Policies to Enroll Male 'Transgender' Students
Oakland, California based Mills College and Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts have agreed to officially admit male transgendered students making them the first two universities in the nation to put such policies in place. ISIS' Ammunition in U.S. and China
The jihadist group Islamic State has been using ammunition from the United States and other countries that have been supporting the regional security forces fighting the group. One Syrian rebel commander said that ISIS has often picked where and when to fight by measuring the potential spoils that might be gained in a local victory. He also said that a portion of the Islamic State's ammunition had come from black-market deals with the group's enemies.

Gay Marriage, What's Next?
The Supreme Court has decided to sit out the legal battle over same-sex marriage, they have decided to leave the future laws prohibiting gays and lesbians from marrying in the hands of lower state and federal court judges. The decision will likely lead to recognition of gay marriages in 11 more states and allow an avalanche of legal challenges to the remaining bans to keep forward in state and federal courts.

UN Nuclear Watchdog
The UN's International Atomic Energy (IAEA) plans to make a new attempt to advance its long-running investigation into Iran's nuclear program. The IAEA has been trying for years to investigate Western allegations that Iran has worked on designing a nuclear warhead. Iran failed to answer questions by an agreed August deadline about alleged research activities into explosives testing and neutron calculations, which could be applicable to any attempt to make nuclear bombs.

Massive Blast at Iranian Facility
According to Iran's state news agency, two people were killed in an explosion at a defense ministry plant that's part of Iran's Parchin nuclear complex.
