"Authorities in both Europe and the United States are to be extra vigilant as members of the ISIS terror group could already be Terrorism Ragingin their respective countries, preparing to unleash terrifying atrocities in the next two months at least." So says King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.
But his statements are not simply words. A computer laptop seized in northern Syria by pro-Western rebels from a Tunisian jihadi revealed plans to develop and use biological weapons and authorities nonetheless have raised its terror threat level from "substantial" to "severe" to warn citizens that a terrorist attack is "highly likely."
The computer laptop that was seized in a raid in January in the Syrian province of Idlib, near the Turkish border, reported seeing thousands of files of schemes, bomb-making instructions and research on building a homebrew biological weapon of mass destruction.
Foreign Policy described the contents as "a treasure trove of documents that provide ideological justifications for jihadi organisations - and practical training on how to carry out the Islamic State's deadly campaigns."
One such document was done in 19 pages in Arabic language where the topic was how to develop biological weapons and how to use as a weapon the bubonic plague from infected animals.
The document owner was identified as Muhammed S., a Tunisian national who was a former chemistry and biology student at a Tunisian University.
Muhammed made instructions how to test the disease safely, before launching it in a terrorist attack. "When the microbe is injected in small mice, the symptoms of the disease should start to appear within 24 hours," the document said.
How best to use the biological weapon? By disposing them in closed areas. "Use small grenades with the virus, and throw them in closed areas like metros, soccer stadiums, or entertainment centers," the file said.
"Best to do it next to the air-conditioning. It also can be used during suicide operations."
A 26-page fatwa, or Islamic ruling, on the usage of weapons of mass destruction was likewise found among the files. "If Muslims cannot defeat the kafir [unbelievers] in a different way, it is permissible to use weapons of mass destruction," states the fatwa by Saudi jihadi cleric Nasir al-Fahd, who is currently imprisoned in Saudi Arabia. "Even if it kills all of them and wipes them and their descendants off the face of the Earth."
But perhaps this answers some of concerns when last month Shoebat.com posted a major SOS concern regarding Jihadist training on how to create havoc including weapons of mass destruction which was continually posted by terrorists in which Youtube refused to remove.
Perhaps now is the time that Americans act NOW and send in your complaints to the FBI since Youtube does not care to remove this deadly material.

The world is in turmoil over the Islamic State (IS) sweeping across Syria and Iraq. The goal of the IS is to establish a worldwide caliphate under Sharia law. It is apocalyptic in nature as Islam's eschatology holds that the Mahdi, the 12th Imam, will rule over the earth for seven years, establishing the peace of Islam with Jesus Christ as the Mahdi's prophet. This is a mirror opposite of Christian eschatology where the beast (antichrist) will rule seven years with a false prophet before Jesus returns. There is a war prophesied in Ezekiel 38-39 where in 38:3, the Lord says, "Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal." Does this ancient prophecy have significance to IS and its supporters?
Turkey is where the ancient regions of Meshech and Tubal, formerly part of the Assyrian Empire, are located. Gomer and Togarmah, mentioned in Ezekiel 38:6 were also located in Turkey. Turkey is directly North of Israel. A link between Turkey and the Islamic State thus bears watching. With a little digging among foreign news sources, there is a connection between IS and Turkey. The Daily Jot reported previously that Turkish ambulances and hospitals were being used to treat IS militants wounded in battle. According to PressTV, the Iranian international English news network, four Turkish officers were arrested in Fallujah, Iraq for training IS militants. Persia, modern Iran, is also mentioned in the Ezekiel prophecy.
PressTV reports that German state television ARD revealed that IS is recruiting volunteers from an office in Istanbul. The office is run by IS-affiliated Turks and is helping " foreign militants cross the Turkish border to join the terrorist group's militants in Iraq and Syria. The report said that militants have been paid up to 400 euros, to join the battles." World Tribune reports that political opposition to Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is demanding answers about the IS training in Turkey. World Tribune wrote: "Opposition sources said ISIL has continued to operate in Turkey...They said ISIL was recruiting and training its fighters in remote areas of Turkey with the knowledge of the intelligence community."
According to the World Tribune, Sezin Tanrikulu, a member of the main opposition Republican People's Party, said IS was operating several training camps, including one near Istanbul. Tanrikulu asked Interior Minister Efkan Ala, "Is the claim [correct] that the group alleged to have been the Turkish branch of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant has been allocated a camp ground or other places in Istanbul?" Tanrikulu also cited a video that showed alleged IS members training in Turkey. The online video was released by a Turkish website close to Al Qaida, and showed hundreds of purported IS fighters praying during Id Al Fitr on July 28. While IS may not be the final end time beast government, it bears watching because of its connection to Turkey and other actors mentioned in the Ezekiel prophecy.

The organization calling itself the Islamic State has risen from the fog of war in Syria and Iraq in recent months and drawn the attention of the world with major victories on both sides of the Euphrates River that have claimed swaths of territory for its declared caliphate, or Islamic State.
