air quality levels on June 6, primarily due to smoke from these fires. The east coast has been particularly affected, with smoke from fires in Nova Scotia and Quebec playing a significant role. Currently, the Quebec region is grappling with over160 forest fires, further exacerbating the situation. Air quality alerts have been issued in several other cities. When the smoke was at its peak, the sky turned. It is very strange that the same profound weather condition tookplace on the west coast in 2021 and 2022. Many Christians wonder if these firestorms are the result of climate change or the product of end-time birth pains. In recent years, the world has witnessed an increase inextreme weather events driven possibly by climate change. From heat waves and droughts to hurricanes and flooding, the frequency and severity of these events are on the rise. The key thing about climate change is that it should get worse over a long period of time. The temp will go up 5 degrees in the next 50 years. Ocean Water levels are forecastedto go up by four inches. A lot of events that strike are not part of a steady process. They come out of nowhere and often create a 1000-year event. Houston had a third 1000-year event when hurricaneHarvey poured down massive amounts of water that set records that a tropical jungle couldn’t match. In 2011 we broke several longstanding records for tornadoes. The next year, it was a record low for tornadoes. The next year was another record low for tornadoes. Oklahomaand Kansas had the latest reporting for the formation of a twister in each state. In 2005 Wilma was the strongest hurricane on record to make landfall in Dominica. It was the fastest storm to reach a Category 5 storm, and it stayed at Cat 5 longer thanany other storm. Wilma was the most intense tropical cyclone ever recorded in the Atlantic basin. We had such a massive rise in monster hurricanes, people started fearing living on the shoreline. Right after Maria plowed into Puerto Rico, we experienced a drought for hurricanes.We went a record 10 years without a US state being hit by a category 1 hurricane. In 2021 the state of Texas nearly suffered a grid-wide electrical meltdown because it relied too much on windmills, solar cells, and natural gas. God sent down a record coldblast to embarrass the green energy planners. The incident was also likely an end-time birth pain. Over the years, I’ve done many searches on “record cold,” and they don’t seem to be decreasing. Here is a fresh one from a few days ago: The last day of spring and the firstday of summer both brought record-cold temperatures to Baker City, Oregon. The temperature at the Baker City Airport dropped to 29 degrees on Tuesday, June 20, breaking the previous record for the date of 30 set in 2012. The next morning, the summer solstice,the temperature at the airport dipped to 30 degrees, breaking the record of 32 set in 1960. The reason why there was a name change from global warming to climate change is that we keep having record cold events. Several global warming conferences were canceled becausesnowstorms occurred in cities that rarely get freezing temperatures. I have a running joke with Terry and his son. If we have a heatwave, say we need Al Gore to fly over the state in his jet. The former vice president has been embarrassed several times byOld Man Winter (God). Weather, by its nature, makes wild moves. It could be 80 degrees in one location. A day later, it could be 20 below and snowing. Most birth pains are unrelated to weather,which is why they work so well. “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains” (Matthew24:8-10).

This also would hold true for the US Centers for Disease Control, who rigidly followed the WHO protocols and actively censored anyone who disagreed. The CDC and WHO condemned doctors whoexperientially were treating COVID with alternative protocols and having great success, while at the same time hospitals across the world were experiencing extreme mortality treating COVID with the WHO and CDC mandated protocols. As early as November 2021, The Daily Jot reported that a National Library of Medicine January 2021 report of 69 studies involving over 57,000 patients concluded that fatalityrates were 45% among COVID 19 patients receiving invasive mechanical ventilation (ventilator treatment). The fatality rate increased to 84% in older patients. Legal Counsel for the Truth For Health Foundation Thomas Renz confirmed these statistics as updatedby a study in Texas. He told a press conference that 84.8% of people mechanically ventilated for 96 hours died. According to the CMS, hospitals were incentivized to use ventilators on admitted patients at the rate of about $100,000 per patient. A June 8 Epoch Times Op-Ed documents: “Within weeks of the pandemic outbreak, it had become apparent that the standard practice of putting COVID-19 patients on mechanicalventilation was a death sentence—76.4 percent of COVID-19 patients (aged 18 to 65) in New York City who were placed on ventilators died. Among patients over age 65 who were vented, the mortality rate was 97.2 percent. Data suggest around 10,000 patients diedwith COVID-19 in NYC hospitals after being put on ventilators in spring 2020. Other metropolitan areas also saw massive spikes in deaths among younger individuals who were at low risk of dying from COVID-19. It’s possible many of these deaths were the resultof being placed on mechanical ventilation.” That’s just New York. Multiply this worldwide. It’s criminal what WHO and the CDC did. The WHO and CDC mandates along with the subsequent peer pressure in the medical system for doctors to follow the mandates to maintain their licenses turned hospitals intobounty hunters for those suspected of having COVID. Christ said in John 10:10, “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” Most of us have counted on doctors and hospitals to do the right thing when we entrust them tocare for us. In this day and age, beware and be wise for there is a great difference between life abundantly and life on a bounty. WHO must be held accountable by opposing funding for WHO, demanding the US withdraw from WHO, and supporting legislative effortsagainst WHO.

