Herdimmunity needed � Bill Wilson � www.dailyjot.com There is a far more deadly virus than COVID that threatens the very way of life of every American. It is infecting the country in many forms. Censorship, hostility towardChristianity, government spending, invasion of your privacy, controlling your movement�it�s lethal to freedom. It�s called socialism. This socialism coinfection is spreading faster than COVID 19 itself, and it is a threat your every liberty, including yourfreedom to worship. There are two bills making their way through Congress that represent this virus�the $1.9 trillion COVID relief bill that mortgages your future to redistribute wealth and to buy power, and the Equality Act that will attempt to abolish Constitutionallyguaranteed religious freedom. The Communist Manifesto states: ��Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis.� This isthe basis for all socialism and progressivism as well. It is godless and evil. The Bible tells us 2 Timothy 3:13, �Evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.� Ephesians 5:6 tells us �Let no man deceive you with vain words.� There is great deception in the vain words of socialists and communists. They ply the nature of humans with powerful words like �rights� and �equality� when, in reality, they wish to kill, steal and destroy. Is this not what is happening in our country today? An example is the exchange between Congressmen Greg Steube (R-FL) and Jerry Nadler (D-NY) on the floor of the House of Representatives February 25. In debating the Democrat�sEquality Act, Steube quoted the Bible and warned that �the gender confusion that exists in our culture today is a clear rejection of God�s good design,� saying �whenever a nation�s laws no longer reflect the standards of God, that nation is in rebellion againsthim and will inevitably bear the consequences.� To which Nadler interrupted and emphatically stated, �Mr. Steube, what any religious tradition describes as God�s will is no concern of this Congress.� Indeed, this statement reflecting the Democratic Party platformand most of its adherents is indicative of their assault on the US Constitution as they embrace the Communist Manifesto. Americans have elected a majority of officeholders at the national level who are infected with the deadly virus of socialism. These officeholders, however, are molded inthe image of those who voted for them. This Congress is passing laws to take your money and give it to those who didn�t work for it. This Congress is passing laws that specifically outlaws religious exemptions. This Congress is passing laws that label youa bigot if you believe in the God-ordained union of man and woman. Your Constitutional rights are being killed by the carriers of the deadly virus of socialism. Christ said in Mark 12:17, �Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar�s, and to God the thingsthat are God�s.� To some, God is government. It is their religion. It is an all-consuming virus and the only antidote is the one true God. Unfortunately for our economy, Democrats don't seem to know the difference between arelief package and pork. The Left's 591-page excuse for a "rescue plan" is so loaded down with waste that Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) might need the $112 million Bay Area transit expansion,paid for in the bill -- just to get out of town. Most voters, she ought to know, don't appreciate being railroaded. And it shouldn't be hard to pull back the curtain on the rest of the COVID relief, thanks to the sizeable chunk of cash going to the National Endowment for the Arts. Thecontroversial group is slated for $135 million dollar bonus -- but don't expect them to play a leading role in virus containment. There's another $1.5 million for a Seaway bridge to Canada, more than $200 million for The Institute of Museum and Library Services, and $50 million in political kickbacksfor groups like Planned Parenthood. All told, experts say, only 10 percent of Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID "relief" bill actually goes to fighting the pandemic. Even some Democrats are having a hard time excusing what leadership is passing off as "essential spending." New York's Rep. Adriano Espaillat (D) said on CNN he was "embarrassed"by the unrelated pork. Pressed on how he felt about the package being debated Friday, he admitted candidly, "The answer, no, I'm not comfortable with it." And he shouldn't be. Republicans have seized on the line-items, blasting Democrats for exploiting the crisis to pad their friends' pockets. "It's a disgrace that Democratsare trying to push through a bill where 90 percent of the spending doesn't actually have anything to do with COVID," one GOP strategist told Politico. "It is an absolute a slap in the face to everyone who has actually been killed, who have had their businessesdestroyed by these lockdowns." Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), like so many Americans, took real exception to Democrats using this bill as a front to bankroll abortion. In the $10 billion of foreignassistance alone, at least $745 million could be used to pay for abortions -- breaking a 47-year precedent that overseas aid can't be used to taken unborn lives. "They want to get rid of all the Hyde Amendment language," she argued. "They want to get rid of any of the provisions that would deal with no federal funding of abortionlike the Mexico City policy. All of that they just want to wipe away. They even are changing the paycheck protection program so that Planned Parenthood can apply for COVID relief loans." Blackburn says she's been on the phone non-stop with constituents in Tennessee, worried about the financial implications of such a bloated bill. "It's bad politics for them,"Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) agreed. "Because the narrative is that they're liberal, they just spend money like there's no tomorrow. And every time there's a crisis they load it up with spending." This is a pork blowout, people have pointed out, that includes $1 billion in racial justice funds for black farmers. What does that have to do with beating COVID? Heck ifRep. Austin Scott (R-Ga.) knows. "I think it's wrong. I don't understand the justification of this." Nor do conservatives seem to understand the $40 million in "Native American language preservation" or $50 million for "environmental justice." The only justice taxpayers should want is seeing this bill defeated. If it's not, Americans will be riding Pelosi's $112 million gravy train right off a fiscal cliff. