On Friday evening ISIS brought war to the streets of Paris. At the time of this writing 158 innocent people are dead and many more who have been critically injured will yet succumb to their injuries. This is an atrocity of breathtaking proportions and arguably the worst violence France has witnessed within its own borders since the German invasion of the Second World War, some seventy plus years ago.
As I sat on Friday in the peace and safety of my own home watching events unfold, increasingly just as horrified as everyone else, I could not help but wonder how long it would be until an atrocity like this touches me or someone I know and love. I suspect that sooner or later horrific events like this are going to affect and touch us all, personally.
It seems evident at this point that this massacre was carried out by ISIS. Information and intelligence now seem to point to the fact that this operation was planned and ordered from within Syria itself. Israeli intelligence believe that Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS personally ordered this attack in revenge for France's involvement in the Syrian civil war.
This was not a spontaneous action carried out by a group of disillusioned Islamic extremists. This was a well-planned, well executed, sophisticated operation. At least three of the multiple terrorists directly involved in Fridays night's atrocity were in Syria only last month, active combatants in the Syrian battlefield.
It would seem, according to early intelligence that these three individuals presented themselves in Greece as refugees only three weeks ago and from there made their way across Europe into France. Clearly this is going to have significant implications, should this be true, for the mass migration of humanity from the Middle East into western Europe. Hidden amongst them there really is a Trojan horse full of Islamic fundamentalism.
This was a well-planned, military style operation involving an unusually large number of terrorists in one action. They were well drilled and each knew their individual roles and targets in the chaos that unfolded. This required significant prior planning and preparation. It was not a spontaneous action.
Even more disturbing is that intelligence agencies now estimate up to twenty terrorists were actively involved in this one attack. At time of writing only seven have been killed. This means, ominously, that quite a number, perhaps as many thirteen terrorists are still at large in France.
There is a very real possibility that France may yet be subject to a secondary wave of attacks in coming days, as occurred 10 months ago with the Charlie Hebdo attack. This situation remains, at time of writing, far from over.
In order for so many terrorists to carry out such a well-planned and sophisticated attack, there would be necessarily a significant number of other people involved in its planning an execution. Drivers who delivered the terrorists to their attack points and then removed them; men and women who sourced and provided the weaponry involved, and spotters who planned, photographed and worked out the mechanics of the attack beforehand.
This was not a flash in the pan action. Potentially as many as 200 operatives were involved in this attack, perhaps more at varying levels - and Western intelligence had absolutely no indications any attack was imminent. It came out of nowhere and was a complete surprise. This has been, amongst other things, a truly spectacular failure of Western intelligence.
ISIS obviously represents a clear and present danger to the security of the West. This is not the first and will not be the last such attack we will witness. They are well motivated, well financed and intent on fulfilling their agenda, at whatever the cost. This we already all obviously know, especially in light of Friday night. What is truly terrifying, which few understand, is the single stated strategic aim of ISIS moving into the next decade; the acquisition of a nuclear weapon.
The very real danger moving into the future is not that there will be another attack like Paris; such a future attack is unfortunately guaranteed. The real, pressing danger, the one that keeps security agencies working late into the night is that one day soon there will be an attack on a major capital city, like Paris, London or Berlin and that city will simply cease to exist after. It will be completely or largely destroyed through the use of a suitcase nuclear weapon or a dirty bomb.
If and when this happens everything will immediately change.
In the year 2000, a leading Western world defense review publication rated the chances of a devastating terrorist attack on a major Western city as being a 97 percent likelihood. Today in 2015, after all the wars and military interventions, after all the billions of dollars spent building relations with potentially alienated Muslim populations, after all the training and all the efforts, the likelihood of another terrorist attack as successful or more than 9/11, on a leading Western capital city is not rated as being 97 percent, now it is viewed as being a 99 percent certainty.
All the money, time, effort and lives have been for nothing. Our situation is even more precarious and dangerous now than it was prior to 9/11. Paris proves this. It really is not a matter of if, but when this will happen next.
What is truly appalling and terrifying in light of the Paris attacks is the potential ease with which ISIS could acquire a nuclear weapon, or radioactive material. Nuclear weapons and radioactive material is available on the black market, of this there is no doubt. Since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1989 a significant amount of information has come into the public domain indicating that during the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Soviet military was not able to protect or keep track of their nuclear weapons arsenal.
In layman's terms, during the chaos of the Soviet Union's collapse (in which long established power structures immediately ceased and chaos reigned), they lost some of their nuclear weapons and materials. They were left open and unguarded and various unidentified groups gained access to these abandoned bases and simply removed the material and the weapons. To this very day the location of this deadly weaponry is still the subject of intense speculation.
To highlight the veracity of this information consider that the FBI and the CIA have recently disclosed publically that they have foiled four such attempts to acquire a nuclear weapon on the black market by Islamic fundamentalist groups in the last 18 months alone. It is only a matter of time until one transaction slips through the net.
ISIS is the single best financed terrorist transnational organization on earth. They have access to billions and billions of dollars. Acquiring a nuclear weapon or a suitcase miniaturized nuclear weapon from the former Soviet Union via the black market would not be beyond them financially. It remains their number one aim for the next decade.
What is more likely in the medium term is that ISIS will instead use a chemical weapon in a potential future attack. It is a widely held belief that ISIS have already used chemical weapons within the Syrian theatre.
It is practically a certainty that ISIS already holds these weapons, simply as a consequence of their military successes. ISIS has been, up until the recent intervention of Russia, wildly successful against the Syrian Army, in Syria. They have been so successful that they have managed to completely overrun a number of Syrian military installations and bases. In some of these bases were chemical weapons that were already weaponized and ISIS simply took them.
In the event of a chemical or nuclear attack on a western country the response would likely be the same. All borders would be immediately closed for a sustained period of time. All ports, airports, ferry terminals and international rail hubs would immediately be shut down. Martial law would be imposed, the army would be rapidly deployed to the streets and all citizenry would be militarily subjugated until the perceived danger passes. This could last for months.
Any future attack, especially involving a nuclear weapon or miniaturized nuke would wipe off $1 trillion dollars' worth of value from the host nation's economy instantly. The subsequent government responses, especially in closing all borders for a fixed period of time would shatter trading confidence in that nation, and would likely wipe off at least another $1 trillion dollars from the economy over the following month.
This therefore means that any successful WMD attack on any western city would almost certainly cause the instant and complete collapse of the world wide economy. Everybody would feel the economic pain of such an attack. Everybody would feel the considerable negative impact it would have on critical world trade; like the transportation of vital food stuffs, for example. chaos would ensue and causing this chaos is the number one aim of ISIS in the next decade.
We are vulnerable.
There are significant real world implications resulting from this attack; our way of life is going to change forever as these types of attacks become more prevalent and severe. There are also clear biblical implications to this escalating cycle of terrorism. The hand of restraint is being lifted from this world and evil is rushing in to fill the vacuum. The world is unfortunately going to become increasingly characterized by horrors.
It is likely that in our government's reactions to these atrocities, the very freedoms we say we are fighting for, will be lost. As terrorist actions get more frequent and severe the situation will get more dire and desperate. More and more people will be prepared to give up their freedoms in exchange for the elusive promise of "peace and safety." Democracy itself will be lost in the efforts to protect it.
Ultimately, this will pave the way for the coming worldwide dictatorship, headed by the Antichrist. This current chaos is preparing the way for him.