Donald Trump went to the federal court in Miami, Fla., where he was arraigned on charges associated with mishandling classified government documents. Trump entered a plea of not guilty, visited a restaurant to eat lunch, and returned to his estate in Bedminster, NJ, where he warned that America is headed in a damaging direction. He warned that America is in decline and said the political persecution of “Christians, pro-life activists, parents attending school board meetings, and even future Republicancandidates” won’t stop with him. Gary Bauer (Campaign for Working Families) said, “You don’t have to like Donald Trump to appreciate the gravity of this unprecedented political persecution. As we have repeatedlynoted, the intolerant neo-Marxist left, which despises free speech and religious liberty, is increasingly criminalizing normal values and punishing faith.” Like Trump, I believe America is headed in a dangerous direction, and I don’t think it will stop with him. But it is worse than America; it is the whole world. It is the great tribulation that Jesus talked about (Matt. 24:21). It will be more damaging than anything that has ever happened on earth or ever will happen, “And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved” (Matt.24:21-22). I believe that is where the persecution of Trump is headed because the Deep State’s political persecution of Trump is more than the fact that he may have mishandled classifiedgovernment documents (so did Obama, Biden, and several others that have not been prosecuted, and probably won’t be). It is that the Deep State wants to stop Trump from hindering their surrender of America’s sovereignty to a one-world government, and they want his persecution to be a messageto everyone else: Oppose the Deep State’s plan to surrender America’s sovereignty and establish a one-world government, and the full weight of the U.S. government will come down on you. Here are recent events that seem to indicate that we are getting close. One, concerning world government, world religion, deceit, andcensorship: on June 15, 2023, UN Sec. Gen. Antonio Guterres announced a plan to combat “hate” and “lies” on media platforms that subvert and harm the UN narrative. Critics say Guterres wants every nation to establish a group to silence anyone and everyone that disagrees with the UN. It is a plan to force everyone on earth to comply with a UN Code of Conduct (sometimes called a global ethic). It will ban freedom of speech, freedom of religion, or any other right to disagree with the UN on climate change, gender equality, LGBTQ issues, public health issues (abortion),or whatever the UN decides is global law. Two, concerning world government: on June 16, 2023, HarbingersDaily posted an article by Tim Moore, CEO and Senior Evangelist at Lamb & Lion Ministries, about his interview of Congresswoman Michele Bachmann and what has happened since she attended the World Health Organization (WHO) Assembly Meeting at the end of Maythis year. Here is some of what Bachmann said (These are quotes): > Just one week after the World Health Assembly concluded, they dropped an absolute bombshell. > A press letter went out that claimed the European Union has already developed a global digital passport that would regulate our health status and also the ability for peopleto take transportation. > This global digital passport, which essentially would be a scannable QR code issued by your mobile phone, would reveal if the individual is in compliance with the mandatesof the World Health Organization and so has permission to be able to travel and have the freedom to move about. > The World Health Organization didn’t wait to pass amendments or seek a global treaty. W.H.O. announced on June 5, 2023, that they are adopting the system Europe has alreadycome up with. > How do you enforce a global government? The answer is through a global digital passport. This has become a reality! > The W.H.O. announced that once it takes control over the European digital passport, this will be the first building block, presumably soon followed by merging your digitalcurrency and digital health records as well. Your entire life will eventually be merged into a single digital QR code. > When will the mandated global digital passport become effective? June of 2023. In other words, right now! This global digital passport is right now in effect. (My opinion:Moore and Bachmann are very reliable people, and we are seeing global government “beginning to come to pass” now. There is an effort to speed it up, and people need to be Rapture Ready.) The accuracy of the Bible is amazing. Four, concerning an economic collapse, the U.S. treasury announcedthat America’s national debt topped $32 trillion on June 16, 2023, and it will continue to rise. Five, concerning Jews in