Now in the organization's new English language publication, Dabiq, aimed at young Muslims in western states, the extremist organization declared, "Islamic State will do everything within its means to continue striking down every apostate who stands as an obstacle on its path towards Palestine."
Denouncing the ineffectiveness of other Arab states and organizations in carrying out the "will of Allah," the magazine vows that, "Its [Islamic State's] actions speak louder than its words and it is only a matter of time and patience before it reaches Palestine to fight the barbaric Jews and kill those of them hiding behind the gharqad trees - the trees of the jews."
The Islamic State recently brought attention to the large and growing number of westerners in its ranks with the video of American journalist James Foley's execution, at the hands of a masked IS militant speaking English in a British accent.
The shocking video and revelation that the American hostage's killer might be a British citizen turned jihadist led a man hunt to identify the man. Assessments by Britain's two intelligence and security agencies led to the positive identification of 23-year-old British-born Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary, nicknamed "Jihadi John" by his colleagues.
Western countries are well aware of the issue. "I don't think this video changes anything. It just heightens awareness of a situation which is very grave and which we've been working on for several months." British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond told the BBC.
Now the Islamic State is producing a slick new magazine in English which caters to potential recruits around the world to answer the "call to Hijrah," migration to the Islamic State.
The publication does away with the often poetic translation of Arab prose found in other jihadist propoganda and writes in plain English that young Muslims in Europe or the United States can relate to.
The publication's second issue opens by telling its readers, "The first priority is to perform hijrah from wherever you are to the Islamic State. From the state of the infidel to the state of Islam."
Al-Qaida has an English language publication of its own titled Inspire, but the Islamic State's new periodical demonstrates the movement's prowess in creating an image for itself with graphic illustrations and a slick format. Captioned high quality pictures show Islamic State jihadists, or mujahadeen, in the field and graphically gruesome executions of the movement's enemies.
In everything it does, Islamic State's writers justify the movement's terrorist activities and militant strategy with the movement's overall aspiration to establish a caliphate, or state ruled by the movement's strict interpretation of Islamic Law.

My title uses the word faerie as opposed to fairy for the sake of the millennial generation. A long time ago there was a different meaning assigned to the word. You know, just like gay used to be the antonym of curmudgeonly.
Anyway, it was inevitable I suppose. ISIS, or the Islamic State, has been compared to Israel - as in birds of a feather. A certain cleric recently tweeted:
"What is the difference between ISIS and Israel? In one sentence."
That caption was set above a graphic of bombs going off with the heading: "ISIS on Israel's border." The inference likely being that Israel (ISIS) is also operating on the Gaza-Israeli border. One response was that the difference was in the name.
But forget putting it into a simple sentence, here's a nice once-upon-a-time faerie story for ya:
The difference between Israel and the Islamic state is that one risks one's life setting foot in Israel. Those Jews are an intolerant bunch who would just as soon decapitate you if you happen to stare at them too long. Christians are fleeing Israel in droves.
On the other hand those ISIS chaps are a friendly party-loving bunch. They've come from all over the world to make sure that people - especially Christians - have a great time in Iraq and Syria. Iraq's tourism industry is booming as a result. Christians are fighting to get flight tickets to Baghdad where they can hire jeeps to drive north to where the ISIS boys are throwing the parties.
You should try it. But don't let all that fun go to your head....you might lose it.
I appreciated President Obama's comforting speech following the death of journalist James Foley. What an unfortunate accident that was! And what leadership skills Pres. Obama displayed in taking precious personal time out to comfort America! He set us right about what's really occurring in Iraq. But that's what it's all about in Faerie Land.
President Obama affirmed that ISIL speaks for no religion, that their victims were overwhelmingly Muslim and that no faith teaches people to massacre innocents. He asserted that "no just god" would stand for what ISIL does every single day.
In fact he paid superficial attention to the Christian genocide, while attempting to sanitize Islam.
Obama has a track record of viewing Islam through rose-tinted glasses and it shows in his policies. Iran is "strategic" rather than "impulsive." So, forget about the annihilating Israel narrative and the weapons supply line to Hezbollah. He believes Iran responds to costs and benefits and will respond to incentives.
Cozying up to Iran is part of his smaller American footprint strategy. The Iranian regime and Czar Putin would undoubtedly agree that it has been effective so far. On that point, David Goldman (Spengler) noted that, while some of George W. Bush's decisions may have been feckless, Obama is mad. He also wrote that:
"Ultimately, ISIS is a distraction. The problem is Iran. Without Iran, Hamas would have no capacity to strike Israel beyond a few dozen kilometers past the Gaza border."
Spengler is right about the Iranian danger. However, he has underestimates ISIS which is capable of bringing down the Iraqi infrastructure. It draws its manpower resources from cells around the world - especially in the West. Journalist James Foley's murderer is believed to have come from the United Kingdom. It also appears to be well funded.
