Persistent Campaign Against Islamic State
Lt. Gen. William Mayville, director of operations for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said the recent attacks on the Islamic State and at least one other militant group were the start of "a credible and sustainable, persistent campaign." Jordan confirmed its role in the strikes but stressed that it acted in self-defense and did not directly refer to having acted in concert with the United States. No God Like Jehovah Marine Video
A video of U.S. Marines singing, dancing and worshiping God at Camp Pendleton in California is going viral on Facebook. In the video a crowd of Marines sings "Days of Elijah," a Christian worship song, while raising their hands in the air and shouting , "Oorah!" The video has been shared more than 400,000 times. U.S. Action on Climate
The Obama administration plans to emphasize strongly its climate change efforts at the coming United Nations climate summit in New York. John Podesta, who serves as a counselor to President Barack Obama, said "We are taking this summit seriously both to show the world that the U.S. is leading on climate change, and to call on other leaders to step up to the plate."

Campaign for Third Temple
According to the Temple Institute, a crowdfunding initiative to rebuild the Third Temple in Jerusalem has gained steam and is close to reaching its $100,000 goal. The indiegogo campaign reached close to $71,000 in fifty days. A promotional pitch video depicts a digital rendition of Holy Temple on the modern day Temple Mount. The funds raised from the campaign will be used to continue the research of the Institute and to commission additional architectural plans.