Judea fleeing into the wilderness atthe middle of the Tribulation Period (Matt: 24:15-16; Dan. 9:27), on June 18, 2020, the Netanyahu government passed a bill that will immediately take effect and greatly speed up the construction of houses and Israeli settlements in Judea and Samaria. In Bible terms, the Fig Tree is putting forth leaves (Matt. 24:32-33), and it is a clear sign that the end of the age is approaching. Six, concerning the Temple Mount and a rebuilt Temple: a memberof Netanyahu’s ruling Likud party has submitted a bill to divide the Temple Mount between Muslims and Jews. As expected, many Muslims and others are claiming that dividing the Temple Mount (the third holiest site in Islam) will lead to a religious war because this is part of a planto rebuild the Temple. This is worth noting because the Bible indicates that the Temple Mount will be divided, and Gentiles will possess the area that was the outer court of Herod’s Temple (Rev.11:1-2). Seven, concerning corruption in the U.S. Dept. of Justice (DOJ):on June 20, 2023, it was reported that the DOJ has signed an agreement to let Hunter Biden plead guilty to federal tax charges (failing to pay $1.2 million in back taxes) and illegal gun possession in exchange for ending the investigation of him. From what I read, he has admitted guilt, but it is unlikely that he will be sent to jail. (FYI:Concerning deceit at the end of the age: Pres. Joe Biden’s claim that the information on Hunter Biden’s laptop is Russian disinformation and his claim that Hunter has done nothing wrong have now been proven to be false, and many in the media reported “HonestJoe’s lies” as the truth. This is the truth: Hunter has finally admitted guilt to part of the information, and the DOJ is going to let him escape with a slap on the wrist. In contrast, they are prosecuting Trump on 37 counts of mishandling information andmay seek to send him to jail. The idea of equal justice in America is dead.) One digital (cashless) system that will accept every kind of CBDC on earth and allow people to buy and sell all over the world sounds much like a one-world digital (cashless)society. One report said there is a shortage of 15 indispensable chemotherapy drugs, a shortage of penicillin and amoxicillin, and other badly needed medicines. (My opinion:I seem to remember that part of the WHO’s attempt to take control of the world is the power to require nations to send some of their medicines to other countries. A shortage of indispensable medicines could cause and spread a pandemic and further reduce thepopulation of the earth.) Finally, are you Rapture Ready? If you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). A Justice Department letterconfirmed that the fortunate son would be pleading guilty to two counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax. Biden owed in excess of $200,000 on over $3 million income from 2017 and 2018. He also plead guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm. Iwonder how that made the Big Guy feel given his strong desire to disarm every American citizen. Court docs say there is a maximum sentence for each count of �12 months in prison, a fine of $100,000, or twice the gross gain or loss from the offense, whicheveris greater; 1 year of supervised release, restitution, a $25 special assessment, cost of prosecution.� That would be for you and me, not the fortunate son. The fortunate son will be on probation and will not see the inside of a jail cell�money is the �cure all� for this case and there is plenty of it to go around. The WashingtonTimes reported on June 12 that a secret FBI memo involving a paid informant obtained by the Senate referred to Joe Biden as the �big guy.� It described Joe Biden receiving a $5 million-dollar bribe from an executive of the Ukrainian energy firm Bursima ina payout scheme with a Chinese energy company. The communist Chinese company was to hold 10% of the profits for the �big guy.� There are also, according to the FBI memo, over 15 audio recordings of phone calls between the Bursima executive, Hunter Biden, andthe then-Vice President Joe �Big Guy� Biden. Now, the �Big Guy� said that neither he nor his Administration would interfere with the investigation of the fortunate son. But two IRS whistleblowers came forward, one whowas leading the IRS investigation, saying they were removed and threatened with criminal charges if they said anything about it. Their claim is that the fortunate son received preferential treatment from the investigators. Of course, the Justice Departmentdeclined to comment. From the time the US government managed to sign the debt ceiling resolution, it took just thirteen days for the national debt to soar by nearly $600 billion. At that pace, they added over $500,000 to the national debt every