A soccer game between the national teams of Germany and the Netherlands was canceled due to terror concerns on Tuesday, but this is only just the beginning. From now on, very few people will be able to attend large gatherings in the western world without thinking about the possibility that they might be shot or blown to bits. This is how terrorism works - it instills fear in people. And that is why the recent attacks in Paris were so effective. By striking random targets such as a rock concert, a precedent has been set that an attack can happen anywhere and at any time. The target does not have to be politically significant or related to the war on terror in any way. Just a few of these random attacks would be enough to cause mass paranoia among the hundreds of millions of people that live in Europe and North America, and now that radical Islamists are starting to understand this, all hell is breaking loose.
And of course this is all part of a larger trend. All over the planet, terror is on the rise. In fact, according to a stunning new study that was just released the number of people around the world killed by terrorism increased by 80 percent from 2013 to 2014.
Now that Pandora's box has been opened and crazed lunatics are realizing how effective terror can be in manipulating the emotions of the masses, will we ever be able to get life back to "normal" again?

As I mentioned above, a major international soccer match that Angela Merkel was scheduled to attend was canceled on Tuesday due to terror concerns. According to CNN, there was "concrete intelligence that someone wanted to set off an explosive device inside the stadium"...
"Serious plans for explosions" forced the evacuation of a stadium in Hannover, Germany, on Tuesday night before a Netherlands-Germany friendly soccer match, the police chief for Germany's Lower Saxony region told Germany's public broadcaster NDR.
Chief Volker Kluwe told NDR that authorities "had concrete intelligence that someone wanted to set off an explosive device inside the stadium." The tip from federal authorities forced the cancellation of the Netherlands-Germany match about one-and-a-half hours before game time.
Could you imagine what would have happened if there had been a major explosion in a packed stadium like that?
It is only a matter of time before the NFL, the NBA and Major League Baseball are facing the exact same kinds of threats.
We live at a time when our headlines are being dominated by terror. Just remember what happened last month. The downing of the Russian passenger plane in Egypt was a huge international story, and it has now been confirmed that it was a "homemade explosive device" which destroyed it...
Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said Tuesday that a Russian passenger plane that crashed in Egypt's Sinai last month killing all 224 aboard was blown up by a homemade explosive device.
Alexander Bortnikov, the FSB's chief, told Russian state media that "traces of foreign explosives" were found in debris recovered from the crash site.
Thanks to years of very foolish decisions by our government and others, the Middle East has become totally destabilized. War and civil conflict are the rule rather than the exception, and radical Islam is on the rise. We were quite naive to think that we could "keep it over there". The truth is that what we have experienced so far is just the leading edge of what is coming.
But that doesn't mean that we should roll out the red carpet for groups like ISIS like Barack Obama apparently wants to do. His administration wants to aggressively resettle Syrian refugees all over America, and in recent days this has prompted a tremendous backlash from Republican lawmakers...
A drumbeat of opposition against allowing Syrian refugees into the U.S. intensified Monday as more than half the country's governors, citing security concerns, said they would refuse to accept Syrian refugees into their states following the Paris attacks, which President Obama said "would be a betrayal of our values."
In addition to the mostly Republican governors, GOP members of Congress - including the chairmen of the Senate Armed Services, Senate Intelligence and House Homeland Security committees - have called for a halt to admitting Syrian refugees. A House Judiciary subcommittee will consider security concerns related to Syrian refugees later this week.
Yes, there are many Syrian refugees that are legitimately fleeing the horrible war in their homeland and that need international help.
But there are also many Syrian refugees that fully agree with the goals of groups like ISIS. The following comes from Gateway Pundit...
A poll released in November but ignored by the mainstream media shows a third of Syrian refugees do not want the Muslim terrorist group ISIS defeated.
The survey results buttress concerns by the dozens of U.S. governors who have announced opposition to President Barack Obama's plan to import 10,000 Syrian refugees over the next year.