Soeren Kern writes:
"Austria figures prominently in a map produced by the IS that outlines the group's five-year plan for expanding its caliphate into Europe, and has emerged as a central hub for jihadists seeking to fight in Syria....In Vienna, supporters of the jihadist group Islamic State [IS] have set up a "fan club" to promote holy war. They sell camouflage baseball caps emblazoned with the IS logo and T-shirts with terrorist messages in Arabic."
Fox's Greg Gutfleld claims that up to 3000 ISIS fighters are Brits with passports and who are able to return home any time. How many dissatisfied, young Americans might do the same?
Like Obama, others wish to correct us regarding the relationship between ISIS and Islam. Don't blame Islam is the meme. Not surprisingly, Dutch official Yasmina Haifi recently tweeted:
"ISIS has nothing to do with Islam. It is a preconceived plan of Zionists who want to deliberately make Islam look bad."
You cannot trust those sneaky Zionists! It takes some discernment to see that they are behind the world's problems normally associated with Islam. Then another writer sees America as possibly complicit, and suspects a sectarian nature to ISIS:
"...the fact that ISIS can suddenly capture a huge amount of wealth and American weaponry as well as the entire city of Mosul, where no shot was fired, without the US batting so much as an eyelid leads to further questions. Add in to this the horrific nature of many of ISIS's "PR" releases which are highly sectarian in nature."
In fact ISIS believes it is doing Allah's will when murdering infidels and lukewarm Muslims. These men were taught the Qur'an in Mosques via Imams in Europe, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
To his credit, Muslim apologist Michael Ghouse condemns these terrorists. He has even set up Muslim prayers for Christians, Yazidis, Shia and others in Iraq and Syria threatened by ISIS. Ghouse goes to great pains to show that ISIS misinterprets Islam. But do they?
The Qur'an speaks for itself when one takes it at face-value:
Suras 4:74-76, 9:29, 9:111 and 9:123 admonish believers to fight for the cause of Allah against unbelievers and friends of Satan. When believers are killed they will receive their reward. It's that simple.
That these verses are to be taken literally is shown in Muhammad's own example. This was how he spread Islam. ISIS is merely copying his exploits. They want a world-wide Islamic Caliphate whether the world wants it or not.
It's rather ironic to me that the West works assiduously to flush Christianity from schools and the public arena, yet it routinely kowtows to Islam.
It is also insane.
Far from being a faerie story; this is a Steven King nightmare.

At least 18 foreign ISIS fighters including Americans and Europeans were killed Thursday, Sept. 4, in a Syrian air raid of the Al Qaeda-ISIS' northern Syrian headquarters in the Gharbiya district of Raqqa. The raid caught a number of high Al Qaeda commanders and a large group of foreign adherents assembled at the facilty.
A second group of high ISIS officers were killed or injured in another Syrian air raid over their base in Abu Kamal near the Iraqi border.
debkafile's military and intelligence sources report that top men of the Islamist terrorist group were holding meetings at both places Thursday to coordinate IS strike plans in Syria and Iraq. For Syria, these plans center on the Deir a-Zor and Al Qaim areas, while in Iraq, they focus on targets in the east and center of the country.
The twin Syrian air offensive coincided with the opening of the two-day NATO Summit outside the Welsh town of Newport .
The information about the two Al Qaeda meetings at Raqqa and Abu Kamal could have come from only two sources: US surveillance satellites and aircraft or Iranian agents embedded at strategic points across Syria.
Syria does not have the necessary intelligence capabilities for digging out this kind of information. Nor does its air force normally exhibit the surgical precision displayed in the two strikes on Al Qaeda bases.
It is therefore more than likely that they owed their success to the widening military and intelligence cooperation between the United State and Iran in Iraq and Syria.
President Barack Obama will have taken his seat at the NATO summit to discuss ways of fighting ISIS after word of the successful Syrian strikes was already in his pocket. While they must be credited to top-quality US aerial surveillance over Syria and Iraq, they were undoubtedly made possible by the Obama administration's deepening military and intelligence ties with Iran.
Many of the allies present at Newport will not welcome these tidings - Britain, Germany and Australia, in particular. They deeply resent being displaced as America's senior strategic partners by the Revolutionary Republic of Iran, after their long partnership with the US in fighting terror in Afghanistan and Iraq.
But they will find it hard to argue with success.
On Aug. 31, our military sources reveal, US and Iranian special forces fighting together, broke the 100-day IS siege of the eastern Iraqi town of Amerli, 100 km from the Iranian border, to score a major victory in their first joint military ground action.
Then, Wednesday, Sept. 3, US jets struck an IS base in the northern Iraqi town of Tal Afar, killing its commander, Abu Hajar Al-Sufi, and two lieutenants of the IS chief Abu Baker Al-Baghdadi.
While President Obama has denied having a strategy for fighting ISIS, a working mechanism appears to have been put in place to support a trilateral military offensive against al Qaeda's Islamist State. The successful attacks in the last 24 hours were apparently made possible by this mechanism: Iranian intelligence collected US surveillance data from the Americans and passed it on to Syria for action.