second. The US national debt has now breached $32 trillion... meaning America's debt-to-GDP ratio is now 121%. Historically, advanced nations tend to get into trouble when debt-to-GDPreaches around 90%. The US is way past that threshold -- but I'll return to that point in a moment. First, any time there's a discussion about the national debt, invariably some idiot says something stupid like "the debt doesn't matter because we owe it to ourselves." This is one of these irrational aphorisms (like "silence is violence") that people like to repeat over and over again until they believe it to be true. But it's not true.The debt matters. But let's first examine who owns it: Foreign governments like China, Japan, and Saudi Arabia hold a combined $7.4 trillion of US debt. The Federal Reserve owns $5.1 trillion of US debt. Social Security owns another $2.7 trillion of US debt, which of course is money owed to American retirees. Similarly, the Military Retirement Fund holds about $1.36 trillion. State and local governments hold about $1.55 trillion combined in US debt. Mutual funds own another $2.84 trillion. Banks own trillions worth of the national debt. Banks buy US government bonds with their depositors' money, i.e., YOUR money. JPMorgan Chase alone owns about $300 billion worth of US government debt. Silicon Valley Bank famously held about $120 billion of US government debt before they went bust. Even the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which is supposed to guarantee bank deposits up to $250,000, owns about $128 billion worth of US government debt. Then there are countless businesses and individuals around the world who own US government debt, simply because Treasury Bonds are considered "risk free". Now, when people say that "we owe it to ourselves", they mean that most of the debt is NOT owed to foreigners. And this is true. Foreigners own just under 25% of the debt. But does that make it OK to default on the other 75%? Is it somehow acceptable to default on banks across America, which bought US Treasuries with their customers' money?Is it OK to default on 50+ million Social Security recipients? Or military retirees? That's why the "we owe it to ourselves" crowd is completely delusional. They seem to think that it doesn't matter if the government defaults on, say, the Federal Reserve,or Social Security. But doing so would cause disastrous consequences -- global economic meltdown, national social crisis, etc. So, in order to avoid a major catastrophe, the debt needs to be repaid. But with the national debt at 121% of GDP, is repaying it even possible anymore? Technically, yes. And it all comes down to growth. Back in the 1980s and 1990s, the US economy grew an average of 3.3% per year after adjusting for inflation; economists call this "real" GDP growth. But real GDP growth since 2000 has been much lower, averaging just 2%. And it turns out that the 1.3% difference in growth has had an enormous impact. To give you an example, if real US economic growth had remained at 3.3% for the past 20 years, government tax revenue (which averages ~18% of GDP) would have grown substantially. Along with some very modest spending restraint, budget deficits would have melted away over the past two decades, and America's debt-to-GDP ratio would today be less than50%... and falling. And by 2033, the US national debt would be zero. Social Security would be completely funded. The US would have no financial challenges whatsoever. And the US dollar's dominancewould be sacrosanct. Economic life today would be a completely different reality... if the US economy had only grown more quickly. It's not like an additional 1.3% growth isn't achievable; again, the US consistently hit this number for decades. You'd think that politicians would understand something so obvious, and that they'd do everything in their power to maximize growth. They'd embrace capitalism, cut red tape,create incentives for production, support small businesses, make taxes more efficient, etc. Or at a minimum, they'd simply stay out of the way. But instead, they do the opposite. They paid people to stay home and not work. They single out critical sectors (like energy companies) and punish them. They constantly threatenbusinesses, invent new regulatory burdens, stifle innovation, and attempt to systematically destroy capitalism, brick-by-brick. So, no, based on current trajectory, it looks like the debt problem will keep getting worse... until the catastrophes of default are unavoidable. The federal government has already acknowledged that Social Security's trust funds will run out of money in about 10 years. This means that, at best, America has less thana decade to turn itself around. Again, technically this IS possible. But time is running out. ----------------------------