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Stupidocrisy: Biden true to his word � Bill Wilson � www.dailyjot.com During the campaign, Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden said he was going to shut down the petroleum and coal industries, stop the border wall, and re-up the USin the Paris Climate Accords. Within his first week in office, he did most all those things and more through executive orders. The stop work order on the keystone pipeline killed 11,400 jobs. The American Petroleum Institute says halting oil and gas drillingon federal lands will cost a million jobs. The Chamber of Commerce estimates the Paris Climate reentry will cost 6.5 million jobs. All in all, the new president may have put over 7.5 million Americans out of work in his first week. Plus, his actions raisedfuel costs, which raises the cost of everything. On January 18, just before Joe Biden took office, the national average of gasoline at the pump was $2.464 per gallon. On March 1, it was $2.796, an increase of 33 centsper gallon or about 12% in only 40 days. Similarly, in January of 2009, just before Barack Obama was inaugurated, pump prices were $1.74 per gallon and rose to an average of $2.79 ($1.04 higher) and they peaked in 2013 at $3.53 and ebbed to a $2.14 per gallonaverage in 2016. I can actually remember paying over $4.05 per gallon several times during the Obama years. Let us also remember that Obama�s economic policy increased unemployment to 9.6% and the only reason it decreased was that 94.7 million Americans hadgiven up and dropped out of the workforce. There were record numbers on welfare and the economy grew at only 2.1% per year. Under just four years of Donald Trump, the economy grew at an average of 2.5% per year, but the last year was mostly under COVID lockdown. Under the first three years ofTrump, unemployment declined to 3.5%. Democrats and the mainstream news media like to say that Trump�s final employment report was far worse than any president, but they fail to say that the COVID lockdown turned Trump�s employment record upside down. Priorto the lockdown, the number of employed Americans broke 25 records, reaching an all-time high of 158.8 million. More Black folk were employed than in any time in US history. All this gone as Democrats lock down the economy, kill jobs, and vote to give yousome small payment as a consolation. The man comes out and says he is going to kill the oil and coal industries and do all these things that will financially harm every American. The city population areas votehim in anyway. Then he does it, costing us all, especially those poor fools who voted this guy into office. Proverbs 18:2 says, �A fool has no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself.� You would think that when a guy says he is goingto put you out of work, raise your taxes, and his actions will raise the cost of living for everyone, that people would understand his words. But as Proverbs says, a fool has no delight in understanding. Say it with me�Stupidocrisy. And today is a particularly difficult message to convey, but here goes. The elect need to put away their desire to believe what they want to believe irrespective of the facts. False prophets have given false hope thatsome force of humanity, a group of anonymous good guys, have everything under control and have been secretly empowered to fix things with various restorative actions. They are not. They will not. Great disappointment is in store for those without a realitycheck. To set the record straight: 1) Election laws in various states were broken. There was election fraud. 2) There is a systemic worldwide human trafficking and child sex exploitationproblem and many wealthy people and powerful politicians are involved. We deal with it often in our ministry in Africa. But�Read what I write here and try to understand�there is no secret syndicate of good guys who are going to suspend laws in the US or inany other country to mass arrest and incarcerate the offenders. Many honorable and courageous people in nongovernmental organizations and in law enforcement are working on this issue and they are making some progress. 3) President Trump will not be restoredto the presidency today because of some law that was passed where people are reading things into it that are not there. Brothers and sisters, reality is a tough master. It is not emotional or sentimental. Those who keep saying something is going to happen, then move the goalposts when itdoesn�t happen only to justify their words and predict yet another event, are deceivers. They hold their victims captive to the next hope. They are, in essence, preventing good people from taking action because they think that someone else will somehow doit for them. As is said in 2 Timothy 4:2-4, �Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires,because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.� For those who passionately believe the election was stolen, I urge you to not believe that somehow it will be reversed. Roll up your sleeves and aim your passion towardelection reform�like they are doing in Wyoming, New Hampshire, Texas, Georgia and other states�so it doesn�t happen again. Those of you who passionately believe the rich and famous are running a child sex trafficking ring, direct your energies toward assistinglegitimate organizations and ministries working to end human trafficking. Be the light of Christ to those around you, not the person people want to avoid. There is only one savior�not a mere mortal, but the one who overcame death, the risen Christ, who willreturn to set the world right. In the meantime, know who you are and what you are about. Seek the truth in all things.