The poll shows thirteen percent of Syrian refugees have a completely positive opinion of ISIS with another ten percent having mixed feelings on the terror group, suggesting that nearly one quarter are open to recruitment by ISIS.
So how do we separate the "good refugees" from the "terrorists"?
It is not as easy as some are suggesting. Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes went on "Meet the Press" over the weekend and insisted that we "have very extensive screening procedures for all Syrian refugees who would come to the United States", but others are directly challenging that claim. One of those individuals is former congressman Peter Hoekstra...
Peter Hoekstra spent 18 years in Congress and spent much of his time focused on intelligence matters. He is now with the Investigative Project on Terrorism and is the author of "Architects of Disaster," which outlines the failure of the Obama administration's policy in Libya.
"I think (Rhodes) basically lied to the American people," Hoekstra told WND and Radio America. "He said we've got a good vetting process in place where we can vet those that are coming from Syria into the United States."
He continued, "No we do not. The records don't exist in Syria, especially after you've had five years of civil war. We don't have a relationship with the regime. It's an ungoverned area. We don't know who these people are. Ben, shame on you for even implying that we've got a good vetting system. We're lucky if can get the names right."
So there you go. The Obama administration is clearly not telling us the truth, but after seven years of endless deception we should expect that by now.
The reality of the matter is that Obama and his minions don't really have any real strategy for dealing with ISIS or defeating Islamic terror. In fact, just this week Obama said that "what I'm not interested in doing is posing or pursuing some notion of American leadership or America winning".
Really?
Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and the rest of the clowns in charge of foreign policy in Washington have spent years destabilizing the Middle East, arming radical Islamists and creating ideal conditions for terror groups such as ISIS to grow.
And now that their "grand experiment" is blowing up in their faces, they have no idea how to respond.
When you make a deal with the devil, you shouldn't be surprised when it backfires.

For years, Obama and his minions have been trying to use radical Islam. We saw this with the "Arab Spring", we saw this in Libya, and Obama was really hoping that radical Islamists would overthrow President Assad in Syria.

The Satanic Temple has a message for alienated U.S. Muslims: Let's be friends.
American satanists who recently tried to install a bronze Baphomet statue near a Ten Commandments monument in Oklahoma now want to ally with alienated Muslims.
The organization's offer comes less than one week after Islamic terror attacks in Paris, France, killed 129 and injured more than 350.
"If there is anyone in the San Jose region who is Muslim and afraid to leave their home out of fear for some kind of backlash, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We would be glad to escort you where you need to go without advertising our presence - just big dudes walking you where you need to be. We would also happily deliver you some groceries," the San Jose, California, chapter of the Satanic Temple said on its Facebook page Wednesday, the Washington Times reported.
The Minneapolis-St. Paul chapter of the temple followed suit.
"Our offer to the Muslims of the Twin Cities comes from a place of genuine compassion for our fellow human beings. It's not to ride the tide of sentiment or capitalize on people for further name recognition," the group said on its Facebook page Wednesday.
Muslim Facebook users were grateful for the offer.
"I don't live in Minneapolis, but as an American Muslim I'm glad to see you guys take up this effort and help out a marginalized group. Thank you for doing this and building bridges between communities," said Abu-Saleh Nafees Imtiyaj on Thursday.

An Oklahoma Supreme Court ruling in June dashed the organization's plans to install a Baphomet statue over 8-feet tall next to a Ten Commandments monument on the state's Capitol grounds. The bronze piece cost more than $100,000 to make.
A 7-2 decision ruling by the court June 30 said the Ten Commandments monument, which had been in place since 2012, violated the state's constitution.
"As concerns the 'historic purpose' justification, the Ten Commandments are obviously religious in nature and are an integral part of the Jewish and Christian faiths," the court said.
The court's decision forced the Satanic Temple to begin looking for a new home for its statue.
"It was always our intention to take this wherever it was relevant, wherever it was necessary, and wherever that dialogue needed to take place," said Lucien Greaves, a spokesman for the group, the Associated Press reported July 6.

