Top Story Sex Change Drugs for Children Children as young as nine are to be prescribed drugs which delay the onset of puberty as the first step towards a sex change operation. The treatment will be offered by one National Health Service trust in the UK to children who are troubled by their gender. Critics are calling the decision "horrifying".
