BIDEN WATCH: 7.10.21 - Threat of Door-to-Door Vaccination Checks $

Are ministries submitting to the IRS dancing with the devil? - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com There has been much written about how conservative and religious affiliated groups were singled out and harassed by the IRS. During the Obama Administration, many groupswho were critical of the occupant of the Oval Office were fingered for extra IRS harassment. Red State reported in May 2013, “Among the ministries targeted are the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Samaritan’s Purse and the Biblical Recorder–the newspaperof the North Carolina Baptist State Convention. The revelations seem to indicate the IRS was targeting more than just Tea Party groups and conservative political organizations.” Did these groups set themselves up for such harassment? The IRS is one of only a couple of government “agencies” that have the unconstitutional power to suspend the presumption of innocence and force the victim to prove his innocence–meaningyou are guilty until proven innocent. The Constitutional guarantees of presumption of innocence are found in the Fourth Amendment that prevents the government from unreasonable searches and seizures of personal property without a warrant and probable cause.Presumption of innocence is also found in the Fifth Amendment when it says that you cannot be forced to testify against yourself, and also the Sixth Amendment that juries must be impartial and witnesses are allowed on behalf of the defendant. I would contend that the IRS is an unconstitutional agency of the government that could not exist if the Constitution was strictly followed, and most certainly its actionsof harassment and seizure of personal property, even houses, is specifically prohibited by the Constitution. If religious organizations, especially church-affiliated ministries, know that the First Amendment guarantees their tax exemption and freedom of speech, why would they submit to and invite the IRS authority over them? They do so by establishing 501C3 and 501C4 government-regulated corporations and operating their ministries from them. They are voluntarily submitting their ministries to IRS controls on theirspeech and actions. When the government violates their First Amendment rights, they cry foul. Have they not given up many of those rights by becoming a legal entity of the government? Notwithstanding, they can raise lots of money with those government designations. It is a trade off. Do you do and say what God leads you to, or do you put government imposed limits on that and raise more money? People should be demanding IRS reform or even abolished. Butreligious groups ought to embrace their First Amendment rights that prevent government interference in their ministries–people will still give according to what the Lord lays on their hearts. Jesus said in Matthew 10:16, “Behold, I send you forth as sheepin the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and innocent as doves.” --------------------------------------------------- Jen Psaki Has a Message for Americans Pushing Back Against Threat of Door-to-Door Vaccination Checks $ ByAdminPublished on July 9, White House Press Secretary circled back to the issue of door-to-door vaccination checks, which she had announced at a press conference on Tuesday. Psakis plain and simple message to Americans criticizing the move: Youre doing a disservice to the country. Watch: Jen Psaki Has a Message for Americans Pushing Back Against Threat of Door-to-Door Vaccination Checks We dont maintain a database along those lines and have no plans to, Psaki said in response to a question about how they would know who is vaccinatedand who isnt. We do know where there are rates of vaccination across the country and we know, as I just listed in some of the data, that there are tactics that are powerfuland impactful, Psaki said. I will say the thing that is a bit frustrating to us is that when people are critical of these tactics, its really a disservice to the country and to the doctors, faith leaders, community leaders and others who are working toget people vaccinated. The White Houses rhetorical pushback came after a slew of criticism, as well as a letter from Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich that had strong wordsfor the Biden policy proposal. I, along with many Arizonans, was greatly alarmed by your White House indicating that it might be in possession of medical records revealing the contactinformation for Americans who have not been vaccinated, Brnovich wrote. If this is the case, this is a severe breach of privacy, and I will not tolerate such intrusions within Arizona. The Daily Caller reported that the government is not obtaining private medical information for non-vaccinated Americans. The administration has been making use of public data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to focus on areas with low rates of vaccination, an official told the Daily Caller. Using CDC data, we targeted areas with low vaccination rates and large movable populations, and knocked on every door there, the official said. Wesaw movement in states where we deployed this tactic, including in Alabama, Florida, Texas and Georgia which had vaccination rates above the national average in the month of June. We plan to continue this work moving forward in the months ahead. Psaki also clarified that the people going door-to-door were not federal government employees. These are grassroots voices across the country. They are not members of the government, they are not federal government employees, Psaki said. They arevolunteers, they are clergy, they are trusted voices in communities that are playing this role and door-knocking. On Tuesday, President Joe Biden also reiterated the need for strangers to go door-to-door to inquire about personal and private healthcare decisions. Now, we need to go community by community, neighborhood by neighborhood, and oftentimes, door to door, literally knocking on doors, to get help to theremaining people, protected from the virus, Biden said. On Thursday, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra appeared on CNN to refute claims that Americans choice to get a vaccination was none ofthe goverrnments business. Brianna, perhaps we should point out that the federal government has spent trillions of dollars to try to keep Americans alive during this pandemic, Becerraresponded. So it is absolutely the governments business. Millions of Americans would disagree. It may turn out that the Biden administration taking the nanny state to the next level will backfire politically.Soon, it may be arguing that it was the Republicans idea in the first place. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- VISIT: PROPHECY WATCHER WEEKLY NEWS: HTTP://PROPHECY-WATCHER-WEEKLY-NEWS.BLOGSPOT.COM