I am putting my series of the Chronicles of Eternity on hold for a week, in order to address what transpired in Paris last Friday and what it means for us today. Having spent previous articles on the Hegelian Dialectic and the fact that Satan currently controls the narrative and maneuverings here on earth, I can't help but see the angle he is using for the continued barbarism of Islam.
I believe he is using Islamic terror as a forcing mechanism to nudge the general global population toward given up their liberty and nationalism. We saw this in the aftermath of 9/11 when the Congress overwhelmingly supported voting in the Patriot Act. We also know that in the final seven years of mankind on earth, that one man (the Antichrist) will come to rule the entire planet absolutely. So starting out at the beginning, we see that;

Although hardly a complete list, nations have been jockeying for power throughout the world for the last 4,000 years. We've seen enough kingdoms rise and fall with enough repetition, that it could be only be deemed a tragic comedy. Currently, we (the U.S.) is in the death throes of our own makings, due in large part to the very same things that have destroyed previous empires; political corruption, unrecoverable national debt, loss of cultural identity, and public ignorance/apathy. Of note, is that since 1900, more and more political, military, economic power has been increasingly consolidated into fewer and fewer hands.
Assessment
Those who are promoting the satanic plan of a one world system, use issues such as Islamic terrorism to force the general public to cry out for more peace and security. The problem then is that this world's version of peace and security, always comes at the cost of personal liberty. In past generations, this enhanced protection, was very manpower and resource intensive. But now through advanced technology, monitoring and controlling a population has never been easier.
The significance of Israel in the times we find ourselves in, is that Israel serves as God's time-piece. Israel is the only nation, God ever had a covenant with, and in so doing, has made certain irrevocable promises that He cannot renege on or risk violating His own Word. (Gen. 12:1-3, 15; Deut. 30:3-5; Jer. 31:31-40, 33:14-26; Ezekiel 36-37) Furthermore, God has set aside 490 years (Daniel 9:24-27) specifically for the Jewish people and Jerusalem, that covers the time from their Babylonian captivity to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ at Armageddon. To date, 483 years have been completed with the death their Messiah, Jesus Christ.
We know that according to Scripture, two of the last three wars fought against Israel come primarily from Muslim nations:
1. Psalm 83 War/Isaiah 17; if this is a war, then it consists primarily of the Sunni-Muslim neighbors that immediately surround the nation of Israel.
2. Ezekiel 38-39; Gog and Magog War consists of a coalition of nations who are a mix of Sunni and Shia Muslims (with Russia being the only non-Muslim participant)
3. Armageddon; all nations come against Israel
Remember, that Satan knows that Israel places a central role in Bible Prophecy, for they are the clock that God is using to mark the end of his rule. This is why Satan hates Israel so much, and has stirred up so much irrational hatred towards her and is turning the world against even her very existence as a nation.
Prior to WWI, the Zionist Movement began to make some traction at the first Zionist Congress in Basel, Switzerland in 1897. From there, until the outset of WWI, there was 17 years. WWI concluded in 1918 with the defeat of the Central Powers who were; Austria-Hungary, Germany, and the Ottoman Turks. From there until World War II, there was 21 years (1939). WWII was the National Socialists (Nazis) attempt to not only reinstitute the greatness of the former German Empire, but picked up and began to capitalize on the growing anti-Semitism that had been fomenting in Europe for several decades. Three years after the ending of WWII, Israel declared its nationhood on a single day (May 14th, 1948) and has been in a perpetual state of war ever since. Not listed due to sheer numbers, is the terrorist attacks against Jews and Israel, but if you're inclined, you can go here and see for yourself.
It should be noted, that the reason for the uptick in Islamic terrorism, which is spilling out against everyone (including other Muslims), is the fact that Israel is back in her land as a nation. Satan is pouring out his fury against this tiny nation by stirring up an ocean of hatred against her and anyone aligned with her, because he knows what Israel represents. What transpired in Paris this past Friday, or with; Charlie Hebdo, Colorado, Ft. Hood, Mumbai, Bali, London, Madrid, New York City, Washington, Pennsylvania, Kenya, or a hundred other places Islamists have struck, are merely symptoms of the underlying masterplan Satan has enacted. In true Hegelian Dialectic fashion, his plan is to destabilize the planet to the point that the world is crying out for peace and security. But this peace and security, will come in the form of a satanically energized man, who will seemingly have all the answers to the problems which ails the world.
Counter to this, is either God's promise of protection and fortune, or the removal thereof, which also factor into these horrendous attacks. Of note, is the fact that God NEVER rescinded His promise to Abraham, Isaac (Gen. 26), and Jacob (Gen. 28). This is stated in Genesis 12:2-3 of which the subsequent promises were simply reiterations thereof;
"I will make you a great nation;
I will bless you
And make your name great;
And you shall be a blessing.
I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed."
Yet, it is not only Israel who Satan hates, but the Church also. He knows that at a point very soon, Christ is going to return for His Church and proceed to call us up to meet Him in the very center of the stronghold that Satan currently inhabits...which is the atmosphere above the earth. This is why Satan is called in Ephesians 2, 'the prince of the power of the air'. Thus, with a 'shout', the Lord will descend out of the Heavenly domain into our realm of existence and march His bride straight through the heart of enemy territory. (John 14:1-3; 1 Thess. 4:13-18; 1 Cor. 15:51-55) This is also why out of all the Eschatological positions in Christianity, the Pre-Tribulation Rapture position is the most hated.
The dilemma that Satan faces though, is that every time he stirs up man to persecute the Church, the Church flourishes because of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. At this point in time though, he realizes that he doesn't have much time left and is exacting his vengeance upon the Bride of Christ will he still can. He knows that at the Rapture of the Church, he will be displaced out of heaven and his access will be cut off. I'm also of the impression that Satan knows Bible prophecy better than most of us do, and knows this age of the Church is coming to close. So Satan will continue to use Islam, Communism, Atheism, Paganism, and every other ism he can use to exact his fury on both Israel and the Church while he can. Any attack aside from those two targets, are simply tools he is using to drive man to beg for peace and security. The fact that the violence, wickedness, and general lawlessness has been ramped up so quickly and so intensely, can only mean one thing...

A number of deadly and highly coordinated terrorist attacks took place in Paris, France on Friday night, November the 13th 2015. Both masked and unmasked gunmen opened fire on unprotected and unsuspecting civilian targets.
The coordinated attacks began with suicide bombings at Stade de France stadium, home of the France National Football team. French President Francois Hollande was in attendance at the stadium where he was watching a football match between Germany and France.
Apparently due to the heightened security for the French president, three suicide bombers were not able to penetrate inside the stadium and instead blew themselves up outside on the surrounding streets.
Simultaneously, scores of people were being shot and killed at restaurants and at a concert hall. At least 128 people were killed with many more injured and in critical condition. Over 30 people were killed in restaurants and on the streets and nearly 100 were killed in the concert hall.
It is a sad irony that the band performing during the attack at the Bataclan Concert Hall is named "Eagles of Death Metal." All of the attackers in the concert hall were wearing explosive suicide belts which they subsequently detonated when they were finally surrounded and attacked by the French police.
According to survivors, the machine gun wielding terrorists were heard yelling about French involvement in Syria while shouting their familiar refrain: "Allahu Akbar" before gunning down their victims.
In a statement released by the Islamic State in which they officially claimed responsibility for the Paris attacks, they said the attacks were revenge for airstrikes in Syria and for insulting the prophet of Islam.
I'm reminded of a speech made by Barack Hussein Obama during which he said: "The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam." [1]
President Francois Hollande called the attacks an act of war committed by a terrorist army and vowed a merciless response against the terrorists.
Taking all of these facts into account, it is abundantly clear that Islamic terrorists have yet again committed another mass terrorist attack in obedience to the Quran.
How can it be said that deadly terrorist attacks are in obedience to the Quran? If the effort is made to read various verses in the Quran in their proper context, one will discover a solid teaching of offensive warfare, or what the terrorists proudly proclaim as "Jihad."
Satan's efforts to distort true Islam and true Christianity must be refuted. This article will not quote from the Quran but research on the subject readily available on the Internet. Suffice it to say that the New Testament of Jesus Christ stands in direct contrast to the teachings of the Quran.
An obedient Christian must be willing to give his or her life for yours if called upon. An obedient Muslim must be willing to take your life with theirs when called upon. That is it, plain and simple.
The most "radical" born-again Christian fundamentalist would be someone who walked in perfect love and humility. Since no human is currently perfect this side of heaven, the only truly radical fundamentalist Christian to ever walk the earth was Christ Himself.
Was the prophet of Islam willing to forgive his enemies? Are his followers willing to forgive their enemies? No, a truly obedient follower of Islam must be willing to sacrifice his or her life to kill their enemies.
A truly obedient follower of Christ must be willing to sacrifice his or her life to proclaim the gospel in an attempt to save enemies. How many of us are willing to forgive our enemies? How many of us are willing to sacrifice our lives so that others may live?
"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:13).

When French President Francois Hollande declared war on ISIS and called the attack in Paris an "act of war," he gave the terrorist organization's leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi an unexpected boost. He upgraded the Muslim caliphate to a fully-fledged state against which France is now at war. US President Barack Obama was more cautious, declaring at the G-20 summit in Antalya that his country and France would fight together against terror, without specifying how.
Obama has problems of his own. The attempt to portray the Kurdish conquest of the city of Sinjar in northern Iraq as an important achievement in the war against ISIS dissipated quickly after Peshmerga troops were shown on TV moving into a city that was empty and lying in ruins, after it was abandoned by Islamic State forces. There was no battle there either.
Also, the US and Kurdish claims that they had severed the main road link between the ISIS capitals in Iraq and Syria, Mosul and Raqqa, proved hollow as ISIS had stopped using that route months ago after it became vulnerable to American air strikes.
If that wasn't enough, Obama ran into an obstacle in Antalya.
The summit's host, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, who is consumed by an overriding aversion to an independent Kurdish state rising on his country's border, demanded a declaration that all Kurdish forces, including the Peshmerga, the PKK and the YPG, on which the US depends heavily for fighting the war against ISIS, be classified as terrorists and targeted by the West just like ISIS.
Therefore, before broaching any decisions about intensifying the war on the Islamist terrorists, Western and Muslim countries were already at odds on targets.
It therefore makes no sense for President Hollande to try and invoke Article 5 of the NATO charter under which an act of war against one member of the alliance is tantamount to a war on all. Furthermore, making this a NATO operation would rule out a priori any collaboration with Russia in the campaign against ISIS, despite their common objective. Vladimir Putin was already vexed over the feeble Western response to the bombing of a Russian airliner killing 224 people, compared to the global outcry over the Paris outrage.
In their responses and commentaries on what to do after the Paris assault, Western politicians and security experts seemed to agree that putting their own boots on the ground for finally getting to grips with ISIS was not on the cards - there would just be "more of the same,' as one American security expert put it.
Others advised assigning the ground battle to the Egyptian, Jordanian, Kurdish, Iraqi, Saudi and other Gulf Arab states.
Who were they kidding? None of those Arab governments or armies is capable or willing to declare full-scale war on the Islamic State. The Kurds alone have stepped into the breach and are confronting the Islamists face to face, but they have sought in vain for the weapons they need, which the US refuses to supply.
Egypt, for instance, even after an ISIS network was able to breach its security system in Sharm El-Sheikh to plant a bomb on the Russian airliner on Oct. 31, has held back from a major military assault on the strongholds of the Ansar Beit Al-Maqdis, otherwise known as ISIS-Sinai. Egypt's President Fattah Al-Sisi has not uttered a word on the Islamist threat since then.
French security and intelligence services demonstrated that they were unprepared for war on ISIS, and are pretty much in the same boat as other Western powers.
Since the outrage in Paris, French and Belgian security forces have conducted raid after raid to pick up Islamists, claiming to be rounding up the masterminds and confederates of the nine bombers and shooters who attacked Paris and murdered 132 people In fact, they are acting more to calm a jittery public than in the expectation of achieving meaningful results in the war on terror. Till now, neither France nor any Western government knows exactly how many people were involved in the attack on Paris, or the numbers and locations of the Islamic Caliphate's worldwide terror networks.

I'm sure you are fully informed about the basic details of the Paris terror attacks. Eight Islamic terrorists stormed into popular bars and restaurants in the French capital and murdered around 130 people. The terrorists are believed to be linked to the radical Islamic group ISIS.
A few hours after the attack, the Drudge Report had images from nine leading newspapers in Europe. Not a single one of them mentioned who had murdered all these people. The headlines used words like massacre, carnage, and terror in bold letters. The words Muslim or Islam was strangely missing.
When the news of the attacks flashed on Fox News the TV was on mute, but all I needed to see was the text "Gunfight in Paris" to instantly know this was yet another Islamic terror incident. CNN has vastly greater resources than me, and yet, they were clueless about the identity of the perpetrators. It was two hours into the bloodbath, and they were still unsure who was murdering all these people.
The major networks had a special broadcast about the terror attacks. It was grating to watch them run on and on about the events without mentioning the religion of these criminals. NBC's Lester Holt at one point said, "We're talking guns and bombs here." (Normally, guns and bombs need someone to pull the trigger or the pin. We can't defeat foes who are faceless phantoms.)
I am nauseated by the candlelight vigils, buildings lit-up in the colors of France, and all the misty-eyed speeches by celebrities. Here is a useful list to help our liberal friends to identify the problem:

The Beltway Snipers were Muslims.
The Fort Hood Shooter was a Muslim.
The underwear Bomber was a Muslim.

The Air France Entebbe Hijackers were Muslims.
The Iranian Embassy Takeover, was by Muslims.
The Beirut U.S. Embassy bombers were Muslims.
The Libyan U.S. Embassy Attack was by Muslims.

French President Hollande declared a state of emergency and put the entire city of Paris under lockdown. This has been the first mandatory curfew in Paris since 1944. The reason why all citizens of Paris were made prisoners in their own homes is because of an inability to confront the root cause of the problem--Islam.
Terror experts were quick to talk about new security measures for Paris, but you can't put a net over the whole city. Israel struggled with Palestinian terror in the 2000s, and found the only solution was to isolate the Palestinians from accessing her territory.
France is already overrun with Muslims. Around 10 percent of the population are followers of the Islamic faith. Before the French can even talk about kicking some of the more extreme Muslims out of the country, they need to stop new ones from pouring across their border.
Islam should be a pariah religion. Since it was given a pass after 9/11 and a long list of other terrorist attacks, the Imams of this faith can smile and say, "Don't look at me."
At this stage, there is probably no room for a reasonable reaction to Islamic terror. Once the pendulum moves from accommodation to reactionary, radical extremist political parties will be the only beneficiaries. Before the events of Friday night, they were leading in many polls.
On the day of the attacks in Paris there were two major bombings in Baghdad, Iraq. A suicide bomber struck a memorial service held for a Shiite militia fighter, killing 21 people and wounding at least 46. Another bomb killed 5 more people. Since the emergence of Islamic State, attacks in Baghdad have taken place almost daily with roadside bombs, suicide blasts, and assassinations targeting Iraqi forces and government officials. Numerous other Islamic countries have had similar problems with terrorism.
I do not see anything from preventing Paris from turning into a hellish twin of Baghdad. France has already had a number Islamic terror incidents in 2015. Everyone was saying never again after the Charlie Hebdo massacre, but "Never again" has now become "Yet again." It's all because the people of France are unwilling to clamp down on Islamic radicals. Until the French citizens wake-up, they're going to have to test their safety every time they decide to go out in public.
While all this was going on, ironically, Al Gore was in Paris scheduled to push his climate change propaganda. It seems that Al Gore has become an omen of what is wrong with the world. Every time he shows up, bad things happen. For example, he would go to a city to give a speech on global warming and a snow storm would cancel the event. It is fitting that Gore was scheduled to do a 24-hour "Earth" climate change webcast from the Eiffel Tower when the terror attack occurred. Because of the attack, his broadcast was suspended.
One possible explanation for why Islam seems to be given a free hand to cause havoc in the world is that the stage is being set for the Antichrist to deal with them. Being the ultimate problem solver, he may win the favor of Europeans by declaring war on Islamic terror.
"And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?" (Revelation 13:4).

Debka Article: The geography of the six Paris locations targeted by terrorists Friday night points to precise advance planning in support of a primary target, namely, French President Francois Hollande, while at the same time sowing bloody havoc in the French capital, frightening tourists away and shaking the French governing system to the core. The cost in lives has not been finally tallied. Estimates range from 127 to 153 with dozens of people injured.
debkafile's counterterrorism sources note that the parties who orchestrated the deadliest terrorism attack on any European capital took into account that President Hollande would be attending a friendly French-German football match at the Stade de France, presenting them with a high-quality target for assassination or capture as their hostage. Saturday, the president was the first French official to explicitly accuse ISIS of "an act of war" against France.
One of the terrorists shouted before he died, "Francois Hollande's foreign policy is to blame!" Another was reported by a witness as shouting "This is for Syria!" while spraying gunfire in one of the targeted restaurants: The other attacks on at least six locations were a kind of vicious subplot with the dual purpose of bloody terror per se as well as a diversionary tactic to confuse French security forces and keep them running around in several directions. The president's bodyguards were meant to be distracted by two earsplitting explosions staged by two suicide bombers outside the stadium.
The guards however quickly whisked the president out of the stadium in time to escape harm.
Whatever their primary objective, coordinating so many simultaneous terror attacks by a large team called for months of preparation, precise intelligence, a variety of weapons and a large team of dedicated killers backed by exceptional staff work and organization.
Our analysts attribute the multiple assaults to a collaborative effort between Al Qaeda and the Islamic State. Together they were capable of putting up the necessary resources which included: -
1. A group of at least 20 terrorists for executing the six attacks. The French Prosecutor's office reported Satuday that seven died in suicide bombings and the eighth was killed by security forces when they raided the concert hall, where dozens of hostages were being killed. Others may still be at large.
Our sources suspect that the survivors of the group are lying low and may be planning to emerge for a second round of atrocities in the coming hours or days, like after the Charlie Hebdo episode ten months ago, which was quickly succeeded by a massacre at the Jewish kosher store.
2. A second group of back-up confederates was made up of drivers, who drove the terrorists to the scenes of attack and were ready to extricate any survivors. They handed the attackers their bomb belts, automatic weapons and explosives and acting also as spotters who watched and recording the movements of French security forces. They also photographed the incident.
3. A command group planned the attacks, enlisted operatives, directed and coordinated them, and maintained communications among the different teams.
At least 200 operatives at various levels were completely in the picture and directly involved in at least two months of advance planning.
The night of November 14 will be remembered for the failure of France's Director-General for Internal Security (DGSI) and Director-General for External Security (DGSE) - or their refusal - to pick up the slightest clue to the massive preparations afoot for a horrendous, wide-scale terrorist outrage against their capital city.
Reclusive Muslim communities populate whole Paris suburbs and often practice an extremist Islamic life style which does not recognize the authority of the French Republic. When French police are forced to enter those areas they take care to have an armored military escort with automatic rifles. Rife with crime, poverty and deprivation, these communities are perfect breeding grounds for terrorist networks.
The alienation of the Paris Muslim community and the experiences of young radicals in former Islamic terrorist operations in the past two years have raised a high wall against penetration by French intelligence and police services and any attempts by them to enlist informers, undercover agents or collaborators able to whisper a warning when trouble lies ahead.
The French agencies therefore work in the almost total absence of human intelligence from Arabic speakers conversant with the local dialect, and rely almost exclusively on "signal Intelligence" (SIGINT) for warnings of a deadly threat of the kind that swept Paris Friday and is unlikely to end any time soon.
Since it could not have been the work of 200 lone wolves, but only a large organization with headquarters in Syria and Iraq and impressive multinational capabilities, it is hard to understand how the far-reaching preparations for a multiple Paris terror assault were not detected by any Western signals intelligence branches, including ECHELON, the all-seeing American digital surveillance system and its small brother, Frenchelon. This is bad news for other Western capitals, which ISIS has placed under threat.

At least one jihad attacker was a "refugee." Will European leaders reconsider their migrant policy?
That didn't take long: one of the Islamic State (ISIS) jihadis who murdered at least 160 people in Paris on Friday held a Syrian passport and passed through Greece in October. In October, he was a "refugee" seeking asylum in Europe from the Syrian war zone; in November, he was murdering French civilians for the Islamic caliphate. The Migrant Jihad has begun.
French and European authorities can't say they weren't warned. Last February, the Islamic State boasted it would soon flood Europe with as many as 500,000 refugees. And the Lebanese Education Minister recently said that there were 20,000 jihadis among the refugees in camps in his country. Meanwhile, 80% of migrants who have recently come to Europe claiming to be fleeing the war in Syria aren't really from Syria at all.
So why are they claiming to be Syrian and streaming into Europe? An Islamic State operative gave the answer when he boasted in September, shortly after the migrant influx began, that among the flood of refugees, 4,000 Islamic State jihadis had already entered Europe. He explained their purpose: "It's our dream that there should be a caliphate not only in Syria but in all the world, and we will have it soon, inshallah." These Muslims were going to Europe in the service of that caliphate: "They are going like refugees," he said, but they were going with the plan of sowing blood and mayhem on European streets. As he told this to journalists, he smiled and said, "Just wait."
A year before that the Islamic State issued a call for jihad murders of French civilians: "If you can kill a disbelieving American or European - especially the spiteful and filthy French - or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any other disbeliever from the disbelievers waging war, including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against the Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way however it may be."
Then after the attacks the Islamic State issued a statement claiming responsibility for them, and warning: "Let France and all nations following its path know that they will continue to be at the top of the target list for the Islamic State and that the scent of death will not leave their nostrils as long as they partake in the crusader campaign, as long as they dare to curse our Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him), and as long as they boast about their war against Islam in France and their strikes against Muslims in the land of the Caliphate with their jets, which were of no avail to them in the filthy streets and alleys of Paris. Indeed, this is just the beginning. It is also a warning for any who wish to take heed."
So war was declared, and acts of war carried out - and the response has been drearily predictable. German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere was swift to try to dissociate the Paris attacks from the migrant influx into Europe: "I would like to make this urgent plea to avoid drawing such swift links to the situation surrounding refugees." Alas for de Maiziere, there was the inconvenient fact of that Syrian "refugee" who pass through Greece on his way to jihad in Paris.
Meanwhile, Barack Obama was true to form, not mentioning Islam or Muslims in his statement on the Paris attacks, and not giving a hint that it was his precipitous and politically motivated withdrawal from Iraq that created the vacuum that allowed for the rise of the Islamic State. Indeed, the Islamic State could end up being the most significant legacy of the Obama Administration. Obviously American troops couldn't have stayed in Iraq forever, and the Iraq project from its beginnings was based on false assumptions about Islam, ignoring its political, supremacist and violent aspects; but Obama's hasty and ill-thought out withdrawal took into account none of the realities on the ground: the Sunni/Shi'ite divide, the Iranian influence in Baghdad, the Sunnis' unwillingness to participate in the Baghdad government and the Shi'ites' refusal to allow them to do so in any significant way, and more. France today is paying the price for the willful ignorance and short-sightedness of Obama and his administration.
The Leftist media is firmly stuck in willful ignorance mode as well. Salon published a piece entitled, "Our terrorism double standard: After Paris, let's stop blaming Muslims and take a hard look at ourselves," and another entitled, "And so the hate speech begins: Let Paris be the end of the right's violent language toward activists." The Guardian worried that after the Paris jihad murders Friday, "far-right groups may well fuel more hatred." Neither Salon nor the Guardian, nor any other mainstream media outlet, published any realistic assessment of the advancing jihad threat in France and the West in general.
And so as the Western intelligentsia fell into familiar patterns of response, it only ensured that there would be many, many more attacks, in Europe and the U.S., like the one in Paris Friday. It seems as if no amount of disconfirming evidence will move the establishment Left to remove its blinkers, discard its politically correct fantasies, and face the jihad threat realistically. The Leftists in the corridors of power are today ensuring that there will be much, much more bloodshed.
